The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing a high level of understanding throughout my experience. The entire office was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. I would confidently recommend their services to others.

It was wonderful fast really nice people they did an amazing job its an excellent place thats my new place to go now for myself as well as for my children awesome place!!!!!! Thank u for taking care of me feeling much better!

I came in for an asthma treatment. When I walked in there was not anyone at the front desk. However, there was a note taped to the desk saying, take a seat and someone will be right back to help you. It took about 15 minutes for someone to come and take care, of the two other people and myself. I wouldn’t call this urgent care, I would call it waiting care. Especially for someone in Asthma crisis. I called before I when, told them why I was coming in. After I payed my $50.00 copayment I was told, they didn’t have an extra machine. still ended up, go to an E/R and pay another copayment. Because I need an extra, should get my money back. Must say the doctor was very nice and professional and so was the young woman that too my information. I wouldn’t go back to their, definitely not for asthma.

If you are prescribed a medication that requires pre authorization they will leave you suffering. Tell you to see your primary care doctor which for me means two week wait = delay in care over a simple phone call. Great doctors + Poor leadership = still equates to a failure in leadership. It’s a simple call. Do what’s in the best interest of patients. If this location was busy I could see why it couldn’t be done but you all are not busy; now I understand why. Set the standard don’t follow the standard; that’s how you become the standard. You all failed me as a patient. Now I’m left waiting 2 weeks. This is called robbing the poor to get rich and that’s a violation of all holy laws.

Came here for a sore throat. I was greeted by receptionist who were so rude and didnt seem to care about there job. The one girl was on her cell phone and completely ignored me while I stood in front of her for about 5 minutes. When saying to her do you need my insurance card she struggled to register me and tool about 30 minutes to do so. I wanted to speak to the Manager and complain. The manager was not there. I have tried calling for 2 weeks to speak with the manager and he is never in or return my phone calls. I have lived in this community for years never coming again and telling my family to head to the next urgent care. Terrible staff awful manager !

It was very clean. Once l told the receptionist what happened The receptionist took me straight to the back and the Doctor saw me right away I told the Doctor thats something bit me when I went to the park but I didnt see what bit me Whatever it was, my body was in pain anda knot on my left leg.and the doctor gave me some antibiotics for my bite. It was a blessing. I went to the hospital at first but it was packed. So I decided to go to urgent care. Thank you so much.

Okay first of all the receptionist with the red/orange locs seemed so clueless that I wondered if she was even sober… Then she sends me to urinate for tests but doesn’t give any patient instruction at all about how to use the wipe or anything like that she only told me where to put the cup in the restroom. Now I’m in the bathroom and I’m about to put my urine cup where she instructed me to put it and I see my urine cup is unlabeled and there’s also another cup with urine in that box THAT IS ALSO UNLABELED. I tell the nurse practitioner and she comes back with a label with someone else’s name and I inform her that’s not me, then she comes back with the correct label. The nurse practitioner seemed knowledgeable and was kind yet professional. I would genuinely never come here again NOR recommend the location to anyone!!!

Staff was very courteous very professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and attentive. I will return. I will also tell my co-workers. It is a great place to visit.

I received fast and courteous service from the front desk to the medical practitioner. I willing to return for future treatments.

What an unfortunate situation here, I waited over an hour because they are listed as being open at 8 AM. It is now 9:15AM as the doors are still locked, I saw someone go in so I called a few moments ago and she said that there was no doctors coming in until noon, which is great however it would’ve been lovely if they posted something on their front door as I saw several folks walked by presumably all not feeling welland hoping to be seen. I just feel like that’s bad service to people who are not feeling well. It’s common sense to inform customers/patients waiting to be seen by medical professionals that they cannot be seen instead of having them wait. The other reviews had me hopeful, I’m disappointed.

The waiting time was short did not have to wait was taking care of. The staff was excellent. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

The provider Moomitu made me feel super disrespected. I walked in today, the place was empty, one guy was finishing up. the front desk lady was really nice ( not sure her name) my main reason for a visit today was to do a swab and urine test. I immediately peed in a cup then went to the back and Moomitu told the front desk lady to draw blood,I declined. The front desk lady job was done so at this point I’m waiting on Moomitu for about 25 minutes. Before she walks in I hear Moomitu asking the front desk lady if I already did urine… which I did 20 minutes ago at this point. So moomitu walks in and everything is going well, until it was time for my swab. She tells me to lay down and she walks out with the door WIDE open. So I lay down with my pants on. She comes back in and says it’s time for my swab and that I can get undressed. I did an awkward smile and I said “ I never done this with the provider still in the room I have a pad on” she says “ what” with the attitude face. I’m clearly uncomfortable at this point and I say “ usually they step out and come back in while I’m covered” she says “ okay I’ll just get you another provider” in a very dismissive tone and walks out. So I grab my bags because at this point I’m uncomfortable. As I grab the door to leave moomitu is there with the front desk lady saying she is going to do my swab. I’m telling her I do not want that because she has a attitude get me a different provider as she stated. She is telling me she told me that she’ll get another service provider to be in the room which was never said otherwise there wouldn’t be an issue. She was laughing in my face with the front desk lady as if I was the crazy one. As a provider if a patient is new to something you shouldn’t make them feel uncomfortable

My experience at Centers Urgent was great. I was seen at an efficient time by the receptionist. The Nurse Practitioner was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful which was appreciated.

Went to this medical facility because I was not feeling well. I usually walk with my form of payment, but on this day I forgot my wallet. I asked could I be billed the $15 copay in which the manager whos name is ISSAC says no. Ok no problem, I was about to leave and call an ambulance. Ive never not paid my copay , it just so happened on this day my mind was on finding out what was wrong with me (found out I had Covid ) . So after me telling them its against the law for a medical facility to refuse treatment AND there were no signs or notice saying they DO NOT BILL PATIENTS Issac decides to text his receptionist back and say its ok. So after I am invited to the exam room I received THE WORST bedside manner Ive ever seen. People were slamming doors, pushing the swab sticks up higher than it should have been. I will NEVER go back to this money hungry medical facility again and a warning to ANYONE, make sure you have the means to pay or you will be refused treatment. Oh, and all my insurance information is on file with them and Im pretty sure Aetna pays them for the mediocre service they give.

Came in with a neck injury and the doctor told me i had strep throat. why you would prescribe strep throat antibiotics for a neck injury is beyond me. considering there are other infections that can rise from injury to the neck and spine.the doctor was extremely dismissive of my concerns. i didn’t catch her name. it was a waste of my time to come in here, they do not have x rays, and if you have an injury-i guess have no interest in referring you to a place that does. very disappointing experience and still experiencing pain among other concerning symptoms. going to have to visit a different urgent care and hopefully not the ER due to the negative & dismissive attitude from the “doctor”.refused to test me for any illness related to a neck injury- just gave me a covid test.wont be returning, would not recommend. unless you only need a covid test.

It’s amazing people in there but they treat you and I just love going there. I would recommend anybody to go Doctors receptionist and everyone else in the office are amazing.

Just discovered this amazing urgent care. The facility is clean the staff is so nice and amazing. I came in because me and my child wasnt feeling well. We were seen very quickly. The PA that was there was kind and friendly and was great with my child who has a fear of doctors. 10/10 highly recommend this urgent care if your ever not feeling well

Np (nurse practitioner) Tony was so helpful, patient and very understanding. Very informative with my diagnosis and careful with my care. And days later, Physician assistant Tiffany was also very helpful and informative with my follow up visit. Urgent care front desk is very professional and the urgent care itself is very effective and efficient . Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was so kind and understanding and helpful. not a long wait at all i was in and out. i would definitely come back in the future.

I must say this is the first time I went to an urgent care and been so pleased with my care. I felt respected and listened to. They address all my concerns and even helped me navigate how to find a provider to follow up. It was such a pleasure

The front desk staff was very welcoming. The office was super neat and clean. There was no crowd. I was actually seen before my appt time. The doctor was amazing. She addressed every one of my concerns and explained things clearly. My entire visit was less than an hour. I willDefinitely visit this office again.

Wow, incredible experience with Carolyn (not sure of spelling!) who took stitches out for me. she was the one healthcare provider who didnt dismiss me when I had concerns over an abnormal bruise. she explained everything so well, my anxiety dissipated immediately, and she was extremely considerate/kind. this was a really lovely experience in a medical setting, and I wish all were like that for everyone. so happy that this place exists in our community.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. I wasnt feeling well and I took a home covid test that came back positive. I knew this couldnt be true. So I decided to visit your facility to get a second opinion just to be sure and I was correct. The doctor wanted to do a PCR if I said that correct. Waiting on my results. I found the office through Google search.I walked In without an appointment on a snow day. I found the office to be clean & modern. Staff was very professional & efficient. Happy to have them in my community providing quality healthcare with great customer service.

Quickly seen and professional. The office is new and very clean. I was immediately seen and did not feel rushed. All my questions and concerns were explained and addressed. I hope I won’t need to visit to often but will definitely use them in the future.

My whole visit took 15 minutes since it’s a new location not as popular yet..very clean & perfect location A train & 2buses all just feet away! I was sent my results online the next morning or my labs☑️

They do not accept Medicaid, which is very inconvenient to the people in the neighborhood which is still majority low income and Medicaid users. If they would accept Medicaid and similar insurances they could be useful to the neighborhood.Update: they now see people will Medicaid. The nurses and doctors were nice however there was a bit of a wait time.

This place has only gotten worst with every visit. But this alas will my last time here, unprofessional staff and extremely inexperienced.

I came in on Christmas Eve at 4:30pm and the staff were polite and diagnosed me quickly, effortlessly and with a smile.I hope I don’t need an urgent care clinic anytime soon but if I do, I will be happy to go here again.
