Health Homes Department is the worst. Management is so unprofessional and they don’t educate or provide adequate trainings for their employees. All Chantel the assistant director, cares about is her monthly billing. She doesn’t care whether the services is provided, as long as you put in your notes for billing at the end of the month; she is okay with that. Pretty much they allow employees to commit fraud. The State and Medicaid really need to intervene and look into the agency. Chantal will sit there and talk about other staff’s personal life. She also talks about staff weight and nationality in a negative way. No professionalism and management is the root of why the turnover rate is so high. For a Grown woman with kids, Chantel acts so immature. Do not apply to work as a Care Manager at that location.

Edit: i went back out of desperation and anxiety. Lawrence is the best, he took me in and took care of me through whole process. That day was appointment only but he still helped so i am gratefulI went to the office and another nearby and both offices did not offer testing. This is very disappointing. I would recommend calling before walking in. I am truly upset considering my circumstances mental health wise. I should mention they said to come tommorow put thats is not the point. I would like this place to live up to its vision and mission.
