CAR TOWED!!!I went in on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. NO ONE ELSE in the office. Checked in with the virtual assistant. Medical assistant and Dr. see me. Check, prescribe all the stuff.I walk outside and my car is gone. Im freaking out because I think it was stolen. Call the police, wait on the phone, finally figure out it was towed. When I go back inside, the dr. says, yeah it was towed, they do it kind of fast. Thats why we have signs up all over.In astonishment, I look around. There is 1 (ONE) sign right to the left of the window, that says your car will be towed.1st-If you know the lot next to you, tows cars within 5-10 minutes, what does it take to add 1 extra sentence to check in. Hey, where did you park? Did you park in the back because they will tow you over here?2nd- Im not feeling good. Thats why Im at urgent care. Im not thinking properly. Im thinking about medicine and pain.3rd- The side of your building, where the parking lot is, is glass windows, where your office is. You probably saw me park and probably saw them tow it.4th- There are no signs outside the building or around the building telling me where to park.I will never go to this urgent care again.I believe that Walk in Urgent Care, the Hippie Hut and Hound Dog towing are running a scheme together. Someone is getting a kickback.A simple urgent care ended up costing me $25 copay and $160 fee.All the spots in the lot had signs, EXCEPT the one I parked in.

I visited this facility to get my immigration medical done for both me and my spouse. The team here is excellent and they guided us with exact steps in the process. Dr Hussain was kind enough to give us insight into why this process is necessary too. I had to visit only 2 times to get everything completed.The charges were best compared to other immigration medical service providers. I recommend this facility to anyone and everyone who needs help with their immigration medical services.Thank you all!!

Do not go to this Urgent Care unless you want to be overcharged for exaggerated services. I had a small cut that required no stitches, she ended up just giving me a bandaid. This company charged my visit as a SURGICAL PROCEDURE. For a bandaid. So now, I’m paying my insurance copay AND surgery fees when the wound closure should have been part of the visit fee. It makes no sense why a bandaid should count as a surgical service. It’s a rip off.

The staff was so friendly, they helped me through the entire process. They were very quick and professional. Definitely recommend.

The place just seems kind of shady and unorganized. I called before going in to make sure they took my insurance and they said that they did. Turns out that they dont. Went for a foot injury and when I got there one of the doctors just looked at my foot and told me my ankle was broken, presumably from a wound on my ankle that happened during the injury. He hadnt even taken X-rays yet. Ive broken my ankle before and I knew that was not what it was. And after X-rays it was indeed not my ankle that was broken. Then they called about a several hundred dollar bill which I have not even received yet. The only thing Ive gotten is 2 texts with a link that looks super sketchy, and when I called to ask about it I got hung up on. Shouldve just waited the extra day to go to an ortho doc since I ended up having to anyway.Go somewhere else.

Neither person on staff the day I went inside seemed to know what they were doing and were confused when I came in saying the left side of my face felt swollen and was in pain. Went in with some kind of infection. Nurse practitioner prescribed antibiotics and I asked if it would interfere with current medications I am on. I was told No, should be fine. They shouldnt interact.After spending the next several days feeling worse, come to find out that they DO INTERACT, causing irregular heartbeat and other issues with breathing. This could have caused serious issues if not caught. I will never go here again and I recommend others try to find somewhere else as well.

Both ladies were extremely professional and nice. took care of me so quick and were so tending to my needs and didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed. would recommend coming here and will be coming back if ever needed.

The nurse and Dr. Husain are very kind. I needed an immigration physical and the whole process was very fast.

The place is amazingly friendly and clean. Staff and the doctor were very nice people and help full. I came here for my immigration form i-693. I did it in 2016 and then in 2018 after it expired. It was very fast, very proffesional and everything was smooth. #I will recommend you for all your medical immigration purposes and also for any other health issues. #A_O

I would never recommend anyone to go to this urgent care! I went here on my lunch break because I was sure I had a ruptured eardrum I couldn’t hear and my ear was bleeding for hours. The doctor was more concerned about getting my mental health problems when it’s not at all related to my ear and was more concerned about my blood pressure when I told them it was being monitored by my doctor currently. The doctor looked in my ear and told me nothing was wrong! I asked her to look again and she told me to just plug my nose and blow to unclog my ears. She said the blood I was seeing was only in my ear canal and shoved a cotton ball in there and sent me on my way. I went to a different er a few hours later and the doctor looked in my ear for 2 seconds and said there was a big hole in the middle of my eardrum and she had no idea how these doctors could miss it. These doctors gave me advice that would cause my ear more damage and didn’t even care! How do you miss this? I had to pay $75 to even be seen which would be fine if they actually cared and did their jobs properly instead of ignoring the problem I came in here for. I would never recommend going here and will never be going back. Don’t come here if you want to actually get your problems addressed.

I sent my daughter here on her lunch break from work due to her ear bleeding, fullness feeling, and loss of hearing. They charged. 75 dollar copay which wouldnt normally be a big deal but all they focused on was my daughters mental health and her blood pressure which my daughter told them she was already under doctors care for this. They barely looked in her ear and said it was fine and it was blood coming from her sinuses out of her ear. Daughter had them look again they told her to hold her nose and blow. After she got off work I took her to a different urgent care and they took 1 look in her ear and said how there is no way the other place should have missed this! Had my daughter listened to them and held her nose and blew it would have made her ruptured ear drum worse. I would not recommend this place for my dog let alone my family and friends. If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would.

Were very professional in their treatment with me. And care gave me all relevant information options and asked my opinion on what I thought if things agreed with feelings that I had with the care that was needed very pleased with my visit. Miss Sondra, who was the provider very pleasant, very caring. Ahmed MA was Quick and thorough with my initial questioning and entrance to the facility. And make sure I was comfortable in that. Everything was accurate with the testing so as to make a more precise. Response to conditions. Im very much. Im glad I go here I bring my son here. Ive been going here for a long time I will continue to go here

WORST WORST URGENT CARE I have been. The people working at the front desk are the worst I have seen in my life. Rude and impolite. Yesterday, my throat infection got worse after i went there, I called the urgent care to see if i need antibiotics . The lady answered me and said the doctor would call you back shortly. NO CALL OR FOLLOW-UP FROM THEM. It was a nightmare for me, with the worst pain all night. Today, I called them again, and another guy at the front desk not willing to help at all. The worst is that he was yelling at me and doesnt want me to talk with the nurse.staying at home better than going there. The worst urgent care.

Edit: Our money was finally refunded.We will never use this place again. Their overseas billing department triple-charged me when I called in a payment, and even after requesting and receiving screenshots of my account with the three identical charges, as well as other requested pieces of info, such as my bank transaction ID numbers, etc., I was told they cant see any of the charges, and there is nothing they can do. Unbelievable. I have been working with them for almost two weeks on this. No one at the actual on-site office will take accountability - they just tell me to call the complaint line (which is simply another overseas line). My only recourse now will be to dispute the charges. I am happy to amend this review if SOMEONE can take responsibility here and get me my refund.

I went to urgent care, and Sandra saved my life, literally, she told me to get to an emergency room and I did. She was amazing every time I walk in that building they are amazing. Thank you Sandra for saving my life you’re the real MVP.

Outstanding service. We came in on Easter because a family member had fallen and had wounds that needed cleaned/dressed. They took us immediately back to a clean room where Noah (PA) took an insane amount of time and care making sure everything was done right and that our family member was comfortable. I would 100% go back again if needed. Outstanding service + clean + zero wait =exactly what you want from an urgent care.

Amal was the sweetest person! She was so kind and gracious. She helped me through the whole paperwork and made things easier for me and help me feel less nervous when she was getting my blood drawn.

The staff seems nice and competent enough, but they didnt wear gloves while treating and swabbing our daughter. We waited at the window in the lobby for over 10 minutes before someone came to check us in. My biggest complaint is that the place is filthy. The bathroom was gross. The whole place needs cleaned and updated. Not what I would expect from a medical care facility. People writing reviews on here about the place being clean must have gone to a different urgent care. And it is hot as heck in there. 🤢🥵

I’m currently going through the Green Card VISA process and needed somewhere that had a quick turnaround for my medical examinations. Most of the listed doctors offices had no appointments for about 2-3 weeks.I came to the Walk In Urgent Care and they have been extremely helpful and Ahmed is very knowledgeable about this process enough to encourage me to get my vaccines somewhere cheaper using my health insurance. I will likely have gotten my vaccinations and seen a doctor in less than a week!Would definitely come back as staff here are friendly and genuine!

We came in with an ear issue. We met with Ashref, who was very polite and efficient. Checked us in and was seen by Sondra, who help my daughter calm down and laughed with us. Gave me tons of information, and made sure we understood everything. Whole process didn’t take an hour. Will be back if the need ever arises.

They didnt help me on anything! Dont waste your time go to better place!

I had to get the immigration medical form done and it was so fast and easy and I also really appreciate the patience of the workers with me, I had to do blood work and I am so afraid of needles, they were really good at it.

The process of being seen was fast and easy Ive never been to a Urgent Care before. Took less than 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor...but i did have a couple problems . First they never sent the prescription to my Pharmacy like they said they would It Took them an hour after I called them to see if prescription was sent and then they made it seem like it was my fault that prescription was not sent to the pharmacy that I clearly gave them the address to lol. So I just sit at the pharmacy for almost 45 minutes going back in forth trying to see if my prescription has came yet !! Besides that everything went smoothly

This place was great & so was the staff, Antoinette & Mary! I had called about a COVID test and they were very helpful on the phone providing clear instructions & details. I then went to the location to get a rapid test. I was in & out in 5 minutes! Both Antoinette & Mary were extremely friendly & answered any questions I had. Mary gave me a call not even 20 minutes later with the results & covered any further questions. 12/10 would recommend for your urgent care needs! Thank you guys for doing a great job & being so friendly!

Earlier this fall, within 10 minutes left until the office closed on a Friday evening, I was able to walk in and get my daughter tested for COVID. Even though the process would take more than 10 minutes, they agreed to administer the test, and answer my questions. I left feeling relieved, informed and SO appreciative of the two individuals that worked there that evening. I really appreciated their understanding, professionalism and kindness. Well be back!!

I really like this place. Every time we go theyve been consistent, providers have been thorough, even the medical assistants are communicative which I dont even get at my PCPs office. Grateful to have it around the corner!

Having been to other urgent care locations I was not expecting to receive the impressive level of care I received. Ken had an amazing bedside manner. I have an extreme phobia of needles but he gave me a shot without me hardly noticing. Reception also worked with me to ensure I received excellent care at a price I could afford. They told me the cost of everything before starting treatment and provided excellent advice for my continued care at home. Hopefully I never need to go back, but if I do this will be my location of choice from now on!

This is the best urgent care that I have ever been to (and I have been to quite a few). There is usually a VERY short wait- I have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to get back. The man that checks you in is so kind and is GREAT with kids! The doctor that we see is very helpful and explains things really well. I cannot say enough good things about this Urgent Care!

My husband woke up w an ear ache and chest cold; so we drove down the street to Graceland Shopping Center and went into the Walk In Urgent Care for treatment. We were greeted with a warm hello, given the paperwork to be seen and walked in to see the doctor within the first 5-10 minutes of being there. The staff and the doctor were professional and friendly. The doctor checked over my husband, answered all of our questions patiently and called in my husbands scripts. The entire process was efficient and thorough and we were on our way within 20-30 minutes of our arrival. We will definitely be returning to this location as needed.

Do not go here. I dont go to Urgent Care clinics often but I was visiting town from Seattle and needed to see a doctor for what turned out to be a bad infection. The receptionist told me over the phone they would be able to do the procedure I needed done and when I arrived and tried talking to me, just blankly stared at me and asked if I had been there before. I explained I was the person who had called in 10 minutes earlier and she just stared at me with a blank look and asked me to sign in. After waiting at least another 45 minutes to 1 hour, she called me up and asked me to create a profile with them and select a pharmacy. I said I didnt know any pharmacies in the area and asked her to recommend one close by, and she just stared at me blankly. A good Samaritan waiting overheard me and gave me a pharmacy recommendation. I then had to wait about another hour until I got called in to see the doctor. I was told that they could not send anything out to the lab as that window had closed for the day (when receptionist told me otherwise) so they took a urine sample. The doctor was nice enough but its almost like hes aware of the fact that that clinic is run poorly. Within minutes, the doctor came out to inform me that according to the specimen it looked like I had 1 or 2 of the things I suspected I had and prescribed me 2 different medications, 1 an antibiotic I likely didnt even need. He apologized and said according to my results I was probably in a lot of discomfort. YA THINK? Who goes to Urgent Care while on vacation for something that is mild? Waste of time and money as I had to follow up with my primary care doctor upon return to Seattle who treated me accurately and correctly. Do NOT go here. A nearby pharmacy I ended up picking up prescriptions from had even heard horror stories and its mainly the woman who works the front desk and also takes your vitals without taking your weight. Side Note: She was rude and lacked bedside manner when asking yes or no lifestyle questions.

I absolutely love this location. For the last few years that they have been open, they have been my “go to” doctors because my regular doctor is in Dublin and always so hard to visit. These doctors and their staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and always understand what is going on and always seem so concerned with not on me but also my three young children. I’m so thankful to have this location so close to home and have them available with their dedicated hours and professional care. Thank you kindly!!

I have had a great experience at this urgent care both times I have visited. They were very professional and courteous and my doctor really took the time to review my symptoms and provide the appropriate treatment. She even provided recommendations to help my symptoms beyond my prescription. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I drove 15 miles, based on their website stating hours of operation. Only to find this clinic closed 2 hours earlier than stated!!!!

I have gone twice recently for two unrelated reasons and the staff was so nice and Dr Pearson is amazing. She was very nice. Listened to everything I had to say and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and correctly. I was in and out fast and couldnt be happier. This is definitely where I will be going whenever I cant get in with my PCP.

Went into this establishment a few months ago, was not initially greeted by the receptionist and basically had to take it upon myself to get checked in. I checked the hours of business prior to arriving to make sure and when I asked to be seen I was told all of the medical staff members were busy seeing other patients. It was not busy. At this point, I basically had to beg for an appointment and the receptionist hesitantly added my name to the waiting list. I was asked to paid my amount and when I was later taken back to a room, I noticed how dirty and cluttered the place was. They recently sent me a bill with a ridiculously high charge for new patients that was not mentioned when I was being checked in. There definitely needs to be clearer communication for any expected charges pertaining to the patient other than the co-pay. I would not recommend being seen here. They clearly need new reception as well.

Walked in with my thumb bleeding heavily, was told I should go to ER because EVERYONE was at lunch for the next half hour. What kind of Urgent Care sends everyone to lunch at the same time. Thanks to the Docs at Riverside for the stitches

Stunned!!! Absolutely stunning. Wonderful people and amazing care. I had lost my inhaler and wasnt able to breath. I went to the little clinic at Krogers (whom refused me because they didnt accept my insurance). Then I went to The minute clinic at CVS and they had a nearly 3 hour wait. Then another urgent care told me they didnt take my insurance as well. I began to get nervous and light headed the more time and physical exertion went on. Then I called the Walk in Urgent Care at Morse and North high street. They got me in instantly, took my insurance and even gave me a treatment on top of calling me in a new inhaler. They even let me hang out for a little while to catch my breath. I wont forget it anytime soon and recommend them to everyone. Excellent, efficient and friendly staff as well. Thanks. 🙏🙏😹😹

Called the Urgent care to get some information, and was greeted by a very polite person who explained everything in detail. Upon arrival at the urgent care, the person at the reception was professional and helpful. Happy at the overall experience and quality of service. Would highly recommend!

I visited today (08.08.17) a few hours after they opened for the day. It was completely empty, which was good for me so there was really no wait at all. I went in for an emergency fill on my antidepressant, as I had just moved to Columbus from the west coast, and I was out of medicine. The staff here was very kind, professional, and understanding, and they addressed my concerns in a realistic manner (which I very much appreciate). Due to the type of medication I take, the nurse practitioner told me she wasnt sure if she could get me a refill, but would try her best. During my visit, I appreciate the fact that they didnt judge me or treat me any different than someone who came in with a physical illness (like a cold or flu). In the end, she gave me some good advice on how to find a psychiatrist in Columbus, even offering her own help, as well as being able to provide me with a prescription that would last until my upcoming appointment with my new primary care physician about a month from now. I spent not even 10 minutes inside the building before I was on my way to the pharmacy to fill my prescription. All in all, I would recommend this urgent care based on my experience there, and they truly saved my life today :)

I was very impressed by this team. They were helpful and very efficient. They were apologetic of the wait (which wasnt even long) and were so kind to my young son. I appreciate their positivity and kind demeanor, especially given the enormous stress health care professionals face these days. Thank you!

My husband took our two-year-old, who was in pain with perhaps an earache, and was clearly miserable. They were turned away and told to come back the next morning when the clinic opened at 10:00. My husband could clearly see the doctor sitting behind the receptionist. The doctor was watching a television show. If you close at 8:00, you should take patients until closing. They were there at 7:45. I read other reviews and this seems to be their MO. Very disappointed.

This is the best urgent care I have even been to by far! My mother was treated horribly by the staff at The Little Clinic at Kroger and went here and was treated amazing! Myself, my son, and my husbamd have all been treated here as well. Every staff member is beyond caring and absolutely amazing!

The place is very clean and calm. We went there thinking will they actually help the spider bite infection on my husband leg. We have waited for about 20-30 mins, this is a long wait, but when we met the doctor she has explained us the situation of the wound and the infection. She treated very well and has been patient with us and clarified all our doubts. She is extremely amazing doctor to meet in that situation. She guided us very well on our next steps and the infection is cured in next 2days.

Walked in, signed in on the clipboard, and was told to come back in 30 and to fill out my insurance info on the app. I did so, and was seen exactly at the time I was quoted. Got swabbed for a rapid-test, left, and got my results within 30 minutes through the app. Everyone was friendly and the whole process was pretty quick and easy. Will be back if I need tested again.

The staff is very friendly! They try to get you in as quickly as possible and make sure to address all concerns and questions! I highly recommend this urgent care for your needs, and if they cannot answer a question they go above and beyond to find the answers you need! Love it best urgent care I’ve been to by far 😁

If you need immigration physical exam, this is the place to go! Front desk staff Ahmed and Dr. Hussain are very nice and helpful! The price and opening hour are great compared to ten other clinics I searched. Short wait and the service is fast and easy! They definitely know what to do to prepare the documents I need!

Dr. Hussain and his team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent in more ways than one. I went to the urgent care Center to complete the medical part of the paperwork for my immigration application; as someone who is hopelessly clueless when it comes to medical and legal lingo, I had absolutely no idea where to begin my application. The staff at Urgent care very patiently walked me through the medical part of the application, took away a lot of headaches.Most of all, I will remember the friendly atmosphere of the place, and should I ever fall sick, will definitely go to walk-in urgent care. I trust them with my life!

Less than 1 star.My mom went in with signs of an ear infection. Doctors refused to speak up when she said she could not hear them. They differentiated to me and acted like my mom was a lunatic when explaining her symptoms and when and why they began.She was met with a dismissive dont do that then when explaining that she had just started using a pair of new in-ear headphones when her symptoms of mild itching started, that has now become agonizing pain.They asked us where to send the prescription to, and we said the Target next door. The pharmacy at the Target was closed that night, so we figured wed get it in the morning.Nope. Prescription was not at Target but at a Kroger a few miles down the road!Im sure these doctors are very nice people, but this is just... not good to do to your patients.

Unfortunate waste of time. Given Misinformation when I called prior to visit. After I arrived cost Went from $50 for a covid test to $150. ThenI decided to leave and the gentleman at the front desk kindly put the money back on my card. I recommended they let people know when they call in about the costs and policies. Another associate turned around and said, what are you talking about maam? I explained the questions I asked when I called and the information I was given. He then proceeded to tell me he didnt believe I called and asked those questions. There was no reason to be rude and question my integrity. A simple, Im sorry you were given inaccurate information. would have worked. Its disappointing and disheartening that there are people who work in Healthcare behave that way. Lack of respect for self and others is obvious. This may be a decent Urgent Care on days when different staff are working. My experience will not allow me to return

Ive been here a couple times all for different stuff and they are always pleasantly timely. Its all walk in, the providers there are really knowledgeable and personable I have never felt like I left with questions or concerns theyre very good with communication. Its just a nice reliable lil clinic

Friendly and quick. I was called a few days after my visit to have a nurse practitioner call me and tell me I have been treated for the wrong thing and write my a third prescription. These people have no idea what they are doing. I don’t know how they are legally able to see patients because they are going to hurt someone.Update: two days after the NP called me and changed my prescription, the initial man I saw in the clinic called me and told me she had called me with wrong information. Again, how are they legally operating with this level of malpractice?

Kristin NURSE PRACTIONER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIENTIOUS IN DEALING WITH AN INFECTION ON MY FOOT.. SHE EXPLAINED WHAT SHE advised and called in my rx promptly. I was very comfortable in her care and would advise others to use this clinic for services.The receptionist at the front desk was courteous and intelligent as well as efficient. Kristin, MEDICAL.ASSISTANT, WAS HELPFUL AND REASSURING.

Good experience. I walked in to do my immigration 693 medical examination. Most other places needed 3-4 days advance reservation and were charging $100-200 more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They definitely went over and above to help me.

I brought my husband here base on the good reviews and I am honestly not sure why this place has such good reviews. It wasnt busy, sure, but this place is kinda shady. It was dirty, with random hairs and dirt on the floor. The doctor we saw, I believe, was a PA who didnt work there, but was just filling in so he couldnt actually do anything, like bloodwork. He just said to see our PCP, which we would have done if we didnt need an urgent care on the weekend. I am actually thinking about complaining about the visit once we receive the bill, but he didnt receive any care besides the advice to see our PCP.

I’ve been coming to this urgent care since I moved in this area from Grove City . I absolutely love coming here . It’s always in and out , the doctors and staff are very polite and helpful ! They actually listen and help out in the best way possible . HIGHLY recommend ! Especially if you live near Morse road and 161 area by N High Street .

I have been 3 times so far. Every time they have been friendly, fast and efficient. Will definitely go back if need be. I almost dont want the secret to get out. I fear they will become way to busy like Hometown urgent care which is where I used to go.

The staff at this facility were very professional and courteous. A big plus point for patiently clarifying all my doubts and questions and explaining procedures and practices without being condescending. I would recommend this Urgent Care highly and wish them the best in all they do!

Went in with detailed symptoms that would easily point to strep throat. After waiting nearly 45 minutes to be seen, despite being the only patient there, I was told that there was nothing they could do and to take some advil.Two days later, my symptoms have drastically worsened and Ive tested positive for strep.These people simply do not take the time to make an accurate diagnosis.

NOT HIPAA compliant and NOT enforcing social distancing. I signed my husband in online on the app, then called and they said we need to physically come inside to sign in. We waited in line in the tiny waiting room stuffed with people for 30 minutes to just write his name on a sign in sheet. We were sent to wait in our car for who knows how long. The receptionist was releasing results and asking for last names with multiple people standing by the same window. If my family didn’t have COVID before requesting testing, we do now. :(

Walked in with my 10 year old autistic grandson who had labored breathing and was wheezing and of whom I have legal gardianship of, and was turned down for care ...being asked about calling his mother which by the way how did the dumb girl at the desk think that I became his legal guardian, and not to mention she aked me for guardian papers-no one as ever questioned me for papers!!! For real, like I just carry paper work around...he needed CARE!I also know the issue was that he is very light, with long hair and I am of color with black american hair, but that did not mean he could of not been my child instead of grandson. I am ticked off! She did not seem to care about if he fell out and died :-(Childrens hospital urgent care in Westerville took great care of him and reconized that he was in distress right away.I guess some are out to do money business and othrs are out to care for people.

I had a really deep cut on my finger this morning from a moving incident. The nurses and doctors on staff were so understanding and sweet. I dont remember my doctors name, but she is an amazing doctor and I wish her all the best

Went in for a rapid Covid test - got in no problem, no line or waiting. Was told I would have my results in 20-60 minutesAfter 2 hours and repeated calls with no answer, I went back to see if they had my results firsthand. Door was locked, but a gentleman was sitting next to the front door; but he wouldn’t even so much as look at me as I tried to knock or get someone’s attention. Has been 2.5 hours now and no results

I made a visit to this urgent care last week because I thought I might have a broken toe. The new patient paperwork was minimal and I was immediately seen by the Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - Messeret. She and her assistant took great care of me and gave me the option of waiting for the xray reading to come back or they would email me the results. I waited 15 min and then they suggested I just leave because they didnt want to waste any more of my time. Within the hour I got a call with the results (toe was broken) and Messeret went above and way beyond when she offered to call around to see if she could get me an appointment with an ortho doc.Within the hour she called to let me know she had found an opening at the ortho doc THE NEXT MORNING because they had a cancellation. I stopped back by the Urgent Care and they had my xray already loaded on a disk for me and my referral.I have never had a better experience at any urgent care facility and would strongly recommend this office for the personal care, promptness and just generally great service!

Although I appreciated the quick service, it has been 12 hours and my prescription still isn’t ready for pickup. It took hours before it even showed up in my record at the pharmacy. I was also refused antibiotics for my sinus infection. I was told to wait 3-4 days even though my condition had gotten horribly worse in less than 24 hours, being the reason why I went to urgent care in the first place.*UPDATE*I called and was refused antibiotics again. I have now developed Laryngitis.

I visited Clintonville Urgent Care for Green Card Health Examination. Dr Hussain and Fatimata from front desk were very helpful. I had a very smooth experience. I had been nervous about so many details, and I went as a walk in. They accepted me and completed my examination and tests very quickly. Thank you!

This is my favorite urgent care in Columbus. Im extremely critical and judgmental of doctors and nurse practitioners as ive had many bad experiences across the city, but Im always treated with supreme respect and care here. They dont rush me through visits and they always answer all of my questions, even when I have too many. The medications they prescribe bring relief for my ailments. I recommend this specific location to my friends all the time. They care about their patients imo.

Micheal was awesome. Walked in and out all In 20 minutes. Ahmed was polite and courteous at the front desk. Two thumbs up all away around. Will definitely be my go to place for a urgent matter. Thanks you guys.

Ahmed was super attentive and helpful. The lab result came in a lot earlier than anticipated. Dr Hussain has completed the physical exam in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this medical practice to anyone who wants a 5 star experience! Thank you very much!

If i could give less than 1 star I would. When I walked in the receptionist had an attitude. She asked who was the patient and I told her me, and she asked what was wrong. She told me to go sit down and she made a phone call. She opened the window back up and said the DR IS NOT THERE and she has to send me to another location. Why is a DR not at a URGENT CARE?!?!? Never in my life will I go to this place ever again.

After looking at my card, logging into the system and guaranteeing that OSU Prime Care Advantage was accepted and it was part of the network, I received a bill of over 200$ for about 5 minutes face time with the doctor. The billing department refused to see my point of view and asked me to call phone numbers where no one picks up the phone. I will update this review if things change.But in general, if you have OSU Health Insurance, STAY AWAY!

This place is the worst. First when we went in and my mom gave her medicade number they said it wouldnt work. They told us we had to pay the 90 dollar walk in fee (we have had no issue with the medicade number ever at any doctor location). My mom had a compression fracture and was having severe pain. We had all the paper work from the hospital showing the fracture but she still said she wanted her to take ibuprofen. Well my mom has diabetes and a bad liver so ibuprofen is a terrible pain medication to take. The doctor said she didnt want to prescribe pain medication because she would lose her license. 3 days later my mom is back in the hospital and turns out the bone was touching her spinal cord and causing many more issues. The doctor at this facility never even touched my mom, just asked why she wanted pain medicine. Finally, the doctor kept trying to send my mom to a chiropractor that had just started his business because she knew the guy. Dont go here the doctor is a scam artist.

Enough with the students or Interns . I came into the office on Friday , hoping to see a doctor or Antoinette. I don’t know who this young lady was , but she diagnosed me wrong . Thankfully I asked for the meds anyway because i would of been very sick going off of Just having a cold . Before going to these urgent cares , make sure it’s a real doctor or Antoinette & it’s another lady too . Otherwise you will be leaving messed up.

Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. They are always empty but never answer their phones. Then when you do show up they say they cant help. They advertise x-ray services online and yet tell you they have no idea when an x-ray tech will actually be available. Such a waste of real estate. Seriously go anywhere else.

I wouldnt trust this place at all. I called to see if they accepted my insurance. She said they accepted all insurances, which was fine; but then she said to call my insurance company to make sure they were on the network. So that means they dont accept all insurances. When I asked if she could look up my specific insurance, She rudely stated she didnt know and couldnt check. Just seems a little sketchy too me.

Be sure to get in writing your cost of treatment. I was originally charged over $400 for a flu shot two months after receiving . After several phone calls, they acknowledged their mistake and charged me $72 for a flu shot (was told day of shot there would be no charge and that my insurance would be accepted). An expensive lesson for me-hope to help others avoid making the same mistake.

Website lists no appointment required for covid tests, but this is incorrect. An appointment is required, and you cant even schedule it online. They require you to sign in using a paper sheet which can only be done in person, and will often fill up before noon as they suggest you come when then open at 8am.

The place is clean and the staff was welcoming to me throughout my process. Ill particularly thank Amal for her help; I appreciated.

Wife had a bad allergic reaction all over her skin to something she ate on our trip in Toronto. On our way back came to this urgent care for treatment.Receptionist was nice and informational but the nurse practitioner didn’t even treat anything when wife should have gotten a shot for the allergy and some other meds.Practitioner did even bother to see the rashes, asked her a few questions and prescribed her Over the counter Claritin......Trash urgent care only wanting your money ...

It was my first time to be in this clinic. It was a long wait, more then 40 minuets to see the doctor for my hot water burn. I asked them to send my prescription to a different location but they still sent to the original one.

I saw a doctor at this walk-in because i could not get in right away at my regular doc. The doc at the walk-in refused to prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection. I ended up waiting to see my allergist who diagnosed the sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. If youve ever had one, you know how bad they get, especially the longer you wait to get it treated. I would not go to this clinic again, even if i had a compound fracture and was bleeding out my eyeballs .

I am very disappointed and hurt. I walked in and was not given any instruction. As I walked up to the desk, the attendant closed the window and pointed to a ripped up little paper that said “download our app.” Once I did, I returned to the front and asked if there was anything else that I needed to do to get checked in, and he responded “we won’t be seeing you today.” No explanation, just shut me down. Meanwhile, several others were able to get in and out without a problem. I’m assuming this is because the several others were white and I am not.

I went to this location for my medical exam for immigration purposes. They were very knowledgeable of what exactly USCIS required from me, They were very efficient administering the required medical exams, and they completed my Form I-693 within a week or so after I went there for the first time. In addition, USCIS approved my Form I-693, as completed by them, so I would absolutely recommend them!

Went in and had a short wait. I complained of sore throat, a week long migraine and getting dizzy. Tested me for strep, text came back negative now after a full exam and my tonsil was swollen. Kept taking guesses at what was the matter but never pin pointed it. He told me to stop taking ibuprofen and take a Tylenol. Said he would give me a prescription for strep, for just in case purposes. Never actually even got the papers for my perscription... Oh and I had a fever of 101. Big waste of money and time

Went in to get my ears cleaned out which they did an awesome job at cleaning and gave me tips for upkeep. Also found out I have eczema which explained a lot. The people were really nice too

I went in for a sore throat... two doctors talked to me giving me completely different information, all of which was wrong. According to them I had pharyngitis, they didnt prescribe me anything and i left feeling confused. Went to the doctor two days later and was actually diagnosed with strep throat..

I wish I could show you a picture but I have tried calling over 16 times, they dont even have a voice-mail. I got charged 170 to get a covid test done, and they cited because they were private. How then do all the other urgent cares including Hometown and Worthington plus others offer all free covid tests. Not only that but I supposedly came back positive. I am sick so I dont question that but my report looks like I typed it up and slapped a logo from the internet. Compare it to that of Hometown Urgent and it literally looks like a fraud. Usually a doctors office, or urgent care also offer a doctors note especially when it comes to covid but I am sure they will charge me another 50 for that because they are private.

They are very rude.So on the website they wrote that no appointment required to do the Covid test but when I arrived they were very rude and refuse to make me do the test even when I told them I need it so I can go back to work. They talk with very bad tune of voice and I couldn’t do the test, when I told them on the website no appointment needed they just said we will try to update this!!

Dont call it a Walk In Urgent Care if you cant walk in for service. Complete trash. Walked in, let them know what was going on, and was told I needed to download an app, sign up on the app, and look to see if there was an appointment available. First of all, dont know why the receptionist couldnt have just told me if there was an appointment available, and second when youre called a walk in service, you should be able to walk in, not have to set an appointment.

After checking to make sure that OSU insurance was accepted and that my copay would cover being seen, I have received a bill for over two hundred dollars. Disputing the charges now. Will update if appropriate action is taken by the billing department. Be weary of the information provided to you by their staff regarding payment.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff went above and beyond helping when I arrived. I will definitely think of this place first next time I need to go to an urgent care!

I walked in and was called back for examination in about 15 minutes. Was evaluated and x-rayed swiftly and received a call regarding x-ray results within the hour. Great urgent care facility!

Awful scheduling practices. No ability to make an appointment in advance makes testing feel like shopping during Black Friday. It also does not help that they open earlier then their posted store hours.

Covid testing im sure is stressful and hectic to do. This place can not handle the work load. My girlfriend and kid have gotten the run around and been hung up on twice. Absolutely unacceptable. If you cant do your job, then get a different one

Stopped by 15 minutes before closing to get an xray. No othe patients were there, but they refused to do the xray. I even called ahead to make sure they were open and could xrays!

I was misdiagnosed here in January due to an inadequately thorough examination. The result was three months of restricted activity for no good reason. Dont go here if you have anything beyond the most garden-variety of complaints.

Used to be a higher review, but went in here recently because it said no appointment needed for a covid test, but thats a complete lie. You do need an appointment. And they try to force you to download an app to get the results. If I need to get a test to prove I dont have it, you tell me who accepts some random app as proof?

I was in and out of this facility quickly. But perhaps a little too quickly. 48 hours after being misdiagnosed here, I had to go to the ER for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Staff was incredibly rude, couldnt understand that I get my prescriptions through mail order. Treated me terribly, staff up front did not inform doctor of diabetes, so they took my money and did nothing. Please avoid at all costs

I visited here for Physical examination two weeks ago, and I was happy I got a very good service! There was no queue and the cost of service was the cheapest!

After downloading this places app, registering and calling we did not get an appointment. When I called I was told I would be notified of our appointment time. That never happened. This place says it takes walk ins. Dont waste your time.

I needed just a chest x-ray. Walked in and was told we dont do those in Friday! So worthless unless you have issues on days they do full medical activities.Dont bother with this place.

This place was pretty dirty when I went in. They told me they took my insurance. Now my out of network bills say otherwise. First time I went the lady at the front desk came off very rude.
