Front desk staff were amazing overall but the Nurse Practitioner HUSSAINATU BAH is absolutely a joke of a medical staff by giving me wrong diagnosis for a DOT physical. The lack of professionalism is an unbelievable. Her attitude and tone to myself and other patients is unfortunately suited at a correctional facility than a medical setting.

The provider did not listen to my breathing or conduct a physical whatsoever despite my respiratory symptoms. He walked in the room, told me that the COVID and flu swabs the nurse took were negative, and said there was nothing he could do for me. I ended up being diagnosed with pneumonia when I went to seek a different opinion the next day. Malpractice

The strangest clinic I have ever seen. They want people to insult them. The doctor takes a break for more than two hours, and the patients are in pain, and no one cares. Today I tried to get a turn because I am in a lot of pain, but no one cared. One of the employees said that we will close early today and will not receive patients for today. These words are at 3 pm on 3/16/2024, I do not know who is responsible for this nonsense and playing with patients’ pain

Worst Urgent care in Columbus. The employees that work at the front desk does not care about the patients. Even when there have multiple staffs, they will still make you wait for hours. The care they provide is really POOR, if you care about your health than DO NOT VISIT HERE!

Went here yesterday and Dr Hassui is the best hands down. I had high blood pressure and she was genuinely concerned for my safety. Went home rested up and the next day she called to check on me. A angel is what she is Thank you for your services Dr Hassui.

When in because some other urgent cares were closed and they were open for another hour, and they didnt even want to greet me. They told me the doctor wasnt seeing anymore patients when there werent even any there.

Horrible listener, maybe if I was foreign or a African I woulda got better service. Never had that experience there until I encountered him.

The staff was polite, this place provides walk-in covid testing with 20 minute results at a cost of 155.00 without medical insurance to cover it. All walks of life walked-in. And thats all I have to say about that, in Forest Gumps voice....It located on the corner of tamarac and 161. Its waiting room is very small, sit in your car, sign in leave them your number and wait. Oh they didnt answer the phone when i called.

I have been here twice in the last couple of months. First for a sinus infection and then for cut on my shin that got infected after I banged my leg into the corner of my car door. On both occasions I had less than 5 minutes waiting time. I was quickly examined and prescribed the correct antibiotics for each condition. I will use this place again if needed. Much better going to the hospital emergency department!

Payment: told me I didnt need a copay, then I find out through my credit report because a 50 dollar charge went to collections.There is no online payment which is pretty inconvenient, and I get a call months later asking me for payment.It would have been nice to receive that call *before* my copay was sent to collections, so maybe thats an easy area for improvement.Also I wasnt treated for the thing I came in for and referred after the appointment was over, rendering my trip here as a hassle.

Front staff and the doctor Benjapond Pinittanond are very nice. Doctor herself cleaned my leg’s wound that was tic bite infected - put some medicine and bandages and prescribed cap -Appreciate your kindness toward patient. Keep up good work..! Thank you all for your service. God bless

Walked in to get someone checked out was told they were about to go to lunch and come back around two pm

The doctors were quick and efficient, had great customer service but the ladies at the front didn’t know how to get people signed in and were rather overwhelmed. They asked me where I wanted my medication sent, just for them to send it to an old pharmacy that I no longer go through. The phones are rarely picked up throughout the day, leading you to have to go back up there just to ask a question.Okay experience, not a place I recommend, but the nurse/doctor and trainee were nice and seemed to know their jobs better than everyone else in the building .

Everyone that works there is very friendly. The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and kind. Kelley is very sweet. The tall blonde lady(I don’t recall her name) is also very caring. I would definitely recommend. I’ve been there several times and always been treated quickly.

Update: No you wont, same reply on every review and service is still awful. Dont worry we have already talked to an attorney about our issue at your establishment. Did you know the lab you send specimens to called us and let us know your team didnt even send the correct sample to them.. Yea have fun with thatBrought my 4 year old in to be tested for a UTI. Not only was the specimen never actually sent off, they lied to my fiance and I and said the results were negative. I would never recommend anyone to this horrible excuse for a medical facility.

I was referred here by the Tricare Nurse Assistance Line. When I looked up the closing time, I saw that it closed at 6:00p.m. I got to the clinic and noticed that there were no vehicles in the parking lot. As I walk in, the receptionist finally acknowledges me and ask what I wanted. I told her that I was referred there and would like to be seen. She stated that it was too late. I told her that it was only 5:35p.m. She said that the provider was busy and wouldn’t be able to see me and that I would need to come back in the morning. Once again, I saw NO ONE in the office or parking lot!

I came here twice. The first time my hand had been cut open and I was bleeding very bad nobody helped. There was three people there and they just kept talking over me while I was asking for them to help. Someone from the back came and told us to check in we left and i ended up needing stitches.. The second time my stepdad brought me here and I received nasty looks from the desk clerks. I will not be returning they seem very unprofessional.

Had a great experience at the walk in urgent care! All of the girls at the front desk are so helpful and kind. Annette is an amazing provider and takes the time to listen. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I arrived at 11am. No one was at the desk for at least 15min while myself and 2 other people waited to be signed in. When he did come up front he was very rude. We discovered we were all new patients so we didnt know about the app registration. Once that was filled out, we returned our clipboards. When I returned mine he said he couldnt help me. Realizing my confusion, he went to ask a nurse if they were able to help me. She then decided to very loudly discuss my personal matter in the lobby and insisted they couldnt help and told me to leave.

It was really good! Staff are very kind and respectful! They were very friendly! Macy was a good doctor as well! There was one staple that was very rough to get out as it was in very bad but she was gentle and took it out just perfectly! Thank you so much for your help Macy for doing your best at being gentle and calm! Definitely recommend!

Runnnn! Take your sick business somewhere else. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. If you have a short fuse or are quick tempered, dont visit this place. Even sick I was about to to smack the girl behind the counter. Very rude and very mouthy. I even noticed her getting smart with another patient. Maybe this isnt a good place for Americans since thats all she keeps being mouthy too.

I was seen by Kristin, she went above and beyond to help figure out what was wrong with me. She was very caring easy to tlk to and I didn’t feel nervous like I do with other care providers. I’ve been to numerous urgent cares and she was the only one who didn’t rush me out, this is now my go to urgent care . 10/10 recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. Front desk receptionist is very rude. She rolled her eyes on me when I said we need medication for flu like symptoms and said we just tell you to rotate Tylenol and ibuprofen. She told me I can get everything over the counter and theres nothing they can do for me. A receptionist, with zero medical experience and knowledge, refused care for a sick patient. Not to mention she was sitting there with no mask on with her pajamas.

My family and I received great care once visiting this Walk-in Clinic. The team on staff: Bishnu, Souad, and Vicky all went the extra mile in assisting us as they extended their closing time 1 hour+ to help get our tests completed. We were greatly appreciative as they made this special accommodation for us. Would definitely Recommend!

Ive been going this clinic for a long time. I always liked it because I paid about $90 per visit. Youre in and out with a good affordable option when I didnt have insurance.Went back there with insurance and now Im being charged $300 a visit. No one told me how much the visit was going to cost. Nor did they tell me I was being charged for more than just the visit itself.Additionally they charge based on how long youre in their office and they they dont exactly rush to see you.If Im being charged in 15 minute intervals the doctor could at least speed the process up a little bit... Out of the 45 minutes I was there, I spent about 15 minutes with the doctor, the rest I was waiting.

Macy and Sarah were so helpful, I came because I had a fever and I was taking the proper medication but it just would not stop. I came to them they told me I had a virus told me I could call so within 7 days if it didnt get better then they would give me the antibiotic I thought I needed. She explained what I had so well and I was so impressed with the promptness and care she had.

I couldnt believe that the Dr?, Nurse? Was so rude and nasty. Didnt introduce herself, came out in front of everyone and said What do you want? I mean really? The most unprofessional person I have ever come upon in this capacity. Then as I explained why I was there, she argued with most everything I said. Like I said very rude. If you dont like what you do, change professions! Obviously this is not her cup of tea!

People were nice and provided service fast and were very helpful. I walked in there for poison ivy infection and they quickly told me what medication I need and sent it to my Walgreens I go to.

Made an appointment a few days in advance and was told it would be a 30 minute wait with nobody in the waiting room. Receptionist referred me to another urgent care nearby accepting walk-ins and when I got there it was completely overgrown with no cars in the parking lot and trash piled up in front of the entrances

Went here for an allergic reaction today and the front desk lady was telling me she couldn’t do anything for me, couldn’t tell me if I was getting worse so to just go take my epi pen; even though when I was issued the Epi pen I was told by my primary doctor to go to the hospital after taking the epi pen. I spent more time trying to plead my case with the women to get help than actually receiving any help. In the end I had to go to a different urgent care this was 0/10 the worst medical care I’ve ever received. Would not recommend going here

Annette, Cire, and Kristin are awesome. They are kind and caring and really take the time to make people feel heard. This is the best urgent care Ive been to!

Macy was extremely professional and helpful with removing staples! She was friendly, efficient, quick, and gentle! I will definitely be returning to walk in urgent care because of how wonderful Macy is! Also, all of the staff working were helpful as well and professional. Highly recommend!!!!!

By far THE WORST urgent care I’ve ever been to! Lady at the front desk is extremely rude. Was told to come back at 12:30, then was told it’s their lunch time so come back again after 1pm. Me and the people in front of me had already been there earlier just needing a COVID test. Worthless for them to even be open, they are ZERO help!!

I walked in at 7 & They do not close until “8”… nobody in the waiting room and she said they were done for the day. I mentioned they were open another hour and she said I know but we have a few people in the back and we really can’t take anyone else. Might as well have said “I’m feeling tired and lazy today so…. We’re not gonna do our job. Sucks to be you”. So rude & so unprofessional. Never going back here again.

I have went here three times, was only seen once. First time I went they had locked the doors almost an hour early, second time I was in for a covid test and most of the time I was back there I was waiting for one thing or another. Out of the two hours I was in the room I talked to someone for MAYBE fifteen minutes. Third time they yet again wouldn’t see me even tho there was ample time before closing. All in all, never had a good experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire staff. My Dr office was closed and my son had visited this urgent care a couple of times. My wait time wasnt long. The place was very clean. The doctor really listened to me and prescribed medicine to make me fill better. Thank you sooo much. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Worst experience you could receive. They are not professional. Management needs to be provided here to review the procedures they follow. They say give them one hour for results on an app you have to download, turns out that’s a lie. The first time getting tested nothing showed up for 5 hours so I drove back to the building . I asked why my results haven’t been loaded , oh it’s just because they were too lazy to enter them into the computer. THE SECOND time we went to get tested the same exact thing happened it’s just this time we waited 24 hours . When we returned they had the results ready to be viewed. This is after missing two days of work because of their laziness. Absolutely disrespectful and on top of this all of them are on their phone laughing in the back room. They have shut off all phone connection as well so don’t even try calling.

I left my house and was back home within 15 minutes. There was two other people in the waiting room when I got there but more than enough room for social distancing. The ladies up front and the one that administered my test were friendly. Will return in the future if needed.

They are so awesome! Great service and so so friendly!!I seen My PCP in Feb 2016. Told her my ear was clogged. No help!I go to Excel and THANKS. I can hear!! The Dr was great and friendly!! I love that and YES I will go back!!!! I am on the way back GETTING WELL!! Thanks Excel!

My husband tried to bring our 4 year old daughter there. She had pink eye. Was told they don’t see kids there and that She needed to go to Childrens hospital. Very upset they refused to see my daughter.

Dr. Shamim was fantastic.The office staff was helpful and friendly. I am now recommending this Urgent Care to all my friends over the BIG Hospitals Urgent Cares which are only interested in making you an in patient in they BIG BOX HOSPITALS.Trust me... you will not be disappointed

Went to get a COVID test. The waiting room had way too many people and looked kind of dingy and not the cleanest. I think the waiting room would be more likely to give me COVID. Website said appointment not required. When I went in and talked to the receptionist she said You didnt check in on the app. She told me I needed to download the app. I spent 20 minutes downloading the app and trying to activate. The app was glitchy and wouldnt let me scroll down to the bottom of the page or go back - basically stuck. When I went out of the app it said I needed to activate again. I cant say whether the doctors or nurses were good or not, but the receptionist was neither nice nor helpful.

Robert the assistant is such an amazing guy. Everytime I go hes got me laughing and loving it. Super bedside manner and a wonderful attitude. The doctor was efficient that she wouldnt diagnose an ear infection without irrigation. Now I can hear and feel much better.

Any new patient, please download this app - call in urgent care.. Register your self earlier and check-in to save atleast 15 minutes time ...Service is good . .I suggest them to clean or sanitize the waiting area often.. because corona can spread easily

Horrible. Will never come here again. I called the place to ask how much a physical would cost. The resectionist told me it was $50 but will be less with once I showed my insurance. When I got there the same lady I just talked to told me they do not take insurance for physicals. I paid $50 to latterly have the doctor go over a form I filled out and have me touch my toes. And on top of it all the place did not look or smell clean. Do not recommend!!

Horrible. Literally have to call 100 times a day to get in touch with them. If I wasnt so sick I would not have gone there ever. Such a headache just to adjust your insurance information. Theyre absolutely annoying

Save your time and never come to this urgent care. They only have one doctor working and because she is the only doctor she wants to rush right through your visit so she can take care of other people. Sat here for at least two hours for her to tell me she’s not able to do anything to help me.

This is a horrible place to seek for help. The front desk lady is extremely rude and so is the care provider. Im so disgusted by the service. Please if you have problems take them else where.I dont recommend this place for any human being.The TB test that I wanted done,was done wrong. The service was beyond horrible,they dont treat you like human beings. Please if you love yourself stay away from this clinic.

They made us a covid test appt on New Years Eve and when we showed up, the door was locked and the lights were off! It wasnt like we did it on the app, we went in and someome behind the front desk made us the appointment and assured us we would be seen. People had been waiting outside since 8am and we got there at 9:30am to see that we were one of at least 5 groups of people that this happened to.

This a great place to come. The blonde girl Annette is great and the guy with a beard is great to. i think his name was mike. great service. i was in and out in no time. i feel great now that they gave me the medications

Lovely staff, efficient service and good diagnostics from the doctors. this is a place I would recommend to all who have access to it. the doctor spent as much time as we needed and helped us resolve our concerns one by one. Kudos to the team there.

The worst urgent care on the planet. They don’t check you weight. First mistake right there .I had a headache for 4 days straight instead of asking why am here and listening to my concerns before she even talk to me she orders a swab who does that just giving me a freaking Toradol shot of some sort, the female nurse or nurse practitioner I don’t even know what she is swabs me for strep and tells me I have positive strep throat when I didn’t even have sore throat any symptoms of a strep. Also I had tonsillectomy 10 years ago never once I had strep. Right then I was like I need to go other urgent care. You can’t just misdiagnosed people by not doing your job right. You promised not to do harm but I guess you doing the other way around. I will never ever go back there ever again. One more thing just to prove her wrong I did go to a other urgent care and guess what I didn’t have strep throat and I can sue her for misdiagnosing me. May be she should go back to school to re-learn her stuff before you kill someone with antibiotics or that they don’t need. Uuhh . Anyone wants to go to a great urgent care go to hometown urgent care they absolutely know what they are doing and care, treat you like their own family. I don’t know how they still open. 🙄

Wonderful urgent care, a little rough on the edges look wise but they were quick with the rapid test, and answered all my questions, the M.A with the blonde hair was excellent she made me laugh so hard and was so welcoming. I think her name started with a K.

Ive never been treated so rude in my life. The doctor belittled me and americans. He didnt do what I asked. I told me what I wanted and he said it was stupid. The nurse wasnt welcoming. I will walk to an urgent care hundreds of miles away before I consider the thought of considering stepping foot in that place again.

I visited the Urgent Care Tamarack location and I was very pleased with the service. I went as precaution to receive a COV-ID 19 test. Khadija Annete Fatima was so pleasant that I felt very comfortable at the location. Service with a smile! Great interaction! Thanks Urgent Care! Thanks Khadija!

I wonder if they are performing test correctly. They really didn’t swab around, just stuck swab in nose then pulled it out. I don’t recall seeing any protective gear on the staff, don’t think they were even wearing masks. A friend who got a negative result is getting a second test somewhere else. Will update if they are positive, after getting a negative here.

I was injured at work and my employer contacted this company to ensure I would receive medical care today. They called this place to make sure theyd be open. The website says open until 8pm, I arrived at 730pm and they refused to see me stating they are closed.When I mentioned that my employer contacted them and sent paperwork over they said to come back tomorrow.Horrible service. Nothing urgent about it. Do NOT waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.

This urgent care is phenomenal. From the MAs to Annette the FNP the service was great. Annette took the time to explain everything in a thorough manner and in a way I could understand the medical terminology, Thanks so much!

This attempt to seek medical testing was unsuccessful. The business practice displayed today was unsatisfactory. We will not return. We chose this location because the web page showed that it was open until 6 pm. The webpage showed no appointment needed. No one answered the phone when we called. We drove to the location and found a photo copied page stating the requirements to download the app and register while waiting in the parking lot. We completed the task only to find that the app only supported call in appointments. We tried the door at 5:25 and found it to be locked. There is was an employee visible at the desk. No response. No help. Unsatisfactory, poor business practice.

I went in here last December on Christmas because I had caught bronchitis and could hear the mucus in my chest. I paid 100 bucks out of pocket for the doctor to tell me ‘I’m fine’ and it’s just a virus that will pass because I didn’t have a fever. He prescribed me some antibiotic not even for bronchitis. Fast forward 2 days later I’m coughing so hard blood vessels are popping out on my face, I go to the emergency room and they say I have bronchitis and prescribe me the correct coughing medication and an inhaler because the doctor said the wheezing in my chest was terrible. Do not go here, it’s a scam. My bronchitis could’ve easily developed into pneumonia, they were careless with my health and just money hungry.

Came during open hours on Friday and several people were standing outside and the doors were locked. No one was answering the phone and I never got in. Came today for a Covid test but they said they are done testing for the day and to come back tomorrow.. several other people were also trying to be tested. It’s an inconvenience since there are not Covid testing hours listed. Had decent service at this location prior to these last two visits.

Would give their billing negative stars if I could. I went in for a COVID test to this location. I have been fighting with their billing department for several months because they decided to submit the claim under a Dublin, Ohio address. My insurance is showing them in network under this address so I asked them to resubmit the claim under the right address I went to. They also submitted the claimwith a diagnosis code that was not acceptable /related COVID testing so my insurance isn’t covering it. Every time I call I have to speak to someone in India who doesn’t understand and they keep messing it up. Now they are trying to bill me $227 for no good reason. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I walked into the office today even though their office was closing down and their open sign was turned off, I explained to them what I thought was wrong and I was in serious pain. So they saw me and they were very quick and helpful. An hour ago I was in a lot of pain and now I am very comfortable. I recommend them.

Stan and naname fatimata was GREAT !!!!!I just got an email for this review. I never made it. And I would give them ZERO stars. The doctor in the day I went was swabbing everyones ears and writing only prednisone prescriptions. I went in for an ear ache and they said I had strep throat. I do not have strep throat but I do have a hell of an ear infection. Thanks for wasting my money.

I had the best experience in there especially by the Medicalassistant Kristin she was so helpful and she was sogood with me she spoke to me in Spanish and she isvery gentle kind she is the best they should hire morepeople like her

Great urgent care. They got me in fast and diagnosed me fast. The doctor and all staff were extremely friendly and caring. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I didnt see an actual doctor, she said she was a student. Didnt get completely diagnosed. Ended up at the er to be told I have a double ear infection and was well taken care of there.

I went in for a rapid COVID test and was treated with care by all of the staff but especially Antoinette who made sure I felt comfortable and knew my results ASAP! Thanks guys (Rebecca and Annette too:) )

I came in for a covid test and Kristin was the medical assistant that came in to give my covid screening. She thoroughly walked me through the process of what to expect and was helpful and answered all of my questions.

What happened to If you are being tested for covid , you wait outside untill your called . Well this office is small & they had me & my 7 year old next to someone with covid for over a hour waiting . So if we have it , we got it here. FRONT DESK IS AWFUL!! Only come here if ANNETTE IS WORKING ! Otherwise they don’t know what they doing. Its 2 more woman that are great but they are mainly at the NORTH HIGH LOCATION!!!! BBB GET SOME REAL PROFESSIONALS HERE ! It’s only one 😭😭

Waste of time. Due to a fall, my mother needed a facial xray. After saying this 4 times, and an hour later, they finally decide to tell us they dont have an xray machine. They finally refer us to another urgent care. Also, physician assistant had the nerve to call my mother Grandma. How rude!

My experience at this location is always excellent, they always get you in/ out the staff i always see are the best unsure the names but the young man @ the front is awesome (who been there for years) ms gifty (sorry i know i misspelled) she is a great doctor. The posted hours were 8pm, I pull in at 7:32. Door is locked. I call - no answer. I walk around to window and can clearly see a receptionist at desk, she avoids me n walks away....really.Any institution with a sense of patient consideration would at least acknowledge you, answer the phone or come to door and let you know they are closed or they have a certain sign in time..I got nothing! Not good. Not good at all!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Hours posted are different from what they offer. Saturday hours say until 6 pm. I got there at 5 and the rude receptionist said they start shutting down at 5 to “clean up”. Very rude and unprofessional and I would never recommend!

I swear to you high schoolers could do it better than these people here. I tested negative at the facility and was called 25 minutes later saying that they made a mistake with my results and that i actually tested positive. I found out the whole time i was actually negative and they would not compensate me at all.

I have been to other clinics as well but I have finally settled to this particular location because the doctors here are concerned about providing care rather than just making money out of their patients. The diagnosis of the doctors is pretty good here.

Took for EVER!! Left and came back TWICE!! And it still wasn’t my turn. Everyone’s name is on a sign in sheet all exposed. They ask you directly in front of everyone “what do you need to be seen for”? I’m pretty sure that goes against HIPPA LAWS. i It was POINTLESS in me coming here today. I got NOTHING resolved. They SUCK!

You dont need to visit to find out how unprofessional they are. Just give them a call you will find it out. Worse experience with a receptionist. I have read other reviews as well and decided not to go there ever.

They sent me home with someone elses prescriptions! And that isnt the first negative experience Ive had there. I only ever went here because its close by but now, I dont mind driving a few extra miles for peace of mind. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

What a great experience come here. it was my first time. Michael was on top of it. he knew right away what was wrong. he gave me a medication that cleared me right up. go here for good care

Went for testing. Did not call with results had to call to get them myself. Refused to email them to me. Had to drive 2 hours to get paper results for them to tell me they are going on break. Wish there was a zero star option. Front desk personnel hardly speak English.

The doctor Mariana and Macy was VERY helpful. They both assisted with my physical for a job and was very nice and efficient. The timing was perfect

Dr.Husssainatu Bahu was very nice and made sure the meds she proscribe me did not interfere with my current meds that im taking .

There is a male medical aid that is extremely unprofessional. Made jokes about my name, failed to check height and weight, began rapping when he entered the room, and teased my 8-year old daughter and made her and my wife extremely uncomfortable. His weird/unusual behavior is unacceptable.

I wish I could give them 0 star , I regret going there first she Misdiagnosed me, give a meds that didn’t do thing and next day i got worst I went back her explaining to her my situation she didn’t anything to me she wanted me to go to hospital mind u I’m self pay if I had insurance I don’t think I would go in first place , ok self pay and other patient just go where u will be treated good and deal with people they know what they doing

I came in 45 minutes before closing and there was only one person in the waiting room. The receptionist told me that they werent taking any more patients today.

Super helpful and efficient. Covid rapid test results in under 20 minutes. Dr. Sam and the nurses were great.

Very quick and efficient! I called first and spoke to a gentleman who was friendly and helpful. Brought my son in for a Sports physical and it was efficient and fast. Polite people!

Been to this location twice now both times was happier than any doctor ive been to very affordable and the NP was excellent did not try to rush out of the room actually listened to me spent time and was concerned about helping me not just getting paid would recommend this urgent care to my mother

I couldnt believe how rude the doctor was in this facility. I will never be back. My brother also said he had a bad experience there and will not be back as well.

While they are nice people, Be Aware, even if you have insurance and a copay, they will try to Collect More,(on the back end), Even if all you had was a Consultation.....Never had that at this location, before this year. Something new.

Staff and provider were very friendly and caring and did a much better job stitching up my thumb than the ER did last year, and the ER charged my insurance $1000!

Be cautious going to this place for covid testing. Tested me and 4 of my family members all said negative. Went to another testing place 2 days later all were positive!

Took my son into this WALK IN urgent care and they denied us service said we need to make a appointment I swear the African American woman at the front desk was so nasty and rude to us on 12/27/21 I have been here several times NEVER been treated this way or denied service

Extremely unprofessional and rude, asked the front desk a simple question after waiting for more than two hours, I was told that they “don’t know” how do you not know your job, I was being polite and asked when I could expect an answer, some dude jumped in and started yelling at me.

I needed to get a COVID test but the store was locked up at 7:20 even though they close at 8. I gave them a call and there was no answer. Very frustrating.

Website says they open at 8 but the sign out front says 10am.of course I didnt see that until well after 8.

One of the worst clinics, the woman at the reception is Somali and the doctors care is very bad. The doctor is also unprofessional. I paid 90 dollars and they didnt give me a prescription for medication. That clinic is useless.
