Everyone was kind and patient throughout the process. Im deeply grateful to everyone (nurse, doctor, and front desk) who supported me through this journey. Not only did they help alleviate this unexpected burden, but they also provided my family and me with another option at life. I appreciate all your work!

I came here for a medication abortion and was super nervous and the staff here is incredible, they are all so kind and helpful and patient. The staff member that does the blood work deserves a raise for how personable and kind they are and the Dr is extremely great at putting you at ease , gives you tons of opportunities to ask questions and nobody made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed about a already hard decision. Very professional about confidentiality and very clean and comfortable environment. I highly recommend this place over planned parenthood!

Wish I could give this place no star rating. I made an appointment three weeks in advance. First appointment January 3rd. I live 2 1/2 hours away. Staff was very nice however very unprofessional, which should have been red flag #1. They collected my $125.00 up front. Went over everything, I seen the “so called Doctor at the end”. They gave me two options come back the next day or that following Wednesday. I chose the next day. I left and drove back home which remind you that’s 2 1/2 hours away. I received a call from a texting app number from a lady from the facility around 8pm that night stating that they will not be able to see me for my appointment the next morning. In fact they will not have a doctor until Monday January 15th and unfortunately you will not be able to be seen due to being one day over for the pill. I asked politely for my $125.00 back. The woman said absolutely not. What an inconvenience, so basically they just robbed me. I had to find another facility, yet again out of my way.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The Staff is 10/10 all of them deserve a raise! Not only did they make sure I was comfortable every step of the way but also are very knowledgeable, educated & professional. I trust them with my life! I can’t remember names for the life of me but I think Whitney and neveah are the two who really left an impact on my heart! I 100000% recommend this establishment!

They tell you how long to expect before you show up so I wasn’t mad at the wait which was only about a hour and a half to two hours. But once you get back there they are on it, you get through everything and one pretty fast. The attitudes and atmosphere was great I loved everyone who was working there today. I felt welcomed and not judged at all and questions were answered confidently they definitely know what they are doing and I really felt like they just care.

This clinic was super friendly, fast, and to the point. Every clinic needs a person like Whitney working there. She really took the stress out of it and was super helpful. I would recommend this clinic.

I can not say enough positive things about this place. First I want to say the staff is amazing, they are friendly and upbeat and don’t make you feel like you’re a burden. During such a hard time it really helps to have positive people helping you through this process. I also appreciate how fast they were able to get me in. Planned parenthood wasn’t able to get me in until 4 weeks after my positive pregnancy test, your choice was able to get me in the next business day. I also appreciate how fast their process is, neither of my visits was I there any longer than 2 hours. If I had to make this choice again I wouldn’t want to go to any other doctors office.

The most amazing staff ever. They are very nice and so sweet. The place is nice and cozy and relaxing.I would definitely recommend this for any female. Also I want to thank everyone at Your Choice Healthcare. You all freaking rock. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and safe. Yall are definitely my heros. Thank you tons.

Everyone was super kind and helpful and nonjudgmental! They are providing a great service for women and making it as easy as possible to handle the situation quickly so you can begin to move on. The first appt is the longest but its a must and then the second moves pretty quickly. You can come on for a 3rd or call in two weeks later. The easiest way to do it in my opinion is to finish it at home. I would definitely recommend this clinic. So much quicker than the other options here in Columbus. Thank you to all the ladies for your kindness and understanding at this clinic.

Loved the staff! Great vibes and honesty. Very quick service. Nervous about the process but felt better when I seen others. My first appt there was protestors but honestly it helped me locate the building. Its very discreet . My second appt there was no protestors.Update! I did the 4 pills at home right before bed. I layer down and I inserted vaginally the way instructions say on internet. I dreaded putting them in my mouth. Vaginally seemed more simple. But doctors said to put in cheeks.I had no issues the way i did it. I didnt get nausea but also took nausea pills before hand and 2 pain pills. It was a relief that it was not as bad as I expected. Very mild cramps were my only symptoms. I lost a huge clot in the first hours and this morning I have bleeding like a period. Im very thankful these services were available to me

I cannot say enough how amazing this place was. They helped me work through my anxiety, had absolutely NO judgement, and really worked to help me understand all of my options. Ashley was kind, thoughtful, helpful and sincere with everything. Dr. Nunley was very thorough, understanding and even helped me figure out another issue and set me up with birth control before I was even finished. I honestly don’t think they could have done a better job with the situation we were in.There were some bad reviews about calling in and asking about their appointments (which made me nervous), however, once you make your initial appointment online and go to this appointment they can explain the reasoning behind why they can’t discuss your privacy over the phone. Just make sure to remember when your appointments are (I write them down in my planner) as they cannot tell you over the phone (which is very understandable for these situations). Once you’re an established patient and you call in to ask questions, they can answer these as needed.Thank you so much to this business! You guys are fantastic!

With this being one of the most important decisions you have to make in your life, this clinic did a phenomenal job with making sure my needs were met. They give you the worst possible scenarios, not to scare you, hut to prepare you for what could happen. I had choose to have the medical abortion procedure. The atmosphere was light and non judgemental. The staff got me in and out, efficiently. They were kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I took all the meds as prescribed and experienced the most humane procedure I could have asked for. All three appointments I went to had ZERO protesters out front and I was informed they were only allowed by the street and not anywhere close to the actual building. The office is discreetly located.For such a scary, difficult choice to make, I recommend this facility leaps and bounds. They have truly made a difference in my life and hopefully they continue to provide services for women for years to come. Thank you Your Choice.

Great experience. very informative about the whole procedure and comfortable and nonjudgmental atmosphere EXCEPT there are pro life protestors trying to wave u down near the entrance but ignore them

I came for my 1st consultation, paid $100 for it. I called to ask what time my 2nd appointment was at and Rachel decided that I was being rude by asking that, didn’t believe me when I said I had my 1st consultation already, and then told me they weren’t going to help me. Whitney said she handed over info to her boss and that they wouldn’t allow me to come and receive the medication I was inquiring about and paid $100 for. So I’m stuck with a unwanted pregnancy now. Not sure what will happen now.

I’m not sure why anyone would not rate this place FIVE STARS!⭐️ Planned parenthood is a scam (at least for me) and I’m sorry if i offend anyone by saying that. I just personally dealt with planned parenthood a few times and was never helped. If you want to donate to anywhere, YOUR CHOICE HEALTHCARE IS THE PLACE TO DO IT. ❤️

So i drove hour and half to get there .. I get it has 15 mins grace i get it .. But to turn me down when i was late then i had to walk to find the place .. Is wrong .. I get how the appointment is I do bit you didnt have to turn me down .. When i drove that far to get turned down . yes i was upset its wrong it was ..

We may not have needed their abortion services, but we were given excellent and timely service. We felt safe and empowered and places like this need to stay open.

People doing ultrasound don’t know what retained products look like. They said everything looked fine, when it was not. They lie about results or don’t actually know what they’re doing.

My visit to Your Choice was fantastic. The staff were so kind, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming.

I needed some urgent aftercare advice and my physician was closed so I called this place and the person who answered the phone was so kind and caring. I’m so grateful, they were very helpful.
