One month waiting to see the doctor to then have my appointment rescheduled. They did not accommodate with another doctor.

Zero if I could service is the worst I have seen waiting hours this after they ask you to come ten mins early for appointment? Why its 2pm my appointment was 12:30

I dont like this place at all, I think they are very unprofessional. Im going to change my daughters doctor.

The receptionist is rude and bias. Was waiting for so long and receptionist made an appointment for someone else after being told to wait. Makes no sense

The staff are friendly. So far, I’ve had two visits here and I felt welcomed and heard. I will definitely be coming back.

This place is horrible every time I come in I have to wait 2 hours. This is not the first time this has happened nor the second which is why I’m annoyed. This is unacceptable and should be corrected.

Little waiting at times depending. But get treated very well and respectfully. My doctor Chantel Amarillo is the best.

The service it absolutely horrible from reception to doctors. Ive experienced malpractice, negligence and they are uncooperative in fixing problems theyve caused. Would never return and doctors highly unprofessional. This place should be closed down. SUPER RACIST only go if your Spanish.

I am a new patient and I will definitely be returning. I was allowed to walk-in with out an appointment which was great! The girls at the front desk were not informative & very standoffish! The Rest of the medical staff were friendly and helpful. I had to do blood work which I hate but the girl kept me calm while she took like 4 tubes really quickly Dr. Gomez is so friendly and knowledgeable and a great listener. I was able to see their nutritionist the same day and their referral advocate made several appointments for me, she was a pleasure I left with a better understanding of my condition, info about my next appointment and even a coloring book for my son. I will definitely tell my friends about their service. Thanks La Providencia .

Do not bother booking an appointment here.I scheduled my first visit a month out and showed up to the appointment only for them to tell me the doc was not there today. I took off work to accommodate this appointment and needed an immediate refill on medication. They then said another doc would see me and would be in within 45 mins...and hour and a half later I finally left without seeing any doctor.I had a virtual follow up with a new doctor that I eventually was able to see after rescheduling. This doc also ghosted me and never showed to my appointment. I had called in the afternoon to confirm that my appointment was in fact virtual and how I would go about receiving a link for the meeting. I called after 10 mins of him not showing and then again 50 mins later. I was told to leave a message for the front desk and call back in the morning.I made THREE calls this morning before I got through to the front desk. I left messaged and never received a call back. TBD if I will receive a call at my newly scheduled time.Needless to say, after my follow up call I will immediately be switching doctors offices.

I called to make an appointment with my PCP I was told it would be for today at 11:30. I arrived at 11am as in the past the wait time has been very long. At 11:20 I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist was rude and condescending- she asked if I was sure I knew the date of my appointment and asked for a slip of proof. I reminded her that I called over the phone and that I was told this date / time. I even went as far as to share that when I called they attempted to give me an earlier tome of yesterday 10/31/19 but I requested another date. She printed a paper stating the date. The places was empty I asked if I could be seen as I took off work. This is not the first bad experience at La Providencia, but it will be the last.

I made an appointment to get some simple anti-biotics back in November. I called at 8:30 in the morning and they said they had an opening at 9:15. I live just down the street so I went up and the place was packed. I ended up waiting 3.5 hours to see a someone. As it turns out, the person that I made an appointment with wasnt even in that day, so I have no idea why they said there was a 9:15 opening. I didnt even end up seeing a doctor. I saw a nurse and when I asked if this wait time was normal, she said it was pretty standard.The worst part was I asked them to check my insurance and asked if I would have to pay anything, as this was my first time using this insurance. The woman at the front desk said it wouldnt cost me anything. I even asked on the way out to make sure, as I would rather wait it out then pay for a visit. Two months later, I get a bill for over $200. It is illegal to tell someone that they will not be charged anything and then ask for payment after the service has been received.I called to speak with the billing department and got nowhere. I dont go to the doctor often, but it sucks for them that I will now never go back.

First off if you go here youll spend your whole day here. After waiting hours to get checked you only see the doctor for no more than 10 mins everything feels really rushed. You can never get to them either anytime of the day & theyll never answer their phone Ive seen in the back the nurses just sitting down by the desk & the phone rings & no one answers. The only reason I still go here its because my insurance isnt taken in many places but this place is horrible.

I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for 9am. I got to the appointment 30 min in advance, I waited for an hour, approached the receptionists desk to ask how much longer as I needed to get to work, she shrugged her shoulders and said she isnt here mami I dont know what to tell you I asked her what the point of booking an appointment was and she, again, shrugged her shoulders and said again mami I dont have any information for you, if you want to reschedule youll have to wait because I am busy. She wouldnt get Doctor Gomez on the phone, wouldnt give me forms to fill out because she was busy and constantly referred to me as mami, I was late to work and never saw the doctor but witnessed this receptionist be rude to every patient that approached her, I will never go back. Avoid this place and all staff associated with it.

Workers are never attentive to their work which is probably the reason why the waiting time is always 2 hours plus even if you’re coming in for the simplest things. Doctors are always in a rush when speaking to patients and the nurses checking you in rather gossip then actually do their work! Waiting time is honestly ridiculous !!

2 hr wait, they seemed understaffed, loud and full waiting room, people standing; not enough chairs. I made the appointment on zocdoc and they had no idea of my appointment. Really long wait time. I ended up leaving before seeing the doc. Sad there aren’t better services, especially since it’s a low income neighborhood.

Ive never had such a hard time getting simple paperwork. Do lab work.. never get connected with results.. all they say is Call medical records.. and hang up contact medical records.. no its only here once its dead filed. When all they have to do is open a simple chart.

I hate it here everytime I come I wait about 3 hrs just to see my doctor. The secretary or doctor assistants have horrible attitude they never listen to what your saying. I get stress everytime I come here they are horrible wish my doctor would change offices just so I dont have to go through this bs. Never pick up the phone. -_-

Very unprofessional. The last time I went for my visit, my appointment was for 10 am. The doctor did not see me until 2 pm. I still had to wait and did not leave until 4 pm. They need to shut this place down or get new staff.

I really like this place, myself and my kids go here. Sometimes the wait can be frustrating especially when you have an appt and you havent been seen, but they are so nice I cant flip out lol. The care is excellent and they are very professional!

Be forewarned they are affiliated with the Brooklyn Hospital Ctr and if you have private insurance and any sort of deductible they will bill for literally THOUSANDS of dollars for a routine visit! I wish I had know this when I went there. The clinic itself was fine but the Brooklyn Hospital Ctr will scam you and charge for anything they can if you use this facility.

Incompetent staff. Made an appointment at 9, only to be finally registered at 10 and then told they made my appointment with the wrong doctor and wouldn’t actually be able to see me for hours. I left. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Theres a long wait period, I had to wait 2 hrs to be seen. I needed my records to be faxed over to my new doctor, and its been 3 weeks, and they still havent sent my records over. I am highly pissed off and will be speaking to a supervisor soon.

Terrible.I set up an appointment then they call me the day before to confirm, I confirmed then they tell me they have to reschedule, which we did and when I went today, they said nothing was ever scheduled.This is ridiculous, horrendous and inexcusable!!!Stay away!

Been making changes. Theyre very efficient here, but they see high volume. Also, some specialists come here only once or twice a month, so on those days the waiting area can get a little crowded. Very friendly staff.

Were can i call to make a complaint about this clinics. I call 3 time to make a appointment they want to schedule my appointment 2 month later, this is ridiculous!!

They canceled my appointment a month before I came. They canceled it as it was made.Garbage system. No accountability. Unhelpful staff.

Worst clinic and negligent my daughter and I went there for blood tests back in August and they left her sample out too long so she had to be taken the ER for another sample then they called back wanting to take a 3rd sample for their records which I refused and also never reviewed my blood sample I went to a new clinic and they informed of several health problems which all could have been detected earlier SERIOUSLY NEGLIGENT and their receptionists always have an attitude they do not care about health they wanna charge up your insurance

Dr. Mir has been taking care my daughter since she was 2 months she is five. Love them

The overall service is terrible...It continues to be teerrible! My best advice is for you all to NEVER GO THERE!

A bad place but because of those who work at the front desk, terrible service from them, if you have a problem they dont want to help, those girls are there for the money, not because they love the job, they dont look for a way to help, I always have problems, Dr. Orellana and The nurses are excellent workers, please, if they should make a change in the front desk, have more competent people, not incompetent people like they are.

The most unpleasant people work at this clinic.Doctor Orellana is my doctor, he is very goodAnd a very good doctor but the nurses and the people who work in front are the most unpleasant people I have ever met.They speak badly to patientsYou have to wait up to 3 or 4 hours to be servedAnd ABC doesnt make appointments the way it should.Its a pure disaster
