They saw me fairly quickly, although I had no appointment last Saturday. The nurse was pleasant and professional.The Nurse Practitioner discussed the possible ways to deal with this common cold and prescribed something to relieve the soar throat symptoms. She was professional, and yet down to earth and straight forward. I appreciate the office being open to first come-first served patients, even on the weekends.

Very nice facility, still new-looking, and entire staff was very polite and professional. The nurse practitioner I met, Stacey Dill, is not just a medical professional on their staff. She’s extremely personable and truly cares about the patient sitting in front of her. She’s so compassionate and kind to anyone she meets, and takes her time with every patient. Wait time was minimal from the time I checked into until the time I left. I highly recommend Stacey and AFC Urgent Care in Lookout Valley. Thank you!

Getting an appointment was great. As far as the appointment, everytime my child goes there I get told he has strep and he needs an antibiotic. I do not believe this to be true I believe the provider is simply trying to get people in and out. My son’s throat is not even red or anything?? But he took one peak at his throat and said “oh yeah” like it’s you can tell by looking at his throat. I do not recommend this facility due to the provider that just wants to prescribe you something and get you out of the door. Sad.

Went in on Tuesday at 3:15 to get chest x-ray. Office opened till 6:00 but x-ray technician left at 3:00. Went back Wednesday morning at 8 am and first one in the door. Set there waiting to be seen till 9:20. X-ray technician did not show up that day. Went back Thursday and I finally got chest x-ray. Communication is bad. Need to let people know whats going on.

The staff here is wonderful—the doctor that “saw” me, not so much. I called before I came in to see if they would do staple removal as I had a head injury a week ago and was told I needed to have them out in 7 days. Upon arrival, I was seen fairly quickly to be told, “I don’t take staples out before 10 days.” After informing him what I was told as a patient in the ER, he says, “Well you can go back to the ER then.” I have no idea which doctor I saw as there was no introduction. Not to mention, there was no examination of the healing wound. A little (or a lot) more tact could and should be used when dealing with any patient, especially a first time patient. I will go elsewhere with my business. Wonderful staff, rude doctor.

I am so frustrated. They ask me what pharmacy. I told them cvs in Trenton. My husband has covid can hardly stand up. But having to be sent from pharmacy to pharmacy. Good city doesnt have our insurance information.So he will have to drive back up the mountain to get his insurance card . The man is sick.This is ridiculous and uncalled for. To say the least.

I had a visit on July 1, 2024 with swelling in my right lymph node and right ear pain. I was seen quickly, and given an explanation for what was going on and instructions on how to continue toward a complete recovery. I had medication that was provided and received a shot. They were very professional and showed great empathy for me. They were very friendly. I would gladly go there again. I was there approximately 30 minutes total.

I tested negative at the AFC for both Covid and the flu. My fever was spiking to 102 and my blood gas was down. I reported that to the nurse and doctor. I was told that I didn’t have anything but a cold. They should have told me to retest at a later date. My internal medical doctor called to check on me. They did not have flu tests so I had not gone there initially. We just talked on the phone. Today (2 days later) my doctor told me to retest based on my symptoms. I have Covid. I am 66 and so in the high risk group. I wish AFC had taken this more seriously. You all were kind, but should have known with the fever and lower blood gas that something was going on besides a cold.

WONDERFUL staff! Everyone involved in the process was spectacular. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the checkin process. The triage tech was very personable. And Dr. Thompson was so fantastic! He had great bedside manner and was great at explaining everything to us.We were there less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or quicker process. Short and painless. I didn’t get a sticker, but I guess that’s alright.

Unfortunately I needed to see a doctor on a Saturday morning. Went to our local AFC. Everything went well. Staff and doctor were nice and friendly. Doctor listened to me tell him about my issue and knew right away what needed to be done. Will definitely go there again when I cannot see my primary doctor.

Dr. Thompson is a great doctor and always listens and is thorough with his treatment. We rarely have to wait very long, too! The nurse was also the sweetest.

I dont go to AFC often but whenever I do I get the best courteous and professional treatment I could ask for. Dr Thompson.. Miss Kay.. Miss Chloe.. Miss Jesse... Miss Natalie... They are all top notch professionals in my opinion.

Staff is always friendly. Typically not a long wait unless during a pandemic, which really cant be blamed on them. Competent doctors who explain diagnoses and treatment options.

Doctor was wonderful. I have developed chronic shoulder pan due to arthritis inflammation so she prescribed a steroid injection that worked! I finally slept through a complete evening workout waking up to pain. . Thank you!

I was late due to traffic on I24 so I called and the receptionist was super nice about it and said they’d hold my spot. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. Super nice, friendly staff. Then my usual pharmacy was closed so I called to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy and it was no problem at all. Highly recommend

I have been feeling so sick for a week. The dr and staff listened to my symptoms. They were encouraging and asked me to come back if I havent saw positive results in a few days

I was seen without much wait. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The provider seemed genuinely interested and caring about taking care of my needs.

Booked my appointment on my phone. Did registration online. Was called back immediately at my appointment time. Was seen immediately and the NP Stacey listen to my concerns and provided the healthcare I needed with professional courtesy and kindness. The visit could not possibly have been better.

I know it seems like these places are a dime a dozen, but this one is seriously SO wonderful. The staff are all friendly, the doctor today was so kind and informative, just all around a good experience. To top it off, I walked in at 3:30 and walked out at 4:03 - didnt take more than 30 minutes out of my Sunday. This is the AFC I will use for ALL of our after hours/weekend needs!!

This staff is really good! I can go here for most any reason. They get you in quick and they listen and make suggestions and treatments based on all aspects, I appreciate the kindness and knowledge of the staff thank you so much! Stacey the NP was so kind, caring and thorough! The nurse was very good at sticking me too which is a big plus!!

Everytime I have had to use this clinic (due to not being able to see my own GP) I have been thoroughly impressed! Super pleasant staff, easily file my insurance claim, always will to really get me feeling better and follow up!

This urgent care was a Godsend! All of the staff were so friendly and professional, especially the nurse practitioner(Taylor R.) that took care of my daughter. She took the time to thoroughly assess, then explained what she needed to do, and gave my daughter agency in her care. I cant say thank you enough times!

We just moved to the area recently and Ive been suffering with a really bad cough for a couple weeks and bronchitis. Scheduled appointment for this morning was seen and had such great medical care there. I cant express enough my thanks for being taken care of and such wonderful staff. Very clean. I highly recommend going to this facility.

Dr Bruce Thompson was so kind and compassionate! The staff were efficient and I was in and out in a short amount of time. Clean facility and happy to have x-rays available at this clinic.

Went online and saved a spot filled out the paperwork online and got there 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in and I was brought back at the appointment time service. and very fast and knowledgeable staff there great sevice. Thanks Doctor Dill

I was there a little longer than expected but partly my fault. They did a good physical and was very polite and listened to what I had to say. Ill come back if I need to. But the cost was high just for a DOT physical. $175

My wait was 30-35 minutes. I was sent a link to complete registration on my phone, so I could wait in my car. The receptionist nurses were courteous. The doctor asked questions, really listened, and processed his conclusions with me, then tested for flu and COVID. I had neither.He listened to my chest, and I got a steroid shot and a prescription of antibiotics only if things didn’t clear up in a few more days (I had symptoms for six before coming in).Several years ago I went to the same clinic and a different doctor scared me half to death, saying I might have cancer. This recent visit was completely different, thankfully.

An urgent care place actually open on the weekend when I can’t get to my regular doctor. What a blessing. Looked at several closer to home. All closed on the weekends. What’s the point if urgent care is for when you can’t see your regular doctor?

I was provided exactly what I wanted: I need to know if my toe is broken. An x-ray was taken and read by the doctor. He provided simple guidance on the next step. Straight forward treatment with a solution in a comfortable environment! Doesnt get any better.

I walked in because I was so much pain in my lower back and my upper leg on the same side. I could barely walk I was in so much pain. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, they make you feel at home. I was diagnosed with Sciatica and was given a steroid shot and the Dr called in a prescription for a steroid pack and muscle relaxer. 3 hours later I’m already feeling relief. Thanks So Much!!

Good luck getting xrays, never anyone there to do them. Waited from Monday because they left earlier, told they would be back wed only to have them not show up again, then told I would have to wait till Friday! Absurd. Never going there, they obviously do not have it together.

I ask refil for my son antibiotics just to fimished hes dose, becasue he has been throwup after giving him. and have to give him another.but the people who answer the phone is not relly helping.

I was visiting my daughter and her family when I injured my right knee from hiking and biking, trying to keep up with my 2 year old grandson, when my knee isn’t use to the hilly terrain, as I live in the flatlands of SW Georgia. I could barely walk yesterday morning when I woke up and was going to head home. I wondered how I could drive 5 hours since it was hard to bend my knee to sit in the car. I wanted a professional opinion to see if it would be ok for me to drive that distance safely. Dr Thompson was phenomenal. He was very kind and and gave me great care. He recommended an injection of a steroid and a pain injection to make my trip home more comfortable for me. It really helped and I got myself home. I praised your practice to my daughter and her friend as well. Thank you Dr Bruce and your front desk and nurse that gave the injections. Great team!!!

Great service quick efficient. I went in during the middle of the week at 4 and the afternoon. They were able to get me in and seen by the Dr. Thompson and checked out in an hour. I was astonished with the quality of care and time management they have give everyone there. Highly recommend.

Have to say as far as being my first time ever visiting an Urgent Care facility was very much impressed. Staff was helpful as well as knowledgeable, must say was very impressed. Being a retired nurse you tend to scrutinize everything, the nurse that gave me my 2 injections “ AMAZING.” I truly felt better when I left. I thank God I gave them a try. I walked in about an hour before closing for the day, as I could not reserve an online spot due to the time of day. I was still seen promptly. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my illness. The doctor spent sufficient time with me and did not seem to be in a hurry to rush me out the door.

The nurse practitioner was friendly and helpful as was the staff and nurses. The nurse practitioner took the time to listen and was very helpful. She told me a story that was relevant to my situation which gave me courage.

I had an excellent experience! The nurses and doctor took excellent care of me. They really listened to me and I felt valued. The called my prescriptions in immediate, which made everything easy for me. The facility is pretty, well appointed and sparkling clean. I will most definitely come back here when I need medical assistance or advice.

Every time I come here it’s been great! Never a long wait, clean, friendly staff, and open 7 days a week! I drive past the walk in clinic in my town just to go see them.

Dr Thompson was top notch! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Great personality, too! The Medical Assistant was also very nice and well trained. I look forward to going there in the future! I wouldn’t mind working there, but they don’t need any registered nurses right now.

Place is a joke... couldnt get help for their weird online registration form. Finally I just got up and left. Will not be going back to this damn place. Going to an er instead because of that crap.

This morning, I went to AFC due to a fall I had a couple of weeks ago. The front office staff was very pleasant, got me registered quickly, and the wait was not long. I visited today with a very urgent need - I had a chemical burn in both eyes, was in a lot of pain and could barely keep my eyes open. The staff brought me back right away and flushed out my eyes, better than I had been able to do on my own. Within a short amount of time, I was able to go home. Many thanks to the friendly staff - they were ALL really nice and great at what they do! Highly recommend.

Checked in for a COVID test and was pleased at how efficient and caring the staff was. Fortunately, I was negative - allergy related coughing.

AFC is the only urgent care I go to. There is a fast pace less than a mile from my house but I’d rather travel the 20 miles to AFC. They are always thorough and check everything you ask them to. The doctors or practitioners always listen to everything you say and do as you ask. They will always be my number one choice for urgent care. AFC in Lookout Valley Chattanooga, TN will always be my go to as long as they’re open. Dr. Wheatley was great today. My husband was sick also and they let us be seen at the same time which was convenient.

We unfortunately needed to take our toddler to urgent care while visiting from out of town. AFC was clean and quiet right when we walked in. The receptionist was kind and helpful and we were seen right away. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner who saw us were comforting, understanding, and very helpful. We were impressed with AFC from beginning to end and are grateful for such a good experience during an urgent time. I recommend AFC - thank you for caring for us the way you did.

One of best medical practice experiences ever! As walk in patient, check in was quick and easy. Was seen by the Dr quickly. Exam was thorough and Dr took time to explain diagnosis and treatment. Prescription was sent to local CVS and was able to pick up just after end of visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Arrived at 2:45pm. I was triaged and in a room by 3pm. Didn’t see a provider until 5:10pm. Seems like he was in a rush and was in and out within a minute or 2. Didn’t really listen to my problems. I was told he wanted to swab me for strep but I didn’t have a sore throat. Just a sinus infection. I asked for an antibiotic shot and he told me my symptoms didn’t warrant a shot. The nurse came in to swab me for strep and I was told the test would take 10 minutes and the provider would come back in. About 30-45 minutes later, the nurse comes in with an antibiotic shot after I was told I would be getting one. The provider never came back in to discuss my test results. I asked the nurse what antibiotic the provider was calling in and she states he wasn’t going to be sending anything in and that if I wasn’t better within a few days to call back and he would send something in. I understand that it’s flu season but I don’t understand why I had to wait so long and they were not busy. I will not be returning to this clinic

Went in for a new job physical on a Monday morning, everyone was friendly. No issues.

Very happy with my experience yesterday at AFC Lookout Valley. Greeted promptly, saw physician within 10 minutes of registration. She was quickly able to assess my injury and prescribe treatment, and I was out the door! About 35 minutes total— but I was fortunate to be the only patient at the time (3 pm on a holiday Monday). I’ll still choose AFC again when I need a quick visit!

Easy to schedule appt, quick check in, great service, quick check out. Great for someone who needs an acute visit.

I always have a great experience when I come to this urgent care facility. The staff and Dr. Thompson are always super helpful and friendly and I am always in and out in less than an hour. I have been a couple times here in the last month and both times they have been wonderful. The waiting room and patient rooms are always super clean and the medical assistants and nurses are always very nice and listen to your concerns. I will continue to come here for my health needs. I LOVE that you can check in when youre on your way - to cut down on your wait time once you arrive!!I also really like Dr Thompson (I think thats his name). Hes very nice, very thorough and takes time to talk to me and listen.The nurses and front office staff were great too. Mr. Chris Wheatley took such excellent care of me when I came in ill. Listened instead of rushing and gave me great advice and appropriate medicine. The rest of the staff was lovely as well. Would highly recommend!

Im a truck driver & I went in for a DOT Physical & a pre-employment drug screen today. My appt was @ 12PM. There were a few people in the waiting room but as soon as I completed my check in from my phone, I was called back for the drug screen. As soon as I was done with that, the nurse then started the physical by checking my blood pressure, reading the eye chart, etc. After that, she lead me to an exam room and in less than 10 minutes, the doctor came in, completed the physical & signed my medical card & long form. I was walking out the door in just under an hour! By far, the fastest & most efficient process Ive ever encountered. Best of all, the receptionists, nurse & doctor were all very professional, upbeat & kind, which helped ease my usual anxiety that results in a high blood pressure reading. Any truck driver out there knows that can be a total deal breaker for getting a clean medical card which causes a loss of your job! I actually had the absolute BEST blood pressure reading Ive ever had in a doctors office. I honestly believe the attitude & overall of vibe of AFC- Lookout Valley on Cummings Hwy played a large role in my successful experience. This place is AWESOME!!

Dr. Elizabeth Brooke was great. The wait time was not so great but I appreciated Dr. Brooke’s attentiveness, compassion and friendliness. For a man, I have always found that most female doctors listen the best.

AFC urgent care is my go-to when illness comes on and I cant get into my PCP. They were super awesome and took the time to really evaluate my situation. I was in and out in under an hour.

Love this clinic and the friendly doctor and other staff members. They are very busy in the mornings and early afternoons, so we have learned to call for appointments during less busy times. A permanent x-ray specialist is sorely needed at this location to help with some diagnoses, as they only have one on Fridays as a fill in. The clinic location has saved me several trips to my primary care physician downtown, thankfully because it accepts Medicare.

Very poor experience this time around. We came in for my sons ear infection at noon. Put his name down to be in line, it was expected to be a 3 hr wait so we came home to wait. Went back at the time given and waited another 1,5 hrs inside the room. Doctor had apparently gone in to the wrong room and we were left waiting forever. A nurse was notified and went in to tell him we were next, but he got mad at her and I heard them talking about it not being right. We left soon after without being seen and called a teledoc instead. We had a prescription within 15 minutes of the call. This happened on Sunday, January 14, 2024

Met a new Doctor to the practice today Dr.Robert goes by Robby. He was the best doctor I have ever seen took his time and Genuinely cares for each patient. They don’t make them like him anymore AFC is very blessed to have him on board.

I had a great visit with everyone on the medical side. They were friendly and listened and took great care of me. My only complaint is that the person at reception was very condescending. Im not a neophyte tech user. The tablet/phone check in was not synced so that I could get my code put in in time. It kept giving me new codes instead of letting me get back to the check in page. This was my first visit. The employees were all very pleasant. My wait no more than 15 minutes, which included completing my registration information. The waiting room and patient room were very clean . After being taken back to a room , it was a short wait for the doctor. The doctor was pleasant, answered my questions and diagnosis was given. I never felt rushed. She encouraged me to come back as needed. I was there less than an hour. It was a good visit. I will go there rather than the ER in the future, when and if it is necessary. The nurse practitioner we had, Robert Kite, left us feeling like we were children. His tone was extremely condescending. I’ve never had an experience like that in a walk in clinic. When you feel bad, you don’t need lengthy, elementary explanations.

The clinic was clean. Doctor was professional. I made an appointment which didn’t seem to matter. It took 1 hr and 23 minutes. I only went in to get a tetanus shot. I had to go to the RN station to inform them that I needed to leave for work and then they were quick to get to me. And I am not sure why this survey appears to be coming from someone other than me. Called for next day appointment. I was reminded via text about my appointment the next morning. I arrived 10 min early, but my wait time was very short to be seen. Paperwork completed online. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Thompson was great. I was assessed and was given exactly what I needed to help me. AFC of Lookout Valley has made a great first impression. It was a great experience from the front desk clerk to the nurses and to the doctor/nurse practitioner. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Answered all my questions and directed me to the right specialist.

I am a big fan of this Lookout Valley AFC. The staff is always pleasant. The two doctors are really top notch. I know personally how great Dr. Dill is. Last year she really made a huge difference’s when I was very sick and unable to see my GP. I was so grateful.

Had a very good visit at AFC of Lookout Valley yesterday. Made the appointment via the phone. Filled out all the paperwork online and submitted it before I arrived. Waited about 20 minutes to be called back.Everyone was very nice and professional. Once back in the room, from the time I left took about 20 mintues. They had to mix up a shot for me.Very impressed with cleanliness of the faculty, professionalism of the staff and with the attention I received.In the future, I will not hesitate to contact AFC of Lookout Valley for my medical needs.

I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment time. The NP who saw me essentially didn’t tell me anything to do for a double ear infection and upper respiratory infection except to do deep breathing and drink water. They did give me a steroid injection but no antibiotics. Complete waste of time and I’ll be going somewhere else.

Went early one morning, staff was friendly and I was seen promptly. Dr listened to my issues intently, offered treatment for one issue and planned follow-up tests for something else. They are nice and thorough and I am pleased and will be back when needed.

There really wasnt a terribly long wait this time thank goodness. Theyre always so friendly and efficient and professional. I like the way they take time to listen to you once you get in there and you dont feel like youre being rushed through.

Paisley Reeves was my 1 st contact when I went back for my exam. I was pleased with her work and she took time to listen to what I had to say. Dr Stacey was also very pleasant to deal with, she took time to talk and get to know a little about me also. I would recommend this office anyone.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The nurse practitioner I saw was rude. He talked down to me. His bedside manner was terrible. They forgot about me. They made me late to the pharmacy bc they forgot about me. They treated me like I was an idiot. I literally opened my exam room door and asked if I could leave before the pharmacy closed and they looked baffled that I was still there? I use to really like this place, but I was treated so terribly there I won’t go back. They didn’t even tell me what they thought I was sick with. I had to ask the pharmacist. Don’t go here. Go somewhere where they actually act like they care.

Well I had an experience. LOLI went in with severe ear pain from swimmers ear well I passed out in lobby from the pain.The nurse came and got me in wheelchair and the dr was very nice!!!They took me back and treated me right then!I would definitely go back here. I went to the Lookout Valley office on a Sunday. I had fell and hurt my leg and hated to go to the ER. The nurse practitioner was amazing!!! I am so thankful for her and the treatment she gave me.

This location is super close to me. I go here for Dr. Thompson! He and his entire staff have always been amazing. We’ve been to this location at least 3 times btwn the 3 of us. Was very attentive to what my concerns were.

Called for scheduled time and was able to get right in. I was seen quickly by staff and doctor was able to conclude same as expected. He called in prescription for a minor infection and I was on my way within 20-30 minutes of arrival. I never felt rushed and the care was excellent.

Care was anything but Urgent. Took over 30 minutes just to get put into a room and an additional 45 minutes in the room to actually see the doctor. Ran some tests and told results would take about 6 minutes……45 minutes later confused, I received discharge papers and the nurse asks if anyone had told me my results? Doctor never even came back, Assuming they forgot I was even in the room staring at the four walls in excruciating pain. Would not recommend.

I cant remember the names of the 3 that helped me, but 1 lady was at reception desk, the next was the young lady in triage who was super nice and very quiet. I think my doctors name was Johnson, either way he retired from USMC after 38 years of service, hats off to him for that. He shot me more straight about my medical concerns than any MD that Ive ever stood in front of. All in all I would go back to this facility for any urgent care that I might need.

Receptionists slow to attend me, both appeared to be on personal devices, sign in is a nightmare for non- technical patients. Once taken back the service was prompt, comfortable, professional and complete! Stacey Dill was as pleasant and thorough as good as Ive seen. And Im very happy with her diagnosis and treatment results.On the clinical side- 5 stars is not enough. Reception 4 stars was too much. Ive been to your clinic a few times and Dr Roberts and all NPs are very good!

It was a good experience. Doctor was very informative and helpful. Loved his input, philosophy, and words of encouragement. My wife would love to know if the doctor has a private practice cause her insurance costs triple at the clinic.

Disappointed first visit. Seemed organized with a queued order for seeing a doctor. Then 2 hours later I am finally seen after being missed somehow. Others who showed up after me were seen. Doctor was great. Plan to wait and know the order you sign up doesn’t matter.

Front desk - nurse efficient and friendly, they went above and beyond to try and get us seen. Unfortunately there was a new provider very slow with the amount of patients we saw come and go in the 2 hours we sat in the waiting area seemed excessive wait time . That being said he addressed the issues and our primary doctor confirmed the alergy just not the recommended replacement drug. Would I return if the need absolutely.

I have seen Dr.Bruce Thompson several times over the year. Hes a great doctor. I would rate this doctor a complete 5. However, I am rating AFC as a whole. They are working on a referral for me to see a Specialist. Today is the 12th of July. They have had since July 3rd to update me about a referral being started. Ive called numerous times. Please finish my referral AFC. This is detrimental to my health. Thank you!

I was having an allergic reaction to something and didnt have an appointment but they saw me quickly after filling out my information. The Dr listened to my concerns and even ran a test for strep although I had no symptoms. I was very impressed and loved all of the staff I met.

I was traveling back home to FL but had horrible ear pain so stop. Saw the Urgent Care on my way to hotel.The staff from front desk to aids to the nurse practioner were so friendly and made me feel better before starting the meds. Would recommend this center anytime.

Everyone was professional and got me in and out quickly but without rushing.

Been here twice and have been helped and treated well each time. Doctors are always knowledgeable and helpful. Titiyanna R. has been my nurse each time and is always amazing! She is super friendly and good at her job, and is literally one of the few people who can successfully draw my blood.

Titiyanna and Stacy were phenomenal. They took their time and didn’t make you feel rushed, and answered every single question with genuine kindness. At no point did I feel like I was a bother or wasting their time, and they both went the extra mile to make me feel better. The office staff were also so amazing. I highly recommend going here.

Had serious UTI while on vacation the day before Easter. Showed up 45 minutes before closing. Doctor and other staff were very professional and understanding toward me. They had an antibiotic shot and prescription ready by close (6pm). Highly recommended; hopefully never need to see them again but would have no reservation in visiting again if I fell sick.

We were in town for vacation and my whole family got sick. Dr. Thompson was so understanding and kind. I have been to a couple AFC’s and this was by far the best experience my family has ever had. He was also great with my child and was able to get her to laugh and smile. Wonderful doctor and staff!

Went to see the Nurse Practitioner, Stacy at the Lookout Valley Clinic. She is caring and knowledgeable . She diagnosed the flu and prescribed meds and I recovered quickly! The Dr. who works there is also amazing and caring. They are a great team!Wendy is a wonderful asset to their team as well!

The doctor was amazing shout out to her. Everything else was unpleasant staff mediocre they tell you it’s an hour wait three hours later somebody walks in front of you because they had an appointment. I may be wrong, but I thought it was a walk-in clinic.

Dont like doing anything on or with a tablet. If my company didnt send me here, I would not use this place for anything.

The Nurse Practitioner Bobby was great and the entire team was great. The only down side was the wait time which was about an hour, even though we had an appointment.

We have used this facility twice now and the staff and Dr Thompson are top notch! They are always willing to listen before providing care and treatment. Ty Titiyanna for your compassion and skills! I didnt even feel that needle.

Im so very grateful to have. AFC close by. Its so convenient and they always address the issue right then and there, as they did this time. I saw NP Bobby and he was so kind and took time to explain some details of the testing they did, then called in a Rx immediately. Im very pleased, hoping this problem will clear quickly. I always feel cared for at AFC/Lookout Valley. The doctors listen, and do everything in their power to help you feel better. The office staff and support medical staff are friendly and caring. I have never had an excessive time of waiting to get in, either. I highly recommend this AFC location!

Dr. Thompson was extremely nice. They seemed efficient. I was in and out of there in roughly 45 minutes. My husband also had a positive experience there several months ago.

The woman at the front desk had the sense to tell me they had no X-ray tech on premises when I told her I had symptoms of pneumonia and that I should go to the AFC 10 miles away instead which has. She saved me money and time when she easily could have overlooked it and admitted me to the doctor.

I was visiting from NY and wound up getting worse than when I got here. Wanted to be safe than sorry since I’m pregnant and visited AFC to make sure I didn’t need an antibiotic. The clinic had me in and out in 15 mins and Dr. Thompson was great! I left with a prescription for an antibiotic and I feel much better after starting the medicine. Thank you again for taking care of an out of towner!

There are a lot of “doc-in-a-box clinics that you can choose and sometimes you wonder about the care you get. One time at a different place I had “Dr Shaky hands sew up my lip scary. But AFC in Lookout Valley is different. It seems to be well run, clean, friendly but most of all I feel confident in the care I receive there. One person in particular is Titiyanna R, the nurse who helped me. She was so kind and sweet and, even thought I felt sick made me feel like I was welcomed and cared about.
