Posterity Health

This was based on my experience with the Portland, OR office but should be extended to Posterity as a whole.Dr. Mason himself is an excellent provider very knowledgeable and skilled. The office staff/model at Posterity is of concern; different people are responsible for different aspects. For example one person schedules office visits, one person schedules surgical interventions, one person receives payments. As well, be careful because the office staff is in different time zones. Christin Gardner is the only helpful office staff member I worked with. The call center and office staff model is very disorganized and needs to be rebuilt completely.Thought I would update this post. Posterity Health has continued to be an incompetent fertility provider. Dr. Mason no longer works at Posterity Health for this reason; he is now a faculty member at Miami University. 3 months after a scheduled surgical procedure we received a surprise anesthesia cost of $2400; which was not included in our original estimate. My wife and I made the decision to receive care from another fertility company.Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from Posterity Health.

Fantastic! Dr. Cowan was excellent at making a vasectomy seem like nothing more than a friendly chat and then it was done. If you are thinking about getting a vasectomy definitely go to him.I have always been nervous about any kind of medical procedure, Dr. Cowan made the entire process friendly and comfortable.

Dr. Kovac gives excellent care and has great bedside manner. He always has a plan to better your health. Highly recommend for men’s health!

Dr. Kovac and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Very quick to getting you in to clinic, hes very thorough during his examination, but also laid back and easy to talk to, which I appreciate. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing to see a male fertility specialist

We all obviously seek out Dr. Kovac because he’s widely known as the best in his field. I first sought him out with urology of Indiana and after my appointment today in his new building at his own practice, I can say the experience was top tier. It’s very one on one and never felt rushed. Dr. Kovac as always was very patient in listening to my concerns and had a game plan put in motion that I felt confident in before I left. 10/10 will recommend Dr. Kovac to everyone!

Terrible customer service. They over billed me for services they did not provide. They couldnt even provide a receipt. I have been calling them for over two months to resolve this issue and they refuse to answer the phone or take multiple weeks to return a call.

Dr Walker was the person who pulled me from an absolute whirlpool of bureaucracy and frustration when I was trying to get a genetic sample frozen. Her passion and enthusiasm for helping people is undeniable and you can tell she really cares when you talk with her.I strongly recommend her for any reproductive needs, if she cant help, Im confident she will get you in touch with someone who can.

Though it isn’t indicated on the appointment info or website, this discriminatory office adamantly requires you to wear face diapers and submit to Covid data disclosures. You are a fertility specialist, not an actual clinic treating Illness. Logically, you’d think this office of PHDs would be more worried about miscarriages caused by the faulty vaccines instead of worried about catching a common cold from someone that you have 4 jabs to protect yourself from. Wake up.

My husband and I travelled to Colorado from Toronto, Canada to see Dr. Cowan. He was able to perform a less invasive procedure on my husband than we had anticipated to retrieve sperm for IVF. We got more embryos from this round of IVF than our four previous rounds combined!Dr. Cowan is not only highly skilled but also one of the most caring and personable doctors we have ever encountered. We highly recommend Posterity Health!
