Amazing staff and doctor!!!!!very clean environment !Doctor and staff were very gentle and patient with me and my son .Will recommend if you need an urgent care that cares about their patients Ag urgent care on church avenue is the one to go to !

Front desk was very warm and welcoming and took me in right away. The medical assistant was great, he was very professional and kept me informed of what was going to happen next. I met with the intern who was also super sweet and has a great bedside manner. I did not see the doctor who was on duty but would have appreciated if she/he took the time to pop in and give the formal diagnosis or instruction bit otherwise this is a very clean, fast, and professional location.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years but today was one of my most comfortable experiences. dr jannet is very down to earth and made me feel more than comfortable, also highly informative. i almost felt like i was speaking with my mother with how caring she is. meagan (m.a) checked me in quickly and answered any questions i had about my new insurance plan without making me feel like a bother while akeem (m.a) took my vitals and gave me clear concise instructions on how to handle my urine sample amongst the other requirements. i was so pleased that i asked to give them a review right then and there at the end of my visit. i hope to to be greeted and seen by them on my next one

Am calling my doctor just to ask one question and they giving me a hard time ,the person I spoke to said he not in office Wednesday he there Sunday now I call and she said I cant speak to him I just one question she hold on then I heard the phone go to voicemail ,if I cant talk to my doctor without going to the office I dont need that doctor time for a change.

My experience at this health facility was beyond disappointing and unprofessional. When I tried to have my x-rays and MRIs transferred to their system, it was met with incompetence and a complete lack of concern.Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, the staff went as far as threatening to call the police simply because they couldnt handle constructive criticism. Its appalling that the supposed healthcare professionals resorted to such extreme measures rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings.The behavior of the two main desk girls, especially one who had the audacity to eat mouthfuls of food while engaging with patients, is a clear reflection of the disregard for basic hygiene and patient care. This negligent attitude not only raised my blood pressure to unhealthy levels but also left me feeling disrespected and marginalized. Their rude and hostile responses further emphasized their lack of professionalism and empathy.I demand better from a healthcare facility that claims to prioritize patient well-being. It is unacceptable to be mistreated and threatened when voicing valid concerns about the quality of service provided. My health and well-being should be the primary focus, not misguided attempts to silence criticism. I urge this facility to reevaluate its priorities and ensure that all staff members uphold the standards of care and respect that patients deserve.Rude people with tons of inhumane treatment and unprofessional medical practices run run run for your lives people in this neighborhood. We deserve much better run walk past do not go in that place. You might as well be going into a morgue.

My visit at AG care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. I was greeted by Carleen at the front desk. She was very courteous, professional and prompt. Check in was very fast.All support staff was very professional welcoming and pleasant. The facility was very clean, well equipped and designed for patient privacy.The medical provider was personable and professional. He listened and answered all my questions.Thank you AG Care for providing great service.

This is one of the most reckless, careless and unprofessional urgent cares in the country! Walked in at 9:30, they close at 10 turned us away with hand signs from the door. So I called on the phone and poor excuse for a front desk clerk refused to give her name and put the doctor on the phone. Doctor told us to return, we drive all the way back. Only to be reminded they close at 10 and they could NOT do anything. No rapid Covid test or flu test available! The front desk vultures were laughing and giving attitude, my freaking son is standing there sick as a dog! Avoid at all cost, you’ve been warned! Went to city MD on Ralph diagnosed and prescription sent in 30 mins. So disgusted by this place!

I am pleased to know about this establishment which is right around the corner from me, in my community. So the proximity is a huge plus!The Doctor and his staff are quite cordial and caring, they make patients feel at home. Dr. Opkokwuru is thorough. He takes time to explain things to his patients. I visited this location late evening on 1/3/24. The female at the front desk was extremely rude. She looked at me like I was wrong for being there. I must say I was very sick with severe covid symptoms (all that it comes with) this women quickly handed back my insurance card and said we dont take that insurance. Not gonna lie I was too sick to even say a word more than ok. I then called my bf because I needed a ride back home. The female said to me are u gonna stay and pay out of pocket orrrrrr. As I said I was way too sick. I just walked out and stood in the cold for about 3 minutes which felt like 20 minutes until my ride was there to pick me up.Note that femaleU too will be sick on day and you would appreciate compassion and care and if it ent you it will be someone u love and care for and u will expect them to get that.Why choose the health care field when you are not caring or compassionate?Remember thats your job, it pays your bills have a better attitude. Its too early I the year for that!I hope your employer cares enough to research who you are and realize that you are a horrible representation.FYI Im never coming back and I will let everyone I know to not go here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the staff at AG Urgent Care is amazing. My visit today was exceptional. The provider Dr.Nigel was amazing and my experience with the staff Anai & Carleen was a 5 star. They were friendly, fast and went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending AG Urgent Care to my family and friends.

I went to the office to get a tb test on Saturday was told to come back at 9am today. Got here at 9am and nobody showed up until 10am . I was told they didn’t open until 10am because of the holiday, which makes know sense to me because I called the other office and was told they were supposed to be open. I’m here and I ask the receptionist when a doctor was coming in she just looked nonchalantly and said; probably like 10:30am . How do you have a business and don’t open on time or know when a doctor is coming?? This establishment is ghetto. Never again

First time visit at this location and my experience was what I look forward to when I go to the doctors office staff was extremely friendly and DR EULLA was an amazing doc I recommend anyone who need to get check out you wont be disappointed.

Wait times are not long, the office is always clean, the staff is very nice! doctors are knowledgable. My son is 7 and always injured lol. This is my go to if it isnt his PCP.

Horrible service, beyond ghetto, and they don’t have no respect for patient privacy. The female doctor is Very unprofessional, she discusses your business with the door wide open to other nurses In front of other patients. She literally will walk to the front and in front of more nurses and patients waiting to be seen and scream your personal business. She does not know how to talk with an inside voice at all when inside the rooms. Just beyond ghetto.

This Urgent Care is one of the best in the area. They are efficient, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and respectful. All rooms are clean and staff are very professional. I highly recommend coming here.

This is an excellent spot for urgent care needs. They take their time with people and are extremely orderly and efficient (as well as kind) without rushing the process, and test results were delivered promptly.

Came here twice before the the staff was totally different the ones here this time around... Not as friendly! The wait was ridiculous. They were walking around looking busy but not calling anyone. An emergency room visit may be shorter than this. Dont think Ill be coming back here again. I would be better off going to an urgent care in another neighborhood. We should not accept this type of second class service, they will go out of business if we dont support them. Choose wisely and choose whats best for you. They are not for me..

Ok so today I walked in hoping to get a physical for my job. I was told at the front desk that I would have to pay $315 out of pocket although I have health insurance. I have never heard of that before like either you take insurance or not. The African American woman that was sitting at the front desk basically said not for a physical which to me was odd because I literally went there for the same thing a little over a year ago and paid nothing out of pocket. She was the same person that I dealt with then and so that also blew my mind.The male whom she was working with seemed completely confused as to what she was saying and she clearly had an attitude. I will be reporting this business thanks but no thanks. And I was able to get my physical elsewhere using health insurance like duh🙄

This is the best urgent care ever. I went to this location with my wife and a worker by the name Carlene was helpful. She made sure we got serviced very fast and she was very attentive. I recommend this location.

I can’t rate the doctors actual bedside manner but I walked in with my daughter and the receptionist goes, “before you sign in what are you here for?”. I say my daughter has a fever and she immediately tells me the doctor isn’t taking any more patients. With about 2 1/2 hours until closing.

This place does not deserve a star. I got there 8am for a COVID19 test. The place opens 9am. I waited in the freezing cold just to enter at 11am. They were quick to take insurance card and photo ID. I thought these test were free. Never got the results cause no one picks up the phone. Never Never will I go back or recommend this place. To be honest I was driving all over Brooklyn the day before trying to find a place and everywhere was crowded so the next day out of desperation I came here.

This Urgent Care was so very nice and clean all the staff was very helpful I wasn’t waiting that long they wasn’t gone take me in because I didn’t have the right insurance card they was still nice enough to take me in because I told them I wasn’t from New York I forgot to get myself a doctors note I’m gone call them later on Monday morning to ask them to write me a doctor note I pray they can email the note to me so I don’t have to go back up there to just get a note but if so I will go

I went this place this morning a workers comp case for the first time ever and the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude I was given a number to take there and was told this is my reference number so I showed it to her and she said thats not the number she wanted mind you that was the only number given to me she got up went to the back for a while before she came back out I called someone else from workers comp who was working they sent the the information about 3 times and she said she didnt get it so I decided to take my business somewhere else and true is I didnt get that problem I had with her anyway I would never recommend this place to anyone

The worst urgent care there is in Brooklyn!!! Service is terrible and they are very inconsiderate. Came here because I was having heartburn and experiencing dizziness bearing in mind that these are common symptoms however, just wanted to have my blood pressure checked. In addition, to all that I called to ensure that they were open. However, when I arrived I was told that doctor is writing notes and won’t be seeing anymore patients! How unprofessional and inconsiderate can they be seeing that I was pregnant???? WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS FACILITY!!!!

Very clean I couldn’t believe it. The nurses were very thorough in their examinations and the provider was friendly. Only downside is parking and the neighborhood. Overall great service I was out in an hour!

Tried to charge me for services which never happened before. After finally giving me my TB test they told me come back and they will fill it out when the results come. I come back and they try to charge me again just to get the paper filled out. Waste of my time this used to be my go to urgent care. I will no longer return

Before I came by to the facility, I called to make sure that they took my insurance and the voice at the other end of the phone already made me feel welcome. Walking in to the facility was nice and peaceful. Not a long wait, the staff was very pleasant and it made me feel better .

Had to give a star just to leave a review. Awful place to go to; the staff looked miserable working there, and are not professional; Staff looks like they intentional take their time just to make people wait; I waited outside for 2 hours; The young man that was working the front desk on Sunday 9/5/21 was rude; dismissive when speaking to you; using his hands to gesture you away from him when he is done with you, AND I was charged for a COVID test because this young man billed my visit as an urgent care visit. After ultimately having to pay for the visit, I asked the young man to provide me with a receipt to send to insurance company for reimbursement for COVID test; and the young man replied, Oh no you wont ; youre not getting reimbursed I never returned.2 weeks later, I visited a different AG Urgent care and was able to receive the same COVID test for FREE; Beware of how they are billing your insurance card.

I love the staff on Broadway, my Doctor Ozuzu is the best primary care Doc, and Nigel 👏🏽👏🏽 ! The online chat staff 👏🏽👏🏽 My only problem is the line, I waited almost 2hrs to get inside, that line was mad long ! But I got good service 👏🏽😊

The only reason I give 2 stars is because they opened on time and I didnt have to stand outside in the cold. The front desk staff is disappointing. Both women are just purposely rude. Its their DNA.Cant fix ugly!!!!

Visited in July. Unprofessional. Ive called this location twice inquiring about TDAP vaccinations. Both times I was told they have the vaccinations and the cost. I went to the location about 30 minutes after the phone call. The medical receptionist told me she doesnt think they have that there. I told her I called. The next receptionist responded, oh maybe you called another location. Not here. So I guess my cognitive abilities are off. That I dont know what location Im calling. I called the location while and was still there and yes the phone rang. Ps. Learn how to speak to people. Not because youre in a community such as this you must assume everyone is arrogant.

Absolutely despicable service 5/4/2018. Not the usual Drs or staff Ive seen and Ive been here at least 4 times. The office was empty , front and back. 25 mins later I had to prompt the receptionist to get my vitals taken. Finished with the NP and waited 20 mins before I got up to tell the receptionists to take my copay. Refused to give me a proper note including my diagnosis as my job requires. Nasty attitude from the NP and the staff. And he refused to put the proper reason for my visit. If I ever have to come here again and theyre there Im walking back out. If I find the Directors number I will make a complaint with him. Like I said the other Drs Ive seen at this location have been superb.

So from the moment I walked in the energy was so off. Both the people who was sitting at the front desk had the biggest attitude ever. Not welcoming at all! I was here for a Covid test and one of the ladies at the front desk was on her phone talking about stuff not pertaining to her job and have people in the waiting area that needs to be seen. I will never ever come back to this place. It was an urgent cause and that’s the only reason I stayed

Horrible service. I had an emergency (fell down a flight of steps) and had no money to go to hospital. I rushed in to be seen 40 mins before closing. Nobody was in the center and they refused to see me because the doctor said they were closing soon and he had 1 patient in the back. I was in pain and begged them but, they refused to see me after saying I can come in the morning at 9a.m. It was 9:17 when they turned me down. I was highly discouraged and still in pain.

They are highly friendly, was 1000% friendlier than the Brookdale urgent care a block down from them. I went to the Brookdale urgent care to see if they could do a physical for me, and they completely shut me down and said we dont do physicals, we never did...okay granted, that was a simple answer, but the snappy delivery was highly unecessary. They are Very professional, and I was able to get an emergency physical done for my psych. Clean, well lit, and although in the middle of church ave and all the traffic, its a comfortable place to be. Thank you for making yourself available!

I always have a good experience in this facility but today I had the worst experience I don’t know who is treating my daughter the doctor or supervisor !Normally when you speak to the doctor About your visit they tell you what’s going on I’ll givePrescription But this new Dr. will go to the supervisor then come back with an answer I mean could’ve been better if you just let the supervisor come instead of a doctor and do that what are professional Dr. !!!!!!!!

It was a long wait however doctor is on point. Pharmacy is upstairs everything in one place very good experience.Will continue to go it is close to home and better than the hospitals in the area.

I wish i could give this place zero stars. Always new people. You have to wait hours before they see you in the back. Then when you get to the back no one knows what to do. One doctor was sticking me to draw blood on my hand I’ve never seen this before and he kept sticking me and couldn’t even draw no blood. Big mistake coming here

They are very slow and unprofessional. I waited over an hour for a COVID test just for them to tell me they don’t have any rapid test. While waiting no one said anything to me I had to get up and asked how long was it gonna take before I see someone. I wouldn’t recommend going there!!!!!!

This place is clean but very unprofessional I called before I came no one answered, the site says it closes at 10 pm I walked in before 9:20 handed the receptionist insurance and ID, she handed back paperwork told me to sit down, I waited filled out the paperwork work for her to ask why we was here Then to come back and the doctor is not seeing anymore people because they close at 10 PM. I look at my phone it’s 9:37 ok so they must have forgot what time they close when I walked in. Only in the Hood

Not the best urgent care in general. If you’re sick and get a nose swab test, their lab only tests for the flu, RSV, and COVID-19. Keep in mind, there are literally so many more viruses besides these that can make you sick (rhinoviruses, adenoviruses, and other coronaviruses (OC43, HKU1, NL63, etc.)). So if you have any of these and you get a nose swab, your results are most likely going to be negative because they don’t test for any of these. Other urgent care centers I have been to test for everything with one nose swab, so the test results are much more accurate. With cold/flu season upon us, I don’t really understand why this urgent care doesn’t test for everything when there are so many different variations of viruses that can make you sick.
