Horrible tried to make an appointment got put on hold for 30 mins…. Don’t waste ur time if they can’t even make appointments in a timely manner I could only imagine how they treat u once ur there.

Case managers could careless about the clients especially Steven Brogal get crickets out of him.so sad this use to be a great agency.i bet this will not get posted either. Whatever happened to compassion. Ive even left messages with the on call case management no answer.ill be DEAD before I get help.WOW

There all nice but frist time there . they will give you a different name . the doctor will talk to you over an hour . over your sex issue ask you to become female . its like a can has open for transgrender too be come females . all i wanted was too get my headaches and sex fix . hmm. NOT sure thats the right way. But they all look soo good . !

Worst experience ever! I’d go to another program if I could. Wish they had customer service like they do in other places that I’ve lived !

Iv been going here for well over 10 yrs for HIV testing and have always been treated very well. Great place!

IM JUST DISSCUSSED THINGS WILL BE GOING FINE THEN ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE

These people are negligent of their jobs and could care less about you and what happens to you!!

The staff members were very kind and helpful!

People who work in the front office are rude as hell!
