A really great clinic full of kind and compassionate staff (on the first floor-rapid screening clinic). I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn and she made the entire experience smooth, calm and even a little fun. I am literally NEVER PULLED to leave reviews after Im finished at a clinic, I usually just would prefer to pretend it never happened because its hardly ever pleasant.... but this experience was different. If you need to get tested this is the clinic to go to. 10/10 care and great energy from everyone. Thank you!

The doctors are so helpful and dedicated to the job. I always come here to get tested every 3 months and everybody working there is so nice. Evelyn took care of me today and she’s so sweet and dedicated to taking care of the community. Always have the best experience here! It does get really busy though especially when you need to see a doctor, so make sure to get there early.

Amazing admin staff and even better clinical staff!!! If this wasnt just a first step for outside referrals to long-term care providers, I would love to have these professionals be my primary care physicians. Thank you for such a positive experience.

The staff are a delight. whoever is contributing to the team culture + patient care is a rockstar. from security to intake to collections and exit (~20 mins), everyone was kind, professional, and warm. so grateful!

2:46 pm 03.24.2023 the woman at the reception said that they no longer accept people and was quite rude.Im not sure who they work for? With such a ridiculous schedule, it is impossible to get to the doctor or get tested. It looks like theyre just emptying the bank account of the New York City Department of Health, which taxpayers replenish with every single paycheck.UpdateThe organization of the process is terrible! The staff of the clinic humiliates you for simply being there. you need to talk to 5(!) different people in the clinic and it takes 2.5 hours(!). 3 different people who check you in. Couldnt it just be one person? Why are these 3 different people? Then a nurse, then a doctor! plus 2 different people on the first floor and a receptionist on the second floor. total 8 people. Insane...You must still remain 6 feet apart. Guys, its 2023, not 2020. 🤦🏻They have the police (!) as security who keep you on the first floor until you see the receptionist on the second floor and treat you like youve committed a crime. Is this a prison or a clinic? The facility is insanely old, dirty, coupled with the angry attitude of the workers and the poor organization of the process, this is a terrible experience visiting this clinic. Is this for real for our own tax money?

It was my first time visiting a clinic before so I was a little nervous. The whole process was very seamless and its all anonymous. Everyone was very kind and friendly and understanding. I felt as ease knowing that I was judged and my privacy was not going to get out. I was a bit confused why they close so early, BUT they stop taking patience after 3:30pm so it made sense why it would be like that. My only complaint is it took a little longer than I anticipated despite less than a handful of people. Other than that it is a comforting place.

I normally wouldnt review a place like this but the level of friendly service provided by nearly every person I came into contact with made me feel like I had to. Ive been dealing with my doctor and insurance company for months to get blood work done my doctor wanted before refilling a prescription. The doctor here went out of their way to get all the testing I needed done even though most of it isnt done by this location. Even with the extra care and attention I was in and out in about 2 hours and honestly leaving I was just overwhelmed by the level of care the staff have here. Honestly even with the wait I wish I could come here instead of my normal doctors office, I cant think of a better Healthcare experience in my life.

The best walk-in clinics Ive ever been to. The doctor I spoke to was excellent. I was treated with respect when I didnt listen to their directions perfectly, because I was out of it today. I didnt have to pay for any OTC medicine either as they provided it for me. Highly recommended.

How it should work. Everyone Ive interacted with there is with it and decent. The only other city clinic Ive been to is Chelsea and that place is good too. Recommend this one for sure. It has a large waiting area too (Chelsea has a small room that seems to always be packed).

Staff is friendly, warm, and informative. The doctors and all are great, and you get your treatment ASAP.Word of warning though, do NOT tell this one lady in room 237 (urine sample intake) that you have a present for her, because unlike the rest of the staff, she has no sense of humor and will get very angry at you. Bless.

Pre pandemic you had to get here 30-60 mins before they open to get a good number. I’m here getting tested now and have been waiting in the cold for 1.5 hour so the line hasnt moved for 1.5 hours. Should you want to encourage people to get tested, do better and be more considerate of your patients. It’s very embarrassing to see the Covid line move 100xs quicker than ours. And also as if you don’t care about those getting STI tested. I came here because it’s where I get tested annually. But will never come here again. The security guard downstairs though was very patient and tried to accommodate us as much she could. Today there are only two doctors on staff. But what about the actual people doing the testing. It’s about to be noon and if they tell us to come back I will be so mad.

STI testing is for people 35 and under. Wait times can be long, I got there at 10 and the whole process was about two hours. The actual testing is fast, just the wait is very long. There was also some confusion because there’s two different lines outside for covid testing and STI testing, so make sure you confirm which line you’re standing in. For STI testing you have to go inside and receive a number, then go outside and wait in line. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Don’t bother. They don’t test for all stds. You have to wait outside in the cold for a good hour before anyone sees you. Also only test under 25, so if you’re older than that its a waste of time definitely.
