I’m obsessed 🤩I had be seeing tons of videos of Korean Scalp Spa Treatments on my social media and it looked like the most relaxing thing ever so I knew I needed it done!Maria ended up having a cancellation so I got to come in for a scalp spa treatment and derma plane facial! The scalp treatment was so relaxing I easily could have fallen asleep. It included a partial massage too which was a nice surprise! I have very greasy/oily roots with dry ends and they were able to do a custom treatment based on my hair type. I woke up the next morning with significantly less oil in my roots.The derma-planing was the most thorough I’ve ever had! She took care to get around my neck and ears where some people can rush through or skip over.The only disappointment was that the robe they offered was not plus-size friendly. However, I found the rest of the salon to be as far as the beds went.I will definitely be back to see Maria! Thank you for being so kind, gentle, and thorough! ☺️

Right now Im extremely upset. I made an appointment a month ago for a Saturday at 7:30 am. I came all the way from Pickerington and can you believe they were closed. Veryunprofessional and unreliable.

Everyone was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable with everything they did. The nurse that saw me was Lauren, she was so sweet and knowledgeable and educated me on a lot of things that I didn’t know. Every person seemed like they truly loved their job which is what a lot of offices lack.

My first PP experience was great! Everyone was super friendly and compassionate. I was able to walk in and filled a canceled appointment. After they said they would have to verify my insurance and possible issues with a consult, today’s appointment would likely be a consultation rather than procedure. Much to my surprise, they were able to confirm everything and was able to perform the procedure same day. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out!

Im so sick of having to reschedule because they cant schedule me on a day when theyre actually open.

This place sucks they put me on birth control which was the implant 4 years ago and all Ive done is bleed 🩸 and Im on medication everyday to help me control the bleeding and now they refuse to take it out and the soonest appointment they can get me in for is month away and they were not clear on what this medication could do to your body and that you cant get it taken out at anywhere you have to have an appointment with them so now Im stuck with it until they can make time 4 months out to get me in worst place ever

Just wanted to say that this is one of the BEST healthcare experiences I have ever had. I needed to have my IUD removed and replaced, and I initially tried to book an appointment elsewhere but I got the runaround from several different doctor offices. Planned Parenthood answered my phone call immediately and gave me a clear answer when I asked how much my insurance would cover. I was able to book the appointment online - so convenient! The check-in process from my phone was excellent. When I got to the office, everyone I met was very polite and welcoming. The NP I saw, Alden, was kind and didnt rush the process. PP also asks questions that make you feel safe, and theyll ask your pronoun preference, so it felt very inclusive. When I got the invoice for my appointment, it was only a few dollars, even less than what they told me it would be. This is a refreshing change from every other medical office I go to sending me surprise invoices and making billing mistakes that take forever to resolve. Yes, the office is located in a strip mall in Franklinton, but it does not feel dangerous. I really appreciate every step PP took to make this a good experience. I wish other doctor offices could do the same.

Sent my birth control pills to the wrong pharmacy now I have to wait 90 days with no pills

The staff is super friendly and the providers are wonderful. They have great extended hours that make it really helpful to make appointments around our busy work hours.

Very nice place. Was a pretty dark period in my life but they handled me and my wife with care. The worst part was the heckling Jesus freaks on the sidewalk, lucky Thier was a security guard who calmed me down after I about jumped the parking lot fence to destroy the dude calling my wife a murderer. Even the staff talked to me after I went inside and they took my wife back.

I have been going to this Planned Parenthood ever since I was 15 and recently I feel like I’ve never been more disrespected in my life. I can’t make appointments online because I’m locked out of my account and I told them numerous times and they still haven’t fixed it. Anytime I try to make an appointment on the phone i’m on hold for five or ten minutes till I’m rudely hung up on it. Planned Parenthood is supposed to respect women and be a safe space for women but I don’t feel safe or respected when I’m there this Planned Parenthood is the worst Planned Parenthood in Ohio go to a different Planned Parenthood if you have the opportunity to this one doesn’t respect women. And I don’t believe I’ll ever come back since I can’t even make an appointment.

The staff were all friendly and informative, patient, knowledgable, and kind. Everyone was professional, the facility was clean, I felt welcomed and accepted and every person I interacted with made sure I had everything I needed. I never felt rushed, or dismissed. Would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.

I dont think people realize that places like planned parenthood cannot take every patient on every given day because they offer so many services at a reduced cost.In the 3 years as a patient here, I have had nothing but excellent service. I drive the extra 20 minutes just for this location. I cant say Im a fan of where this location is located. Just be aware of your surroundings when walking to and from your vehicle.

This place is a complete joke. Their staff at the front desk is super rude and nasty. They cant get their stuff together. They send me out registration and I complete it, then they say they didnt receive it. And dont expect to be seen at your appt time because you will be waiting for an hour past the appt time. If you have insurance then seriously dont waste your time with this place, just go to your actual Dr where u will be treated with respect. If u could give this place a negative 10 stars I most definitely would.

If you like waiting for hours this is the place for you. The wait will take up to 3 hours before you can be called. And the staff in front are so rude. Maybe because they feel like is a cheap place to come so they can make people suffer by making them wait for so many hours. Plz make this place you last place to make an appointment. Am not a person who writes a review but this place is horrible.

Wrost doctor visit ever. I when there because I was bleeding for almost three months . I wasnt examined by any doctor .They try to blame the bleeding on it being time for my birth control shot. Which didnt make sense because I got my birth control shot in December and started bleeding in January, (no where near time for my birth control shot)When I try to suggest maybe it was because of my PCOS. No one really listened, and I never received my birth control. Ill making an appointment for a real doctor this week

HIPAA Violation at this location:::: Took my mother to get her well woman tests and after one lady took her demographic information, she was called again to the check-in window. An HCA (healthcare assistant) then started asking her about the reason for her visit. My mom and I were a bit taken aback by this because she kept asking about past tests, how long it had been since the last test and what issues she was having that warranted a visit. After that last question, we looked at her a bit confused because there were other people in the lobby. She then said Have you been having any discharge, pain, etc...? My mom answered but I then asked if there was a reason we were being questioned about personal stuff in the lobby. The HCA stated she wanted to establish why my mom was coming in for an appointment. It is not like they are offering this service for free. We were paying for the test. To cut a long story short, my mother was so upset that her blood pressure shot up to over 200/100. They did not even notify her about that till she asked. The manager of the place, Jeannine, was patronizing and defended the HCA; the HCA was very smug about her own behavior. Do not go to this location. If professionals are working there, they should have known this was a HIPAA violation. This was health related information with the patient standing right there. Someone should do something about these people.

Everyone there was very friendly. When I got there my blood pressure was high, but while talking with the nurses it went down and services went well. I recommend them!

They were great! I usually go to the location downtown but had a mix-up. Staff was so friendly though and this time was probably my favorite experience at a PP.

Most professional and humanizing trans healthcare Im likely to ever receive. Everyone was professional and understanding.If youre thinking about coming here for HRT I couldnt recommend it more.

My appointment was at 430. I showed up 10 minutes early. And yet 40 minutes later, Im still waiting to get a simple depo shot that takes all of 5 secs.

Horrible, not professional, nurses playing in office, I dont think the nurse knew how to do my biopsy. She did something incorrect to me. Going to another Dr. Worst experience in my life, They acted like they were not working.This office needs to be closed, or get new employees!

The waiting time is pretty bad, appointment or not. Expect to be sitting for a while. Other than that, everyone is very kind and the service is professional. youre in good hands.

Pap smears and stuff are so scary for me and if ur like me i promise the Obgyn there Ebony will take care of u i i love it i drive 45 min just to see her shes a blessing I love u Ebony if u need good advise and someone who cares so here

Being a mom of teenage daughters, I’m very pleased with the staff and their approach to educating my girls about women’s health and safe practices.

I got here 10 minutes early for my appointment. Here I am an hour and fifteen minutes later & I’m still waiting. Why even make an appointment? Not the first time I’ve waited this long.

Located in bad neighborhood. Very uncomfortable, alot of vagrants in parking lot.
