American Adoptions made our adoption journey a wonderful experience. The support and guidance we received was invaluable, and they helped us grow our family in the most loving and compassionate way. The entire staff was knowledgeable, caring, and always available. We felt like we were in the best possible hands.The team worked together to make the adoption process as smooth as possible. They created a safe and nurturing environment for both the birth mother and us, the adoptive parents. Their expertise and empathy were unmatched. Their attention to detail and efficiency through the process were impressive. We are so thankful for the guidance and support weve received over the years and through multiple adoptions to build our family. We are excited to be pursuing adoption again as a family and appreciate the support and guidance we have received from American Adoptions. The staff have been great to work with and show a genuine care for both the adoptive parents and birthparents. The fees are high but the risk sharing program provides some peace of mind if any disruption were to occur.

When you enter the journey of adoption, there are so many unknowns and it looks overwhelming, or at least it did for us. That was until we found American Adoptions, they take all the stress out of having to try and figure out what to do, and when to do it. They provide clear expectations, give you a step by step process and they communicate so well! We just completed our second adoption through them, and both experiences have been nothing but positive. This allowed us to focus on what is important, bond with baby!

The American Adoptions staff was extremely helpful throughout our entire adoption process, and they have promised to continue to be there for us, our child, and our birth family as needed in the future, which is amazing. Our wait time was also amazingly short - just six months from activation to placement! And our match and continuing relationship with our birth mother and her family are more than we could have ever dreamed. We are so thankful to American Adoptions for facilitating all of this. Although their fees are pretty steep, we feel that the financial insurance, short wait times, and continued counseling and support during and after the adoption process are well worth the cost.

I tried to contact them three times through phone calls. Voice mail every time with no call back. The receptionist recommended to leave my info using their online form. I did that and an agent named Justin King contacted me right away. But any emails I sent to him is like a black hole. I gave up after four tries. It doesnt seem like they care about new clients, maybe they have too many waiting parents already.
