AFC Urgent Care Broadway

Today I went in for an xray for my foot due to some serious pain and Justin was just over the top with his service today! He made sure I was doing okay, communicated every step of the process with me, also showed great care and respect. Shout-out to Justin for the amazing service during my visit!

I have never had a problem going to this urgent care by my house until 3/29 /24… I called my doctor to get in to see them but they were booked along with other doctor offices that are with there group. I was having issues with my mouth( thrush) along with sores around the outside of my lips with my tongue swollen and it hurt to swallow… they told me to go to urgent care. So I did. I have a co-pay of 40.00 and the nurse came into the room and said to me… there was nothing she could do without even examining me! I told her what was going on and still she did not look into my mouth! She stated to me I’m sorry but I don’t know what is wrong with you so I can’t treat you. I said to her that she needs to look into my mouth and I opened my mouth and said see and it hurts!She stated to me I’m sure it does but I can’t prescribe anything when I don’t know what it is… I can’t believe that you would have someone in that position that knows nothing! And I had to spend 40.00 for this?!!? This is the first time in my life that I have wrote a review… and I don’t feel bad at all… and on top of it spent 40.00 and got nothing out of it! I should not of had to pay this! I’m on a fixed income and it hurts. It was on a Friday so I had to call my doctor on Monday and they got me in and cared for me. I hope that no one else goes through this like I did. It wasn’t fair!

These people have been the most nicest I have ever had to deal with Kevin,Mary,PA kara and PA Sharp very impressive I was comfortable and left understanding directions !!! So far so good thank you all so very much great people great team. Not afraid to come back. Nice to have people who actually care.. Sharon LarsenThank you very much for being there for me!!

As a previous patient I checked in at AFC, after a TV set fell on my foot. I was treated promptly and efficiently by all staff! I ended up getting an x-ray which was negative thank goodness.*Faith* was absolutely awesome. I will always use them as my UC needs way to go all staffers❤️ teamwork rocks

Mary from the front desk was very polite in assisting me with checkin in. Justin helped me with vitals and the gentleman who drew my blood was patient and friendly while trying to find a vein. Dr. Kara explained my options for treatment and suggested some primary drs as I’m new to this area. Would recommend this place.

Today was my second visit for my immigration process and I couldn’t have better experience while Shylee, Andrea and Dr. Gordon were taking care of me. They’re really sweet people and made me so comfortable with all these steps that everybody knows it’s a headache. Now I know if I need anything else they would be happy to help me ♥️

The staff here are highly professional. I visited for a hand wound. Amanda and Sloan did excellent work and were very cheerful throughout my visit. Ashley and Tanasha were friendly and helpful in answering a few questions about paperwork. Thank you all!

My P.A helped me on 9/13 I forgot her name! But she was so great! Helped lanced and drain a really painful abscess and was friendly and eased my worries. I will drive out of my way to go to this urgent care if I have to! Highly recommend. Very friendly, helpful staff up front behind the desk as well!

This clinic was great as a walk-in option. They saw me quickly and Capri was very helpful and sweet. He made us feel at ease immediately, which is pretty rare in tye medical world these days. I also like their convenient location, in the same plaza as Starbucks so I could treat myself afterwards 😂

Everyone was very kind and the wait was very short. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and before I could finish filling out the form, I was being called back. Both gentlemen I saw were knowledgeable and personable. I had a strep test done and was informed in a timely manner with medication and follow up steps. Kudos to everyone working there!

I love this urgent care. I was seen here earlier this afternoon. On Sunday I tested positive for Covid. I was being seen for swollen lymphnodes. Not only was I told I not only have Covid, there is a viral infection on top of having Covid. I was prescribed nausea meds and other meds to ease the other symptoms. This is my fourth time having Covid and I’m almost 30. I get sick very very easily due to my weak immune system. They found out about the viral infection not even 10 minutes after being examined. Thank you AFC for taking such good care of me.

Took my son in after a cycling crash for some wound care and cleaning. Courtney, Amanda, Karina provided excellent care for a very painful process of road rash cleaning. They were very kind and empathetic to his plight. Mary at the front desk was friendly and helpful to all of us. It’s hard to think straight when your child is injured. I would go back for if we happen to need their excellent care.

Went in recently for a nasty cut that needed stitches. I was immediately shown in and speedily treated. Jeff and Kevin, the two MAs, were top-notch--professional, caring and competent. Sloan, the PA did a terrific job and made a difficult treatment look easy. Follow-up by PA Rhonda was also terrific. This team has earned my respect and business. Im so grateful they were there when I needed them!

Got injured at work and just was super stressed during the entire process. Capri was amazing though as he was super gentle with the X-rays and splints and shots I had to get. He even concluded the visit with a little lollipop. Courtni was also very empathetic and caring. Shes a wonderful Dr who definitely listens to you first before assumptions. I always enjoy going here , as much as one enjoys the doctor anywho. :)

I had to get a last minute appointment for some tests! They got me in quickly and we all so kind and helpful! I got help from Rory, Kevin and Kara. They were all wonderful, kind, thorough and helpful. This was my second visit there and both have been great experiences!

This is one of those places that you never want to be but are always glad you came when it was necessary. I have taken my special needs daughter there many times and they always treat her with such respect and dignity. We were there just last night after she stepped on a dog who turned and bit her leg. They let her determine what the conversation was while they did their jobs. She was so engaged in sharing her knowledge of Harry Potter she didnt notice as they cared fir her wounds. I am so glad to have them close by, the staff is always friendly. They even gave her a sticker (she loves stickers) of a dog of course. We both went home happy!

From start to finish my experience was awesome. Being seen was quick, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable despite the circumstance. Amanda, MA, Blaine, PA, Reese, EMT & Tanasha at the front desk were calm, kind, and made me feel safe. 10/10 would recommend.

I was seen by Rhonda, Faith, and Capri! From check - In to being accessed, the process was quick and easy! Felt very comfortable and heard by the staff. Had a plan of care within minutes.

They were able to get me in fairly quickly which I appreciated. But 2 different providers were helping me out and the lady was super sweet and knowledgeable, but the younger man that was helping me out was all over the place. I had to get a severe cut on my finger glued shut and he put the band-aid over it very poorly and crooked, leading the band-aid to tag and get stuck on everything today. The bandaid ended up coming off along with all the glue so now I have a huge open cut. That glue was supposed to stay on for 7 days and made it 24hrs… I paid $70 for this after insurance. RIDICULOUS. I will not be coming back.

I received professional care from every employee I interacted with from reception to medical staff I was impressed. Again staff was kind, fast, and professional. Hopefully my bronchitis clears up soon.

The people here are always kind, and the wait time is never too long. Justin was very helpful and understanding. I will definitely keep coming to this location (hopefully not too often!)

Got a nasty chest cold from my kid who had a play date with other sick kids and caught it myself a few days later. Jeff and Rhonda were awesome, super friendly, and listened to what I had to say instead of talking over me. Very comfortable setting. I usually don’t like urgent cares but this was better than my old doctor’s office setting. Nice home and private feeling facilities.

The team is courteous and professional. I truly appreciate the talent that Sloan has when repairing lacerations and everyones thorough thoughtful follow through. An awesome experience with the staff and in general.Definitely recommend. 5/5

I cannot say enough great things about this particular AFC. I’ve been to this particular location three times now as it’s so convenient (haven’t waited more than 15 minutes either time). Also, everyone from the receptionist, to the staff and manager and physicians are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, have a great bedside manner, truly listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed, misdiagnosed, overprescribed or like unnecessary tests are being run (which is a rarity). Landon (amazing), Kourtney (amazing), Ashley, Amanda, Blaine, Reese, Tanasha, Karina, Kevin, Shelene and Rhonda are all extraordinary. Especially Landon, who went above and beyond for me when I was going through a during a hard time. This AFC feels 100% more like a family practice than an urgent care. I will be always be loyal to them, knowing I’m getting the best care.I left one of the most important people off my review last time - MARY! She is the receptionist (and I’m sure much more) and ALWAYS greets you warmly with a smile. She has such a motherly energy, is so friendly, helpful and very enjoyable to talk to. Again, why this place feels like a family practice to me 😊

Received excellent care from Blaine, Kevin and Landon! Brought my 8 year old in for an ankle injury and he was very nervous. They we super kind, thorough and patient throughout the process of x-rays and a splint. I’ve been to this location before, front office is always organized and everyone I’ve dealt with has been great.

I’ve been here a couple of times now, as I live near by. The staff are amazing, kind and empathetic, especially the front desk and medical assistants. I have felt heard and cared for with every experience. Their hours are great too! Open until 8pm during the week. Grateful and thankful to live near accessible, reliable medical care.

Great experience today! In and out super quick. Mary at the front desk made the process super quick and easy. Kevin and Landen the MAs top notch, very personable. And Isak the PA took his time and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend AFC on Broadway!!

Took my mother in to be seen today at AFC and our tech Justin and Kaitlyn were amazing they really took his time with her and showed such compassion not only was he great but the front desk receptionist mary was so kind and walked me through all the steps to register I’d definitely recommend coming to afc broadway for any urgent care needs!

Mary is exceptional and was able to hear me out and get checked in at seen. I recommend this location they really care and are awesome team. I would defend comeback here in the future.

AFC is great. It’s a super convenient location, but I’d probably still come here over some other options even if it was further away. All of the staff are super friendly and professional and treat me like they legitimately care. I’ve been here before, but on this visit in particular, Landen went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of and is a great example of why I prefer this location for urgent care.

Caitlin is the BEST at urgent care! Super super nice, she takes her time to know the patient more and made me feel very comfortable and takes her time. Ms. Caitlin is patient with her work but is super quick! Shes is awesome hands down. The small talk was everything to me, she made my day so much more better. Thank you urgent care and Ms. Caitlin for such a great visit and taking care of me! 🤎

I have been really thankful for afc! The staff here, especially Jeff, Mary and Rhonda are amazing, personal, and somehow still fast! These guys are good at running tests and knowing what your insurance will cover! Definitely worth a visit if you need an appointment fast or don’t have a practitioner you usually see!

This is my favorite urgent care location in town. Theyre always on top of it and you dont have to wait super long usually, unlike other locations. Justin was super helpful the last time I went in.

Came in after being up all night puking every 5-10 min. Karina, Shylee, Kara, and Crystal were all super kind and quickly got me into a room where I was set up with an IV and frequently checked on for comfort, evening dimming the lights and providing blankets. They explained all relevant medical and billing information in an easy to understand way, would recommend to a sick friend/family remember.

I had a great experience during my visit. My MA Kevin was thorough taking my vitals and symptoms. Ensured I was able to express my concerns. Rhonda was my PA and she was calm and gentle about my concerns. She laided out the details of my caseand plan for the next steps. She politely questioned me about further details in regards to my symptoms to explore all the optiins before setting on a care plan.

I came here with my fiancé for care and the team was so incredible and helpful! They immediately took us seriously and listened to us, and really helped him to get effective treatment. They were so kind. I’ve had a lot of strange urgent care experiences, and truly this is the best one I’ve ever had. Deanna and Sloan were wonderful and we really appreciated how at ease and at home they made us feel. Would absolutely recommend this place

I went in to be seen on August 10th 2024. I was told that I would not be seen unless I paid the mandatory $50 copay, even though my out of pocket for the year has already been met. They said my insurance would reimburse me but they WOULD NOT see me unless I paid. This is unlawful to deny someone healthcare at an urgent care facility. I went elsewhere, to a UCHealth clinic and was seen with no issues. This clinic is taking advantage of people and quite frankly breaking the law by asking for a copay and denying care if not paid.

Shylee, Sloan and their team are great! They were attentive, very responsive and helpful to talk to. I’m glad that I came in to get my foot pain addressed by them and gain the care I need to expedite a speedy recovery

The staff and doctors did amazing wirg customer service and fast service for a painful sinus inefction. Amanda, i worked with and Shylee and Crystal as well as in passing Kara and Reese. They all had goof attitudes and made it such a pleasant experience!!! I’ll come back!

I cut my finger on some pruning shears at work today and went to the closest Urgent Care. Everyone at AFC was so kind and helpful, and took great care of me! I appreciate Mary in reception, the medical team Karina MA and Jeff MA, and the health care provider, Rhonda PA. Thank you so much!

Had infected sores between two toes. PA looked at it and told me it was OK. I came home and my wife cut out a huge callous and toenail to relieve the pain. She applied neosporin and put band aids on each toe.It is starting to heal now. You should have done a better job!

The team at AFC Urgent Care on Broadway and Belleview were fantastic. I went in yesterday after a cut on my finger wouldn’t stop bleeding and they admitted me immediately and took care of me to the tune of some stitches. Kevin, Jeff, and Rhonda were all incredibly kind and professional and despite a lot of blood coming out of my finger I felt great due to their calming demeanor. 10/10 would recommend cutting open your pinky and having them take care of you!

This place is amazing. The doctors actually listen to the patients. The whole staff is very respectful. Whether I am in my pajamas with make up smeared all over my face , or I am dressed to impress, I get treated the same. They are very quick and efficient and professional. I trust this place with my health care needs.

This is the most helpful urgent care Ive ever been to. They genuinely listen and do everything they can to help you. The front and back of house are very helpful. Landen was particularly helpful in educating me on my infection.

I had a great experience here! As good as someone can have when they arent feeling well. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.I was seen right away and the whole process only took 45 minutes including test results!Andrew was very thorough and friendly during my pre-exam.Katlin the PA was great, everything you want in a Dr.Savannah made the tests I had to go through quick and painless.I will definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.

My wife had a work comp injury and they did everything they could and had excellent care. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to. I recommend

I came in with the worst sore throat ever, couldn’t eat, sleep, swallow, or speak, and has some insanely heightened vitals for a person who spent the past 5 days not moving on the couch. And while I tested negative for all the in house tests, Sloan, Jeff, and Landon were able to see past that and still treat me so effectively. They listened well, gave me steroids for immediate relief, antibiotics just in case, and recommend some better over the counter options to cope with the rest of the symptoms. Was feeling a ton better by the end of the day and actually managed to sleep for 7 hours straight, so thank you!!! Mary at the front desk was also super helpful when I asked if i could switch my copay from my credit card to my HSA card; she made it easy and painless. Only reason for leaving off the last star is there was some trouble getting my prescription filled to the correct pharmacy, which took many phone calls to resolve. Overall though I’m just happy to be able to sleep again!

I am so very thankful for the AFC urgent care.They are transparent and straightforward on their costs (unlike Concentra/Common Spirit) and you arent hit w facilty fees, and then a separate consult fee and then yet another invoice for the doctor fee...youre fully aware going in and checking out.They are efficient, kind, and bring a sense of humor and patience so you feel better just knowing youre getting great care.Im so very grateful for such a standup organization of lovely people that are so incredibly fair and offer great treatment to those in their care. My 79-year-old sister who has dementia, fell and split open her finger. From the time we walked in to be received kindly by the receptionist till we left, the staff was amazing. The nurse who took us back, the person who checked the wound and got everything Open for the doctor suture the open wound. Landen was exceptionally kind while bandaging her finger and giving us instructions. He allowed me to video as he was doing his job. Excellent., kind , and professional.

Went in for a dog bite, they were very compassionate and helpful. Explained everything very clearly on what I needed to do how to take care of the wounds.

The staff were courteous and friendly. I was seen immediately. An x ray was suggested and taken with the results emailed to me promptly with a suggestion to follow up at a local hospital of my choosing.

Landen was great with my son. He made the visit interesting for him and explained all the medical pre screening procedures. Thanks Landen!!

For how terrible I was feeling, everyone here made me leave feeling loads better. Extremely professional, helped me get in and out with the supportive care I needed to help get past this food poisoning episode and get back to my 6month old with some energy. The team at this AFC urgent care is top notch, and they provided me the same level of care as my primary care provider. I came in to be evaluated for the need to have stitches, and she provided me the pros and cons of my options. Everyone in the clinic was super nice and made me feel well taken care of. And my wait time was super short. Thanks to Landen, Mary, Karina, and Sloan for their attention and kindness!

In my entire life Ive never had better care from urgent care. Julie was a great doctor. And the staff was amazing. I suffer from a fear of needles and I did not feel a thing. Mary was a lot of help right off the bat. Cant say how much this place has helped me and my family.

This AFC is always so quick and understanding of things. They are very well trained, Landen was a lot of help and I felt like I could talk to him like he was a person while he was still being professional.

Wow! Excellent PA Alicia, and office team Liz and Shaylee. Alicia was able to go above and beyond to treat my circumstances. Super efficient, excellent service and determined. All three were super kind and helpful.

Quick and friendly service, but the doctor was unable to do the procedure I needed. Have to wait a week for a specialist, hoping the pain goes down in the meantime. Will try them again if I need them in the future, but this was a slightly disappointing experience

I mostly like the clinic, but its sometimes hit or miss. There are some good PAs and some dismissive non-listening ones. The elders seem to have a better grasp over the younger ones regading ones health. But I guess thats expected. this is why individualized medicine is so important.

We’re here from out of state and needed to see a doctor. Our insurance recommended afc. We were very comfortable with the two MAs Jeff and Kevin, and the PA Rhonda. They all knew what they were doing and made us feel very confident in the care we received!

I received excellent professional care from Landon and Sloan today at AFC Urgent Care. I was seen very quickly and it was apparent both medical professionals were sincerely interested in my health. Sloan took all the time with me I needed and answered all my questions. I left with a diagnosis and a prescription and I feel I am on my way to recovery. I recommend this facility very highly.

The best urgent care i have found in the Greenwood Village/Englewood area. Little wait time and very knowledgeable doctors and PA’s. Amanda and Karina were awesome

I come here from time to time when I need urgent care. Yesterday, I came in and Landon, I believe his name was, assisted me. He cracked a joke that was a bit unexpected but actually really funny and put me at ease. 5/5 Stars to that guys bedside manner.

They provided great care, recommendations and resources. I would like to see a bit of improvement on getting the correct pharmacy after sending in the digital forms and writing it out in-person in the initial paperwork. No big deal other than some minor inconveniences. I’m sure they’ll figure it out :) good place to go for quick care.

I initially booked an appointment for a different urgent care but due to lack of providers had to find another one and I’m glad I did! Not only was I able to walk in without an appointment at this location and be seen quickly, but I was given great recommendations that have dramatically helped how I feel. I can’t thank the team enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge. I feel infinitely better today than I did yesterday simply by following their care suggestions and all without the use of antibiotics. 15/10.

This place is amazing they take such good care of you. From the minute you walk in the door you feel taken care of. I was greeted by Mary who is helpful and kind. Thank you to the staff that took great care of me today,. Laura, Shylee and Karina are awesome!

I just had my appointment today and have already told 3 people how amazing they are. My exam was more thorough than expected and I was treated so kindly. I was very sick. They called in my prescriptions immediately so they were ready when I got to the pharmacy And I received a personal call from the MD with results from my X-rays within 15 minutes of leaving. Highly recommend

Tonight my daughter and I went to this urgent care because her 5 year old son was sick. We arrived at 7:50. The open signs were lit in the windows and we breathed a sigh of relief having made it in time before closing. However, upon entering the staff informed us that they were closed and were no longer seeing patients today. It was infuriating. You close at 8 pm. The time you stop seeing patients is 8 pm, not 7:50. One of us is a health care provider and it is understood that once you close your doors you expect to remain at work until all your patients have been seen and cared for. Closing at 8 pm doesn’t mean you go home at 8 pm. The people at this location obviously thought they had better things to do than take care of my daughters sick child. If this is a reflection of their priorities then well certainly never come back to this location and it definitely makes us question the quality of care being provided.

Listen I hate going to Urgent Care! HOWEVER, the Medical Assistant Deanna was super nice and efficient. She gave me water when I was coughing and I really felt taken care of. I paid attention to how she made sure everyone was doing okay in general. Overall great experience and I would never complain about staff as long as Deanna is working there!!!! 👍🏽

This is my third time at AFC URGENT CARE on Broadway. All three time I’ve had very good service. The front desk are alway warm and welcoming. The nurses are very nice and kind. They make you feel welcomed and they take good care of their patients. The Doctors take good care of you and try to help you and your needs. They never make you feel judged or not welcomed. They actually make you feel like family and that’s what I like. I will be visiting again if anything goes wrong. But hopefully not for a long period of time. Haha.. But I really enjoy this location.

I had to go to the AFC Urgent Care on Broadway because I tested positive for COVID and wanted to know what my options were for treatment. It was a Saturday, and my doctor’s office was closed. I called first and Mary answered the phone and was very helpful. When my husband and I arrived, Mary greeted us cordially and got us checked in. I didn’t have to wait long before the nurse, Becky, called my name. She was friendly and efficient while she took my weight and asked me why I was there. It was just a short time until the PA, Melanie, arrived and explained my options. She was kind and knowledgeable. My experience at this Urgent Care was extremely positive and I highly recommend it. It’s just minutes away from my house, so I’m glad it’s in my neighborhood!

Exceeded expectations! Online check in and registration is a great feature as it eliminates the need to do paperwork and wait in a waiting room while not feeling well. I arrived at my designated time and was taking back on time. The entire appointment lasted 15 min because the MA and doctor were efficient. All my needs were met and staff went above and beyond.

Went in at 7:50 pm on 10/17, they close at 8 pm. My son needed a stitch in his face. Knowing they were getting ready to go home, we felt terrible but all 4 women in the office (that we saw) were absolutely amazing. They made our rough night end on such a good note. They were all so caring & kind. The nurse who stitched my son, was patient & explained every single step she was taking. Made sure my son was comfortable. They were all amazing, even after what Im sure was a long shift for them & we come in right as they were minutes away from going home. This will be the urgent care we use going forward but will hopefully never need too.

The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciate the care that was provided. Although I hope not to be back soon, I know I can trust that AFC will be there for me and my family!

All of the clinicians were so friendly and kind, Landen and Blaine took great care of me!

Not feeling good is never fun but the customer service and kindness at this location was just what I needed. I was greeted when I walked in and the doctor was very thorough and kind as well. I will definitely recommend this location to others. Don’t want to be sick but if you are and need compassionate help and care this is the right place. Had to have some stitches this morning. AFC is right next to our home so went there for the first time. Caitlin checked us in and Landon helped with everything else. They were funny, professional and fast. Couldnt ask for a better Urgent care visit.

You should definitely come here to get swabbed because, everyone is so nice, and they supported me when I was scared to get swabbed. I mean yeah I’m only 10 years old, but my opinion still counts, so if your parents are sending you to any other place to get swabbed, tell them to cancel and send you here.

The whole team, Crystal, Amanda, Reese, Shylee and Carly were so nice and efficient.

I went in because my 5 year old was having trouble breathing. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was amazing. They explained clearly what they were going to do both to me and my son. In and out fairly quickly. Landon especially was amazing with my son. Made sure he knew what was going on the whole visit. I made my appointment online and filled out all the paperwork ahead of time. This made for very little wait before my appointment. The staff was all very attentive, and listened to my concerns. My triage nurse, Becky that’s great! I would recommend this Urgent Care and will use it again if needed.

The entire staff was very friendly when I came in. Jackie and Kaitlyn took care of me and they did a great job of listening to my needs and making me feel comfortable. Kaitlyn when above and beyond to make sure she figured out what I needed. Definitely recommend this office.

The care here was great, very friendly and fast!

Landen was professional and friendly, and they performed the vaccinations and bloodwork I was there for with precision. The whole process, from checkin to discharge took just over 2 hours, so make sure you’re prepared to take some time, if you’re there for a non-urgent visit or routine procedure. Carol was exceptionally nice at the front desk as well, which should be noted.

Front desk forgot to check me in, so I waited a long time. Did receive apology.Landon, Julia, and Andrea (Sabrina?) were all excellent once I got to the back. Finding an urgent care with an X-ray tech on shift today was a challenge! Would use this location again

Skyler, Sloan, and others did an excellent job listening and seeing to my needs as I get through a case of the flu! Will be using this location for further urgent care needs!

Visit was very good and staff was friendly and professional. My only negative was completing the form on my phone which took longer than just filling it out by hand. Otherwise, everything went well and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Always able to be seen without the ER price tags. They do more than just testing;; they’re great for when you want to see your primary but you can’t get in (which happen frequently these days!). They even have X-ray capabilities.

I am very impressed with this facility. When you don’t feel good, you really want the team and staff of wherever you go to have compassion for you and this facility met that expectation in all levels. I highly recommend this urgent care if you are looking for one in this area. The doctor was very caring and very thorough which was very important to me.

I had gone to several doctors before going here and none of them took me seriously. But Deanna and Sloan were a huge help and immediately understood and I walked out feeling much more confident with my diagnosis.

Would not recommend this urgent care. I have had nothing but great experiences with other AFCs, but this was terrible. The front desk employee was incredibly rude when I came in, like I had ruined her day by coming in to be seen. She then tried to bill me $150 before even being seen, even though I have insurance with United that has a $0 deductible for urgent care visits. She made some fake story up about how they advance bill for insurance, which is completely false (and illegal). When I tried to explain this calmly to the employee, she got very rude and combative. I left and went to AfterOurs down the street, which was a MUCH better experience - And they honored my insurance.TLDR: Dont go here. Rude employees and shady overbilling practices.

Lab XRay most services all under one roof. I was treated promptly. The whole staff is friendly. Dr Kaitlyn and Becky were compassionate and kind. I had extensive testing due to my my age and medical history. Tested positive for Covid 19. Clean environment. I was quite impressed. This is the first time I’ve used an urgent care clinic.

Karina and Laura were phenomenal. I was in and out of the clinic but felt heard and was well taken care of. Thanks so much.

Visit went well last week the people are very nice, clinic however is not so clean and I noticed they make the nurses do the janitor work while treating patients. Doesn’t seem clean and careful so be aware of this people. Would you want a nurse that cleans the floors and toilets to treat you after? Cause I seen it at my visit today. (Im sure she washed her hands) I feel bad for the nurses. Im sure there other clinic on hampden and Santa fe are the same as well.

Well what a great experience at AFC south broadway! I was frantically going to other urgent cares for my shoulder pain but their radiology techs were never there. I discovered AFC south broadway and they had an X-ray tech on hand and the service was phenomenal!! To the nurses, doctors and staff - great work!

As great of an experience you can have going to a Dr.. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. While I was talking to the receptionist a nurse called my name and took me back for vitals etc. It was really prompt professional service, something I have not experienced going to see a Dr. in a long time. The Nurse Practitioner was super thorough and very nice. Great experience!

Great experience and caring staff. Jackie, Savannah, and Yosef were all great. I came in feeling rotten; they patched me up and sent me on my way feeling better. Very grateful for this wonderful team!

This AFC location has friendly staff and prompt service. Abby at the front desk was helpful, kind and got me checked in quickly. The medical technicians and PA were friendly and thorough. They listened to my complaints and concerns that prompted my visit. They addressed my issues quickly and advised me on the treatment plan. I am glad I trusted AFC Broadway with my care.

Hands down one of the cleanest, most efficiently run urgent cares I have ever been to. They get you in and out quickly and are incredibly friendly. I came in not feeling well and all of the staff was so kind. They made sure to get me seen quickly and Kristen was wonderful! She not only had a great attitude but she made sure to get me out of there as soon as possible. I will definitely be back for any necessary care myself or family may need in the future.

My daughter tripped on a rug and fell on her hand coming out of school on the last day. We couldnt get her in at our regular doctors because they were already closed for the holiday weekend. AFC Broadway is right around the corner from us, so we took her there to get an x-ray just to be safe. I was really impressed with AFC, which wed never been to. It was a nice facility, and the staff were all really nice, especially the front desk staff. Ben was friendly and encouraging to my daughter, who as it turned out had fractured three fingers in the fall. She was pretty rattled when we got there, and feeling so much better when we left. They splinted and wrapped her hand, and gave us a referral and a copy of the x-rays to take to the orthopedist the following week. Thanks AFC!

Very Professional- Friendly and clean. Was able to pre-registration ahead online ... was checked in within 5 minutes of arrival and was seen right away by the PA. No long waits ... staff was great. Highly recommend.

Just visited for a nice little toe injury and everyone was great! We called before heading over and scheduled an appointment online. When we arrived, Sabrina brought me straight back to my room for intake. Faith was great at positioning me for x-rays and Melanie answered all of my questions.

Could not of asked for better care when my husband became very ill the day we were scheduled to fly home from vacation. Minimal wait time, attentive and friendly staff, quick but thorough care. They got him feeling better and on a plane the next day!

I came into the Urgent Care because of potentially having strep throat. Both young ladies, Maribel and Kassandra, at the checkin desk were friendly and professional. They made the check-in process easier and quick. Whenever I come here I’m seen very quickly and the care is professional and efficient. It’s also very close to where I live, so very convenient.

All the worker there are very kind and very professional if you need to go to a urgent care but dont know where to go, go here if especially usually nervous about going to the doc dont be cause they get down they dont play about their jobs!

I visited AFC today for a knee injury and had a great experience. I hope no one needs urgent care, but if you do I would recommend this office. Check in staff went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly - even providing a wheelchair for me to help get around. Savannah, Nicole, and Rachel treated me and were also super friendly, communicative, kind, and funny too. They got me in and out as quickly as they could and make the experience as painless as possible. Thanks AFC team!

All staff was excellent, efficient, friendly, from front desk to medical assistants to PA. Would have liked something for my conjunctivitis also. Prednisone seems to be taking long time for sinus infection. Why not antibiotics from start?

I always come to this urgent care when Im feeling under the weather. They are very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and theres usually little to no wait to be seen. Highly recommend this establishment when you cant wait to see your primary care doctor!

My daughter had a sport’s physical recently for school & over the years we’ve always had a great experience at this location. Quick efficient appt scheduling & equally quick walk-in service. Staff is always friendly and informative. Having read the list of services on our latest visit, it’s more convenient medical/health care than my primary (who often schedules months out with long wait times)!

I had the pleasure of being seen by Kaitlyn McDonald PA and Sabrina her M.A. I didnt have to wait long, all my concerns were address in a professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately I had to return due to continued symptoms but I again was quickly taken care of by Melanie Diprofio PA and her medical assistant Zanib. Going here is so much easier than my PCP as I dont have to call for an appointment and the care received is the same quality as I expect from my doctor. Great location and staff.

I have been here many times. Sometimes as the patient, today as a loved one to a patient and I have always received excellent care. Staff is extremely nice and caring and most importantly non-judgmental. Compared to other urgent cares I have gone to they are in another class!

Always fast and friendly and show concern for their patients. I really appreciate that the doctors listen to and Trust me. If I know something works, they are always willing to try what works instead of pushing something else.

After an unfortunate incident with a kitchen knife, I needed a few stiches. These ladies and this facility is the best. They squeezed me in last minute (even staying late to get me the care I needed), all the while making me feel comfortable and getting me out of pain ASAP. Doctor was great but there was a bad smell of sewer that eminated from there. The front desk team was a little on the strange side too. Overall, a positive experience.

While any trip to the urgent care comes with a level of trauma, the staff there did a fantastic job taking care of my child and what turned out to be a fracture. Ben in particular went above and beyond from check in to check out to ease the fears of a little girl experiencing her first true injury and I’m very grateful for him and the full staff there. Highly recommend for patient care.

I came in with a sprained ankle, they were pretty fast with getting me in and looked at. I had an overall pretty great experience. Everyone was very warm and nice to me, my only critique is that when they were wrapping up my splint it could have been done better as I’m having to re-wrap it myself when it comes undone so just a little more attention to something like that for the future as I have to be wearing it for 2 weeks would go a long way but overall would recommend coming here. Some of the wonderful ladies that helped me that I’d like to shout out for excellent service are candy, Jackie, savannah, Wendy, and kaitlynn. And I forget who out of those names was the x-ray specialist but she was the best by far in both professionality and skill as well as just being a great person to interact with. Thank you for your medical service and keep up the great work!

Fast, friendly, informative. I always use this AFC for mine and my families urgent care needs. I had blood drawn last week, by Jackie. She was so kind! Also, hands down the best blood draw I’ve ever had. Didn’t even feel it!! I can’t even begin to imagine how medical professionals handle stress, but this team does it right! Maria and Kristin were awesome too! The team here makes me feel confident in my choice to use AFC when I need urgent care! Thanks ladies!!

Went in today with my two young kids today expecting a bit of a hot mess of an experience having them with me and it turned out awesome instead! They greeted my kiddos with some coloring supplies and were all so friendly and nice. Was also a total plus that I was in and out so quickly!
