Walk In Urgent Care

I went to this clinic a few weeks ago and had a wonderful, easy experience. I went in for a sinus infection, and was in an out within 20 minutes (I dont think that there were any other patients at the time). Super-convenient location (near a Target) with ample parking.

The doctor was so pleasant and her bed side manor it top notch! Make sure you call before you go to make sure they can see you.. walk-in is available which made this the best part of going. Besides the doctor helping me be able to breath again

I got in with a high fever and needed help immediately. When you arrive, instead of having someone behind the front desk, which makes sense, you have someone on Zoom remotely intaking your information, which is such a stupid and unnecessary application of technology. Why would you not have a staff member process people when they arrive? I was breaking a fever and didnt have the cognitive ability to understand the intake process. Why would you not have an in-person staff member do this? This will cost people valuable treatment time going forward. I really, really hope this isnt the future of medicine.

Just awful service all around. There is a screen with a teledoc that checks you in that can barely understand you and you can barely understand them because of the computer. The doctor barely even checked me out and just threw meds at me without explaining any issues or giving a diagnosis. The staff was nice but the service provided was very sub optimal. I was also the first person there and still had to wait over 40 minutes to even be handed any forms to begin the check in process.

When you walk in you are greeted by an inept person on a screen. They do a terrible job filling out your information and it has to be corrected 3 times. Once I am finally with the nurse practitioner they give me a strep test, which reads negative, but say I have strep anyways. They gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Symptoms got worse, so I went to a real doctor who immediately identified I had mono. Days later I am covered in a terrible rash from the antibiotics they gave me. I hope whoever is working here rots in hell

If I could have given 0 stars I would. There’s NO WHERE to park here. No one greets you when you come in. If they were on lunch they should have a sign stating that. Still 👎🏽👎🏽

Wasted half an hour drive after I called this location the last couple of days to make sure I could get this specific work physical done.

Alek was very helpful and managed to fix my ear impaction as well as offering helpful advice for managing it in the future. Very quick and speedy service overall 10/10 recommend

It was Only 7:05pm I was having Knee pain they turned me away say the have a Patient in the back now I stated it way only 7:08pm they turned me away no Stars from me Bad health service
