Midwife Mrs Carol S. and nurse Jasmin were amazing. They were empathetic, compassionate, helpful and really cared. They did their best to support me and get me the help that I needed.I am eternally grateful for those two amazing women. ❤️

Overall the facility is nice to be honest. It’s clean and well maintained. I’ve started coming here for sonogram appointments and pregnancy visits with my second child around late December-beginning of January. The first few visits went okay. I was easily seen with not an extreme wait time but today was a disaster. My appointment was at 1pm, i came into the facility about 12:40 and i waited until 2:40 for me to be called in for my sonogram to be done.. Just insane. While i was waiting in the waiting room i also heard many other patients dealing with the same situation with the wait time… Not only the wait was bad but i’ve got 3 different responses to what my due date… one telling me that is due on august 12th, another on July 31st, now another nurse telling me that my weeks are wrong… I honestly don’t understand what am i supposed to do in this situation. I have no problem with some of the workers there, some are very friendly and very respectful. One last thing… When a mother is going to get a sonogram done it’s a special moment for them, to see their baby and hear their babies heart and just to know how the baby’s doing, but the people that do the sonograms don’t really explain anything to you about your pregnancy or give you a moment to actually see your baby and hear the babies heart.. they just do their job to get over with it… Just one second i get to hear my babies heart… Guys do better, not everyone has the opportunity to go to a good Ob/Gyn and the options in Brooklyn are very limited… This is the most convenient place that i can go to and i have no other choice but to deal with this and it sucks.

Unfriendly people. I talked to 3 different workers and all of them were incredibly rude. Nobody seems to like working there. Will never go there.

Let me start off by saying I’m not a person to complain or urge people not to come to a facility but what i witnessed today save your time from here . I am currently 11 weeks pregnant mind you the appointment THEY made for me was because that was the only slot available. I had to wait 3 months prior to this appointment because they we’re overly booked which I mean fine I’ll wait . I called today to see if I can change my day to come on a Tuesday or Thursday (this would be my first appointment) to see an obstetrician and they tell me I have to wait until next year to see an OB . Are you ridiculous? I have to see a doctor when I’m already 6 months pregnant? Anyways I speak to someone from the back and she’s constantly telling me they’re overbooked that the schedule is overbooked. You’re telling me no one cancels or reschedules an appointment? As a person who works in the medical field this is so unprofessional, at least be kind enough to take my number and name and call me if no one shows up or cancels. I have to miss my first trimester screening because you’re “overbooked”. What is the purpose of your facility open if you can’t provide service to first time pregnant women until next year.

Good for emergency/last resort and nothing else. Dont waste your time with Wyckoff.

Horrible, poorly managed reception area. Take a number for all patients.. 4 hours total time then Forty five minutes to make a follow up appointment after seeing Dr.!!!!! Another # to do that.. after I finish with the appointment got shooed by girl at desk. Office manager was standing right there. Is this the best we can do? Pick a #? At a doctors office? I was#56 at 10 am. WOMAN DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT THAN THIS

I came here two years ago and was very disappointed with the un organization of the office. Had several appointments and I was there for each one of them at least 15 before the scheduled time, still each time they made me wait up to 45 min to be seen. The Dr. and staff were actually nice but the front desk always had a nasty attitude. I’m pregnant again and have to see the specialist due to my high risk pregnancy. This office is still very unorganized and I still wait up to an hour to be seen. All three times I have had to come back with this pregnancy has been a nightmare all because of ((( Zaida Silva )))the receptionist. She is not welcoming at all and talks down to you. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but this has been every visit. People like her should not be the face of an office especially to women who are pregnant. Like she literally rolls her eyes and everything. Never have I experienced such unprofessional service. Please, if you want to stop having these horrible reviews , redistribute her service to somewhere else except front of house, and please be more considerate with your timing it is not fair to have patients waiting passed their scheduled time

This is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever gone to and that is not an exaggeration. I only ever received services ONE time at the womens clinic in 2019 during drop in hours and was given inaccurate medical advice and was never even notified of my test results until I called weeks later to ask. When I tried to return to drop in hours a week or so later an hour before closing to get an IUD they told me there was not enough time despite it being a quick procedure that ended up taking me less than 20 minutes somewhere else. They insisted that I would not be charged for anything given that I did not receive any services or miss an appointment since again, it was during drop in hours. However that was not the case and my experience afterwards has been a living hell. I have been charged multiple times for services I NEVER received, including for dates when I was not even in New York City. I have found it impossible to dispute these charges given that every single number listed on their website is incorrect or for a different department. No matter which number I call I get transferred immediately or physically hung up on every single time no matter how polite and understanding I am. Sometimes people in the billing department will even pick up, not say anything and then hang up. I did pay one of the bills I received in person (since they wouldnt let me pay online or over the phone) which was an absolute nightmare given that I was directed to several different locations and offices only to be told months later that I never paid my bill. It is now 2021 and I am being told I owe more than $400 for services that I never received. I have never experienced this type of treatment anywhere else in my entire life and am truly in shock at how disorganized and horrible the administrative services have been. I would never recommend this clinic or the Wycoff Hospital system to anyone.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to and desperately needs to be audited by whoever is responsible for accreditation. My initial appointment was a huge violation of privacy (more than seven people came in and out of my exam room, including some without my consent), and the follow up has been even worse--I requested they transfer my prescriptions to a new pharmacy after I moved. Months have gone by and they still havent done so. Its impossible to get anyone to return your call, and I can never get through to the person I am looking for. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I see now what I experienced was the rule, not the exception. Please be kind to yourself and stay away.

This place is amazing! Friendly staff. Quick service. I always do a walk in appointment with Dr. pole like Monday through Thursday. And I am always seen quickly and given the utmost attention. Even when I don’t have an appointment any other day if I just needed a refill on a prescription I can just go in and the nurses would help me. The facility is clean big and beautiful. I never feel unwelcome’s. I recommend this clinic to every woman.

Horrible, unprofessional and unreliable. Doctors say one thing while social workers end up doing another. Then they get an attitude and say if you have a problem to report them. To be a social worker dont you have to be SOCIAL. Obviously I dont want to report him; I want my sonogram done when my doctor told me I can get it done. Not when you want it to be, if I have a referral then you should just follow the referral. Been to 3 other appointments for my pregnancy and it was the same. Very unprofessional, didnt get any blood work done until I was in my second trimester. Knowing there mistake they try to rush. I ended up lasting around 4 hours in the clinic, apart from the almost 2 hours I spent waiting. This place is a joke and wouldnt recommend it to anyone expecting

My appointment was at 8AM, it is 9:20 and I am still waiting...I asked the front desk politely how much longer the wait is gonna be and got no answer and rudeness from themMy appointment today is to figure out if my baby is normal and speak about it with a specialist....no need to precise that I am worried and stressed... I am not asking anybody to hold my hand but a little bit of compassion would have been appreciated. I thought this was part of their job...Thankfully some other people in the staff are great and really caring ...

With COVID-19 precautions and guidelines in place. When I first came in security guard stopped me to take my temperature. Its digital which I thought was cool. I came in to make an appointment for a mammogram. The lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted to have it done today. She was nice and professional. I didnt know they did walk-ins. I had it done. Less than 30 minutes total wait. The tech that did the mammogram was very nice and professional as well. I was pleased with the overall visit.

My first appointment at this clinic was on a Saturday, I was seen 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES later after my appointment time.The Doctor instructed me to go across the street to have a sonogram done at Wyckoff hospital and that she was going to give me call that same day. She made it seem urgent.I went and had the sonogram done. Doctor NEVER called me back. I tried calling MANY times. I get transferred , either no one answers, im left on hold, and even a hang up. Finally a nurse said that obviously no one is answering so she will take my name and number and someone will get back to me. NO ONE CALLED. Of course, I call again and get a nurse that tells me Doctors are very busy and will pass the message to them.Until now, no one has called me to go over what happened with my results at the sonogram. Doctor made me think something was wrong with my pregnancy and she didnt have the decency to call me back like she said she would. Thank God I feel fine and I hope that the reason she or ANYONE for that matter, that never called me, is becuase its nothing to be worried about.I am very upset at the treatment I am going through right now at this stage of my first trimester.

I was told I had an appointment set for a certain day and time and when I went in I was told I did not have one . They sent me to the back for a walk in paper which requires about a 3 hour wait , the manager who by the way is not at all good at her job by any means had no way of resolving my issue instead she was being combative with me and at a certain point kept with holding my ID from me after me asking for it back multiple times . This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional .

I am currently almost 37 weeks pregnant I waited until the end of my pregnancy to write this review, I had high hopes that I would change my mind at some point but I haven’t. Since the beginning they have always been so unfair and they never know anything. I honestly don’t know how they have careers at this place. Trust me when I say they won’t understand you in your pregnancy. They are almost all women and should be more understanding of your swollen feet mood swings or even just for being a woman. This place doesn’t take you or your needs into consideration. I have so much more to say, all my appointments at this place there was always a bad experience. With all honesty don’t recommend this place. Don’t come to this place if you can avoid it. I couldn’t but in the future I will.

Do people know there’s private obgyn you can go too? I only came here because my insurance wasn’t working & needed emergency care. I walked in and they couldn’t take care of me because i didn’t have an appointment. If it’s in an emergency to go to the ER across the street. Disgusting service from the nurse. They have 10 doctors and really not one could of seen me? grumpy workers, (nurse) so glad my insurance is good again so i can take care myself back to my private doctor where i don’t have to wait 2 hours to see him. People explore your options so many obgyns around the area don’t stick to this one

Nice, helpful and caring staff. Wait wasn’t too long and the whole appointment took about 40 minutes. I had an appointment at 1 and upon arriving they took my temperature and gave me a number. Within 10 minutes I was registered in and another few minutes before I was seen. Everyone was helpful and patient, taking me through every step even though they probably did it thousands of times already that day. They must be seeing almost a hundred patients a day- there was a lot of people. I have been to doctors in the past year with worries that my Mirena was causing infections and each doctor said it’ll clear up and should be fine- talking me out of removing it each time. Windi Muraska listened to me, asked many questions, was not judgemental. She made me feel comfortable talking about my issues and listened to me. She explained the medications and how to take them and scheduled a follow up to see how treatment goes. I had bloodwork done too and the poor nurse taking it took great care of me. I tend to faint when I get blood taken- I just feel lightheaded and nauseous. It was definitely my fault cause I rushed out and didn’t get a chance for lunch. Well I didn’t fully faint but was definitely lightheaded. The nurse didn’t rush me and kept me sitting, waving alcohol in front of my nose until I was okay. These nurses and doctors handle a lot and I am so grateful they stay positive and caring.

Beware of Daniel Faustin! For my first child, I gave birth at the hospital, but used a different facility for checkups and sonograms. It all went smoothly. Dr. Omrou Alchyb was wonderful. For the second I had to use their facility for sonograms and it was a nightmare. Every appointment I would wait hours in a crammed waiting room, hours—- like I would spend my whole day there just to get a sonogram. Daniel Faustin then said there was an issue and he was worried the baby would be born at 27 weeks so he ordered 2 transvaginal sonograms a week and other tests which took over my whole schedule. He never physically examined me once- just doled out bad news and ordered these invasive, disruptive transvaginal sonograms and fetal heart rate tests. He also ordered me to be hospitalized twice. I believe the 5+hours of being in the waiting room without sufficient hydration/food intake were to blame for the slight contractions that only occurred at their office. At about 32 weeks I relocated myself to upstate NY to stay with family and see new doctors! It was so stressful, but thank God I did. He was wrong in their opinion, wrong to do transvaginal sonograms that late in the pregnancy and wrong about his concerns! The baby had to be induced a week after the due date just like my first baby. I was so shocked. The terrible way they treat their pregnant patients, making them wait all day to be sonograms, and their casual misdiagnosis and ordering of many detrimental tests is a crime. He could have caused me to go into preterm labor. Stay away.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Hands-down one of the most mortifying experiences I’ve had with healthcare. I warned the staff I am prone to fainting after blood drawing, and they still left me alone in the office afterwards where I passed out and hit my head on the floor. They called the ER and I wound up with a $700 hospital bill.Also, the nurse did not lock the door during my Pap smear and someone else walked in while I was in the stirrups. Horrifyingly embarrassing. Go literally anywhere else if you can

I really like my GYN, he’s very caring. I wish Dr. Venegas had another location, because I am tired with the unprofessional services at this clinic. The front desk employees are extremely rude, they’re not answering the phone at all. It’s very difficult to schedule an appointment. The staff had the phone on low so their directors would not hear the phones ringing out. I drove from Queens just to schedule an appointment, because they’re not answering the phones. While I stood there scheduling my appointment, I observed the phone was ringing and on low. Also, they all ignored the phone while two of them laughing and talking. Unbelievable I had to drive there in person just to schedule an appointment. It’s a damn shame. That type of staff is horrible for business. It’s ridiculous.

I am currently 9 weeks pregnant, I went to get a sonogram super excited and when it was finally my turn the lady that performed the sonogram on me was too quick to do everything. She did not take her time to explain to me anything AT ALL, or even show me where is the head or the arms or the legs or anything like most midwives do. Literally had to beg her to hear my babys heart beat. This was a very exciting moment for me.. As soon as she detected the fetus she just took measurement super quick, not explaining a single thing to me. All she told me was wait for your next appointment and the doctor will explain everything to you, but everything seems fine.Beyond unprofessional.

This hospital (which is a shame to be called even one) give out “clean” bed sheets and pillows cases for their inpatient that are yellowed stained, and dirty with dark brown/black spots/ smear on it. Please take your love ones to a different hospital where you know they will be taken care of by a staff that loves life and loves helping people in a sanitary setting. No matter how easily they approve your surgery here than other places with your type of insurance, it is not worth it. The staff is horrible. I pushed the button for the nurse and no one came in nor did they respond to the call on the tv control even though They could see it on their monitor That I was calling. This staff is inhuman, insensitive, and for sure do not love the art of caring for human beings as if the patients were one of their own whether it be their father, mother, brother, sister, cousin or grandma. Please, I advise you, do not come to this hospital. Love yourself and your loved ones more than that.

The nurses are rude, the attending doctor wasnt available until it was time to be discharged so I had to deal with to busy and nasty covering doctors. There are no cameras on the entire 6th floor. Much needed repairs in the patients areas and rooms. Just a terrible experience and I will not return to this hospital. I will go out my comfort zone to another hospital before I come here for any treatment.

Literally THE WORST womens clinic I have ever been to. My former primary care doctor, Dr. Leslie Cohen, ran a ton of blood work for me, issued me a clean bill of health (even said I was 110% healthy), and prescribed me birth control pills back in January. However, she only wrote the script for a 6-month supply, saying that she wanted to see me back in 6 months so that she could make sure that I was fine to continue taking the bc pills, even though she literally just pronounced me 110% healthy. apparently it is clinic policy that patients need to see their PCD twice a year...So I came back 6 months later, only to wait in the waiting room for literally 2.5 hours. I didnt even get to see my doctor because I couldnt waste any more time waiting and had to get back to work. I called to follow up on the prescription request, and even spoke with the manager/supervisor there, Natalie, but she insisted that I come back in for an appointment, not at all hearing the ordeal I had already been through for my 2nd appointment. As if Im going to waste another 3 hours of my workday doing that again?! So they refused to refill my script, and now Im left to scramble to find another clinic that wont make me wait for hours and hopefully write me a 12-month script, LIKE ANY OTHER NORMAL PLACE WOULD. This place was literally worse than the FREE clinic in the ghetto of Jersey City, NJ, that I went to years ago when I didnt have health insurance. Never. Again.

I came here for my pregnancy in 2015 , its now 2021 im pregnant with my second child and they still do not have it together, they are so unprofessional!! I had my appointment scheduled for 11 and its 1 and still have not been seen, they do not communicate, when you ask questions they are frustrated and rude , definitely not doing my second pregnancy here !!

I went there when I was pregnant n I will have to wait from 9 till 4 pm. Did I attend school ? Or what!!! One time they forgot me that I am in clinic they let me stay waiting till they were about to close they said “ oh what r u waiting for ?” I was like I had appointment at 12 pm and every time I ask you you told me wait I have 3 ahead of me ? “. She’s like oh okay than went in and came back mad and pissed n saying we called you n you didn’t answer? I was like when ? Because I was in front row looking at them n they didn’t even called up my name. I just let it go and went home. Again when I gave birth the stares like you have done something horrible or nasty and the laugh. For god sake we are patients we coming seeking help from you not be feeling uncomfortable around you. I hate going to hospitals cuz of them. How unorganized and unprofessional staff. If the patient can’t feel comfortable in the hospital where else she could be.

You can find a good doctor here but the wait is the worst! there’s no point in even having an appointment you’ll still wait two three hours to be seen . I had an appointment at 2 showed up at 145 & didn’t get out till 5 all for them to just draw blood and say come back for an ultra sound next week. It was very frustrating I recommend 63rd street northwell dr. adi katz . You’ll be seen at the time of your appointment

Sonogram department is decent i just hate trying to make an appointment because every time i call she says what do u need a appointment for i said a sonogram she said for what do u need an appointment for. i was like i said sonogram then she okay what kind. i said im not sure my doctor said a sonogram for dating then she said if your 14 weeks u dont need that i said well that what on the referral and prescription. she gave me an attitude told me to call my doctor to ask him what he wants me to get i was like it says here a sonogram im not calling him hes not even in today , then she kindly try to give me a appointment for next month i said no it need to be done by the 14th my doctor said then she like well i guess i have something then booked for me for the 12th. the sonogram department is wonderful but the people who book the appointments are nasty as hell. one your not my doctor dont tell me what i need 2 just obey my doctors orders and thats it . another thing they never claim to have appointments or there busy . which i claim to be b.s

This place is awful. There’s no point in setting up an appointment when you’re waiting in the exam room to see the doctor for three hours. My first time here I waited 1.5 hours and thought maybe it’s a fluke. Today I waited over 3 hours. The nurse told me this is how it always is. I’m never coming back.

My appointment was at 11:30 it is now 2:18 and I am still in the waiting room this is the longest I’ve ever waited to see a doctor in my life and this is a referral will never come back here again di not recommend would give zero stars if I could

Doctor WEBBE, she helped me a lot, performing politeness, carefully and corrective action on my after delivery of c section. I have been observing she is treating equal to all patients, she is like a god for me, appreciate your crucial time in my delivery, we need some more personal just like DR.webbe in our nation.Nurse GENA: such a nurse helped me alot and she is helping to all the patients very polite and she help ma alot in my delivery.Everydaydhr follow up and carefully taking care me and my health. She is like god for me, I always recommend her to any patients. I really appreciate nurse Gena I would say proudly you are the best care nurse in the world.

The place is clean, most of the staff is professional, what I dislike is having to wait 3 hours to be scene when my appt is/was for 9am. Its going on noon and Ive yet to be scene. If the doctor is running late the patients should be notified instead of us having to find out by arguing with staff.

DO NOT GO HERE! Waited for OVER TWO HOURS with an appointment made weeks ahead of time. Dr. Shirley Webb was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic. I left after seeing that the four women ahead of me had yet to be examined by the doctor: a couple of other women were standing in the hallway equally confused to the complete lack of organization and communication in this office.

Terrible, they never answer the phone.How they have 5 receptionists behind the desk and none of them do their job. Crazy

The staff is rude, the nurses in the ER were literally making fun of me for vomiting while i waited over three hours to receive treatment. The doctors dont listen and dont know what they are doing.

So far second appointment and both times doctors are late by over an hour. Very rude then want to rush your visit. Then had a sono done was not given a picture due to them not having any films for 2 weeks. Waste of time.

The only reason I’m giving a star is because that’s the least I could rate . First of all , front desk ladies need some manner .. they are very rude.. the whole clinic management seems so worst. Rest rooms are always dirty.. no matter what time is your appointment , expect atleast 3 hours of waiting time .

Horrible place to go. I took my mom for her test and the appt was for 6:30am and they did not take her in til 4:30pm. We go back for test results made appt for 12:15pm they did not take her in til 2:36pm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO.

I spent nearly 4 hrs in this place for just one appoinment. I was told to call for an ultrasound appoinment and here I am calling all morning and no one ever picks up! Smh

Please find a different doctor or obgyn. I had an appointment set for a sonogram at 1pm. I’ve been here since 1245. It is currently 3pm and I have yet to be seen by anyone. I hate it here , i will never come back

I called to ask about a consult and it’s expense because my family can not pay for anything expensive and the woman gave me a severe attitude saying consults are only in clinics but I asked to see an ortho doctor tomorrow and she gave me an even worse attitude. Terrible service.

The worst service, they are racists with those of us who didnt speak Spanish, the worst thing is that they make you feel so bad!! . I was going for an emergency and they kept me in a waiting line so I could know if they could help me or not? … the worst thing is that the nurse who makes the appointment, looks at you with an unpleasant face and sends you another nurse, and that nurse to another and thus they pass the buck and you get sick…..I really think that they should change all the staff, knowing that the entire surrounding neighborhood has diverse cultures, especially Latin... without further ado... look. Due to the clinics errands I lost my first pregnancy 🤰 I had to get a vaccine and they never told me about that vaccine and I lost my baby due to lack of diligence I will never return to that clinic again, they marked me for life 💔🥺🕊

In the sonogram the girl is unfriendly, she never talked to me, she didnt explain anything to me about my baby. Naaaadaaa he never talks to me. I never go back.

Very bad, it took 3 hours to wait and in the end they never attended to me, the receptionist never checked me in...I never return again👎👎👎
