2 nd floor service horrible doctor has no time to listen to you, before I come they were saying come we going to take care of you,after I come doctor says I can not look up your blood test its going to take too much time, what a doctor waste of time , mean nurses and mean doctorI am never going to come to this place ever againI spend $45 for taxi waste of money and time. They should be more polite since getting 💰

Dont go here if you want a good experience. The place is crowded sometimes & everything seems rushed! Doesnt feel like they really care, they just want to get it over with since its their job. I definitely wont be going back here!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for a little minute even when I run late they take me . It’s crowded and didn’t even get proper testing I went in for a checkup got a Pap smear and it’s been over a month with no results and you come there wait an hour I asked the doctor should I be tested she said no it’s fine still waiting to hear back . That’s typical in a office seeing majority minority patients

The specimen (cant call them people) that answer the phones are consistently unprofessional, rude, and low-level individuals who have no business answering phones or dealing with the public or any human beings for that matter. They speak very harsh to you, use caustic language, and will even hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation. If the reception is that poor, I can ONLY imagine what the service is like.....NO THANKS!!!! POOR, POOR, POOR.

The girl who answered the phone was very rude. She said that couldnt hear me properly and hung the phone up. I called back and she yells at me. Something needs to be done about your staff. Regroup and re train!!!

They are slow, unhygenic, and made a significant error on my insurance now being billed with the wrong information thanks to the lady on the billing department who focuses on having an attitude rather than doing her work correctly ...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

The wait is very long and I do get very annoyed but dr. Sohan is a very good doctor who explains everything and is very attentive

The place looks really bad... the doctors office was worst there was clothes all over the place shoes papers all over ..it basically does not look clean at all

EVEN THO THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS LATE AND ITS ALWAYS CROWDED I LOVE THE SAME DAY SERVICE ❤️❤️❤️
