Is great place great doctors and staff, the wait is not even longer when you have an appointment already maybe like 5-10min after you get there.

What an amazing day! From the front desk to every staff in Fort Greene Health Center, they are super friendly and patient. They asked me questions with full smiles and answered every question that I had. Additionally, they put all my Immuzanation information and records together. I am so lucky to be their patient. Thank you so much for taking care of us and do your work with full attention! That’s a great feeling! You all make this world better!

Amazing service!! Every person working there is so attentive and friendly, very knowledgeable and helped with any questions. Very polite, from the security to the office workers to the doctors. It was a pleasure to visit :)

Came in to get my booster shot today. The security guard at the front was extremely pleasant as was the rest of the staff at the entrance. I didn’t even have to sit before I was called back to get my shot. Once the 15 minute wait period was up, I was out of there. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Easy to make an appointment online which I recommend doing. They do take walk-ins but this guarantees a spot.

Today yall have a woman with dreaded braids doing phlebotomy on the ground level and I was here 2 weeks ago and she did the same thing where she puts the needle into my arm and twists it, and then pokes again to create two internal wounds. You should have a gay fair skinned male get his blood done on his left hand she will do it to him too. She is a terror and it is a traumatic experience yo have to go through it twice in one month.

Wow! Excellent service beginning at the front door. I was greeted by an employee that asked what service I was there for and was given a number in order of arrival. He immediately welcomed me along with others waiting and allowed us to go to the 5th floor to wait, since we were early. He explained that the building opened at 8:30 and that the service will begin at that time as well. Security guard put us on the elevator to 5th floor. Service began at 8:30. There was no fooling around or chit chatting among staff, I observed simple and professional greeting among professionals and patients and they got right down to business! Im very proud to see that this location had that down! There was No fuss, No hassle, No insults, No attitudes....from anyone. They did a great job! And yes, I sat around for over an hour after my service as i waited for my ride. There was no change. Everyone came in and left smiling. Go Fort Greene! Show them how to do it right. Kudos. Thank you Fort Greene Staff.

I had an appointment earlier today. Staff were friendly and respectful. I was also seen in a timely manner. Id definitely come back.

Came an hour and a half early, to not be given a number because I asked a question about symptoms, and they tricked me into thinking I needed a doctor, not just toget tested when im in a rush. Because they made me think that I ended up getting one of the last numbers on the line since they gave the doctor wait numbers out and couldnt do anything. Seeing as I was one of three people they couldve just told me to wait in the waiting room, not behind 20 people that came an hour after me. After I told them a simple solution idea they said they didnt care. If I didnt care for my health and was pressured by time I wouldve ended up never getting tested, and sued. Disgustingfemale security guard.

Thank you everyone! Everyone was nice especially security. In particular a security female assisted me in getting an appointment at that moment, allowingme to get the results in time for my flight. The female at the desk was very nice. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!!! 🤗

I’m visit this clinic around 20 years ago,Very nice people and Doctors there amazing

I understand that practices are being taken into consideration due to covid but this place is HIGHLY unorganized. Although it claims walk-in, you actually need to make an appointment. Online or texting VACCINE to a number. And even if you have an appointment wait time is still very long. This is my 3rd time here just to get my son’s immunizations for school and all 3 times i’ve waited for quite some time (over 1 hr periods). The nurse the second time told me it’s because a bunch of people go on lunch breaks. Well if that’s the case can you do a cap on how many people can come that day for appointments? I’m number 36 and I here them call out 26 after half an hour. That’s so frustrating. Not fast at all. They need staff. They need a better system.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They were respectful of my pronouns & gender identity and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

The place is dirty and unorganized! Looks like no one wants to work here. You can expect to be here for at least 2 hours for the first time and up to 2 hours the times after. You sit and wait and no one says why it’s taking so long. The patient comes out within 10 min and that we wait 30 min after. Why? Do you need a break after seeing 1 patient. Unfortunately this is the closest location and we are forded to be treated this way.

This clinic does amazing work! I was able to recieve all my vaccations for under $20. Payment is on a sliding scale but very affordable regardless of your income. The only thing is that the wait will normally be an hour or more. But it is obviously worth it for afordable or free vaccinations. Although they start vaccinations at 8:30AM, the doors open at 8AM! Get there right when they open and you probably wont have to wait too long. Overall I strongly reccomend this place.

This clinic is the slowest clinic i went too i understand it’s cause of Covid but it’s ridiculous at this point just to go see a doctor it takes 3 hours AND u gotta wait on line just to get in that’s ANOTHER hour if u wanna come here make sure u have nothing to do that day this clinic don’t care about us at all especially the security lady’s very rude for no reason if u don’t like ur job then LEAVE !

The crews are all very kind and try to help visitors. I was really impressed.

Very quick, professional, and free TDAP vaccine administration. It is better to make an appointment in advance, but they will see you on a walk-in basis if they have an opening.

Really bad place, here it says that opens until 4:30 but she people in here close at 2:30 information not really accurate messed my whole day up and also I was supposed to go on a specific day and they told me that I could go earlier but they didnt even let me in to do my immunization, really bad place bad service and leave you clueless without any information at all. Seriously I dont recommend this place at all

Great place to get vaccines. The doctor was very professional explained the side effects of vaccine and what to do. I was well informed. The wait was short. The place was clean and safe.

It a great place. Staffs are very friendly. But you have to go quite early in the morning.

The person who administered shots to my child was amazing. So glad the city offers this service.

Call before making your appointment online. There are age restrictions and conditions for each vaccine that are not listed online. Even if you have a script, if you do not meet these requirements you will not be served.

Terrible place waiting for 4 hours just to get hypothead B vaccine , unbelievable, nobody pay attention to the customer.

For the vaccines it is on the fifth floor, they treated me very kindly in Spanish and quickly, all the people were very kind, thank you for your attention in this place☺👍 Here I put the photo of the train stop that is on the corner of the building, very easy to find arrive
