Walk In Urgent Care

Long wait times. They replaced their front desk receptionist with a person on a permanent Zoom call working from another country. Not sure how this isnt some regulatory violation. Also the guy behind the counter is just sitting playing on his phone... Wont be coming back. Dont go here if you have another option. The doctor was pretty good though.

They are usually pretty quick in here and do their best with what they have onsite! They are just an urgent care so there isnt a whole lot they can do for you if you need more than a simple test or a prescription for antibiotics or ibuprofen.But they try to fix you up & get you on your way the best they can.

They billed me after a year….again! I talk to their rep and manger what they did wrong. I do not know how they are still in business? I told them we paid. They tried to bill a older insurance card? I left the phone call with them saying i owe 234$ for a doctor, who look at her phone(did not know my bump(never found out)). I paid! i called my insurance and they had to call there and tell them to stop cheating the system.

Only 1 doctor so you will be here for way longer than you wanted, waiting. (Great doctor though). Also the woman up front can’t be nice or understand anyone. Do not go

Margie was amazing! Very personable and really cares about her patients. I got in and got out. I will definitely be back when needed!

I personally would like to thank Marjorie F. Georgin APRN-CNP and staff for a very pleasent service, my visit was very up lifting ,after explaining the situation to me in detail and provideing more help thru referral and perscriptions that when i left the office ,i felt like i was already cured of my pain and i hadnt even started my medacine,thats what i call taking care of your clients ,i appreciate all your knowlegde and srevice from you and staff. Went their today on July 28th 04 at 5pm states online they close at 6pm I was told after I sat their for ten mins they said they had a busy day and they closed early I feel they raspy advertised open till 6 pm they are piers I would not recommend my pets to go out thier

I took my daughter Darla there several times over the years. Always satisfied with the care. Well be going there today.

It’s so shameful because I have been going here for the past four years but as usual there’s always a new nurse physician this new guy/with the long hair is unprofessional and deserves his nursing revoked. will never take my child back and I do not recommend this to anyone.It’s on West broad st cross the street from cvs.

Everything went smooth until it came to picking up my prescription they sent it to Walgreens when I corrected them multiple times that I needed it sent to Kroger then when I called to get it corrected they insisted I just pick it up at Walgreens which doesn’t take my insurance. I later got Walgreens to tell Kroger what I needed because the urgent care wouldn’t fix it in a timely manner.

Terrible ! Absolutely worst urgent care in Columbus. I have came to this location SEVERAL times in the past few years because it’s very close to home, EVERY single time the employee at the front desk will tell you they aren’t accepting anymore patients. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10am, 1pm, 5pm or 7pm ! When you ask if they accept walk ins the answer is YES….. when you walk in with no appointment your told NO this place is appointment only ! Most confusing of all is the make is WALK IN URGENT CARE. But you can’t just walk in and be seen. Doesn’t matter if it’s for headache, sore tooth, or COVID. The employees at the front desk speak little to no English and are beyond rude. They act as if your inconveniencing them by coming in to be seen. Like they absolutely hate the job! Of course I’ve never made it past the front desk to see how the rest of the staff is but I would not recommend ANY of my friend, family, or neighbors to waste your time here. Travel a little further and get seen same day with friendly staff that cares about you !

Every time I come here, they arent taking any more patients for the day. The website says their open today (friday) until 8 pm. When I get to the urgent care (around 6) its open sign is on and doors are unlocked. Yet when i go to be seen, they wont see me because they arent taking anymore patients today. There was not a single patient in the office at the time, and i got no further reasoning or explanation. I was just sent away, still terribly sick. This place is the most unreliable medical facility Ive ever experienced!!

If I’m able to remove this one start I would absolutely do it . It’s the worst urgent care ever , providers aren’t serious and don’t care about patients as they suppose to be and the waiting time is crazy .

I think this place is pretty good. I go here every time I need a COVID test or if I get sick and need an antibiotic or something. Have been here 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years and never had a complaint. Im always in and out. The physicians assistant (forget her name) is very good. Shes nice and professional. If I do have any complaints it is a slightly rude attitude I sense from the front desk staff. But I just chalk that up to cultural differences. The language barrier is somewhat annoying to deal with while sick but its nothing major. you just gotta remember this place is a triage facility and they deal with a lot of people.

I went to have something looked at for an opinion and they treated me so well here. I saw Edna, the Nurse Practitioner who went above and beyond and even called me later on after doing extra research to offer even more information. I very much appreciated the extra effort and highly recommend Edna, this place actually cares about patients.

I stopped in because I had an issue that was not critcal but it was urgent. The waiting room was empty and there was a sign up stating that they were Out to Lunch and would be back at 2:00pm. The name of the facility is Walk In Urgent Care. Its not Walk In Urgent Care Except At Lunch. Ridiculous. Is there only one staff member? Can they only handle one urgent care patient at a time?

I had the opporrunity to be treated at Walk In Urgent Care today. Ashley at the front desk was very kind and helpful, she offered to fill out my paperwork since I was unable to write. I waited maybe 10 minutes or less and Amanda PA had me fixed up in no time. Very friendly and professional, office temperature was much more comfortable this time. Thank You for helping me !

This is my second visit in three months and was received by the staff quickly. They were professional and after getting into the room the nurse asked all the right questions. The wait for the doctor was short and very pleased with the dedication - making sure all your questions were answered.

Fast Service! No wait time. Aseel and Marty checked me in and helped me. The waiting area and clinic area were clean, uncluttered. No language barriers I find important. When I am sick I do not want to keep repeating myself to someone who does not have good skills in English. The physician assistant, Angela, was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She asked a few questions, listened to my breath sounds and diagnosed my immediate problem. She also gave me insight into some areas I should discuss with my primary physician. I left feeling like I wished she could be my primary provider.

This place is a total scam and I’m honestly not even sure it’s a legit medical office. My husband visited to get a flu and Covid test, and before even billing our insurance they charged him $75 for the visit. This seemed super high to me because we have great insurance. So i called our insurance provider to see what our copay for an urgent care visit is, with the flu and Covid test. And was told that we should not have been charged anything out of pocket.After learning this, i called the urgent care to request a refund. I was transferred to someone in the office that deals with insurance and she was insanely rude, told me i was wrong, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and was given the corporate number. I was then transferred two more times before finally speaking to someone somewhat helpful (but not really.) He said “can you please give us 15 days to submit the claim to your insurance, and if they said there’s no out of pocket charge, we will issue a refund” I have never be charged before a claim was submitted to insurance, and then refunded afterwards. This seems so backwards. Avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely wonderful service. The medical assistants, Delores and Abdul were very friendly and you could tell they really wanted to make sure I had a comfortable experience. I always find medical visits a bit stressful so I was happy to be treated by people who were sympathetic to my needs. My nurse practitioner Kelley was very knowledgeable, gave me specific instructions on my after-care procedures and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or concerned. Relieved I have finally found a place near my house to go when I need help!

I cant imagine why anyone would think its acceptable to get rid of your on site receptionist and put out a computer screen where you talk to someone remotely about why youre there. Its insulting to your staff and your customers. It goes to show just how disconnected corporate upper management is from reality.

Shouldnt even get a one Star review. This place is a scam, my Insurance paid half then I paid my half online both times Ive visited the urgent care, they call me back saying I still owe more money of a remaining balance, I paid everything online. Then get harassed about a remaining balance of a visit that I paid for online I even supplied them my confirmation number and he said that wasnt proof. Do not go there its a huge waste of time and a scam.

Noah is excellent and willing to help and explain as needed. Cecil on the other hand is extremely rude, unprofessional and not willing to explain how their process works. FIND A DIFFERENT URGENT CARE! 3☆s for a reason, should only be 1☆.

I came here to be treated since I couldnt get in with my family doctor at so late in the day. The front desk guy wasnt too friendly, but the caring and friendly Medical Assistant (I forgot her name!) and the wonderful, compassionate and competent Nurse Practitioner, K Canale made up for it. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I have been to this urgent care before and have always been treated with respect and seen fairly quickly. 5 stars.

I typically try to prevent going to any Urgent Care, however I recently visited this facility. It began with the Medical Assistant Hope she was very kind and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. It was very clean and the doctor was great. If I need Urgent Care & can not get in to my doctors office this would be my 1st choice! Id like to say thank you again Hope for your kindness, I feel like you went above & beyond!

Do not go here. I dont go to Urgent Care clinics often but I was visiting town from Seattle and needed to see a doctor for what turned out to be a bad infection. The receptionist told me over the phone they would be able to do the procedure I needed done and when I arrived and tried talking to me, just blankly stared at me and asked if I had been there before. I explained I was the person who had called in 10 minutes earlier and she just stared at me with a blank look and asked me to sign in. After waiting at least another 45 minutes to 1 hour, she called me up and asked me to create a profile with them and select a pharmacy. I said I didnt know any pharmacies in the area and asked her to recommend one close by, (since I had JUST landed) and she just stared blankly at me and said nothing. A nice woman waiting overheard me and gave me a recommendation (good Samaritan doing the Receptionists job for her) I then had to wait about another hour until I got called in to see the doctor. I was told that they could not send anything out to the lab as that window had closed for the day (when receptionist told me otherwise) so they took a urine sample. Within minutes, the doctor came out to inform me that according to the specimen it looked like I had 1 or 2 of the things I suspected I had and prescribed me 2 different medications, 1 an antibiotic I probably didnt even need. He apologized and said according to that I was probably in a lot of discomfort (Gee, ya think I wanted to spend time in Urgent Care on my vacation?!) Waste of time and money as I had to follow up with my primary care doctor upon return to Seattle who treated me accurately and correctly. Do NOT go here. A nearby pharmacy I ended up picking up prescriptions from had even heard horror stories.

My experience here was one of the most exceptional interactions Ive ever had with an urgent care. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was caring and quick. My doctor, Jessie, was one of the most caring and skilled doctors Ive ever met. She was phenomenal. I will be coming here for all of my urgent care needs from now on. Treat yourself to a great experience and do the same.

Nice tech use in terms of Virtual Assistant because she made my turn very quick. The Doctor was very nice and dignised my problem and I was feeling well in no time.

Short wait times. The app was a little confusing it 1st but it was easy once I figured it out. The staff up front was very nice. Dr. Bucci was fantastic with my daughter. Look at her bug bites and got us out quickly. I will definitely be coming back here if I need too. Best urgent care on the West side.

Ive been here twice with my son, both times we saw Jessie. She was so nice, compassionate and educated! There was no wait either time and the medical assistant Russ was awesome! Really appreciate that this place got us back so quickly when my little one wasnt feeling well! Definitely the only urgent care well go to for now on!

Fast and very friendly staff. I was highly impressed and satisfied with this establishment.From the frontend office personnel, that also is qualified to take your vitals, to the nurse practitioner. These ladies were very personable and yet very professional. I absolutely recommend this walk in urgent care.

I took my kiddo, who has autism, in to see the doctor and we both absolutely had the best experience EVER!!! With his autism and epilepsy we see lots of doctors regularly and this visit by far was one of our best experiences! Jaleesa was absolutely the BEST even when I gave her more info than needed and Deloris and Dianne both treated my kiddo like they knew him for years. It’s so hard for him to warm up to people but he did it IN ONE VISIT!!! As a parent of a special needs kiddo it’s absolutely heartwarming with things like this happen. I THANK ALL OF YOU!!!

I had a great experience at walk in urgent care on Broad St. Couldnt ask for better service! Especially Kelley, Cathy, and Abdul. All were so friendly and helped me out when I really needed to catch a break. Would definitely come back here again, but hopefully wont need to 😊

So normally I dread having to go to an urgent care. Theres usually a bunch of people in the waiting room, only one doctor, and the whole process takes way too long. My visit to Walk In Urgent Care today changed my perspective. I was in and out in less than an hour. Krissy at the desk was sweet and friendly. Jessie, the NP that saw me, was equally sweet and friendly. By far, the best visit Ive ever made to an urgent care! Thanks!

Came into the urgent care wasn’t expecting much I was about 30min from home and need urgent assistance. I wasn’t expecting five star service but the service I received from Kelly was outstanding. I was concerned that I’d have to go to the emergency room but she was excellent at answering all of my questions and putting my mind at easy. Her skills were unmatched and I will definitely go out of the way to visit her again if I’m in need of urgent services!

Disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. Was seen last September for a terrible reaction to poison ivy. I didn’t have my phone on me and the front desk had no idea how to sign me in since I couldn’t download their app, therefore I couldn’t be seen until I was in the system. The doctor in the back finally assisted with the correct paperwork and got everything worked out about an hour later. I was prescribed some medication but when I went to the pharmacy three hours later, discovered they never called it in. After calling several times and getting no response, the friendly pharmacist decided to try calling from their phone and got through and was able to fill my script right then. A month later I received the bill for an “out of network” visit even though it’s clearly stated they were in my network. My insurance company agreed with me and tried contacting their billing service to get things straightened out. It went from them claiming I actually went to an urgent care in Cleveland!?! to accusing me of going to this location three times in the same day. After three months of arguing and providing proof that this location was in network, they adjusted my bill. I paid the bill at the beginning of Jan and received a call from their billing department today requesting payment. I informed them I already paid and had the receipt from their website to prove it. I not only had to prove I was actually seen at this location but am now having to prove I paid over a month ago. Avoid this location!!

Waited over an hour in the waiting Room after i had an appointment and then waited over an hour in the back for a slow working doctor that had nobody else here at this time. WHY the hell do you have a appointment system if you don’t follow it!Also those 2 Ladies “Assistant’s” are absolutely rude and WHY is the doctor on the phone showing them the high score of a GAME? Get your priorities straight!

If I could give them a zero I would. Rude staff. This is NOT a walk in urgent care. If you dont have an appointment, you do not get seen. We have tried this place 3 times because they take my daughters insurance and we have encountered nothing but rudeness. I will go10 miles out of my way to avoid this hassle. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely polite, professional, and prompt! We were in and out in under twenty minutes, and we were even advised as to which pharmacy in the area was the fastest (Giant Eagle grocery just behind the urgent care). We had such a positive experience and will happily return here. Thanks to all the staff members for your kindness and care!

I look at all these reviews and see the same thing I’ve experienced. It doesn’t look like the owner is “looking into it” otherwise it wouldn’t continue to happen. I’m ready to report it to the bbb of Ohio because you guys are falsely advertising walk in urgent care but say another thing when we walk in. I’ve had to travel out of my way to another urgent care to get assistance. At least they don’t turn you away even if they’re waiting room is filled to capacity. This place use to be great but I feel like Covid is giving them an excuse to be lazy. Also, if I have to make an appointment, why don’t I do it with my family doctor? Urgent care means I need care urgently not tomorrow or the next day.. smh

The service and the staff in this Urgent Care was beyond amazing. I only waited for a couple minutes and they took care of me immediately. The nurse practitioner Kelly did great job understanding my problem and prescripted the best for me. I’m feeling great now and I can’t thank Kelly and the staff enough.

I went their this morning not feeling good at all .i went to the window to sign in and Mylila MA was very polite and very nice and helpful great service .I really appreciate Melissa Cnp .she was very friendly .also what I like best she listen to my health symptoms. And she really understood and she gave me great care.. walk in urgent Care on West broad Street is the best urgent care facility anybody could go to . I will continue taking my business there. My experience at this urgent care was far beyond any other in the past. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk staff/medical assistant Russ. I was brought back almost immediately and had exceptional care from my nurse practitioner Kelly. I can not recommend this urgent care enough!!!

1. Its called a walk in urgent care but you have to have an appointment? Thats not a walk in then.2. I went in for a COVID test yesterday at 12 30pm and tested negative, but I knew it was impossible because of my symptoms and how I felt. I went to a Meijer drive thru pharmacy at 3 30pm and tested positive. So they gave me a false negative result.3. This is maybe my 3rd or 4th time coming here and believe the reviews that talk about customer service. They have terrible customer service when you enter. They barely answer their phone.Go somewhere else, especially for a COVID test, trust me.

Had a great experience this morning. Came in for a migraine with no sleep the night before and did not want to be waiting long. I got taken back immediately and Kelley, my nurse practitioner took great care of me. I was greeted with a smile, she went back over all of my symptoms in there with me. She sent meds over to the pharmacy of my choice and gave me a work excuse for the day. Couldn’t be more pleased with Kelley and the urgent care as a whole.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! I went in for a possible kidney infection & assumed like most places I’d be for hours but I couldn’t have been in more wrong. It took less than 30 mins to fill out all the new patient forms, give a urine sample, have it analyzed & been seen by the dr. The medical assistant & Dr were extremely polite & helpful as well.

Easily the best urgent Care on the west side of Columbus. The staff are friendly, the wait times are very short, the facility is clean, the parking is great, and overall its the nicest urgent care Ive been to. This place is a gem right now because its not as popular and known as nother nearby care facilities so it is currently my go-to when Im sick.

Worst experience ever!! I went here with a 103 fever and they said they were out of covid tests so I would have to come another day. The nurse said come at 8am for testing. I told her I need to be seen not just to get tested and she said they would test and treat whatever was going on the next day. I went back today at 8, stood in line until 9 and wasnt called back until 1pm. Went in they swabbed me and told me to leave. I explained I had a 103 fever and had to see a doctor to at least get an antibiotic and she said nope its only covid testing right now. Come back in 30 minutes for my results and if positive then come back at 5 for actual treatment. I cant believe they actual refused medial treatment to someone with a 103 fever!! So sad and to top it off they were so rude and mean. Like how dare I ask if I can actually see a doctor

I came here for a rapid test. Signed in and only had to wait in my car for 15 minutes before I got my test. The process was super easy! Got my results in less than an hour and it came back positive. My husband also got one and it came back negative. I thought that was strange considering we’re together 24/7 so I got a regular covid test at another doctors office that same night and got my results back two days later and it was negative. Not sure how accurate these rapid tests are.

One of the best urgent care experiences I have had! Kelley did a great job at making me feel comfortable and took time to answer all of my questions and Abdul made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door!

I went to urgent care today 6/2/2021 and was treated with urgency, professionalism and respect. Cannot begin to say enough about the wonderful experience. All the staff were kind, and wonderful. Thank you so much, there is no monetary value for what you folks do with such ease.

Waited for the place to open & they opened a few minutes late which wasn’t a huge deal, then waited 35 minutes (in pain) then a new patient to come in and the front desk said they weren’t sure if the doctor was gonna show up or not… so they couldn’t check her in but failing to tell the 3 waiting patients that info. The doctor never came.

I typically don’t like any urgent care I go to but the nurse with the southern accent is soooo nice. I have see the nurse practitioner and doctor there and they are both personable and nice. I would recommend this place. Both time my husband and I went we waited less than 5 min to be seen

The staff are beyond rude, the phone number does not work at all, they promise walk ins, yet every time I go they say they are booked. Staff always make the patient feel like THEY are the ones bothering the staff. And worst of all is that a bot answers to these reviews saying they will look into it, yet nothing ever changes.This is an urgent care bc people need urgent and immediate attention!

I have been to the Columbus location twice and each time was a pleasant experience. I was seen last week and Melissa Manson was the most compassionate CNP I have ever met. She took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I couldnt of asked for a better experience. I am extremely grateful for her and the staff here

I would give 0 stars if possible, I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this UrgentCare. I’ve been hung up on twice now and the two people I spoke with in person were extremely rude. I don’t care how sick I am, I would rather die than go back here. The worst medical experience I’ve personally had. The only thing they’re great at is making people feel less than human.

The staff were great and my son was seen fast. Kind of odd I had to download an app first before he was seen but I downloaded it. I’ll be using this urgent care in the future when needed though for sure.

Went in for a rapid Covid test. I was told that results would be posted in the app 45 minutes to an hour later. After two hours, I called their phone number, and was told they were busy but the results would be posted that evening. They were never posted. So the next day I called again and was told I had to go in to pickup a hard copy of my results. Having to make a second trip, being sick and having sick kids at home, was ridiculous. And what’s the point of a “rapid” Covid test if you have to wait 24 hours for results?! Will never go here again!

They really have testing for Covid under control here. You download an app, get tested, and the results come to your app. You are welcome to wait or go about your day until the app updates. About an hour or less. The staff was super friendly. Sam the physician was kind and had a good vibe! It didnt take very long either. In and out. Fastest doc visit Ive had in my life. Thanks guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would! The staff (including nurses/nurse practitioners) are very rude! Check in is always SLOW and the staff always acts like it’s annoying to do their job! The only reason I’ve gone here is location but other than that —00000000000000000 across the board!

The nurse practitioner only ordered enough antibiotics for 8 days, when the order was for 10 days. Antibiotic resistance is incredibly dangerous ESPECIALLY for toddlers. Thankfully I have a great pcp that was able to order the correct amount. The staff were friendly and the office was clean, but making sure the prescription amount is correct should be a priority. Also my daughter recieved other medications that are not recommended for children her age.

Stopped by to get a covid test and was informed it would be a two hour wait for something that was advertised as “rapid.” When I asked if I could schedule something another day I was just told no it’s only a walk in list. What kind of place doesn’t offer appointments as an option for testing like that? The front desk wasn’t very friendly and there was zero social distancing in the waiting room. People were literally waiting in their cars to avoid the room. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Usally I like going to this Urgent Care the female doctors really nice gets me in and out. I go in today before I got to go to work I was in a car accident Sunday and one of my prescriptions my insurance wont cover. The gentleman saying I should go to emergency room. I explained I was already there and I was basically a needing at different prescription. I got the impression he just didnt want to deal with me told me once again I should go to the emergency room like I dont have time for that thats why I came here Im not asking for test Ask for you to help me with the prescription.. and it was a non-narcotic prescription so I dont see what the issue was. First time meeting this male doctor and that was rude and unethical.

This urgent care has been my go to for the past year now. I have always received top notch care from the nurse practitioner, Kelley, and medical assistant, Abdul. They are efficient, knowledgable, and most important of all truly caring. I will continue to utilize this urgent care and recommend it to my family/friends.

So me and my little cousin decided we needed to get checked out i had some knots on the back of my head which was very tender to touch turns out it was a boil and my cousin broke out in hives on both her legs and she has a lot of pain with them and we felt it was urgent to go to urgent care instead of a emergency room... so we didnt sign in and we got turned away and was told to go to emergency room for our issues and said it sounded like bed bugs. what kind of best service was that I felt it was very rude and un professional of this place.... so we wont be coming back ever again

I am a local physician; my girlfriend is sick and we came here and had an overall excellent experience. Id highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need. The front desk staff Kelly and Miriam were awesome.

The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to register online for an appointment. I was in and out within an hour and a half, in the middle of the day, which was good for it being a small location with only one doctor there. The prices to be looked at and whatnot are decent also.

Their rapid COVID tests can be inaccurate. Visited to get a test done because my lab test was taking too long. Walk In UrgentCare provided me with a NEGATIVE result while my lab test came back POSITIVE. Get rapid test from here at you’re own financial risk… Lab results came back the same day as the rapid test, just later that evening.As of 10/9/21 nothing has been resolved by the owner.

My son and I arrived at the Broad street location, the service was very fast but no where near professional. There was only one nurse there in the entire facility. She was either over worked or not educated enough to diagnose my sons allergic reaction. An once we left and proceeded to pick up his medical prescription that was sent over by her it was not at the CVS location that she asked me where to send it. Long story short after traveling to multiple cvs and calling back and even speaking to her theres no prescription available for my son in no cvs system.

Staff was very friendly and respectful. The nurse who took my vitals was very sweet and took her time going through what was wrong. Stan was great! He took his time to go over everything and made sure he understood exactly what was going on.

I would like to tell you about my experience but I was sent away because it was 7pm. Im crying in pain and have a rash. They wanted me to come back the next day. Then left me just standing there. Horrible. Then I see all these horrible reviews smh someone says they will look into it. Sounds like a saved repeated response. Its a shame. Very sad for our medical help.

Phenomenal service! My nurse practitioner Kelly and all of the other staff did a great job at getting me back very quickly and treating me today. I would highly recommend using this urgent care!

Ok long review of my first and last experience at this place with my friendWe walked in and were told to download the app to check in, meanwhile someone walks in right behind us and he’s given a tablet to check in on. I ask if they have any other tablets, they say “no but you can wait til he’s done checking in on it and then you can use it” (mind you, he arrived a few minutes after us...also mind you, he’s Caucasian and we’re women of Color with kids).Then we were asked if we can take our kids to the car in 80 degree weather since they were being kids and talking and playing but not messing with anyone or anything. Of course i told them no we were not going to take our children to the car.Lastly, my friend and i overheard a “doctor” ask a patient to swab themself internally to test for infections. They seemed to be understaffed. What kind of place is this????? Unprofessional, rude, prejudiced. Would not recommend!!!!

Not the best walk in urgent care in town but I must point out the professional and outstanding customer service from the MA Lakeshia Dailey, the service through the building was slow and busy but she got me check in and through the process fast. Some are rude but she was great thank you!

I have been here two times and it is the quickest urgent care Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wspecially appreciate the work Jessie, the CNP, does because she actually listens to what the patient says. Thank you so much!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO ONE AT THIS PLACE CARES. IT TOOK 4 CALLS AND MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER STOPPING IN TWICE TO GET MY SCRIPT CALLED IN TO PHARMACY.I was asked if I wanted covid vaccine, I said NO and Dr. asked 2 more times. They make big money if they get you to take the vaccine.

This place has ALWAYS TREATED ME AMAZING!!! and the staff have always been very kind and friendly also the speed at which they work is great.... Will be back

They have NEVER sent my prescriptions to the right RX . I repeat it several times and it is also written down. Also, there is always a problem with the scripts. Ive been there three times. They are all very nice,but I need to have less issues with service. I wont be he back.

This place has no sense of direction. They have no system in place to help anyone who is waiting to be seen. You stand outside in the cold for an hour before anyone comes out and informs you to check in online. And even when you check in online you still have to wait IN LINE to be seen. Theres no call back system to allow you to wait in your vehicle. If no one answers the phone then you can even a message because their inbox is FULL!They have no signs posted to outside waiters about their check-in process. there is only 1 doctor and what seems to be his family walking the lobby and front desk.AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! This is a complete joke.

Should have stayed a McDonalds. At least you could get something from there. Urgent means immediate, done in quick time. Not the case here. This building is a waste of community money and space. Went in with chest pain at 9am and they comically said they won’t be available till 3pm. I was the only one in the lobby. Even more hilarious is that they didn’t know the area and where hospitals are when there is one in plain sight when you walk out the door. We are living in a risky time period and the last thing we need is unreliable medical practices. Shameful.

I’ve been seen by Kelley the Nurse Practitioner several times now and have always been very satisfied with her care. She is thorough, yet efficient and really takes the time to make sure I am comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went there today for a test and really loved it! There was no long wait as the patients were being called in quickly. I liked the waiting area didn’t feel too stuffy and the staff were very lovely!

We have tried this walk in clinic 3 times and everytime they refuse walk ins. They expect you to download some application on your phone and make an appointment, but ave never had an appointment available They are rude and unprofessional. They need to take down their walk in sign.

The nurse with the southern accent was the sweetest. The doctor was not helpful in any way. Just prescribed me an antibiotic and told me to go to the ER after I had already called to confirm they could treat me so I didn’t have to go to the ER. Waste of $30. Also, THE WAITING ROOM HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING!! It was a high of 81° yesterday and there wasn’t even a fan or an open window in the waiting room.

What a great experience while feeling so sick and miserable! Front desk help to Dr. Thank you Angela, Aseel and Sahra for making my first time visit fairly quick and comfortable!

Complete waste of time and money. My daughter went because her migraine was so bad that she was dizzy and nauseous. This was causing her to vomit and have no appetite. The doctor said that she would send in two prescriptions. One for her migraine pain and one for her nausea. I picked up the prescriptions and when I got home realized they were both for nausea. One of them said in giant letters across the front may cause headache. Great choice for someone with a migraine. When I called today they said they dont prescribe for migraines. On top of that they said if she didnt feel better in a few hours she could have meningitis and should go to the er. We went. The first thing they did was to ask her to touch her chin to her chest which she could do. They said based on that she most likely didnt have meningitis. They ran tests and she has bronchitis. She has no insurance so she paid the useless clinic, paid for two medications that do the same thing and will now have a giant hospital bill to pay. Thanks for less than nothing. Pick another urgent care.

I just called this location a few minutes ago because I was in need of getting a COVID test not only for me but My wife and 2 kids also. I asked the man who answered the phone 2 questions. 1. if they had availability to do the test and he said yes but I would have to go there and make an appointment. Even though it says no appointment required but whatever that is fine. 2nd question I ask was if it cost any money. He said yes it was $155 dollars! So for my family to get tested it would have been $620!!!! Seriously!! I told the man I thought the Coronavirus Response Act covered all testing. His response was that is only for Government Companies not private. LMAO!! They are all private! CVS is not owned by the Government nor the hospitals. THIS PLACE IS SHADDY DO NOT GO, THEY ARE TRYING TO PROFIT OFF OF WHAT THEY ARE RECIVING FOR FREE.

Update !! My husband called in to make payment and was told that they could not give him a confirmation number for the payment!!!Had to take both of my kids there in Feb 18, the billing was messed up for my sons visit. (I am still dealing with the billing dept. That dept is a mess in its self. The billing dept does NOT listen to people at all! They talk over you and down to you!) My daughter was missed diagnosed, had to take her to a diffrent doctor to get help. In the mean time she had to suffer because we as parents listened to them!!! If you have a choice DONT GO HERE!!!!

The staff here is phenomenal. Every single one of them. Kelly stitched me up. She had a hair on her eye lash, yet she was focused on getting my stitches in. If I have any more accidents, Ill be sure to rush here first.

I love this place. Everyone so nice and respectful. I only been there 2 times and its always been clean. Never a long wait time. The doctor takes their time to make sure you understand whats going on. I have never likes a urgant care till i tries this place out.

My son just went in for a Covid test and I was surprised to learn that they had him do the nose swab himself. I’ve had three Covid tests and that was never an option. He said it didn’t hurt and he doesn’t even know if he went back far enough. To be honest, who would be able to go back as far as you are supposed to by shoving it up your own nose. The phone number doesn’t work either. Very disappointed because I had to make arrangements for him to get there, and now the test probably will not be correct because the test was done WRONG! No way should a patient have to do their own nose swab for the simple fact the patient is not ‘trained’ to do the test themself. Smh.

Wow not sure what is going on with this place. Your supposed to Dr and Prof staff.My son took my 7 yr old grandson there tonight at 7:10 PM.No one else was in there waiting to be seen.But as soon as they asked what he wants. He started what was wrong.The person at desk said the Dr said he didnt want to see anyone else tonight. Like what the hell. And continue to say it until they Left.Seems someone might want to go check this place because after reading the reviews it seems like they are refusing to treat alot of ppl. Unable to treat basic ailments and panic sending you to another urgent care facility with the nerve to charge you later on.Also, they are the most insecure billing I have ever dealt with as well. If you know a birth date and a name, you can get access to someones account with no further verification afterwards. Thanks. Just what I wanted to see. Staff seemed nice just I dont think actually capable of being an urgent care. Also, this is not an OHIO Health Facility. They are using their logo but is not affiliated as far as I can tell.

*UPDATE* went in today 3-14-2020 with my daughter Hasan and Sam were amazing they treated my daughter right away, I love this place, very fast and friendly service!!! Thanks guys!They are great, fast and friendly, been there 3 times this month for my 4 year old and myself never there for more than 20 minutes.

I took my little girl to a place named walk in urgent care. we walked in I asked if she could be seen for sinus infection maybe strep. that was the least of their concerns. informed me that it was just past 730. I had to sign in online. then informed me the system probably wouldnt let her be seen tonight. really? we walked out. two minutes later they locked the doors. five minutes later they left!. the have no concerns about peoples health! their only concern is a paycheck and going home. the even left the open sign on! what a joke! beware! walk in urgent care is a business only concerned about being a business!

I went in on Wednesday very sick and was tested for strep and the flu when i KNEW i didn’t have strep. And i was told that i was positive for strep and negative for the flu. I knew this couldn’t be right so i scheduled an appointment with my actual doctor and i was tested again and i did have the flu and i was misdiagnosed. I will never come back here again

Last week at urgent care the doctor said to my 11 year old (who was sobbing with fear) quit acting like a five year old you are not five. She was terrified of having stitches after knocking her head. He also didn’t check her for concussion or provide any reading material about the stitches or the concussion. I was so shocked I didn’t even respond immediately, then I just said to My child who had already been numbed that it’s ok to cry and it’s ok to express your feelings. After stewing about it for a week I feel I need to take further action. I’ve seen the nurse practitioner here and she’s absolitely wonderful. However the doctor was so awful we will never return no matter how convenient the location is. I wish negative stars was an option because never in all my life have I ever been so disappointed in the care we received.

My whole family has strep and the assistant only wanted to covid test me, didn’t pass along the info to the doctor, waited 40 min in the room with no ac while running a fever of 102, and they messed up my prescription and you can’t call them because they’re phone doesn’t work. Will NEVER be going here again, and I’ve never left reviews. Run from this place.

FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR COVID TESTING: They open at 8am. My husband and I got there at 7:15 and a line formed outside at 7:35 and we were 5th/6th in line. They opened the doors around 8:15 and we signed up for the 8:45 slot. Note that they have all who are in line, sign up FIRST before starting anyone’s testing, so our actual test time was at 9:45. They call you when it’s your turn so you wait outside and after the test it took 20 mins to get results. This is a great option for those needing fast results, but I wouldn’t bother if you get there past 9/9:30 because they will run out. Hope that helps!

I really wonder why they call it WALK IN. Its not real. I did walk-in with a horrible back pain and they asked me if I had an appointment. NO was my answer and they told me to look for another urgent care or try to come back tomorrow or go to an ER if the pain is so bad... Front desk people have no compassion and not at all welcoming. Shame!

Quick and friendly staff. You dont sit and wait forever to see someone and they seem to care about their patients. I did have to let them know that they had ants in the waiting room though, so that was not a great first impression.

Stopped in around 5:15 to be seen for some chest pains I’ve been having, this location closes at 6 but after talking to the representative she informed me they have already hit the max number of patients for the day. What is the point of being open if your no longer able to help someone in need? Close your doors & change the time on your website to let people know you close down by the number of patients not time.

I didnt have to wait long at all, despite l had to fill out a first time form. Dr. Jessie Kichigin was nice, smiling and understood my health problems and cared. Like a doctor should. And told me what was wrong. But the cough medicine barely worked!!! IM STILL COUGHING!!!!

Such an amazing experience. Very friendly, caring and professional staff. Especially Sana from the front desk service. I definitely do recommend this place for everyone living in the area or here for a visit and in need of medical assistance.

I would rate zero negative stars if the app let me. Customer service is the worst. Since the moment you walk thru the door, could tell they are slackers that dont wanna work. Not even greet the ppl when they show up at the window. You go there and they say they are done for the day with an empty office while its open till8pm. Went to this urgent care on 02/12/21 to get tested for covid & my test came back negative (EvenTho i was showing symptoms of the virus) , when they did my covid test it only touched the middle and end of my nose. Called my doctor that Monday 02/15/21 (was sent to get the real deal covid test ). Later that day it came back positive. So long story short THEY ARE MISDIAGNOSING PEOPLE ‼️. It was in definitely a FALSE NEGATIVE ‼️.

They were awesome! Super friendly and I walked in for a rapid COVID test and knew my result within 30 minutes!! If I need anything else I will make sure to come back for them!

Took my daughter here Sunday 9/5 got in and daughter treated.. they said if not better come back in 2 days.. my daughter woke up hardly breathing.. went back to same urgent care.. they miss treated us.. told me we need an appointment at a walk in urgent care... we didnt receive the same treatment as before.. I really need someone to respond to us..thank you

This place was the worse urgent care that I know. My daughter and I went there after I got off work and they refused to see my minor child. They would not let us wait to see if anyone that cancelled or did not show up to fit my daughter in. Are they really an urgent care or not??????

The doctor diagnosed me when, ended up in the ER with a fever. All because he refused to physically exam me because I was female. Im sorry but I thought doctors werent supposed to care about that and were just supposed to treat people. This was ridiculous. Its three mins from my house and I would still rather go all the way to Hilliard. Wouldnt recommend if you are female.

What a joke. “Walk in” appointments while the place is empty. No one in the parking lot. For testing that has results in 20 min. Helping add to the spread of COVID. Good on you guys. Can’t schedule and appointment anywhere, they don’t answer their phones to even tell you this IN ADVANCE! what a waste of my time.

I swear on everything, 2 hours when I set out to go get this so-called easy & convenient, in & out COVID test, that it clearly stated (on Google): NO APPT. REQUIREDBut I get there only to be informed otherwise! [FunnyFact: I did in fact attempt to call them 4 times, before just going. The 1st time, it rang and rang, until it rang no more... The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th attempts all rang busy.]

Took in my 7 month old son with a fever at 100 and was told that there was nothing that could be done by Dr. Hashi with his age after he said he saw nothing wrong with his ears and throat. Next day he was diaganosed with the flu and croup at Childrens Urgent Care. Will never go back and will not recommend anyone to there either.

The people and the medical staff are very nice and they really helped me out with my migraine.

Worst care. My friend went in and her 02 sats were extremely low. They sent her home without listening to her chest, reading her chart with prescriptions that took them over 4 hrs to fax to a pharmacy. My friend ended up in a squad less than 10hrs later and admitted to a hospital. Poor job there guys.

Nurse practitioner Maryam was very professional, caring and very helpful! Also medical assistant Hassam was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this staff! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

The slowest urgent care ever!

The quality is Satisfactory. I was not feeling well when i came here but the way doctor treated me, I was good in no time.

The staff here were so nice!! Very careful about following HIPPA and super quick. I was only there for 30 mins and got everything done. Will be back again if I need service! Worth the drive.

This is the best experience at a walk in clinic Ive ever had. The doctor was so nice and my wait was only about 15 minutes (because I had to register here).

By far the BEST location ive ever been to!! Very efficient, and Kelley specifically was AMAZING! She was very compassionate, professional, and really good at communicating what i needed to know. I will forsure be returning to this location!

Urgent care on west broad is the best they are very helpful and gets me in and out and takes care of all my needs love them samuel the physician Assitant is great always patient as well as Abdul the MA is very polite as well as Delores shes very nice everytime i come in she always makes me feel better very sweet woman

The app is junk, not helpful. Dont download it.They dont have a system in their computers to look up your insurance info so an hour wait was a waste of time. Felt like I walked into a useless businesss.

It felt like I was invisible. The doctor barely looked me in the eye and did no exam on me and seemed more interested in his YouTube videos he was watching than being a doctor with bedside manners

I’ve had to go to urgent care twice recently this location is closest to my home and the hours stated they were open until 8 pm and sign says open but they tell me there closed both times way before the closing time it’s very inconvenient and isn’t right if your not going to keep the hours in your site change it and also switch your sign to closed not open if your closed

This place is absolutely horrible worse service I’ve ever received. 2 lady’s were in front me to get tested for covid and they signed up the day before and the place closed 45 mins early and basically told themTo come Back tomorrow. I will never go here again and I hope everybody does the same

Sent my antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy, went to the pharmacy i thought it was at and they said it wasn’t faxed over yet but in all reality they had sent it to the wrong pharmacy so my insurance already paid for it at the other pharmacy, the thing is i went in to find out what pharmacy they sent it to and they have no idea very unprofessional.

I got tested here but received my results by phone. I have been trying to reach the office for a copy of my test results for work but no answers the phone. The app is terrible and has no info. Frustrating beyond belief! Incredibly unorganized even for the high volume. Go elsewhere.

Was there Monday and told there was nothing wrong, now in the er and getting meds because the dr doesn’t know how to do her job.

My prescription was never sent in and I can’t get ahold of them on the phone for 2 days now. I now have to take a second trip into a urgent care a risk covid all to have them resend a prescriptions

Came in at 5 I was seen immediately and staff was very nice..my issue is that after I was left I was not giving discharge papers for my visit also I have an infection in my gums and because the Rn/Md was to preoccupied with leaving they never sent my prescription Over and I had to be seen again the next morning but because of they’re careless I was left with a untreated abscess overbite until I could receive

This facility was top notch, but the staff Delores, Melissa and Cathy was a notch above that!! Friendly, professional, and organized this staff and facility i am proud to beve in my community!!! Thanks for the great experience

Never will be going back to this place i took my daughter here yestherday and didnt even see a doctor seen a nurse practitioner who then wrote us a Prescription to go have a xray done and we did and the hosptail seen the results over and then i called to see what the xray showed and they said it didnt come back they would call me back in 20 minutes and never did with the results so my daughter is still in pain and still havent heard back and they dont answer the phone

Very unhelpful physicians assistant..kept saying how she was from New Albany and westerville not west side of columbus and was very rude and didnt have time for me or listen to me

Hours say till 8pm but they locked the doors and wouldn’t let anyone in. I called and they said they now only see patients till 7:30. Seriously change your hours then. Your locked up and cleaning at 20 minutes to close.

Very fast, friendly and professional!! The lady at the front desk has the cutest accent also. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Absolutely worse facility I’ve been too. Prescribed me a medication that I notified them I was allergic too and made condition worse. Customer service and check in was also terrible.

Walked in at 5:25 and was told they were no longer accepting anyone even though their hours say it closes at 8pm . Also this place does not answer the phone but lady was just sitting there doing nothing since she can’t accept anymore patients .. what is the reason she can’t answer phones ?

Save your fifty bucks. Barely saw me for chemical burns and said to take hydrocortisone and Benadryl, which I told him I already got that stuff the night before.

Staff was unfriendly, system is dreadfully poor compared to other testing operations. Have to wait in line next to others and must return physically to the building to get the result.

Sit in the waiting area for an hour, to find out staff went to lunch. I could get quicker service in the ER

Both times Ive visited this location the doors were locked and no one was answering the phones even though the posted hours stated that the business was open.

Staff was rude only the black girl helped name lakeysha got us in helped set up app doctor was rude

Guys do not come with eye problems. They are just charge money and nothing doing with it

I love going here everyone is so nice and there is never a wait they get me in and out
