I had the pleasure of completing a school clinical rotation with Dr. Fosnot, as well as having her as my Gyn, and so I have experienced the practice from more than one perspective. She was my beloved doctor for many years in Seminole and is now practicing in the north Clearwater/Safety Harbor area. Friendly , smiling, efficient front desk women and MA ( so sorry I forgot their names). The MA was friendly and thorough/asking questions I may not thought of to write on my intake paperwork ( much appreciated as it was my first visit). Dr. Fosnot is very friendly, welcoming and thorough. She apologized for an unusual wait time ( which wasn’t even that long) but that let me know she doesn’t rush her patients. A lot of practices now make you feel like you’re in a factory…not this office! I am also in healthcare ( ultrasound tech) and I highly recommend Dr Fosnot.

Took a while to be called in… once I was in the office the Doctors assistant went over all my paperwork that I had filled out prior to my appointment. This is office has a family feel to it. I went for a second opinion regarding medication. The staff were very nice and thorough. The one office staff member was masked and explained she was recovering from a cold and had another staff come in for hands on few things that needed to be done. Dr Fosnot was delightful, knowledgeable, explained all the choices we could consider. She took the time to even research medications and coverage. We discussed options and came up with a plan. I don’t even know where to begin! Dr.Fosnot herself is extremely personable and caring, it was such a pleasure to get to know her a little. She gave me the perfect recommendation for an OB, and even told me I could keep her as my GYN once I become pregnant. She validated all of my concerns and prescribed me the perfect medication change to help me with my challenges. Her front desk staff and Aida are the sweetest ladies, and very professional. The ambience makes me want to go back whenever I can 😆 she has smooth Jazz coffee shop music playing in all of the rooms, and the way the main entrance is decorated is modern with a touch of regal.

Dr. Fosnot and her awesome staff of medical professionals have the best beside manner that I have ever encountered which is saying a lot being that I am a RN, BSN aka “Nurse” with very high expectations/I’m picky on where & who provides me medical care. My mother and I both have entrusted our care to Dr.Fosnot for the last 15 yrs. with only great things to say even after all these yrs. She never disappoints. This is a Doctor who truly listens to her patients, cares about her patients, never makes her patients feel like just another number, and doesn’t rush out of the room without answering questions/concerns. Dr. Fosnot & her staff of medical professionals (always) give the necessary care/treatment information so that I am able to make the best informed decisions regarding my care. I had a consultation with her for Botox. I received great education on Botox procedures, explanation of what to expect, pre/post procedure care instructions, and received all covered information in writing via text message sent to me from her website. The Botox procedure today was my 1st ever & I was a little nervous.Dr. Fosnot answered all my questions, talked me through the process beforehand, explained what she was doing during the entire procedure, had medical professionals assisting with the process, & they actually held my hand during the Botox when I was anxious putting me more at ease. I had no bruising, redness, or even swelling within 45 min. after the Botox procedure which is great since I’m working this weekend lol. Dr.Fosnot was so gentle that I didn’t even feel the injections. I’m very satisfied with the outcome thus far & it’s only been about 5 hrs. after. This is a long review but I just can’t stress enough how much I really appreciate the amazing care that Dr. Fosnot & her medical staff deliver at this office. I look forward to receiving care here for many more years to come for both aesthetic & gynecological needs!

Great experience as a non-binary person. Had multiple options and preferred name for gender on intake forms. Small staff, only one doctor which was a plus for me as I knew who I would be seeing. Front desk staff was accommodating for my sensory needs, putting the tv on mute in the waiting room so I could fill out paperwork. Only gave it 4 stars just because there were no appointment confirmation via text or email option, and the paperwork couldn’t be filled out beforehand because it was only paper forms.
