The staff here is very nice and helpful , I was a walk in and was treated right away in the next 30 minutes . Sharron made this all happen for me, and the other women at the desk treated me very good as well and bought me something to eat and drink . I really felt safe here , the doctor who treated me was very nice as well, and she gave me a bag with pads , heating pads, socks , tea and more to take home with me . I was struggling to choose a clinic that could help me in my situation but I made the right choice coming here and will keep returning .

Great facility. I was able to make an appointment the same day and was seen promptly by their team. They were respectful, diligent and compassionate. The woman at the front desk is extremely warm and loving. As someone mentioned earlier, she is indeed the star of the show.

Ms Sharon is the star of the show such a beautiful and heartwarming front desk representative. Very happy and helpful and ensure that she communicates with you in a manner that’s informative. I came in for a visit and received quality care. I would highly recommend, especially for women of color. The wait wasnt too bad neither.

I visited MIC for the first time last Wednesday arrived around 9.40 am. Sharon the receptionist was very welcoming and I asked her questions especially being new. Very pleasant person. I met Nurse assistant Gizelle who took my vitals made me feel at ease. I met Nurse Tilia filled out some form, she asked other questions, she was pleasant as well. Then I met Ms. Amaka Nurse Practitioner asked general questions (are you allergic to anything for eg.) just to clarify what was asked before as well. I asked questions as well which she answered. The staff at MIC were very hospitable and knowledgeable; as I am a person who takes this into consideration & the past reviews others made my helped alot making the experience worthwhile. Place was clean thats a plus. They see persons without insurance and with insurance ensure that you walk with your ID. I left after 12. The wait was not long in my opinion. I hope this standard continues as I was very pleased with MIC service.

This place is nice and clean but most of all they make you feel so welcome, And Ms Sharon at the front desk is such a nice person. I highly recommend this place.

Bad front desk staff .. always have an attitude and they don’t take walk ins or confirm appointments when made online

Omg they aren’t that fast but very diligent I have been going for years about 6 to be exact and I will continue as long as I can...

Dr. Beachum is greatly primary care physician. She listens and addresses your concerns!
