This was my first time at here. The office staff was very nice. Even tho I was late due to crazy early morning traffic they still let me see the doctor. They were very accommodating.Dr Jacobson was great and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and very satisfied with this office.

My experience here at Englewood Womens Health has exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is so welcoming and warm. You never have to wait long. Dr. Stacy Martinucci, my doctor, is such an amazing and warm person. She listens to you, never rushes you, and addresses all your issues. She makes you feel welcome, and I highly recommend her to others. You will have no regrets. 😊 Thank you, Dr. Martinucci!

Dr. Gross is a phenomenal Ob/Gyn and always takes the time to thoroughly explain things in a way that’s easy to understand (even the risks)! He has delivered both of my children and my experience with both deliveries was positive (even in the scarier moments of childbirth)! He even found time to throw some comedic relief in there which helps put nerves at ease (especially during my first pregnancy). The clinical team overall is great, and they always find time for you, even when they’re booked up and busy! They remember who you are, and that truly helps with the patient experience (being remembered). They are also HILARIOUS and are very personable; they make you feel like family! For the full scope: I also saw Dr. Markovitz and Dr. Martinucci through both pregnancies and liked this approach for continuity of care. Dr. Markovitz is easier, conversationally, and I feel like he is the most attentive to concerns. Dr. Martinucci (who was my Dr. since puberty) had a little less bedside manner with me on one or two occasions (probably because she’s known me the longest) but I was comfortable communicating my feelings to her and she quickly assured me that she was listening and would do whatever was needed to ensure the baby was safe and that I was on board with the plan! All in all, I would have been in good hands regardless of which MD delivered my children and when in need, I would be comfortable seeing any provider within the practice for my OBGYN care! I recommend this office to anyone who asks and have been going to this office myself since I was 15!

I have been going to Sharon Jacobson for decades! She is such a sunny, warm, and caring person. The staff is great, always helpful, I’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any time, they are all happy to help with appointments, or prescriptions, etc. I cannot say enough! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my care.

Love the staff VERY SWEET. Front Desk-Tiffany scheduled me she was very sweet professional adored her as well the nurse Devon. As for Dr. Marinucci terrible bedside manner least empathetic not the kind of warm doctor you’re looking for. Check out her reviews on the net I should have!! i’m gonna go during lunch if that’s OK with you when you come back cause you’re gonna go out right? Who cares it’s not about that rubbish

Unfortunately l couldn’t add pic but Dr. Markovitz is the best. When he said during my visit that “l am going to like it” I sure did. I can’t stop looking at the place. He gave me back what l have been ashamed of since l was 19. Beauty for ashes. Thanks. The whole staff are so friendly. Dr. Markovitz is a great doctor! Hes very kind, compassionate, he took the time explaining things to me, he answered all my questions, and hed very knowledgeable. Hes got a great sense of humor too lol ! Im so glad to have him as my new gyn doctor! And the staff there are friendly and welcoming. I loved my experience there :)

I am actually obsessed with this practice, and I am very picky! All the doctors are incredible, I saw Dr markovitz most appointments because i like how he communicates and he has a very well-balanced approach. Not overly nervous and still very thorough, I was in very good hands, and really trusted his judgement throughout my pregnancy. Dr martenucci delivered my baby and she was incredible! calming, positive and confident which made me feel very comfortable through the delivery process. Not to mention, the nurses and office staff are warm and friendly and i left every appointment with a huge smile onmy face because of them… i love them!! Im so grateful for this practice.

Every single person at this office is always kind, compassionate and comforting. I started coming here for my first pregnancy and I am now postpartum. My first time visit to this facility. Dr Martinucci is very helpful Knowledgeable and professional. I felt at ease with her visit. The staff at front desk is very good. I was recommended by my daughter and I am glad she did. I needed to find a good professional OBGYN. I’ll definitely recommend this place for your OBYN services.

Nursing staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. I cannot say the same for the entirety of its physician team, unfortunately. Maybe it’s because they get bored in outpatient as opposed to inpatient or maybe it’s because they find themselves answering the same questions in every direction from multiple patients. As a nurse myself, I would never speak to any of my patients the way the some of physicians spoke to me. At my first regular check up after delivering my first baby as Dr. Gross was explaining the ideal timeline for my family planning, he casually told me that “[I] need to recover so that [I] could get pregnant and RUIN [my] body all over again.” The nurse in the room chaperoning my assessment respectfully protested and came to my defense (thank you Devin) and he just brushed her off saying something along the lines of “I’m just telling her like it is.” I wish I received the bedside manner from the physicians I’ve read all the other reviews here talk about.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1 months to see a doctor for yearly check up for the first time on this location. I was in the uber when I noticed a heavy traffic and potential being late for 10-15 minutes which I was very bothered about myself. I politely called office to let them know. They were incredibly unaccommodating even on phone. While they mentioned If I arrived within 15 minutes doctor could still see me, they put me in a list for next 1 hour and 45 minutes. I even spoke with a manager and there was nothing they could do. I arranged a babysitting for this appointment, took time off from work and they were incredibly rude to me. I respect every professional’s time but I was only 15 minutes late not a big deal to make patient feel this way and suggest to reschedule. I have never had this type of experience and the way they spoke to me like I was some type of least important patient. Life happens and traffics happens. 10-15 minutes should be understandable by any practice. I regret even considering this practice for my health.

Dr. Gross has been my OBGYN for over 23 years. He is the best and his bedside manner is wonderful. He always makes me feel at ease. He delivered my twin boys over 23 years ago. I word recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gross for 30 years. I love his bedside manner, his thoroughness and the feeling I’m talking to a friend when I come in for my checkups. Everyone in the office is lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere anywhere else. 17 years ago, I moved an hour south of the practice, but I still go up there for my annual check up because he’s all I trust!

Amazing customer service, very efficient. I never had to wait longer than 5min once arrived for appointments. Dr Martinucci is wonderful, very caring, attentive and professional. It was a comforting experience.

A year ago, Doctor Jacob Markouvitz, MD. Saved my life. I went for a routine gynecological exam and he suggested I go to the nearest emergency room because he believed that something was wrong with me.I told him about a tickle in my leg and heeded his suggestion and I went to the Englewood hospital and they did a cascan and I had the same day a emergency surgery for an inguinal hernia and appendicitis.I am so grateful for his timely diagnosis.

The office staff were very kind to me and efficient in their work. There was a short wait to see the OBGYN and she listened to all of my concerns. She took the time to answer my questions. I recommend this office in Englewood

It was my very first appointment today and I have to say it was absolutely spectacular. The staff was absolutely fabulous they were warm welcoming!The office very clean beautiful environment. Dr Sharon was absolutely fantastic I will most definitely continue my care with this practice.

I absolutely love this office and their staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they treat you like family. I see Dr. Martinucci and the PA Sharon Jacobsen and both make you feel very comfortable and their exams are quick and pain free. Dr. Martinucci performed a surgery on me when I was younger and it was one of the best experiences from diagnosis to post surgical follow up. I have been coming to this office since I was 18 years old or so when I was diagnosed with PCOS and I will continue to come here as long as I can. I found this office through my aunt who was part of the office staff and I’m so thankful she recommended Dr. Martinucci and her staff!

I recently consulted Dr. Gross for a second opinion about something unexpected/unpleasant for which my gynecologist at the time wanted to both schedule me for surgery and put me on hormones. Before being willing to reach that same conclusion, Dr. Gross advocated for a more thorough, diagnostic approach. This aligned with my own values, as I would prefer to be absolutely sure that surgery is needed before agreeing to do it, and Im not keen to take hormones unless theres a clear reason. Today, Dr. Gross performed an important diagnostic procedure on me that could have been quite painful, but it went very smoothly. It wasnt without discomfort at times, but that went with the territory and he did everything to ensure I knew what was going to happen before he did it, and to manage my expectations while minimizing the negative aspects of the procedure. So, in addition to earning my trust with his upfront systematic approach, he further earned it by taking excellent care of me in a clinical setting, under unsettling circumstances. I would generally prefer to have a routine exam with a new doctor before making myself so vulnerable physically, but that wasnt an option here, and I couldnt be more relieved with the outcome. Best of all, we now know that I *dont* need surgery! Thats a huge win, and I have Dr. Gross to thank.Dr. Gross is professional, explanatory, thorough, and highly (!) skilled. Hes appropriately gentle and inclusive during the process, and he clearly cares a great deal about his patients gynecological health. I believe its his hyperfocus on that, and on overall professionalism, that results in his bedside manner seeming a bit more clinical than warm, but I give him a ten out of ten. The fact that his nurse and office staff are friendly and welcoming has been reassuring, and Im happy to have found a new provider in whom I have total confidence. Its clear to me that there are many good reasons why Dr. Gross is considered a top doctor.

This review is ONLY for Dr. Martinucci. My regular OB and the staff at this office are otherwise wonderful!In case you dont want to read my book report, to sum it up - Dr. Martinucci has horrible, nasty bedside manner, questionable motives, and is downright cruel.I had the misfortune of having Dr. Martinucci be the doctor on call when my water broke 10 months ago.I saw her a few days before my due date, and she had long, pointy, Kardashian style nails which is NOT ok in her profession. My doula is convinced her nails broke my water early. The other women in labor the same time as me also saw Dr. Martinucci the day prior, so there is compelling evidence to support this.This is my first child, so I wasnt 100% sure my water broke and she was immediately rude and dismissive. It was so unclear if my water broke, the nurses had to do a test and they were convinced they would be sending me home. Once it turned out my water did in fact break, she told me I waited too long to come in and because of my mistake, we had less options. I didnt want an epidural and wanted to avoid a c-section if I could. She told me, people come in here thinking birth is like a restaurant with a menu, no, its not, Im telling you what youre eating when she demanded I get an epidural and I declined. She also informed me, youll most likely need a c-section, and I need you to have the epidural before that. Not sure why she assumed Id be having a c-section, when everything in my pregnancy had been very normal. She also informed me there were only a few people who can administer it, and if I waited, I might be out of luck. The maternity ward was pretty quiet, so I didnt see this being an issue. She was just trying to scare me into getting her way.She was so unpleasant that MULTIPLE nurses came in and apologized on her behalf.My labor was progressing nicely, but then after about 6+ hours, I didnt dilate as much as I should have. Instead of having Dr. Martinucci check me, cause it was around 1am and she wanted to stay asleep, I had multiple people Ive never met poke around me and were unable to be sure I was progressing, as they werent the ones to originally examine me so they had to wake up princess Martinucci who came in angry and mad at me that I wasnt progressing.Eventually, babys heart rate dropped quickly and they had me move around to see if it could come back up naturally, but that didnt seem to work. Instead of calmly talking to me saying itd be safest and wise to do a c-section, Dr. Martinucci just told me it was happening. I wasnt given any explanation and when I asked if I could wait an hour to see if I dilate more and things return to normal she completely dismissed me. At this point Im sobbing and she didnt care to alleviate my concerns and just talked over me. Thank god my husband was there supporting me and my doula was explaining everything. At no point did I actually ever get asked to consent to the c-section, Dr. Martinucci just decided it was happening. The c-section went well and my baby was born healthy.While in the hospital, I knew I had to schedule a postpartum visit with my OB so called the office to make the appointment. I explicitly told them I did NOT want to be seen by Dr. Martinucci. I was informed because it was a c-section, I had to see her. The fact that they werent even surprised by this request, leads me to believe Im not the first person to have a terrible experience with her.Once at my postpartum visit, I mentioned to Dr. Martinucci my scar was small and she said, thats because I worked at Cornell and everybody cared about their body more than they cared about their kid. This was concerning to hear, as I wouldve preferred she took into consideration the health and safety of my childs delivery over the size of my c-section scar.When I finally got to see MY OB again, I informed him of how awful my experience was. He asked me to explain it in one word, and I said, cruel.Absolute horrible doctor, and she should not be in the profession shes in.

I just met with Dr. Matunicci, I recently moved from Colorado needed a new doctor. She was amazing, wonderful and very kind. The staff at the office were all professional and attentive.I am glad I found this amazing Doctor.

The front desk is so unique…friendly, helpful and professional. The entire staff is relaxed and could not be more accommodating. And of course, Dr. Martinucci is great and treats you like a “person”. Makes going to “The Gyno” (ughhh) a pleasure. Thank you

I’ve been coming to them for three years, and I can’t say enough of how happy I am that I switched to them. The last two offices I used to go to felt like I was simply a statistic or a checkbox. At this location, I experienced being valued as a patient. They are very organized and their staff do not look harassed like in the other places. I also liked that they now have you do your paperwork in advance digitally which saves everyone time and paper.

Obviously going to the gyno isn’t an experience you LOVE. However, I do love going to this practice because Sharon Jacobson is amazing! She’s so patient and answers all my questions. And having my annual exam done is a breeze! I even asked “that’s it”? LOL everyone is very friendly and my doc is super knowledgeable! Recommend for first timers as well. She was my first gyno ever and I will continue going to her for as long as I can.

When I got pregnant with my fourth child, I searched up the best obgyn care and found this place and Thank God I did! From the start to the end when Dr. Gross delivered my baby by c section I had nothing but such a great experience. I met with Dr. Gross, Dr. Markovitz and Dr. Martinucci and they all took great care of me. They were understanding and took their time to listen to any questions or concerns. The nurses were awesome and super nice. The ladies at the front desk were great too especially Jayne!

Excellent front beginning to end. A little bit of a wait. But that is to be expected. You cannot be in better hands! My physician is Dr. Martinucci. Informative, and provides one choices based on valid evidence. She helped me in the most vulnerable of time. For that I am forever grateful.09/26Cannot express how amazing Dr. Martinucci and staff. Today I had to go in for a sensitive procedure. The physician empathetic and reassuring as usual. The assistant was by my side explaining what was ocurring. Thanks again.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Martinucci and this practice for over 8 years. I’ve not only had positive experiences but so have members of my extended family who also go to Dr Martinucci. She cares a lot about the person behind the patient and the office staff are so down to earth and relatable. I appreciate a doctor who is honest and keeps it straight to the point and that’s what I get with her. I’ve had two pregnancies and three babies with this office staff and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they’ve done for me and my family. Is it a busy practice? Yes. Is it sometimes hard to get the time and doctor you want? Sure. It’s like any other doctor practice with a large clientele and good reputation. It’s worth it.

The entire office and staff are amazing, wait time is usually minimal, and they have always accommodated my schedule for appointments. I have been through a lot medically and Dr Martinucci has helped me through it every step of the way in a caring and professional manner. She is an excellent physician, who is very knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer any questions, as well as make referrals and recommendations when needed. She has helped me through a miscarriage, a surgery. and delivered my baby. I am picky with my doctors and she is the best. Highly recommend!

This is truly an amazing group of people, doctors, nurses, and secretaries! Everyone addresses you by name and knows you well as well as your family. The amount of kindness in this office is overwhelming and no matter what you’re going through in life, you feel welcomed and at ease because everyone has your best interest at heart. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for 23+ years. I had 8:30 am appointment for my annual exam. There is GWB traffic and although I live nearby I felt compelled to do creative driving to get to my appointment as close to on schedule as possible because I believe that everyone’s time is valuable. When I arrived at 8:35 am I was asked if someone had called me prior day to advise that the doctor would not be able to keep our scheduled appointment. I advise that no one called me and since Im already at the office I will see another any other doctor available. Im told that no one is available and asked if I can return at 10:45 am. I cannot do that as I have to go to work. At this point I simply ask for prescription for annual mammogram as I dont plan to come back before then. They told me that they couldnt give it to me because the doctor hadnt seen me but am assured that they would ask and it would probably be granted. They promised to call back later that same day and I never received that phone call either or the prescription. Yes, they had my correct number they are just incompetent. I am so mad and disappointed that no one thought my time was valuable.

Dr. Gross was very kind and efficient . The staff was so friendly. My appt was for 5:30 and I was in and out. Felt great not to wait around. After covid I was forced to stop going to the Gyno I went to for years in the city. Took me a while to find a Dr and place I like. I am so happy I found them. They were awesome.

I had been going to EWH for many years with Sharon Jacobson as my OBGYN. After many appointments of her saying inappropriate things and asking questions she shouldnt ask, I have transitioned to a new more professional OBGYN. Examples of her unprofessionalism, telling me she is going to put me on BC to fatten me up because she thought I was too slim (I firmly declined and had no need for BC), suggesting I should get my act together for being over 35 with no children without any context on why that is, and visibly annoyed and rolling her eyes when my labs came back all fine (she clearly was hoping I had an issue).She would ask nosey questions like if I lived with my boyfriend and personal things that are none of her business.I found the office bookkeeping to be outdated, old and antiquated. The front desk is not discreet when talking about patients and why there are visiting (why do I have to know the person across from me has a yeast infection??).If its been over a year since you have seen them, they refuse to give you a prescription for anything even when you have a yearly routine screening. You shouldnt be forced to book an appt in order to get a prescription.

I am unclear as to why the front desk workers will hang up on someone who is just trying to make an appointment. The doctors are good but the people handling the appointments are terrible.

Dr Stacy Martinucci is amazing she made my pregnancy, delivery & even after a good experience. During my checkups she would explain everything to me. If I had any concerns I knew I can ask her. This was my first baby & I had a hard time during labor & she was there & made my experience a whole lot better. I couldn’t of asked for a better doctor.

My experience was absolutely great! love the way they show patients they care and super friendly from the front desk to the doctor herself!

Every time i saw Dr. Arthur Gross, he seems very dismissive, doesnt want to spend any time on me and even didnt give me chance to talk or ask any questions after i waited for him for long time. As a patient, I dont feel respected. Not a good experience at all.

Everything was fine because the nurses were all sweetheart……. until the end! The doctor was an animal, he treated me roughly, talked about how he was trying to leave so he needed to get “rid” of us quickly and then during the procedure he said if you dont shut up you can go somewere else….. i do not recommend this place i am totally traumatized!

I am a patient of Dr. Martinucci and she is great after going through IVF and getting pregnant , I wanted to see a great OB of whom I would feel comfortable and would take good care of me and the baby and guide me every step of the way. I’m only 5 months pregnant she has been excellent and so are the staff. I’m grateful that I found them.

I tried getting an appointment with Sharon (my established OBGYN) here, and was unable to. I was told by her (via voicemail!) to get over the counter medication to treat a yeast infection, and that “I guess if you don’t feel better then, come in.” I soon found out I was was misdiagnosed and wasting time in treating the real issue. I called and called the office to no avail. Eventually I just had to go to URGENT VARE. They were so disconcerted by the treatment (or lack of) treatment I was getting from my office. They told me any woman of child bearing age with intense pain should be seen immediately, not told to take OTC medication. I had to make an appt with a new OBGYN bc Sharon had no time to see me. This new Obgyn treated me and I am on the correct medication , but I would not recommend the EWH practice to ANYONE.

All the staff and doctors are wonderful except Dr.Martinucci.I had a really bad experience with her.I regret calling the office when I was on the way to the hospital as I knew she is on call that day. I wish she will not make it for my delivery

I’ve been using Dr. Gross for years. He is a wonderful doctor and the nurses and administrative staff are wonderful.
