Dr. Peggy and her staff are amazing and professional! They made me feel comfortable and the service was quick/efficient. Highly recommend and will continue to go there!Would give the service and staff higher ratings if I could.

****UPDATE****After the HORRIBLE experience earlier this year, I just received a bill from them because they took my vitals… before having me sit in an exam room for 40 minutes. So now I have to pay them because they took my vitals. What the actual hell is this place. Do NOT go here!! It’s filled with incompetent people and is truly a dirty place. *****If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an appointment the other day, and I’ll never go back. To start, the people at reception don’t seem to know what they are doing. The check-in process asked for no patient history, which appeared to be a red flag. After being taken back to an exam room, multiple people came in to ask who I was and what I was there for—a bit concerning that no one seemed to know which patients were in each room. Multiple people also came in telling me I was there for a follow-up and blood tests, and I had to correct them that I was a new patient and was there for an exam. Also, when they took my blood pressure and weight, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and I was the one who noticed I had my legs crossed still. Then, I sat in the exam room for 40 minutes, waiting to be seen by a doctor. At this point, it was over an hour past my actual appointment time. I ended up leaving without being seen for a few reasons. I didn’t trust that they’d even know what they were doing, and I couldn’t wait any longer. Also, I paid a co-pay for no reason, and the receptionist could not figure out how to issue a refund. Overall incompetent.I would NOT go here.

Im revising my previous review in order to maintain my dignity and respect. Less than stellar quality of care and the response to my public review online by the doctor herself proves how disrespectful, rude, pompous and arrogant she is. People, women especially, NEED to TRUST their healthcare providers and doctors should consider their patients trust a privilege. Its clear that this doctor picks and chooses whom she caters to and Ive yet to receive a formal apology.

When I say I never leave reviews I really mean I may leave a review on something maybe once a year cause aint nobody got time for this. However I would be remised if I did not leave a review for trust women healthcare. From the moment I arrived I felt respected and cared for at the front desk. My wait time was about 5-7 minutes but thats fantastic in my book. Into my exam Dr. Peggy A Estime Roberts was very gentle and was done with the exam before I even knew anything was goin on. She took the time to answer all my question and I really felt well taken care of. I know nobody brags about GYN but Im bragging about mine because she is wonderful. Thank you for being different. I will be returning and referring every lady I know to my new GYN. Truly a blessing to be treated like a patient for once. I had an awesome experience. Completely wonderful office even if its just the two of them. God bless you both. Keep up the good work

Finally I found a Doctor I feel comfortable to share any and everything with! But first let’s talk about the Beautiful , Warm, Relaxing, and very Feminine space . I felt so relaxed I forgot I was at a Doctor’s office it felt more like a spa . Amazing staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Peggy is not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well. Her joyful smile fills the atmosphere , You can feel the genuine care she portrays. She is sooo knowledgeable in her profession and has a lot of great connections with some of the best health care organizations. I would highly recommend Dr. Peggy to be your GYN ! My only regret is that I haven’t found her sooner . Truthfully this is an experience you won’t regret what a phenomenal staff I’m beyond happy and grateful I found this place 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 I would have given 10 stars.

Dr. Roberts and her staff are always my saving grace. I’m so grateful for them and I will always recommend them. Even when I had to change insurance and pay out-of-pocket, I still made sure I came here because I know the love of care and level of care I will receive would not amount to any money that I lost. I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 years and I always make sure to recommend to anyone who wants a tailored experience with thorough testing and care. I can’t wait to Dr. Roberts open up a bigger practice or chain of them. I am grateful for all she does and all her staff..

Dr Roberts will find any reason to bill you , even if the doctor forgot to give you instructions then tell you to come in to discuss the situation from first visit and then bill you again in regards after I already paid for the first visit which was for Semaglutide which I received that I paid cash for

This is such a fantastic office and team! I switched from another OB to this one and Im so glad I did. Everyone across the board has been so incredibly kind and accommodating. Ive been here for various check ups and have felt listened to and cared for at each appointment. I highly recommend this office!

Wish I could give this place zero stars!! After my first appointment I was very pleased with the doctor and the staff. I was prescribed a medication, I began having adverse reactions so I called the office to speak with the doctor and ask if these symptoms were normal especially since I never had symptoms to begin with. The receptionist took a message for me saying the doctor will call me back, 2 days and 5+ unanswered calls to the office I still hadn’t heard back from the doctor about my concerns. Finally I called again and the RECEPTIONIST is trying to give me medical advice instead of finding a way for me to get in touch with the doctor that I had left a message for 2 days prior! Instead on a holiday weekend,(Friday before Christmas, when I’m not even in the state), she just stated I needed to make an appointment to address the issues. Personally this is unacceptable to me and I will be looking for a new doctor.

The staff is TOP TIER! Customer Service is impeccable. Dr. Roberts is the best. I love it here and Im so glad I found a doctor that has my best interest at heart and makes me feel comfortable, safe and most importantly, respected.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with love and professionalism! Dr. Roberts greeted me as if we were old friends. Shes warm, kind and comforting. Odd to say for a GYN visit, however, it was an amazing experience!

My first appointment here was a 10/10 overall. Upon entrance this facility is clean & smells great. The young women at the front desk were very helpful, answering any question to the best of their ability and were very clear. Dr. Peggy herself is a breath of fresh air, very vibrant, helpful, attentive and easy going. I would recommend her to every woman out there. Definitely found my permanent NP.

It is REALLY hard to find a clean and updated, kind and professional health care office in Brooklyn. I like that this is an evening clinic, their hours very much cater to the working woman. The staff is so freaking kind and professional. The office itself is immaculate. It’s white and bright, super clean. It made me feel safe and like I was getting quality care. The doctor was super engaging and smiley. She put me at ease.

Dr Peggy is the absolute best! The entire staff in this office is so welcoming and nice. The first time I went here I had to bring my toddler, the anxiety was real but we were in and out in less than an hr.

The environment embraces you from the time you walk in. The staff is very welcoming, accommodating and comforting. Dr. Roberts listened to my concerns, provided guidance and advise, included my other specialists in the pathway forward and within weeks I am on my way to seeing results. Very grateful.

OMG !! Girl You dont understand how happy I am with finding Trust Womens Healthcare ! I felt super comfortable, well taken care of and most of all safe ! Everywhere I turned was very clean , everyone was super nice and it smelled amazing in there ! I was able to receive information on what I originally came for plus more . So yes, believe the hype TWH is definitely a 10/10 I was looking for at least one thing less than a 10 and couldnt find it lol Amazingggg :-) !! The very best GYN I’ve ever been to, Dr. Peggy listens to you, and she helps you figure out your issues and concerns. This place was well needed in my area, especially a black doctor, who can understand and relate to other black women.

The best you’ll probably find ! Dr. Roberts is patient, kind and has a great listening ear. She has such an amazing spirit ! She has me as a patient for life! The office is very accommodating, clean & she has evening hours for us working people! All around an amazing clinic.

I was specifically searching for a Black woman OBGYN near me and was so pleased with my experience at Trust Women’s Healthcare. Dr. Roberts and her whole staff were so lovely and the office (from the exam room names, the artwork, and the music) was so intentionally appointed to make patients (especially those that are Black women) feel seen, comfortable, and safe.Dr. Roberts and her staff were kind, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Wonderful facility! I found Dr. Roberts through Zocdoc while on my hunt for a black OBGYN.The lobby is gorgeous. Feels very luxurious while also being relaxing and casual. The two times I visited, the office had Girlfriends playing on the TV which, oddly enough, made me feel at ease. I like a luxurious feeling office, but not to a pretentious point where I feel uncomfortable and this office does not give that vibe.The receptionist ladies were wonderful. They were friendly and attentive.The only con I would have are the exam rooms feeling bare. This is a common thing I’m finding with new clinics especially when they’re independently owned by the physician. Not sure what the requirements or restrictions are for decor in medical exam rooms but some plants, magazines, maybe a tv would be nice in some rooms. Again, it seems like a very new facility so it’s understandable.Dr. Roberts herself was amazing. She was super sweet, friendly, and completely open to any questions I had. Y’all already know how some doctors can be— they want to be in-and-out, but not Dr. Roberts. I really appreciated the care she gave me.I have officially found my new OBGYN!

Im really impressed with the service here both GYN & weight loss management. Dr.Roberts spends time with you covering the pros and cons with weight loss management as well as my GYN needs. I highly recommend this pratice.

Dr. Roberts is truly amazing. Her office is impeccable, warm, inviting and modern. The environment and music helped to put me at ease. I visited her office as a new patient yesterday and I have not experienced this level of bedside manner in the healthcare system for quite some time. She really listens, understood my individual needs and explained her practice quite well. Dr. Roberts is non-judgemental in her approach and is relatable. I will be longstanding patient. Great facility, very caring and courteous staff. Great doctor but it took 5 days and 3 reminder phone calls to receive my prescription for medication. I almost went to another doctor.

10/10 experience. The doctor, techs and front desk are all lovely and pleasant. The office is cute and easy to find. It’s located off of Bedford avenue and Gates avenue in Bedstuy. It’s also black owned which is a plus. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

If I could give this facility a zero wouldn’t be enough. After two weeks of bloodwork haven’t received any calls that relates from results. Everytime you call the office, say they’ll call back and never hear from anyone. They don’t transfer your insurance so you later get billed for no reason!!!!Unprofessional facility and poor work ethic. IF I WERE YOU, WOULD STAY AWAY!!!!

I travel an hour from Queens to Brooklyn because it’s worth it, Dr Roberts is upbeat and everyone is so caring! Haven’t met a doctor like her.

The best experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office since I was a child. Only my pediatrician made me feel so cared for. Can’t wait to revisit.
