The staff were amazing! Very nice, very well put together and charming. The doctor I saw was Dr. Hall and she was so sweet and informative and was very communicative. I enjoyed my visit a lot and will definitely recommend this location to anyone going forward.

I had an amazing experience at AFC. The staff was incredible, they were so warm and friendly. The woman at the front desk was gentle and caring. She did a great job explaining what my out of pocket cost would be. The medical assistant, Janie was also so caring. I didn’t get to see the name of my physician/NP but she was also so friendly and helpful. Each and every staff member made me feel cared for, they spent time with me and made sure I understood my condition. I will recommend AFC to anyone. Thank you AFC Chattanooga team!!

Amazing experience! We are from out of town and our young daughter cut her head open. They got her right in, fixed her up, and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and professional. Thank you so much for helping our kiddo!

I needed to have an appointment for my 15 year old grandson. He has had several episodes of Nausea and Vomiting over the past few weeks. To me I felt like there was maybe something else happening and needed him to get checked out by the doctor.  I got an appointment set on line for 40 minutes later. Checked in and was seen quickly, 10 minutes or so. But they were not busy either.  The PA was very thorough with her physical exam, asked my grandson questions and accepted input from us, his mother and myself.  I think her recommendation was spot on. Gave my grandson a prescription for nausea medication. She gave a note for his school and school nurse so we could keep a track on his symptoms. Actually got the first smile of the day from my grandson at 1:00 pm. She also gave a great recommendation for a new pediatrician since he was dropped by his previous bc of the COVID situation. (That is a whole other ridiculous thing).  In whole, if I need an urgent care, this is where I go and take my grandkids if we need to be seen quickly. I have experienced nothing but good quality care from these folks. And that’s why I continue to use them.  Thanks for the good care, AFC Gunbarrel.

Came in 30 mins before close for my husband who needed stitches in a finger. The staff was so unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. They never made us feel bad for keeping them late and made sure to keep conversation flowing to keep us at ease! Hopefully we wont need to come back again anytime soon but I would in a heartbeat! Cant recommend this place enough!

We have visited this location several times before and always been pleased until our most recent visit at the end of August 2024. I suspected my husband had Covid or the Flu since I could not get his high temperature to break in 48 hours or so. We visited this location and check in was fine and the nurse who swabbed him for the test was fine. When the NP walked in she told us he had Covid and to stay in bed and wear it out and take Tylenol. I expressed to her I had been giving him Tylenol and Ibuprofen for the last 48 hours and couldn’t get his temperature under control and she still told me the same thing. It almost seemed as if she wasn’t worried that I couldn’t get his temperature under control.When we left I was still worried and contacted our PCP after hours and told them the “treatment” plan we were given and they did not agree with that at all since the temperature wasn’t under control and he had been feeling rotten for many days prior. They called in something that is being given to treat Covid in adults and within 24 hours he was almost like a new person. My husband did make a full recovery once he completed the prescribed medication.I don’t know why the NP didn’t prescribe the prescription that our PCP did (maybe she doesn’t like to call in things) but we won’t be back to this location more than likely.

I came into AFC after 3 weeks of suffering from excruciating pain due to sciatica. The staff were very understanding and made it so easy for me to get checked in due to my pain. The wait time to see the doctor was less than an hour and I was so thankful as I was in terrible pain. I received excellent care and now my pain is finally gone. I cannot thank the staff and doctors here enough. The best!

Rey friendly. Clean and efficient. Got me in inLess than 5 minutes of arrival. Everyone showed compassion for the amount of pain I was in. Treated me quickly for some relief. Following up with orthopedic doctor

AFC Urgent Care Gunbarrel RdI seemed to have some sort of bug bite which was not healing very quickly. I decided to schedule online, no hassle very easy.Check in had already been done so again easy peasy. The staff at front are helpful and kind.I saw Elaina who was very professional and addressed the issue immediately- which I like. She prescribed the meds I needed and I was on my way. I liked her and would probably ask for her again. I highly recommend her.

I had a mandatory drug screening and physical to be done for my employer and the staff was amazing. Quick. efficient and very friendly. Connie was amazing and took care of all of my needs. highly recommend this facility and Im glad its so close to home for future visits.

I have not been feeling well for a couple of days these ladies really did a amazing job taking care of me. Jill was absolutely perfect, very understanding & seemed like she genuinely cared about my well being! Connie took my blood & was extremely proficient and careful, some people have a hard time getting blood from me, but she was a pro! Also Kerri really made me feel at home she was so sweet I was kind of upset that expresscare was closed today but I was so GLAD I came here instead. I Met some incredible women today. I WILL be back!! Front desk woman was extremely welcoming as well.

I am from out of state and needed to have my son seen for a high fever. We were so impressed with the care we received. We arrived 15 minutes before closing & we were still checked in right away. We saw Reagin who was absolutely amazing. She was so proactive in helping us figure out what was going on, so thorough in her examination, even though we were her last patient & she was just an incredible provider. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area. We were in & out in about an hour, even with lab swabs and xrays. You never wish to have to go to urgent care while on vacation, but all the staff made it such a great experience despite the circumstances. I am so grateful for the care my son received here. 11/10.

The wait was not long, it was an easy process and I loved the provider. She took a lot of time with me and was so helpful. She even had me download the discount RX app and pulled up the meds for me and showed me how to get the discounts for them. I would DEFINITELY go back here!

One of the best experiences ever with a doctor and clinic. Can’t say enough positive things about the people here. Very kind, down to earth, genuine and seem to actually care. I was just visiting in the area and needed to see a doctor, but I wish we could take the whole team home with me! Thank you all!

Fast quick service was in and out in under an hour. Previously had went to FastPace and was there over and hour and never saw a physician so I left to come here. So needless to say I will be back to AFC if ever I need urgent care again.

Staff was nice. Wait was short. Both the doctor and nurse were very pleasant and thorough. I always am treated well at the facility. Thats why I come back.

This is the second time to visit AFC Chattanoga and both times I was very pleased. I had another respiratory thingv going on. The first one had been hanging on for a while, leaving me very weak. The person who saw me was very knowledgeable and kind, ĵust what I needed, and she gave me a steroid injection.My visit a few days ago for another upper respiratory illness was also very satisfactory. All staff were more than friendly and kind and the medical technician who saw me was knowledgeable and compassionate. After checking me over, she also gave me a steroid injection plus sent a script to my pharmacy for an antibiotic to fill if my symptoms worsened. Five stars!

Jillian Yeager is such a kind and attentive provider. I was in pain and hadn’t felt like myself in about a week and as I was describing my symptoms to her, she was very sympathetic and made me feel heard and safe. She prescribed me an antibiotic and I felt so much better within 3 days! Very grateful for her and all of the staff at AFC Gunbarrel.

Let me start out by saying that I have no problem with the care that I received here. The problem I have is when it comes to billing. They billed my insurance for urgent Care on a follow-up from a primary care visit. Simple mistake, I understand that mistakes do happen. I have spoken with their billing department several times the problem is they outsource it to a foreign country and they speak very poor English. Literally all they have to do is resubmit the bill to the insurance with the right billing code. The people I am talking to I am guessing by accident or probably in India and do not seem to understand what I am asking them to do. They did finally resubmit the bill that they resubmitted it exactly like they did the first time. The other problem is I have gotten three texts from them today about the bill with different amounts on them. So all in all I would say the care you receive is good but their administration and billing are an absolute nightmare. Bottom line is I will not be going back in the future simply because of the huge headache that it has caused me trying to get the bill corrected.

Most of the doctors are professional and really show empathy and concern for the patients. The last doctor I seen here was rude. She lacked empathy and I could tell she did not want to be at work. I left my visit feeling ignored, disrespected, and discriminated against.

Ive been here four or five times since this was previously Doctors Express. I echo almost all the sentiments here in the reviews. All staff members, from the administrative assistants, to the nurses are very friendly. The waiting room and offices are always spotless. Dr. Ballard has such a pleasant disposition and genuinely cares. Even if you dont have the good fortune of seeing her, the other doctors who rotate are excellent. Great place to go if you cant quickly get a same-day appointment with your PCP when you likely just need a prescription at your local pharmacy for a non-serious illness or to be forwarded for an MRI. Waiting room times arent bad given its an Urgent Care practice. Longest Ive ever had to wait was about 75 minutes. All the other times, Ive been taken back there in less than 30.

Experience was exceptional. Entire staff very professional. Great place for a traveler to stop for unexpected medical care. I would definitely visit them again.

I’m new to the Chattanooga area. When I recently came down with some sinus issues a friend suggested I make an appointment with AFC on Gunbarrel Rd. I was able to easily make an appointment via the website and arrived 40 minutes later. Was seen within 10 minutes of arrival time and out the door with a diagnosis within 45 minutes. I highly recommend and will use them again myself!

Went in the a very sore throat and headaches; which turned out to be a viral  infection. I have been there a few times, but today was an exceptional visit. Great staff took care of me.Janey triaged me and she has excellent bedside manners and got me ready to see Dr. Hall.This is great place to walk- in when not feeling your best.

First time to this clinic as I cut my thigh just above the knee. The staff was very helpful while I was checking in. Once done I waited maybe 5 minutes before taken to an exam room for care. I was given the best care and ended up with 8 stitches. I will return to this clinic the next time I need emergency or medical care.

Everytime I’ve come into this establishment I have been incredibly pleased.  They have the friendliest staff and welcoming everyday.  Some of their visits are clearly not of the most welcoming topics and they go the extra mile to ensure the most comfortable and educational visit possible.

Cant believe how easy this was. Id never been to an agent care and Im so glad to have gone to this one. Everyone was super sweet, the office was very very clean. Id definitely go back if I needed to!

My younger brother who has mental health issues & has stage 4 cancer is living in a nursing home. I visit him every month or so. I live 8 hours away. This visit he could not hear! Ears clogged. I took him to an AFC urgent treatment. They saw him fairly quickly & treated him & were very professional & kind. He can hear once again!!! We were both very happy with the whole experience & the wonderful results. Thank you!!!

Here visiting my sister on Vacation, my grandbaby became sick with a high fever. I brought her here and the staff was amazing. Being away from home with a sick child is a scarry situation, they made us feel welcomed and the staff from the front desk to the Doctor was absolutely AMAZING. I would recommend them to anyone that needs care!!!!

Both Kari and Reagan were very kind during my visit! Kari made sure to keep a lighthearted atmosphere as I was clearly very panicked about my injury. Reagan explained everything she was doing to keep me informed as I was unable to watch my finger get glued back together. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that I did have to wait a while with a bleeding wound (this could have been my fault though as I said I was told the bleeding had slowed when I checked in). Overall made a terrible experience more bearable!

Both the front desk ladies and nurses and doctors I saw were wonderful. They took their time with me and couldnt have been more caring at a time when I felt so sick! Thank you!

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent visit to AFC. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and provided me with thorough explanations and treatment options. The staff was also friendly and efficient, making my visit a pleasant experience.

My visit was nothing short of satisfactory. The staff was very friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Connie . She was very nice and made sure I got everything I needed.

I feel the team worked well together. Wait times were good considering pt volume. I was tested with a nasal swab following diagnostic questioning, the provider listened to my lungs and was able to check visually for s/s of acute illness since the XRay team was there at the time of my visit. Any medication was discussed thoroughly, antibiotic use was discussed (to finish the regimen as directed “unless adverse reactions occurred” to lessen the possibility of antibiotic resistant population growth). They always check up on me after each visit. Since medical interactions can be uncomfortable socially, I do believe I felt more comfortable since this was not my first visit, but that being said, if i had any questions, the staff was kind and willing to find out what was needed. Thank you for your continued care.

Everyone was very nice but I waited over an hour to get called into the exam room and almost 2 hours after getting there before seeing dr. All in all I was there 4 hours to get an exray of my leg.

Very helpful and nice people. Had a problem getting the copay covered but they solved it in a very reasonably timely manner. The only reason im leaving a 4 star is rhe wait time. They are all very nice and hard working but i did wait over an hour. In a walk in clinic it’s normal to wait bc there are other people in line but I wish there was one more nurse who can do certain tests to eliminate all of the stress falling on one nurse. I dont mind waiting for good service which it was i was in and out quick as soon as i got back. Overall great place but another nurse would alleviate wait times

Lovely experience! Very kind front desk and nurses working in the back. Not one person was off putting the entire visit. Walk in appointment didn’t take very long and even gave you a link to see where you were in line! Fast and straightforward service, I got an ankle X-ray to make sure I wasn’t broken. Office fee is 125 which they definitely deserve for being so helpful and fast and the X-ray was only 92 for a 3 view! Very very affordable for somebody without insurance. Will come back if ever I have another issue (: thanks guys!!!

I was greeted with lots of smiles and concern as to the purpose of my visit.Paperwork was pretty simple and easy to complete as this was my first visit.Got in pretty quickly to see the PA, who went into great detail about my issue.Very pleasant experience and I will visit again if I need urgent care.

Went in for Covid and post-op wound care. Was feeling really awful, and staff was kind and patient with me. Visit was fairly efficient and thorough.

The doctor was awkward and left us to wait an hour for her to exam the patient. Wait-list stated 0 patients before us. No other patients on the exam side we were on. Nursing staff was timely, kind, and efficient. What took the doctor so long to enter the exam room is at question.

Everyone is always so gentle and helpful. I feel like they are to the point but also balance that with making sure to listen to the patient.

I went there this afternoon because of my sciatica. Everybody there was very helpful and very kind. Beth schoocraft. The only thing was I needed a x-ray on my back. It was about 430 or 5 when I was there. Was told the X-ray tech had already left. I will have to pay another 75 to get one. I do not think that is fair to me

We made an appointment online, got there 15 minutes before that and still had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to be seen.That being said, the provider that we saw was through and excellent.

Someone get this place a medal 🥇 I have had so many crummy experiences with urgent cares in the past that despite the reviews, I was expecting the same from this one. I was pleasantly surprised. Every member of the staff was kind and caring. I do not remember if the person who attended us was a doctor or a NP (her last name is Ballard), she had the bedside manner of a caring friend. She seemed genuinely caring of what we were experiencing and very knowledgeable about treatment. My young teen daughter and I were both seen and she was quite caring with my daughter as well. After insurance, copays were around $25/each and all of the testing we had done ended up being approximately $25/each as well. I highly recommend this location.

Everyone in the staff I give a five star to. Starting with The sweet young lady at the front desk that went out of her way to help me with my Worker’s Comp. claim just So I could be seen. Then The nurse that took my information and my blood pressure was caring and kind. And ended off w the lady doctor that seen me. She was understanding and sympathetic. I had already seen two doctors for the same injury at A different clinic . They was nowhere near as patient as this lady. She listened and cared. The others seem to just want me out of there. She also helped get information for my daughter that is breast-feeding and needs medication for anxiety. My daughter was not even with me. She did not have to go out of her way to do this. So I highly recommend this to anybody! They are exceptional

I’m a review junkie. I base a lot of decisions on reviews, and post reviews when I feel they are very deserved. I also have been sick a lot lately and have visited several urgent cares in the last 6 months. I can honestly say that, by far, this AFC Urgent Care blows the rest out of the water. Hardly comparable. The staff here are so friendly, kind, and down to earth. Even more so than an office that sees the same patients on a regular basis. I was listened to genuinely, and treated with care and compassion by everyone I encountered. I will never ever go anywhere else!

Providers were friendly and personable. I ended up having to come just before closing time and didnt get a single bad attitude! Thats really appreciated when youre already not feeling well.

Was able to get a DOT physical on a Sunday. Customer service was good and everyone was efficient. The nurse and the doctor were amazing.

I was a walk-in patient and was treated royally! The staff was pleasant, listened to my comments about the discomfort I was experiencing and provided exceptional attention to me throughout the process. Tamra Hughes, MD not only failed to identify a rupture in my child’s ear drum, but the clinic as a whole incorrectly documented his data, sent in the incorrect dosing, and failed to return phone calls.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I went there with a cough the docter came in and said it was just allergies. But the cough didnt go away so I finally went to my doctor and she did a 10 minute test and found out I have strep. Its a waste of money going there I hope that people read this and decide not to go youll be wasting your money

Wonderful experience for my 1.5 year old. Kind employees, clean facilities, and very patient in answering questions. Didn’t feel rushed. Loved that they gave us options for treatment and explained pros and cons of each to help us make an informed decision. Will return if needed.

I was out of town and hurt my ankle. I saw on AFC Urgent Cares website that they had an x-ray machine. When we arrived, I wasnt sure if I could walk on so my husband went inside and asked about a wheel chair. They gave us the option to wait on the waiting room or to wait in the car. They had an online waiting room component where you could see how many people were ahead on you. They checked my insurance before treatment to make sure I was comfortable paying the price. They brought the wheelchair out to my car and rolled me into my medical room.The staff was nice, the process was easy, the facility was clean, and they had an x-ray machine on-site. Also thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip.I would highly recommend this urgent care.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Very professional QUICK but also takes the time to get to the root of your problem and fixes it fast.

Dr. Ballard did a very amazing job at taking care of my 3 year old while we went in today. She communicated everything she was doing to my daughter and made her feel like a patient instead of a child. Definitely recommend going here for any urgent care needs.

Highly recommend. They are fast and so friendly. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse to the PA made me feel so at ease and taken care of. Being at an urgent care is already a stressful situation but the staff had us laughing and feeling comfortable right away. I can’t thank them enough.

First time there, great staff, everyones very nice and respectful, they got me setup quickly, checked in, 30 minutes I was out! 👍

This was the only clinic in the area that had time for me. I was able to fill out all of my information online and in the Solv app quickly and efficiently. Although, I waited a little longer than I would have liked, I was able to wait in my car which was nice. Once I was in the room I was seen by very friendly staff and was out in no time. I would recommend this provider.

I believe everyone working there gives at least 110%. They are very attentive, caring and dedicated to getting people proper health care.

I have been a patient here several times, but tonight I brought my daughter. She was feeling really bad, and has an engineering final tomorrow. I was happy to see Dr. Natasha Ballard still on staff and was treating my daughter. She has treated me several times while seriously ill so I knew my daughter was in good hands.

I was very please with the service my Granddaughter and I received. Everyone was professional and very little wait time. Everyone listen before trying to act or guess. That was the most important thing. Our experience was satisfying. If you are in need of care you may want to check this place out . You will be satisfied.

Wonderful urgent care! All staff from start to finish were caring and courteous. The facility is clean and the PA who treated me was very thorough. Total time for visit was 55 minutes and that included tests that took 15 mins for results. Amazing!

The receptionist was attentive and informative when questions were asked. Likewise the (LPN?) and doctor were pleasant and completed the necessary ear bud extraction quickly and painlessly. I recommend AFC to all who need urgent care.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The doctor took time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions. It was not rushed like some places.

All the service is quick and efficient. The whole staff is precious. I was really nervous because it was my first time going to the doctor without my parents but all the staff was super nice and patient with me. I’ve used this urgent care twice for flu and pneumonia symptoms and they were great both times. It’s clean and efficient and the staff are professional. It’s a great option when you need to be seen ASAP.

Everyone was very nice and professional and they were very helpful. The only problem I saw was that it was a long wait but I guess that’s that’s the way it is that the ER’s they’re walkins and you just really can’t complain about them. They’re very good at what they do. I would use them again

I love this place for fast friendly care without the cost of an ER visit. They have excellent doctors and NPs. Ill come here every time.

This group goes above and beyond to make the patient experience the very best possible. Hayleigh, Abby, and everyone there was quick and very thorough. I wont bash the idea of having a primary care physician, but AFC has been an overall better experience than any primary care physician out there.

The staff and drs were amazing. I took my daughter to a different urgent care and it was terrible. I’m so thankful for the staff here. They came to me so I didn’t have to walk on my foot. They were amazing. We will be using them from now on. Thank u for caring!!!

Every person we spoke to was very kind. We were able to get in easily (without an appointment and without checking in online). We were done in less than 30 minutes.

I have been to this location twice now. First time for my 2 year old daughter getting a Lego stuck up her nose, they were so sweet with her and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. And today but this time for me. Everyone there has been extremely nice, professional and helpful. Location feels very clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

Went in for Covid test. Made appointment online which facilitated the wait time. While waiting, observed a clerical staff at the front desk go out of her way to help a Hispanic patient try to fill out intake paperwork for a physical in a caring manner. She spent a lot of time trying to find an interpreter for him and find paperwork in Spanish. Almost everyone was very caring and friendly, although the assistant who did my initial intake in the examining room was very “short and snappy” and generally cool and not very welcoming! The PA, Jill, was super and quite helpful and caring. I tested positive and she suggested an antiviral and another medication for coughing. She actually called me later stating that she wouldn’t order the antiviral because she found several other medications I was taking that might conflict with that. The clinic actually called me later to check on me to see if I needed anything! I will definitely use them again when the need might arise.

They let me know pretty accurately how long I might have to wait. Thanks for being available when we can’t see our regular doctor. You helped the healing begin.

Have had fluid build up in ears for two weeks. I was having a hard time hearing at work.  I went for ear infection and the check in was fast and easy. Staff is very friendly and listen to concerns.

I’ve been to this place a handful of times & had decently alright experiences, aside from the fact that I have never - not even once - made it out of here in less than 2-2.5 hours. Ever.I went to them sick last Thursday morning. Staff was great, Jillian (PA) was great, diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection/bronchitis, gave me meds, sent me on my way. I called Saturday morning because I was actually getting worse instead of better - I asked if there was anything else they could do or call in for me, hoping that I wouldn’t have to go back in to see them since I’d been there 2.5 hours waiting on Thursday. They checked with the doctor & the doctor said, and I kid you not, “we can’t do anything so go to the emergency room.”Telling someone with an easily treatable condition to go to the ER is 1) lazy, 2) an insult to the doctors & nurses at the ER dealing with auto accident injuries & things of intense caliber, and 3) an insult to ME because an upper respiratory infection does not belong at the ER and neither does my 8 hours waiting or an $8,000 ER bill.Obviously I didn’t go to the ER and obviously, I have progressively gotten sicker. And now I have to find another doctor to go to today, because they wouldn’t do their job and call me in a steroid or a longer antibiotic.To add insult to injury, the sheet they gave me said “please call us if your symptoms worsen” - and they called me Sunday & left a message “just to see how I was doing from my Thursday visit” 🤷‍♀️ I guess they chose to ignore my call on Saturday, crying for additional help.I’d give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place.

I was on vacation with my family in Chattanooga and my son developed an ear ache so we had to see a doctor quickly. From the front door all the way to the doctor this place was amazing! Everyone really seemed to care about helping my son and I really appreciate how they made him feel comfortable. They called in the prescription for me to a local pharmacy and I even got a text when his prescription was ready to be picked up. If Im ever in the area again and need a doctor this will be where we go!

We always choose AFC over anyone else when our physicians are not available! They are very helpful, friendly and get what we come for fixed!!! I’ll recommend them anyday!

From setting appointment to cashing out this facility was five star across the board. I was seen within 30 minutes of finding them on Google. Not only was every person I encountered friendly, but they showed a genuine care for me and how I was feeling. The nurse even made a point to ask me how I was feeling as I was checking out after the doctor saw me. The doctor also looked up coupons for the prescriptions she called in, and gave them to me to save me some money knowing I was a cash patient. I wouldnt go anywhere else given the choice.

The staff at the AFC Gunbarrel location are exceptional! I have used them several times and the treatment from all has been compassionate and friendly. The doctor listens and offers adequate treatment.

No matter how challenging your day can be your job is to care for your patients.So with that being said The front desk and the NP were incredibly great. But to the MA Tara you seem to be pretty miserable and not happy. You do need to learn how to keep your mouth closed when speaking about patients “that’s exactly how I swabbed her earlier” as you are walking out of my room. Actually no ma’am that is not how you did it. It was completely dry when you did it the first time. As I tried to tell you when you did it but unfortunately you did not listen so therefore I had to bring it up to the provider. To whom ever is your office manager I hope they have a genuine conversation with you on your actions and the way you speak about patients especially when they can hear you and what you are saying. I hope you learn a good lesson on what not to do.

I preregistered and when I arrived I was seen very quickly Staff was excellent, friendly and kind (that is important when you are sick). I was treat professionally. The facility was extremely clean, spacious (so you are not arm to arm with another sick person. All was excellent.

AFC provides quick and excellent care. Knocking off a star since it takes over a week to receive lab results and the front desk was kind of rude, instead of helpful, when I told them I would be using my VA benefits for coverage. Not surprising, since thats how most medical facilities in the area approach care for veterans, but overall, they took care of me and the care I received was thorough.

This is the definition of being mid. They dont do anything correctly, seems like they make rules up as they go. If you ever want anything change you have 3 days or less. Also get ready for them to get your co pay wrong. Went on the 11 and called on the twelve about to he Co pay being wrong. Still have not heard a single response about this issue from them. Just dont go there.

Overall great experience starting with Cierra ad the front desk to the nurses that took my information, xtaus and steroid shotThe NP was outstanding with the examination of my issues l, contact with the pharmacy, and explaining everything with care. I really like afc on Gunbarrel. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Great experience. Everyone nice and friendly. Front receptionist desk, nurse who gave me shot, & Dr Jillian was very in tune with my symptoms for my neck strain. She has me quickly on road to recovery,Only downside, I was a walk in and it took a bit of time to be seen… but worth the wait!

It went great 👍 Dr. was very nice nice, attentive, & caring. I even wish she could be my regular doctor, or PCP, if she does that. I wish I could remember her name & Post that, so everyone would know who she is, but everyone else there was also nice & caring, & they seem to have all of the equipment that they needed for broken bones, or cuts. Thank goodness I didnt have a bad burn, as I did, when I lived in Athens, TN. Those scars still show, but I would bet that AFC Urgent Care & the doctor who treated me there would have done a much better job, so if anything else happens to me, as long as I live here, which causes me to need medical attention, this is definitely where I will go.

I had my first visit there recently and it was great. The staff communicated with me that the wait time may be longer than normal, but that was fine since I had tons of time on my hands. When I got called in, I was evaluated thoroughly, listened to, and talked to like an adult and a human being. Do you know how difficult it is to find people who still give great customer service? The provider answered all my questions and concerns and did not appear rushed or annoyed by me. I appreciate that as I was very scared of whatever was going on with my body. After the visit, they sent my meds to the correct pharmacy and encouraged me to follow up with this urgent care or my provider if I needed further assistance. Overall, this was a great experience and Ill be sure to use their services again when needed.

We had the best experience here! This is the second time we’ve been recently, and both times have been great experience! The office staff is incredibly friendly (and fun!) and our doctor was so kind! We were seen in a timely manner and they treated our children so sweetly! We will continue to go here as needed!

We were in and out quickly. The doctor and staff were all very friendly. Much better price than other urgent care places Ive been.

I had came in at the very last minute before closing three other places turned me away because a full capacity and they were closing in an hour. they welcomed me in with no problems and was able to treat my symptoms quickly and thoroughly.

Second time here and doctor was very dismissive. Terrible bedside manner. Did no testing besides a visual check. Very expensive with cigna insurance.

All personnel were very pleasant and helpful!
