Walk In Urgent Care

I was able to get right in and seen and back home to my bed. The ladies were nice. The only thing I don’t care for was the checkin process on the computer and the turn around and fill out paperwork, but other than that it was a quick turnaround

This place is absolutely awful!! The check-in process is with a computer representative with zero compassion or personality. The ladies behind the desk (and computer) were rude and inconsiderate to patients. One lady stated they were taking care of other patients, this is a lie due to the fact they literally just opened. Your personal information is made aware for anyone in the waiting area to know. Please if you’re looking for medical care, do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere.

This urgent care says it opens up at 8:00 a.m I was sitting outside at 7:55 so I can be seen 8:00 come lights are still off no one in there 8:05 come finally lights are on but doors are still locked 8:10 come doors are still locked but someone finally came to the door letting me know that they will not open till the provider get there and normally that is between 8:30-8-35. My problem is why isn’t no one from the doctors to the offfice representatives on time at the time of opening very disappointing. I will never go there again!

Dont go here.. ive been two times both times they were supposed to be open and they were not,,very unprofessional. And the last time i went they were suppose to be open doors were locked then 20 mins later they cut on lights and start cleaning and said doctor wont be in for another 30 miins. Just ghetto and unprofessional so just go down to bexley urgent care is your best bet DRIVE PAST THIS ONE

Wow says they open at 8am. Its now 8:30 sign says open but when I get to the door its locked then upon walking away a lady comes to the door say provider wont be in until 9 amLike wow!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Im giving one star because it was exceptionally clean. However my whole experience was A JOKE!!....STAFF WAS EXTREMELY COLD AND STANDOFF-ISH. I checked in with a computer rep while the desk lady sat and looked in my face!...I was tested for Covid and flu which came back negative, however while yawning in my face I told by the CNP she was treating/giving me meds for strep which Edna never even tested me for. Overall this was a horrible experience and a waste of time because now In route to another office where I can be properly diagnosed and treated.

I love this urgent care hands down. Ive been to many ER rooms and I never get no results but guesses. When I came to the urgent care they had me in and out front desk assistant was nice and professional also the nurse and the doctor matter fact the doctor gave me results for the first time in months and when I did a follow up with the doctor she referred me to and everything she told and diagnosed me with was on the money . Thanks to everyone there that helped and stayed professional at all times plus its clean and smelling good as well....

Worst urgent care ever. If you wanna do nothing but waste your time and deal with rude nurses this is your go to place. Never again will I come here. Place just needs to be shut down. Not an urgent care by any means. If I could give zero stars I would. Especially after being rudely asked why I still wanted to be seen after the other nurse took me back to a room then explained they dont have an x-ray machine. Never have I walked out of urgent care u til now.

Unless you need a sports physical or a flu shot these folks are about as useful as a tourniquet on a neck wound...

Not a serious place. Think about going elsewhere for any health concerns. The check in process was strange and was done with a remote worker while the on site staff made fun of her and said ‘they’d punch her in the throat’ if she checked in a patient after 7:15pm. Had to eventually leave because of how unprofessional everyone working there was, most especially the RN.

I really had a good experience here. The young lady at desk was very courteous, professional and handled the intake speedily yet all info taken is accurate. She also took my vitals had a good bedside conversation explained results to me. The doctor gave me exam she was thorough. Sent my prescription as soon as I left exam room. I had a very comforting experience there.

This is a zero star review. This site is located on USCIS’s website for immigration related exams. We called to confirm hours and availability and there was no answer. The voicemail is also full.Due to urgency, we decided to stop by. At first visual, the place is disgustingly kept. Lobby cannot have been cleaned in 2023.There were two guys working the window. One had an AirPod in and the other did not look up from his phone at all. I explained why I was there and without even looking it up he said they don’t do it. I asked to confirm since it’s listed on a government website. I also mentioned we called to confirm. His response was “we busy”. There was no one else there.

Long wait times for what??? Waited over 40 mins and there was no one else even here! They have a weird tele-receptionist on a screen when there is a person sitting right behind the screen at the desk. Interactions here are strange. I checked to see why the long wait after 45 mins and asked if they did not have a provider in. Her response was “no we don’t’ she said she would be coming soon so I’m just waiting” I said “you should be telling ppl that when they check in”. Her response was “you’re right…”. I left , I’m not waiting til god knows when. I will be going to corporate. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

Last night, I started getting a strange headache and so I called at around 11pm to find out how to schedule an appointment. Someone from a call center answered me right away and told me to download an app, create a profile, and register for an appointment that way. I think the app has some inconsistencies and isnt the most user friendly, but I was able to add my personal and insurance information and get on the list for an appointment the following day.I got to the center at 7:55am (it was scheduled to open at 8). I made the mistake others have and waited in my car for a few minutes to see if Id be called, but then saw a line forming outside the building and so joined the line. Once the doors opened, we went in to sign in on a paper form, and then were called by the nurse to come back and receive the test. This is where my concern lies: there were A LOT of people waiting in that waiting room. I waited outside away from everyone else rather than risk getting infected, but Id say there were consistently 7-10 people in very close proximity (and some took off their masks after they got inside...dont know why youd do that if you think you might have COVID but thats beside the point). Because I had signed up online, I was called fairly quickly; I probably only waited 20 minutes or so. Then, I received the results within 30 minutes.Heres my advice:- Sign up on the app AND get there early so you have a good spot in line. You need to be checked in to be called, and the check in is via the paper form. The app does not explain this well, so dont make the same mistake I did!- Whatever you do, dont wait in the waiting room. Wait outside and far apart from everyone else. I told the receptionist I would be waiting outside and so she came to get me when it was my turn.- Please, please, please be nice to the staff. Remember that theyre dealing with hundreds of people who might have a life-threatening illness, every day. So many people in the waiting room were disrespectful and belligerent because they didnt follow the instructions and sign up online.

This place was NOT very well kept, the main area when you walked in did not look like they swept, mopped, or cleaned very often.The two women at the front (I do not know their names, two African American women) were very rude and the entire time I waited was like I was in the middle of a high school gossip scene. After a patient left, they would insult something they did or how they were as a patient. One of them let out the biggest sigh/grunt and made a remark behind the counter saying that I did not give her the pharmacy that was already on file for me (this was my first visit, I shouldn’t have had any pharmacy on file) and continued to complain about how impatient people were, and were extremely upset about people coming in for things that were not that serious. It’s an URGENT CARE, not an ER and you shouldn’t really be going to one of you have an actual medical emergency that requires immediate attention like that.I went in to make sure a dog bite I got was not infected and to possibly be given some type of antibiotic. I go in, wait about 15 minutes to be seen (which isn’t bad at all). An older white woman comes in the patient room I was in, looks at the bite for a split second, and says “the skin is not broken, it doesn’t look red or swollen or any pus coming out. You’re fine. Come back if you see any sign of infection.” First of all, the skin was LITERALLY broken and was bleeding. Second of all, anything you could get from a dog (rabies for example) do not usually exhibit immediate signs. I feel that I should have received at LEAST some sort of antibiotic. I was released (this lasted not even 5 minutes) without any sort of paper or proof of me showing up to be checked out after I had specifically asked for a doctors notice at least to show my workplace. But I feel they should still give some sort of paperwork to you in general.

This is the worst urgent care and a HIPPA violation office. They have a computer system at check in that exposes all your information loudly throughout the waiting room. And a front desk staff that sits there and laughs and pushed the screen towards you. Bad service here

Although the staff was super friendly. I got called back only to wait in a room for 50 minutes. While the dr was seeing patients that came in after me. The need more Drs on site, that is why I am only giving them 2 stars. I ended up walking out without being seen. Please get them help

This place is terrible called several times with no answer. They say they are open until 8pm but tried to go today at 6:40 and there were 3 people sitting behind the desk doing absolutely nothing. But told me they already took their last patient even though it is suppose to be walk in . They had a sign on the door that states appointment only. Again no one answered the phone although they clearly weren’t busy. No cars in the front at all. Let’s not forget to mention that you can’t leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full!!! If I didn’t have to give a start to post this review I wouldn’t they aren’t even worth 1 star.

My visit was with Jaleesha and Donna and Bre and Khadijah they were helpful and helpful the prices are very reasonable, my work requires me to test negative every week for employment

I was seen here yesterday, while waiting a lady came in upset that her meds were called in to the completely wrong pharmacy. During my visit I confirmed not once but twice that my medication was to be sent to the CVS at the corner of Hamilton & Main St in Whitehall. After two trips to CVS my prescription was never called in & when I called back the dr assured me he called my medication in when I tried to confirm that he sent it to the CVS in Whitehall he told me his system was down and he couldn’t confirm that’s where he sent it. Needless to say I’m still without medication & when I called back the voicemail is full and you are unable to leave a message. This was extremely unprofessional.

My experience receiving care was good. I came in to get a COVID test is Dec 2020 and received the results in a timely manner.My experience with the billing/collections department was AWFUL. I was called out of the blue yesterday (1.27.22) and was told in a threatening tone, that if I didn’t pay the amount not covered by my insurance that day, they were going to send me to collections. I explained to them that I had never received a bill from them, or I would have followed up, as ALL COVID tests are FULLY covered and they were very, very rude, telling me it was my responsibility to pay any charges my insurance would not cover.Long story short, after talking with my insurance company and the manager of the facility (on a conference call), it was determined that the facility submitted an incorrect code to my insurance company, hence the reason for the non-payment. The facility did not re-submit in the 12 mos. allowable period. If they would have resubmitted the claim in the allotted time frame my insurance would have paid the claim. But because they failed to do their job correctly, they were going to ruin my credit by sending me to collections AND make me pay out of pocket for something that should have been free, ALL because of a mistake THEY made. Even after a conference call with the insurance and all the explanations, they NEVER admitted fault and STILL wanted me to pay for THEIR mistake. Disgusting.eceiving

Walk-in urgent care is a joke. It’s fast food health care at best. The owner does not care about the well-being of his staff nor the patients. All he actually cares about is money. He would rather know that we can’t help you and take your money, than to just turn you away and send you somewhere that can help. He will also charge your insurance for services never rendered. Majority of the so called MAs are not schooled at all. These are untrained ppl he is allowing to give meds and injections.His staff will forge documents to get passed inspections. They will instruct staff the lie anytime they are audited.

This is by far the best urgent care I have been to, the lady at the front Christy was so helpful she took care of all the questions I had. Plus the staff in the back was awesome. If you are looking for a urgent care that will take care of you in a timely manner this place is a go to.

Terrible service. I tried to call several times this afternoon and no answer. The sign out front says they close at 8pm. Went inside, needed a covid test and care for my 8 year old who is extremely sick. The girl at the counter pulled down her mask to ask me what she could help me with. I told her what was going on, she told me they dont accept any more patients after 5pm. It was 5:20-5:30ish? She told me to just come back tomorrow morning. I told her I called multiple times throughout the day and she just shrugged and said they were extremely busy. There were 3 cars in the parking lot, so not busy. I checked the website and it does say they close at 6pm. So the sign up front needs changed, and they need to disclose they dont take any more patients up to an hour before they close. Ridiculous. I know its a problem too because on the front door there is a sign that says if youre here when theyre open and the doors are locked to call a number.I also took my brother here some time ago to get a covid test. He had some slight symptoms but his work wouldnt let him go back unless he had a test done. When we took him here they told us to call them when we got there and he could check in from the car. We did that but then they just had him come inside and sit down with everyone else there. Even though he potentially had covid. There were no sanitized pens, and they did not sanitize the counter between people.I did end up having to take my son to the ER instead.

This place is convenient from my home. The staff are friendly and professional. Any time that I have visited I was in and out. The Kenneth ( the PA) is/was very caring and patient. He heard me out and showed empathy! I will always refer others to this location. If you are looking to feel better without having to go to the Emergency room for a looooong wait, and are not drug seeking( you won’t get it here) this is the place to come for your health care needs!Thank you Dr. Ken and staff for all you do for this community.

Two of us went here for a rapid COVID test. Even though they require an app and online check-in, you still have to go in to sign in. After two hours in the parking lot, I went to ask how much longer, at which point they let us know it’s a 3-5 hour wait. My thoughts were something along the lines of “So, are you instructed to withhold that info, or just didn’t think I’d want to know?” Either way, 1 star. Edit: they improperly billed my insurance and wanted to charge me over $100 for the test. The billing staff who call to collect fees were unable to help me, and were somewhat rude. I had to threaten to report fraud before they stopped harassing me.

Yesterday was the worst encounter of my life. I had an appointment at 8 am and there wasnt any workers at that location. I literally had to pay for 89.00 worth of lyft payments just to take a COVID -19 test.I reached out to cx service, they said someone Ill be the shortly. After over 1 hr and 30m. A women in a big black truck showed up late. Which was the provider. Never open the building when I knocked on the door.The door and building never had the open hrs lights on or door was unlocked. Until I scheduled another appt. At 2pm the following day. Luckily me and another client. knocked at the door. The provider came and opened the door finally.My issue was I was I was late for work and I never had to be this Morning. Because people feel like they can come to walk whenever they want too. The provider responds was unethical too me to why the building was closed down for most of the day.While the women just sat in it all day. I understand it was short staff and the snow storm came. But people who setup appts should of been notified of the hours of operations. Because I could of save my money and a wasted trip today.The snow storm was only 3 inches. If you didnt want to work. Then do not show up at all. It was extremely unprofessional to sit in a building with the door locked all day. As you were in clothes that wasnt even work related.So that tells me you didnt care about the people at all. Who had appts. Ever since the pandemic people have grown lazier and have taking advantage of this opportunity to make excuses to not show up for work.People in the waiting rooms and urgent care give you growth to even have a job. But you chose to come to work. When you feel like it.The audacity and privilege mindset you must have. I will never come back to none of the urgent care.Again next time notified cx of the delay and stay home. If you were just going to keep the building locked up and the open sign hour lights off. Until 2pm. You shouldnt never came to work at all. I was extremely disappointed.

Very clean establishment. The staff members were nice there was one girl in particular who was very caring her name is Christy P. She treated me like family she made sure my family and i got the best care she even played with my children. She deserves a raise! Truly a great soul they should keep her and could learn a thing or two from her.

A friend mentioned she visited the Tamarack Circle location and that the process was painless so I thought Id try this location which is closer to my home. Bad choice. As requested by the facility, people signed in to be seen through the app. I signed in and waited 45 minutes in my car. During that time NOT ONE PERSON from the facility or patrons from their cars came in or went out. Patrons ended up knocking on the door repeatedly to understand what was going on and every time someone knocked the man inside just pointed at the use the app sign in the window. Worthless.

Staff lazy as hell… talked over me when trying to explain. I parked in the front of the building and called inside no one answered but everyone was in the office when I walked in. One girl rolled her eyes when she seen me as if they weren’t expecting anymore patients .. they didn’t put in my prescription for insulin had to wait another day with no insulin smfh!! Conversation loud and talk about patients who are leaving…. It’s close to my house so I go there cus it’s convenient only! But I hate it …

Customer Service was so great and professional (from all the staff). All the ladies was happy and friendly (no attitudes) Kadi did an amazing job with helping me out. Also they made sure they cleaned all the areas that gets touched constantly.

Everyone is literally rude. I say I feel like I have an issue they treat me right away without testing me for what I told them with no actual results. Telling them what you’re there for you might as well announce it to the whole doctors office because that’s exactly how it feel. The doctors make me feel like they’re just there for a check. Would not recommend. Just go to Grant walk in.

This place is absolute trash. Because their system was down, they tried to charge my husband 90$ for a visit that shouldn’t have cost a penny because he has state medical insurance.

My experience at this urgent care has been great i absolutely love coming to this facility being a patient here i love Fatimata Ken and Donna very kind and caring!! helped me get through my visit very fast and got my medication to my pharmacy quicker than usual.

I walked in on Wednesday around 11 am. The worst customer service in history. The name is walk-in urgent care but you need to download the app and make an appointment. If you ask questions they give you the most horrible face in the world. You work in healthcare, you need to learn to communicate and smile. It is a part of your job

We went here to have a COVID test at this location because of the results given to you immediately. After my friend completed his I decided not to have mine done here. People were coming back and forth in the small waiting area. ABSOLUTELY no sanitizing. An employee approached us with her mask pulled down to her chin. This facility gave him the swab to administer his own swabbing of his nose. How possible can these negative results be??????? I have tried to reach management to find out if this is their testing procedure but no one answers their phone only voicemail where you can not leave a message. his result were given on a piece of copied hand written paper that definitely does no look legit documentation. This place does not seem to be taking COVID testing serious very concerning to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly why the virus is spreading . No safety procedures outside of mask were taken. People were allowed to bring guest inside with them. There was no maximum capacity and people were almost sitting on top of each other. No windows and the door was not left open. No one came into the waiting area to wipe down a surface or anything. There is over a 2 hour wait & instead of them taking your number so you can sit in your car and they call you when it’s your turn, they have people standing inside and outside blocking the door. They open at 10, I arrived at 10:15, it is currently 1:18 and I am still waiting as I write this review. It’s disgusting & if I didn’t have COVID before coming to this location, I definitely have it now! This is unacceptable.

Wait time was very short, the guy at the desk was very nice & sincere, the doctor she listened to me, an answered all my questions with clarity and she waas very nice aand respectful. My overall visit from start to end was 1hr maybe 1.5hr give or take.. If I ever need care again that dont require a ER Im going back to Walk-In Urgent Care..

Filthy. A patient in the waiting room clearly needed 911 assistance. They let him sit for 20 minutes. I had been seen, give them 30 minutes for my prescription call in. I called them an hour and 15 minutes later... oh our bad. Clearly unmanaged and might want to dust once in a while. I recommend this to your neighbor’s dead cat.

Just know the COVID test is free, the results are not ($49). I guess they dont except my insurance so Im responsible for the cost. Never knew that going in. It seems to be a trend @ most Urgent Care facilities. Ill need to go elsewhere. The woman that administered the test was quick, gentle (considering the abuse of the nasal swab for the test) & polite. Im over COVID... the whole thing, cost... no cost.

Great urgent care , wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate the staff taking time to go over the COVID 19 test clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my friend , Highly recommended.

HIPAA violation stay away! The staff there is a joke. Especially the receptionist. Not sure if they have more than one, but the young lady I experienced (African I believe), was less than stellar. She didnt make eye contact with me while talking, repeatedly gave patients random wait times with no explanation; she originally told my husband there was a 30min wait, then when I walked in right after to to give out insurance she told me 2hrs, they blurt out results in the lobby. I shouldnt know that the woman in front of me has an iron deficiency and that the provider sent her meds to walmart. I also shouldnt know that another lady tested positive for COVID-19. This place is a joke and I am absolutely going to file a HIPAA violation.

My go-to urgent care location in the Columbus area! They’re friendly, helpful, and efficient at a time when you need it the most. They made the COVID testing experience very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Iwuafor is GREAT very kind great demeanor excellent service was in and out in 10 min prescriptions were sent immediately. Best urgent care Ive been to ever. Would love to be his patient if he ever gets a private practice

I just wanted to take a second and warn anyone who is considering going to this clinic. I went in for a COVID-19 test, as a precaution, before seeing family. I chose this clinic because it offered same day results, as my family is coming tomorrow. This is not the place to go. IF anything, this is the place where you go to be exposed to COVID. There are no sanitation protocols, no social distancing, and the staff were not even wearing mask/ gloves.I fought through this, and filled out my information on a tablet that was handed to me (and not sanitized after being used by the previous patient).I left, right after, I watched one of the nurses come into the lobby and hand two of the patients their results... while not wearing a mask. Honestly, Wolf Ridge Brewing company had far superior sanitation protocols. This clinic should not be authorized to perform testing in my opinion.Please have some respect for the community you serve.

Never saw a Dr. only a nurse practioner but yet recieved a bill as though a dr. saw me. When asked for detailed summary of billing the guy wanted to argue with me that the invoice was it. Which is not, I told him in disputing the charges until I see detailed billing Im not pursuing it off. Ive never recieved the detailed billing I keep receiving invoices not detailed billing showing who s saw me and the charges associated with that person.Ive been making payments on the bill and only authorize a certain dollar amount each time, but today I looked at my account they took the amount authorized and the balance owed which was NEVER authorized. Crooks!!!!!! Now Im having to dispute what was authorized and Im still waiting on detailed billing.Do not go here if you want to be scammed and never see a Dr. BTW only 4 people were in the entire establishment, the receptionist, the guy who took me back, the xray lady and the nurse practioner, NO Dr.

Came in for treatment for a UTI, was seen and told that prescription would be electronically sent. I get to my pharmacy and sat(uncomfortably)for an hour only to go home empty handed 🤯. Had to work early the next morning, so I couldnt pop in, but my pharmacist and I called pretty much all day. Phone was not answered and voice-mail was full. I had to go in after work after my pharmacist suggested I get a hard copy, only to find out the CNP never sent my script over 🤕😡🤬🤯

First time I had been there, and they are FANTASTIC, I highly recommend this urgent care.Right from check in, through recieving medical attention, they are very professional and caring.I am so relieved to have a GOOD urgent care near us, and they have great hours.* thank you for taking care of my son and I today.I appreciate you.

Went to the Whitehall ohio office that advertised walk in covid testing an no appointment needed. I go to check in. NOBODY is in the waiting room 0 people. 4 women sitting behind the window. Im told they are booked. But no appointment is needed an NOBODY was in the office. I was the only car in the parking lot. This place is very very shady. Do not go there. Avoid it.

The staff is rude and unprofessional! I stood at the door for 5 minutes and the ladies seen me standing there. Not to mention it didn’t closed until 8 and it was 7 and it was already closed so finally after 5 minutes the lady come talking to me threw the window like I can hear her🙄Then she cracks the door and say no covid test and the doctor is already gone and closed the door 😡🤷🏾‍♀️I didn’t even want a covid test had a ear infection 😐

Honestly this is the first time I’ve ever felt a need to write a google review. I went here for a rapid Covid test and couldn’t believe how dirty it was...from the floor to the walls to the lack of sanitation. I truly feel as though I was more likely exposed to Covid than not at this place. Doesn’t the Health Department check on these places? I’ve had 4 Covid tests before and none of them were as sketchy as this. I was astonished at the lack of sanitation measures and professionalism. Do NOT go here! I don’t even trust the results.

Im sharing this with whomever, upon arriving at the urgent Care, I was grateful and in SERIOUS PAIN, the young lady who got me registered was 100% amazing. After the visit I phoned the urgent Care and assertively paired with excruciating pain asked for my prescription to be sent to the right pharmacy, and be changed from ibuprofen too an alternative??At that point I am hurting, frustrated and felt played. This urgent Care didnt even call my prescription in at all... Im suffering 😭😭😭 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

My first experience, the lady at first desk was very rude and her facial expressions were very unprofessional. The second visit was on a Saturday and she locked the door at 4:52 pm after seeing me getting ready to walk into the building.

The Doctor was very kind. Made me feel comfortable and I didnt even feel a thing.... Hes the best at giving shots and I hate needles.. I will go back here from now on!

This place deserves a 0. I have had terrible pain for a week and a half in my wrist, 5 days in my foot. Doctor refused to give treatment that would result in anything effective with my wrist, ignored my foot that has a bruise the size of a softball over the ankle. I was told to go to the ER, which is not applicable to my situation. This place I hope goes to hell in a hand basket.

Went in earlier this week. Front desk staff was fine. The exam room that I was put into was dirty. There was a huge clump of hair stuck to the wall RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOORKNOB (so everyone that came in and out of room 2 had to purposefully ignore it). But that’s not even my problem.Problem 1. I was seen by a man that introduced himself as “Dr Ken” After doing my own research, I learned on a medical board website that he is a PA. NOT A DOCTOR.Problem 2. I was misdiagnosed. After repeatedly telling this fake Dr that I had been exposed to the flu, he diagnosed me with Bronchitis and a fever.Problem 3. I called today (after seeing a REAL Doctor) to find out what the Drs name was that I saw. They REFUSED to tell me. Probably because they know he’s not an actual Dr. Luckily, his name is on my meds so I was able to find the info that I needed online.I will NEVER go here again. I can find a fake Dr on any corner for much less than I’ll be billed for this visit.

Man christy i think is best staff here. Not only did she help me did her job to a t. But also made shore i was ok do to having a bad day. She made me feel lot better then when i came in. 😁

Walk right in. 5 minutes later they can me in. I told them I was dealing with my Asthma issues the last 2 weeks. I can breath great now. Gave me the right medication and recommended me to a solution I needed to help me breath better. Thank you guys.

I was there for the walk in covid test. The front desk staff was rude. I was send back to the parking lot. I was in the parking lot waiting for more than two hours and never called me. I left the parking lot because I couldn’t wait any more. I will not recommend my friends even though they have walking in service. It don’t worth waiting.

Walked in at 5:40 was told they closed and wouldnt help...told them it wasnt 6:00 and I need treatment..was told we take last patient at 5:30. In that case turn out the lights and lock the doors. This place is not going to break a sweat helping and are very rude telling you that..I did however go to Ohio Health urgent care and got fast service and they were professional and courtesy...do yourself a favor...dont bother with Whitehall Urgent Care

This place is nice and quick. I like it here. Also very close to home.@Salonecarat- people like you like to complain about everything. Its called URGENT CARE not emergency medicine. Urgent cares are for urgent matters that require treatment, but not serious enough to go to a hospital for. You complained about getting a rush job but that is kind of the point of going to an urgent care, so you can receive quick treatment for non-emergency matters. If you needed emergency care or more detailed care why go to an urgent care anyway? I have been to a lot of urgent care locations in Columbus, Ohio and a lot of them didnt have the equipment nor the means to treat a really serious matter. Heck you go to your primary care doctor and they still have to send you to other places for serious matters, x-rays, and such. If you needed all that or more indepth treatment you were in the wrong place to begin with. Also a PA is a professional who practices medicine under a supervising physician. In the United States, PAs are nationally certified and state licensed to practice medicine. Just thought you needed to know the definition of a PA since you complained about it only being PAs at this location. Also do you know every person who works here? Just curious? How many times have you been here for you to be able to make a statement that only PAS work here? Who complains about getting quick service???? Who complains about the place not being packed full of people???? Really? You just wanted to say something negative and complain so I thought I would give you some advice about your next urgent or emergency matter. Go to the ER next time, if you require more indepth treatment. Good luck to you hun.

This place is a joke. Between the hippa violations and cross contamination it should be shut down. I walked out. Read the reviews, I wish I had.

I had a 9:30 appointment. Get here and the place is not open , I call and they said they don’t have a provider . If that’s the case they should inform all scheduled appointments to reschedule or go somewhere eles . Gas is too high to be traveling without notice.

We came to this urgent care my roommate cut his finger and when we got there the lady at the desk said it was gonna be an hour and a half wait remind you no one in the waiting room she said we are so far behind and everything so she said I would go to a Ohio health urgent care at least she had a heart for that but we will not come back to this place

Very clean and pleasent only problem was doctors did not speak enough if that makes since. did not say the different meds that were going to be prescribed and wat it will do for me and i did not receive any information about my visit did not like that at all but over all i would go back. I know now wat to say.to get wat i need from them,did get a work excuse right away.

Always have the best experience the employees always go out their way to provide the best care possible. No complaints 💯. Ps they have made goodie bags for my kids to keep them a little entertained while my visit

Glad to find this level Services. I having a very bad headache and I connected to there tele-health team an they help me alot. Really Impressed with the service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only reason their turnover rate is so high is because it’s always empty. No actual md’s just pa’s that do the bare minimum and even that is a generous overview of my “treatment” would rather spend the time at the er and get quality care than this rush job

Came in for Covid test and received excellent care and service from Donna. She was very helpful and got back to me quickly with my result.

You have to check-in on the app on the door and wait for a phone call because they have the doors locked. They left me sitting in the parking lot for over 3 HOURS!!!! I finally knocked on the door and they told me the doctor went home for the day and they had no covid tests. They didnt even have the common human decency to let me know so I could get somewhere else before everything closed for the day.

Both the reception and the physician were thorough, caring and prompt. They were absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone in the future, even if self-pay.

Just went yesterday,went as soon as they opened and was told the doctor was going to be late...so half an hour later the doctor just casually strolls me in like it wasnt a big deal... Finally got back to a room and told them my symptoms...didnt bother to test me for the flu, I hegot my temp taken and was told I was going to receive a script for my cough...I do have the flu btw but I only found that out after I got a second opinion from another urgent care...

Last couple of times that i visited this location there was no nurse on duty ,made two trips for nothing , now they are saying they are by appointment only & the staff never answers the phone , they are very unprofessional.

Set up the appointment to come into the office for covid testing. Attempted to call but didnt get an answer. Came into the office after work and the woman behind the counter was short in explanations and rude. All she said was come back tomorrow and turned away from me.

I like the new system setup of virtual,it is very quick they register within mints.

I dont know why two people left one star reviews for this facility. My experience was better than expected. Staff was friendly and the wait time wasnt long at all.

Don’t go here waste of time and money they lie to you had Symptoms and told them what I thought was wrong they “ran test” and told me no it’s not that 2 days later ended up in ER and they said it was what I thought this also happened to my boyfriend we went together and they lied to him aswell

ALWAYS late to open because staff is never on time!!! They are testing people for Covid but do not sanitize exam rooms, lobby or follow any safe distance practices!!

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and friendly, i was in and out and my issue was correctly diagnosed and taken care of. ill definitely be going back to this place.

My albuterol solution was never called in for my breathing machine

Went to this urgent care today at 11am and their hours say they open at 10 and no one was in the office and the front door was locked. Super unprofessional to not have anyone at the office during open hours.

I CAME WITH MY MOTHER SHE HAVE STOMACH PAIN.We have to wait 1 hours because the doctor was doing something he need that time went we get inside we wait more time.They only have 1 dr .WE wait almost 3 hours I am not coming back.

After being seen at the establishment I was told I would receive results via their app without the hour. It’s been 3 hours and they have not sent my results. They are now closed.

Showed up at 8:15 and they were closed. Not good for an urgent care when they’re supposed to open at 8am.

It says close at 8pm, we arrived around 6:53, the personnel there refused to see us.

This is the second time with me coming here the first time I came I was having really bad back pains and I couldn’t move at all the doctor prescribed me some Tylenol after I told her I wasn’t able to take it I came today because my leg is swollen and the lady told me to come back in 30 minutes

Took my wife to this facility for the first time. The staff was very friendly, courteous and we were in and out.

Brought my 5 year old in. We had a short wait and received very good care.

I was there to be seen, and I get a good helper from the front disc and the provider, definitely I will recommend to go there.
