Dr. Polotsky and the whole team at shady grove were wonderful to work with during our fertility journey. We received exceptional care from the front desk staff to each person involved in making this long process possible. Dr. Polotsky is very friendly and easy to talk to, he listens to your questions and concerns with compassion, but is very honest and direct which I really appreciated. He personally called me several times throughout this process to give me results and even just to check in after the different procedures. Our first embryo transfer was not successful, but he made some adjustments with the medications I was on and we successfully got pregnant with our second transfer. Now we are six months along in what seems to be a healthy pregnancy thus far. We are so thankful for the care we received and plan on trying for another baby a couple years down the road with Dr. Polotsky and the shady grove team.

Dr Polotsky was incredible to work with for my recent egg freezing process. He is honest, positive, and I extra appreciated his straightforward approach. Dr. Polotsky was great with follow ups after my initial appointment and final procedure (giving results and ensuring I was doing well after the retrieval). The medical staff was very easy to work with for scheduling appointments, sending updates through the portal, etc. I highly recommend Dr. P and the team at Shady Grove! 5 Star.

Dr. Polotsky was great to work with. From the very beginning he was direct and answered all our questions. This continued through our time at SGF and includes his support during difficult emotional moments and walking us through tough conversations in an honest and compassionate way. He was kind throughout the process and was so sincerely happy for us when we eventually got pregnant!

Dr Polotski was my doctor during my IVF journey and I highly recommend him. He is an expert in his field and is very intelligent. He is also very positive and gives you hope when it feels like there is none. He will personally call you to deliver important news. If I needed to get a hold of him to ask questions he would call in a timely fashion. I am extatic to report that I am pregnant after one round of IVF with him!

After coming from another Fertility Clinic, we met with Doctor Polotsky. I had 3 IUI’s and two egg retrievals. I am 41 years old, and most doctors would have given up on me and at times I was tempted to give up myself, but Doctor Polotsky did not give up on me. Doctor Polotsky was empathetic and gave hope when we most needed it. Dr. Polotsky is hard to explain but when he walks in the room with an encouraging upbeat personality, you know everything is going to be okay. He was there for every obstacle with a Positive, We can attitude! Every appointment he showed up with the ability to turn your day into a good one regardless of the news. He always had multiple options and plans with the willingness to listen to concerns and to work around those concerns while implementing his professional knowledge for the best results. Doctor Polotsky’s knowledge, optimism, and expertise had led me to have the ability to say I am so happy and excited to announce that today, I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant and so excited!!! This would not have been possible without him. My husband and I are eternally grateful for all that Doctor Polotsky has done for us. Doctor Polotsky truly cares. He made extra effort to contact to ensure that I am okay after appointments and labs etc. and has continued to do so to this date. Dr. Polotsky and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Dr. Polotsky is extremely well educated and its apparent he knows what he is doing and talking about. From the start, Dr. Polotsky was so patient with me and my husband and answered our list of questions we had before we started treatment. Everyone from the front desk, to the phlebotomists, to the nurses were very friendly and gets to know you by first name. My husband and I had a great experience here and I would highly recommend this office for any fertility treatment. Now that we are successfully pregnant, we are extremely happy but we will be sad to leave the friendly staff.

Dr. Polotsky played a pivotal role in our journey to achieve pregnancy. He shared essential medical information with us, enabling us to make an informed decision without imposing any specific direction. As we received the results of our tests, we grew increasingly confident in our chosen path. Despite the lengthy process, we firmly believe it was a worthwhile endeavor.

Working with Dr. Polotsky was a great experience. He was always very positive, friendly, and caring but very honest and straightforward at the same time when he needed to be. Even when I wanted to quit (it was a very hard two years) the treatment, he respected my decision. However, I decided to continue and he came back with a new approach, and now Im expecting! :)

Navigating fertility challenges is hard, and Dr. Polotsky and his team made us feel in expert hands every step of the way. We are so grateful of the Shady Groves team for helping us understand and choose the best option for us. The office staff and even the timing of the appointments seemed sensitive to the complexities of the process, which we noticed and appreciated. We felt they went above and beyond for us, and also appreciated the calls and follow ups at important moments in our journey.

I was an international patient at SGF Denver, meeting with Dr Polotsky online before travelling back & forth from Australia for the embryo donation program in 2022. Dr Polotsky was very supportive of my goals after two years of many failures with my own eggs in Australia.Although my 3 embryo transfers with SGF failed, the recommendations & learnings from Dr Polotsky were shared with my Australian clinic & I have just given birth to my miracle baby boy. I genuinely believe he would not be here without the experience I had with SGF.I would recommend Dr Polotsky & SGF Denver and am happy to be contacted by people from outside the USA considering using this clinic.

Dr. Polotski is professional, compassionate, and dedicated. He personally called us with updates or simply called just to see how I was doing after certain procedures. Dr. Polotski and the SGF team in both COS and Denver provided exceptional care! After a long journey, we are successfully pregnant and cannot thank Dr. Polotski and his team enough. Shady Grove was our second clinic we worked with as we moved from New York to Denver. Dr. Polotsky and his team were all very responsive and positive throughout the whole process. Our first meeting was in April and I was pregnant by August! I highly recommend Shady Grove Denver if you’re looking for a fertility clinic. The facilities were clean and new and the receptionists were all lovely.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Polotsky and all of the SGF staff who helped us with our IVF journey. I was within their care for over a year and through the absolute rollercoaster that is IVF, this team never allowed me to lose hope. I am currently 15 weeks along with my first baby and it is all thanks to this incredible team. From my nurses Lauren and Jessica, to my financial counselor Kristin, to the ladies at the front desk who made each visit and appt a pleasant one despite the nerves at times, to the nurses who performed endless blood draws, every one at this location made this experience an unforgettable one. Dr Polotsky was exactly the doctor my husband and I needed in our fertility journey. He was kind, informative and always available to questions. His professionalism and understanding of reproductive endocrinology helped lessen my anxiety and I never doubted that was in good hands.

Dr. Polotsky is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever worked with. Dr. P saw me 2 weeks after my cancer diagnosis and helped us through the entire fertility preservation process. I felt personally seen and heard. We returned to work with Dr. Polotsky 2 years later after cancer treatment and he was once again a shining star in our journey. Dr.P believed in me and our chances to get pregnant even when I did not. He has called to check on me personally and has demonstrated such a love for his career. Dr.P is beyond competent and professional as well. I really loved working with him and would recommend anyone to him.

My experience with SGF and Dr Polotsky was extremely positive and Id recommend it to anyone. I felt that I was provided a high level of care and protocols were tailored to my needs. Communication was prompt and responsive which was extremely important to me.

We have worked with Dr. Polotsky since 2016, and he has helped us conceive and birthed three beautiful babies. Dr. Polotsky and team were very compassionate and supportive when we first learned IVF was the only way forward to build our family. He always went the extra mile to provide emotional support, and would follow-up with phone calls to check in, especially when we had very little hope with our first IVF, which ended up being a success. He adjusted our medication further for our second IVF and we were very successful in banking multiple healthy embryos which has given us two more kids. I cannot recommend Dr. Polotsky enough!

We owe Dr. Polotsky everything. After a decade of us trying (five of those with OBGYNs), we were blessed with our now 19 month old. One of our first meetings, I remember balling my eyes out how I just wanted one kid at this point and he said I was going to walk out with a baby. Within 8 months at the height of COVID (delaying treatment 2-3months) I was pregnant. I am now pregnant again with another miracle baby after using one of our remaining embryos. I never in my wildest dreams thought Id ever be a mother after so many years looking at blank single line pregnancy tests and failed fertility treatments... and here I am about to have two. His nurse Jessica was wonderful through the process as well. Dr. Polotsky will always have a special place in our hearts in our family. We always appreciated how hed always personally calls us and had such wonderful care while working with him over the years.

We loved our experience at Shady Grove, especially with Dr. Polotsky. He personally called us multiple times , which has not been our experience working with past doctors. Cant recommend him and this clinic enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful, as well!

We cannot recommend Dr. Polotsky (and the entire staff at SGF) enough. We first saw Polotsky when the clinic was still owned by CU Advanced Reproductive Medicine as a second opinion after a terrible experience with another large clinic in the Denver area. The treatment we received was night and day better. Polotsky took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand, non-condescending (and often humorous) manner. There are many things we love about Dr. Polotsky but what we appreciate the most is everything about our treatment was framed as our decision without any pressure or scare tactics (the exact opposite of our experience at our first clinic), which was especially helpful with our diagnosis of unexplained infertility. When we finally made the decision to pursue IVF, it was right when ownership switched from CUARM to Shady Grove Fertility. The switch made us nervous but we knew we wanted to stay with Dr. Polotsky after the trust and rapport we built with him. This was the best decision we could have made. We underwent a successful stim, retrieval and transfer over the summer and early fall of 2021 and are now nearly 8 weeks pregnant. We had an early scare with a SCH and Dr. Polotsky and his staff couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful throughout the stressful time. My husband and I are actually disappointed we have graduated to our OBGYN; we truly wish we could continue treatment throughout the entire pregnancy with Dr. Polotsky and team! It sounds crazy, but we are already looking forward to working with him and SGF when we’re ready for our next baby!

It has been a long journey since we start the process of having a babe. My wife and i are extremely happy that we finaly make it and she is now pregnant. We are thanking all the staff and specially Dr Alex Poltsky for their hard work. God blessed you all for making my family smile again.

Everyone here is so wonderful and caring. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Pilot sky and team. All information was given to us and we decided what our limits were.
