I had the most wonderful experience at RMA. My nurse Cheryl was amazing she kept me informed and updated every step of the way all while holding my hand and answering all my many many questions. I got pregnant my first round and am currently 12 weeks. I’m so grateful to everyone at this clinic and cannot recommend them enough!

Exactly 9 months ago I was spending much of my time at RMA Englewood - about three times a week at 6 am, I would drive almost an hour trying to be the first in the office so I could make it to work on time. Like many of you, I took blood test after blood test, exam after exam, ultrasound after ultrasound trying to reach the ultimate goal, a healthy pregnancy. Long story short, I was very lucky and I owe it to RMA. Through their tireless efforts, positive attitude and persistency, I am able to hold my baby girl in my arms. I wouldnt have gotten through the toughest months of my life if not for the staff at RMA, and Ill be forever grateful to all of them.

We had an amazing experience with RMA NJ!! After coming from a horrible experience, mid cycle, RMA was able to get us up and running in no time. We had a seamless time with RMA and absolutely couldnt thank them anymore. Our nurse Cheryl was always available for a quick answer to any questions and Dr. Chu was THE BEST. On embryo transfer day, you could feel the magic in the room. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you so much RMA for our little Siena bear. We couldnt be more grateful. Dr. Costantini is an amazing doctor! Her and her team are truly the best. She is very friendly, through, and you will be in good hands. Her experience, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, and care in helping you along the journey will make you feel at ease.

We love RMA! Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and address concerns. Communication is always clear and appointments are fast! Front desk is also so friendly. We will be back for baby #2!

I had the best experience at RMA NJ, Doctor Constantini is just GREAT. I had an embryo transfer and the whole process from beginning to end was very smoothly. The nurses are wonderful.

I underwent two IVF cycles at RMA Englewood, and at the beginning of each cycle, they required a $6,000 deposit, which I paid. The first cycle was more than six months ago, and the second was in January 2024. To date, I have not received my credit back, which should be around $6000 based on my insurance coverage. This is very frustrating because it seems no one is seriously addressing or resolving the incorrect insurance claim they filed. My finance coordinator has stopped responding, and I am unsure whether to wait indefinitely or hire a lawyer.

Dr. Costantini, Eve and the RMA team were professional, empathetic, and receptive of my concerns during my fertility journey. They worked with us each step of the way to ensure we were comfortable with the plan. My husband and I can’t thank them enough for all their knowledge and expertise they provided during our fertility journey.

Dr.Constantini is the best of the best. Super kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I can’t imagine this process without her, she is everything you would wish for in a reproductive endocrinologist.

This review is for the finance department only!From the first cycle, RMA finance advisor told me there are several procedures that are not covered and requested me to pay for them, luckily I’ve done the same in other clinics and know they were covered and mentioned it to them, which was then told to check with my insurance by giving them several billing codes and then relay the messages back to them. Shouldn’t this be your job and not the patient’s? Not all of us are billing experts and we trusted you for your expertise, which are not the case here.Fast forward to December 2023, since I have a high deductible plan I was requested to pay 6k upfront before I could start my next cycle. In other clinic I was paying for each visit and treatment as they were done, I understand different clinic has different practices and I respect that. I did tell RMA finance that I usually max out my out of pocket pretty early by paying for medications and was ensured that I’ll be refunded for overpayment. I met my annual max out of pocket in the middle of January and reached out to finance coordinator in February to check on the refund status on my 5k overpayment, and was told that they needed to resolve their billing from the cycle first, two weeks later when I saw claims for the new cycle processed ( my insurance paid 100% since I met out of pocket) and I followed up, was told certain period from prior cycle were not shown paid in their system. It turned out claims for the period they were waiting for were not submitted yet, again I had to be the one to tell them claims were not submitted or we would continue to wait for an issue that will never be resolved. Another week went by and I followed up again and requested that the request to be expedited, my finance coordinator got approval from his supervisor and said a refund check would be mailed out to me. One and a half week later, the refund check is not yet arrived.The stress to deal with the finance department and the cash flow issue caused by their action definitely added more stress to this already stressful journey.

I had an amazing experience at RMA. I loved my team, they were kind, supportive and so knowledgeable. Everyone at RMA are honestly experts and not to mention so reputable! I was surprised how many other professionals like my therapist knew about them. Everyone has great things to say about them. Thankfully, my financial advisor Nate worked with my progeny account and had everything covered. My nurse Roberta felt like a close friend I can tell anything to. My NP Eve was honest, patient and kind. My doctor Dr. Costantini is a true expert, she trained so many reputable and well known OBGYNs that I’m just in awe. Everyone from the main line phone operators, to the front desk staff, everyone has been great. I was a bit nervous at first since having had a stillbirth, but they even paired me up with a “support person” who has gone through a similar loss. RMA has been so wonderful, it’s worth going here - they will take amazing care of you.

From start to finish my experience at RMA has been amazing. My doctor and nurse team walked me through the whole process after my consultation revealed I had severely diminished ovarian reserve at 31. The office is super responsive and genuinely cares about your journey to parenthood. My nurse Roberta was excellent and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Dr Constantini is incredible and so invested in the success of her patients. I would recommend anyone considering fertility services to consider RMA englewood.

I am so incredibly grateful to RMA in helping us start our family! Though we were primarily out of Englewood, all RMA offices were incredible with kind and courteous staff. We are forever grateful to all the doctors we worked throughout this journey, especially Dr. Maria Costantini!

Dr. Costantini, nurse Gabby, and the rest of the RMA Englewood and Basking Ridge were great. They helped me after I struggled to have a second child. Highly recommend them for their support and expertise.

RMA Englewood staff is amazing and I loved Doctor Eli Rybak. After 6 failed trials, he finally gave us a success on my 7th trial. I cannot express the happiness enjoyed brought to our family. We were thrilled with Dr. Rybaks bedside manners. Is really polite, listens to your questions and super empathetic to the situation. I really really recommend Dr. Rybak. Not to mention my assigned nurse practitioner - Sarah E was amazing! She was always there whenever I needed her and super communicative and very flexible. She always answered every question I had and such a jolly person to work with. The whole thing was amazing!

I started outside monitoring with RMA a few weeks ago. I love how diligent and nice everyone is, from the front desk to the blood work to the nurses. I also love their patient portal and they don’t act like you’re bothering them if you have questions. I hope to get to know them better.My first US went really well, the doctor (wish I knew her name) was very nice and though it’s usually hard to find my left ovary, she took the time and found it. My second US was a little off-putting…🧐. However, RMA provides an opportunity for you to provide feedback. If I didn’t already have a wonderful RE, I would definitely consider RMA.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for RMA, Englewood! Today was bittersweet, as we successfully “graduated” to our general OB, after a successful implantation. From Sarah at the front desk always making me laugh or smile so early in the morning, to the wonderful phlebotomists who always made my blood draws easy, I cannot thank them enough for making something that could be so stressful , so easy. Dr. Costantini is wonderful, intelligent, witty, and amazing at what she does. I can’t thank her enough for this wonderful gift she has awarded me. I cannot say enough about NP Eve Tuers! Not only is she extremely smart and knowledgeable, she is kind, warm, and truly someone you look forward to seeing bright and early. NP Eve always helped me feel at ease. As delicate as infertility appointments can be, we went to RMA for 9 months and received such incredible care. Through the diagnostic tests, IUIs and treatment during an ectopic pregnancy, my husband and I felt that I was in the best hands. My Dr. was Dr. Maslow, but she had recently changed to the Jersey City location so I saw the Drs. and nurses on staff at the Englewood location. One of the Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Evelina, was so nurturing and reassuring. I loved when she took care of me! Dr. Chu, Dr. Ferrando and Dr. Rybak were also very caring and reassuring through the IUIs. My nurse was nurse Bridget (based in Chicago). She answered every question & phone call and was so knowledgeable! I felt so blessed that we got her as our nurse. Lastly, the phlebotomists at all locations handled patients with the best care. Gilesa (englewood) and Elizabeth (basking ridge) were so nice, nurturing and caring to me. I will never forget their kindness! - Kelly Rivera

Doctors are absolutely wonderful. Had a very good experience, nice offices. The only reason its a 4 and not a 5 is that my experience with clarity of how things go and what would happen was very lacking from the nursing side. If you know what youre doing or even know what questions to ask you shouldnt have a problem though.

I had great and very supportive care at RMA. It’s truly life changing when a family has to endure infertility and RMA and modern fertility advances gave me renewed hope. Everyone was really kind and attentive! Kudos to my doctor, Dr. Constantini and my nurse Roberta, who have been amazing.

We really had great experience at RMA englewood. It took some time to get used to their system( very efficient and organized) because my previous clinic was smaller and more personal. You will talk to your nurse about everything after first consultation with doctor. Doctor Constantini was very caring and humble and she def knows her stuff. First round ivf was unsuccessful and i was so disappointed but i just trusted our team and it worked out.Special thanks to my nurse Roberta, she is the real MVP... !!!Ivf is not easy thing to do physically and emotionally. I went though a lot with 2 egg retrievals and unexpected body condition but she was ALWAYS there for me. she always responded to my messages right away and pick up her phone asap.. also always kind and caring. I am a nurse myself and i can tell she really cares about her patients. when i felt like giving up she encouraged me and helped me push through. I am so so thankful for you Roberta !!!! : ) thank you .Front desk ladies are so kind as well.. finance person took care of everything with my insurance so i did not even have to worry about anything. you will be in good hands with RMA team.Highly recommend : )

I had the best experience at RMA of NJ. Dr. Constantini and my Nurse Roberta were the best team I could’ve ever asked for. I decided to trust them, and just follow what they felt was best for me, which worked well in the end. Dr. Constantini always made me feel safe and heard, as well as Roberta. From the first time I called them to make the initial consultation, all the way through my treatment they have been unbelievably caring at each step of the journey.My husband and I started our IVF journey naively not understanding the process and considerations of what it all involves. We started the process with a different fertility clinic. After 7 years of waiting and 7 IVF attempts we lost hope and decided to move in a different direction with a surrogacy journey, but unfortunately we did not have the money to start right away.I had failed transfers due to previous surgeries and scar tissue inside the uterus.During a routine appointment my OB/GYN recommended to try with another clinic and look for a second opinion. He recommended RMA as being one of the top/best fertility clinics in the country.I took his word and started to look for information right away.Dr. Costantini-Ferrando is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. She cares of each step of the treatment, and goes through details and made feel well taken care since the first time I met her. I have never been cared for with such patience, kindness, and love.Once I explained to her my previous treatments and experiences, she found the right treatment for us. The process was clear and simply explained at each point, so I was never left wondering what was going on, and she monitored me closely to make sure the treatment plan worked 100% for my body.I am delighted to say her dedication, care and expertise has given me the opportunity to have children of my own. Only two IVF transfers with RMA and they were both successful. Unfortunately, I lost the first pregnancy at 18 weeks due to cervical insufficiency, but my second attempt was also successful.WE FINALLY HAVE OUR RAINBOW BABY!!! The staff at RMA have been amazing. After two unexplained losses, we started working with their team of professionals who made themselves available to us 24/7 (and were able to answer my MANY questions!!) They are truly wonderful and we are so grateful for all they’ve helped us accomplish! We officially “graduated” from RMA last week at 8 weeks pregnant and are super excited for the journey ahead! After 12 years of trying to have our baby, with many IVF, donor egg fails, 4 miscarriages, a devastating failed adoption, we proceeded our final journey with RMA. Using my beautiful cousin, our angel as our surrogate, with a donor egg and my husband’s sperm, we finally have a successful pregnancy. Dr. Costantini-Ferrando has been an inspiration and a blessing to us. The RMA Staff and Dr. Costantini-Ferrando took their time, led us step by step through the process, checked every detail til the finalization, very organized, professional and caring. But more than that they are sympathetic and immensely kind during what can be a very emotional and stressful time for any couple. RMA has truly been helpful throughout this entire journey. They have been very kind, caring, and responsive. We were very happy that they help you every step of the way. My husband and I are so grateful to everyone at RMA and are looking forward to welcoming our first child.

Overall good experience, as much as the process can be.Several locations, which means sometimes youre driving to another location for testing. Offices are pleasant so its not a bad wait. The morning monitoring hours are flexible/convenient, even if the ultrasound can be half an hour wait, give or take. Phlebotomy is very quick.2 incidences of questionable HIPAA violation, but I think they were one-offs. I had good confidence in the medical recommendations, and they were open to discussing the questions and reservations I had with a decent mix of scientific reasoning and human comfort (good bedside manner). I had one annoying but not severe symptom, which multiple people dismissed as pregnancy hormone changes. An outside doctor gave me a diagnosis and remedy. Besides this, I think the staff thoroughly addressed my questions throughout the journey with professionalism and empathy.

I am so grateful to Dr. Constantini and all ofThe staff at RMA. They are always so welcoming and genuine. When I started my journey there I was almost 38 years old and I had, had one miscarriage plus I also had a large fibroid on my uterus. I felt hopeless, since I had already had a fibroid surgically removed 5 years prior. Although, after my first meeting with Dr. Constantine and the staff at RMA I felt hope. Two years later, I had my beautiful son. I have recently gone through the process again and am excited that I am expecting my second child at 43 years old thanks to Dr. Constantini and her staff.

The staff at RMA NJ genuinely care about each patient and I feel as though they have become an integral part of my family. Dr. Rybak has never given up on my dream of becoming a mother and I am beyond grateful for him. My nurse Brianna is the BEST she is always there for me, listens to my concerns, and she is loving and compassionate. Overall my experiences at RMA NJ have been amazing and I always recommend them to anyone who needs fertility assistance.

The staff and doctors, specifically Dr. Costantini, are excellent. They went above and beyond to assist in my journey to becoming a mother. RMA of Englewood was the light at the end of our dark tunnel. After dealing with personal medical issues, our growing family suffered an insurmountable loss of our first born at birth, our daughter Addie. Life after losing a child is grim, gray, and fuzzy. Nothing else matters after this loss. During our most vulnerable time with the help of our close friend and RMA nurse Briannas support, we were able to pick up the pieces, change clinics and begin again. With the tremendous help of the staff and Dr. Costantini, RMA gave us a chance to breath again, through 3rd party reproduction and our amazingly strong gestational carrier who became family. They say it takes a village, and this village was able to become mommy and daddy to our rainbow baby, Aria. Forever grateful to you all RMA!

I cannot recommend RMA enough! My only regret is we didn’t go to them sooner. I was at the Englewood office and every single nurse, admin, and doctor was exceptional. Patient, kind, and so understanding of how tough of a journey this is. They walked me through every step of the process hand in hand, explaining every detail from financing to testing to results. I never once felt overwhelmed or confused on next steps or what was going on. We were seen and heard whenever We had any questions or concerns. We were very fortunate and had amazing success here and can’t wait to meet our rainbow girl! Dr Constantini was our doctor , incredibly intelligent and kind. Highly highly recommend for anyone who may be struggling to start a family!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about RMA englewood. I started my fertility treatments in July 2022 and I was pregnant by October 2022 via IUI. My nurse was Sarah Robinson, which was so patient with my husband and I. We had soo many doubts and questions along the way and she was always willing to help us through everything. I was treated by DR Maslow and I saw her about 3 times during our treatments. Today I officially graduated with an 8 week pregnancy. I highly recommend the entire staff and RMA family. RMA has given my husband and I a chance to become parents, and we will forever be grateful for that. The staff has been nothing but compassionate, caring, and understanding. Dr. Constantini was highly recommended to me by multiple people and she truly was excellent. NP Eve was just as amazing, always so optimistic and comforting. RMA was overall a great experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Infertility can be stressful and scary but RMA went through all the tests and options with us and made it easy to understand, from the procedure to the cost breakdown and how to get better prices on medication etc. They explained everything in basic terms to make sure we understand which I really appreciate. We actually conceived naturally the cycle before starting IUI but wanted to keep testing and do early monitoring with them to make sure it was viable and progressing normally. We completed early pregnancy monitoring recently, baby is healthy measuring at 7w2d. The rest of the pregnancy we will be working with my regular OB.The only thing I think could be better is sometimes time with the doctor or nurse felt very rushed and I wish they’d stop and ask if I had questions or went over the info with us after the ultrasounds during early monitoring. But other than that, everything was perfect. We are so excited! Thank you RMA.

RMA is THE PLACE to go if youre struggling with infertility. After trying a different fertility clinic, I wasnt getting the attention or focused care I felt I needed. Once I had my initial appointment with Dr. Costantini at RMA, she immediately put together a game plan for me. Within 2 months, everything was set and in motion for IVF. My nurse, Eliza, was very communicative - always giving me updates and answering my calls within a few hours. I even called once or twice late at night and a doctor from the practice called back within 10 minutes. I now have a little one on the way and I am forever grateful to the staff at RMA for this miracle!

My experience at RMA has been the best healthcare experience I have received in the USA. It is the most efficient, empathetic and encouraging place and everyone from the check in staff to the clinician are just phenomenal. This is the place you want to be at if you are in need of fertility care!

I love my Dr in RMA, Dr Maria Costantini. She is very confident and at the same time caring. Her presence is very calming to an anxious patient like me. She also has a very gentle touch during ivf transfer. I didn’t feel a thing and I can’t say same for another dr that I worked with. Technique of a doctor really matters!I had been to another fertility clinic close by my home before I switched to RMA. I’m so glad I did even though RMA is 1 hour drive away from my home during morning monitoring hours. Fertility treatments are financially mentally and physically draining so you don’t want to waste your time on a less than great clinic.Unlike my previous clinic, nurses are responsive and my questions are always answered. Nurses would reach out to the dr promptly if those are questions that is beyond their knowledge. I always feel supported. Same for the finance team. They are responsive and professional.I’m now happily 8 weeks pregnant and am transferred to regular obgyn now. I’m already thinking about going back for my baby number 2 when I’m ready for the next!

Infertility is not for the fain of heart, with that being said RMA was definitely the right choice for my husband and me to start our journey towards growing our family. Dr. Constanini and Eve were with us every step of the way, providing answers and comfort when we needed it. Every bump along the way was worth it when we got to hear our little one’s heart beat for the very first time. We’re so excited to become parents and can’t thank RMA enough!

While it’s hard for a couple to admit that conceiving naturally might not happen, working with RMA ended up being a great experience. After years of trying to conceive on our own with only a miscarriage to show for it, it was a relief to hand over the reins to the doctors and nurses at RMA and let them tell us what to do. It’s a very well-run, organized, and efficient business, and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. The staff are all caring and knowledgeable, and the whole process ended up being much less stressful than I feared. After two failed IUIs (required by our insurance), we conceived with our first IVF cycle and are expecting a baby in the spring. I would wholeheartedly recommend RMA to anyone who is struggling to get pregnant on their own.

I have had such a good experience with RMA. While having to visit both the Englewood and Basking Ridge offices, I’ve found the staff to be helpful, caring, and very knowledgeable. While we knew IVF wasn’t 100% effective, we were given positive feedback and help along the way by our nurse and doctor, making the process easier. RMA was recommended to me and I would pass that along to anyone.

This place is truly wonderful, there arent enough positive words to describe the experience we had here. From the very beginning, when everything is new and scary, your team talks with you for HOURS to explain the process, what to expect, and listen to all your concerns. Even though theyve all done this probably thousands of times, they understand its your first time and hold your hand accordingly. They are unbelievably efficient and thorough, you NEVER have to worry that they forgot something, they help you fill your medication, deal with annoying insurance and pharmacy bureaucracy, and are always there to reassure you that everything WILL be ok. While theres no avoiding the annoyances of this process (early mornings, lots of blood being drawn, injections, and medications) they do everything in their power to minimize the stress and difficulties along the way. My husband and I graduated to our regular OB in August with a healthy pregnancy and just welcomed a healthy baby into our lives. It now feels like the right time to try to express our gratitude to RMA, Dr. Constantini, Eve Tuers, and Bridget Pecora. Thank you for everything!!!

Where do I begin...I was diagnosed with Diminished ovarian reserve / Premature ovarian failure at the age of 34. This was a devastating diagnosis for me and my fiancée. We waited to build our careers and future and now it was made clear to me that I would not be able to conceive without assistance. After a year of visiting more than 5 different clinics/doctors I found RMA of NJ, Dr. Costantini-Ferrando and her nurse Selle V. RMA of NJ and staff were so kind to me, everyone was compassionate and welcoming. I did IUI’s x4, I tried IVF but, it was cancelled due to low response. Dr. Constantini tried everything she could to help us, I felt her warmth. She also educated me on my condition, took the time out to sit with me with powerpoints to explain what I was dealing with. I am an RN and I still could not understand what was happening to my body. I was basically in premature menopause. I had so much support from my nurse Selle, I felt annoying because I would cry and ask the same questions and Selle would kindly explain again.I wanted to leave this review to give others hope.I became pregnant after trying for almost 3 years, naturally. I cannot explain it and neither can the doctors, my chances were less than 5% of getting pregnant on my own. This is my miracle from god, my testimony. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl. Even though the medicine and the treatment didn’t help me. I feel that the ease of the clinic, the communication, the compassion I was showed (and believe me, other places were cold and dismissive once they saw my 2-3 follicles) helped me along the way. I have so much respect and gratitude for all that is done at both RMA facilities here in NJ. From the front desk ladies who tried to remember my name during the countless visits, to the phlebotomists who were quick and precise, to the medical staff. This is such a difficult time for so many women and I couldn’t have done it without this clinic. IG-ttcconceive

Bitter sweet day got discharged and heard my babies heartbeat today. Dr Constantini was amazing and so was all the staff really Friendly. My nurse Gabryelle was impeccable she was patient answered all of my questions multiple times and got back to us promptly loved the experience and would highly recommend 💗

I would highly suggest RMA to anyone. During what is a very stressful time, especially with COVID-19, the entire team has been so professional, kind, understanding and helpful throughout the process. Everyone Ive encountered at RMA has been amazing and made the experience as smooth as possible. Throughout my treatment I felt very confident in my nurse and doctor and they were always there to any my questions.

Words can not describe the experience I had with RMA of Englewood. I had a successful IVF process with the guidance of Dr. Costantini and my nurse Rhonda. My boyfriend came here and said what an awkward and uncomfortable environment it was. Professionals talking out loud about patients personal business and making fun of them. How difficult it was to provide samples with them outside talking loud enough for him to hear. As someone in the medical field, this is the last thing you should be doing in SUCH a place.

I had a wonderful experience at RMA. The staff and doctors are all wonderful. Its very comforting having an assigned nurse you can be in touch with any time throughout the day. IVF works.

Between the front desk, the phlebotomist, the nurses, and all the doctors there this place has been absolutely amazing. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better team! Dr. Constantini and Nurse Roberta were my saving graces! I can’t thank them enough.

The entire staff at Rma has been amazing during our journey. My wife and I are very excited that we ended our journey with a precious gift currently baking in the oven until November 2022. Dr. Catha Fischer was absolutely incredible and a delight to have as my doctor through this intense process. She has a cheerful and smiling presence, but is very understanding and informative. Thanks to her, I am gleefully 7 months pregnant with my long-awaited kicking baby girl. This would not have been possible if it wasnt for Dr. Fischer and I would recommend for anyone that is local to Englewood to request her. If you want a peppy, but not too peppy, knows her awesome sense of humor, and utter professionalism all rolled into one type of doctor, she is your match!Thank you so much for everything. All i wanted was to know what the process would cost. Thats it. My original referring doctor wouldnt tell me. Receptionist when i made my appointment wouldnt tell me. Nurse and practitioners AT my appointment wouldnt tell me. Was made to get several invasive tests at my first appointment, still with no idea what anything would cost. Finally allowed to meet with a financial person a week AFTER all was said and done, where I learned insurance covers nothing, and out-of-pocket cost STARTS at $15,000 (there, i saved you the trouble).Nice enough people, but i felt railroaded into the procedure from the moment i showed up. No prices, no one asking if the procedure was right for me, just a month and a half of my life wasted on unnecessary appointments, blood tests, and ultrasounds that could have been avoided with one 30-second phone conversation. No reason to put me through all that. No reason to get my hopes up in the first place that treatment might be a viable option. No reason to make me pay for office visits and tests.

My case has been highly mismanaged by my care team. You are simply another number at RMA unfortunately. Financial coordinator is also horrible. Seek out other fertility clinics in NJ before RMA.

The doctors and staff of RMA in Englewood are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! From the front desk, to blood work, ultrasound techs and doctors, everyone you encounter has a smile and happy to be there.

Be careful to talk to the finance team if you are not familiar with the IVF process. (Pls see my previous review as below)But the doctor Costantini, nurse Aliza and all other staffs are very helpfully. I am highly recommend doctor Costantini!———————I am having a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience of RMA finance team.I got quotation $11k in the beginning of my consultation/July 2021. Also I received IVF quotation of ~$12k+ in Dec 2021 before treatment and asked for pre-paid. During this period, no one informed me IVF transfer is consider as another cycle of IVF, and $12.8k pre-paid IVF fee doesn’t include IVF transfer step. I was notified to pay extra $4.5k for the IVF transfer step last week/Jan 2022 - which in the process of my whole IVF treatment!To be honest, it’s a terrible experience for a patient!

RMA is such an amazing place to go through this journey with. RMAs entire staff are always there with any questions and support at all times. I felt supported the entire journey. The journey is a long one, but with RMA there, I felt confident throughout the entire experience.

At time that is inherently stressful, seeing Dr. Costantini-Ferrando will compound that stress exponentially. At our initial meeting she definitely over promised and did not deliver in terms of how accessible she would be. You will speak to her nurse for EVERYTHING. I was put on a medication during treatment and not even at that time did she call me to discuss why. I had to rely on her nurses it helps with pregnancy and google. My treatment ended and even then, she did not call me to discuss the outcome. I had to call for an appointment (imagine?!?) and was told her only availability was 3 weeks later.Please save yourself the stress, aggravation and frustration of seeing this Doctor for family planning. The department that was communicative was finance - to the point of it being gauche. If I could give zero stars I would.

Words can’t express how amazing this place is. from the front desk workers to the text to all the nurses and doctors. They are all on your side. Rma has made our dreams come true and getting pregnant and expanding our family. I would highly recommend anyone trying to get pregnant to come here. They are seriously amazing workers!

WE GRADUATED!It was a long year. We had some sad moments but we ultimately got to our happiest ones. We never felt alone. I can’t thank Dr. Constantini enough for her consistent support and expertise. Our nurse Desi never skipped a beat. I called and emailed her ALOT and she was always available for me. Word of advice. Don’t stay quiet there. Talk to your phlebotomists — you will see them OFTEN: joke, ask them how they are, share yourself. Look elsewhere. Dr Maslow make you feel hopeless, and is only interested in selling: procedures. Totally discredits any other options that does not involve selling something. There are other reproductive endocrinologists in the area, and we had a completely different positive experience. Also be warned they do expensive lab tests that insurance wont cover without informing you first.

If there was a ZERO star i would give it to them, the most insensitive and rude experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I went there to see dr. Maria Costantini for IVF and she said i was “OLD” 6 times, I’m only 37 years old. And said that the problem was in me (note that this was my 1st and last visit ) without running any analysis or ultrasound to figure out the problem! The funny thing is my husband actually had the problem! And we know that and we’re trying to find a solution! Don’t go there and waist your time and get your feelings hurt.

So far everything has been great. Dr. Chu is very nice. The 2 nurses I have been assigned with have been great. Always calling to check in and answering my questions, concerns right away. If I don’t get to them right away, they always call or email back in a timely manner.

I had a fantastic experience with RMA. The staff is incredibly professional, always there to help and answer questions, the doctors are amazing, and best of all they helped me get pregnant! Would recommend them to anyone I know.

Stay positive! You are in the right place with the kindest people. Every facility I went to (4 in total) I was greeted with patience and top notch care. I’m now 5 months pregnant.

I would not recommend this place what they say they are about and there actions are two different things everyone does not get the same treatment these people basically scammed me out of my money had the worst experience ever with them today for the third time do you think a nurse called NO no one called and explained what went wrong when the dr called she had no answer for the issue I thought things would be different all they are about is money the dr is in and out no conversation to explain whats being seen on the ultra sound no compassion, empty, no one literally reached out to tell me what and why there is an issue no nurse called to explain nothing they just once again took my money and basically said your done then I gotta be 35 or younger to get my money back ive given these people alot of money with minimal direction minimal interaction with my so called doctor they say they offer people to talk to you dont here from them this was the absolute worst experience Ive had trying to conceive I should feel positive but instead I felt alone, discouraged,and looked upon because of my age

Its a cast of thousands over there; you never see the same doctor twice during the process. It is extremely impersonal, and costs an incredible amount of money. Its hard to get the doctors to tell you the truth about your fertility; its a money machine business that takes advantage of innocent people wanting a child.

This place is all about the money, they are rude and insensitive and will send you emails around Mothers day making you feel horrible. I had to block them from emailing me. I requested medical records and they attached a credit card and charge per page and per image. DO NOT go to any of their centers they are HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

That are a very helpful and cearing and understanding doctor office I would recommend it this office to anyone who needs it

You pay them the bank. You meet the doctor once. You will never be allowed to talk to him again. If your lucky you will be able to reach your obnoxious nurse after trying to reach someone the whole day.

This is the only clinic in 7+ years that actually understands infertility. I can not recommend it enough. Amazing.

We started treatment with another fertility clinic. After 7 years of waiting and 7 IVF attempts, we lost hope and decided to move in a different direction with a surrogacy process, but unfortunately we didnt have the money to start right away.They had failed previous transfers due to previous surgeries and scarred tissue inside the uterus.During a routine appointment my gynecologist recommended I try another clinic and get a second opinion. Recommended RMA as one of the best known and best fertility clinics in the country. I took his word for it and started searching for information right away.Doctor Dr. Costantini-Ferrando is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She cared about every step of the treatment, and went over every detail from the first time I met her. I have never felt cared for with so much patience, kindness and love, especially going through a treatment as difficult as this.Once I explained my previous treatments and experiences, he found the right treatment for us. He monitored me closely to make sure the plan was working 100% for my body.I am delighted to say that, thanks to their dedication, care and experience, I had the opportunity to have my own daughter. Only two IVF transfers with RMA and both were successful. Unfortunately, I lost the first pregnancy at 18 weeks due to cervical insufficiency, but my second attempt was also successful.WE FINALLY HAVE OUR RAINBOW BABY!!!
