AFC Urgent Care Centennial

This place was really fantastic. It was very clean, I was a walk in and they checked me in and pulled my insurance in a very reasonable amount of time, they got me back quickly, and the nurse and doc were sooo nice. I dont remember their names unfortunately, but the experience was fantastic. They actually listened to what I had to say, had very kind words of encouragement, and it felt like they did what they felt was the right move for me. I highly recommend this place if you have urgent care needs.

This AFC clinic was great. When I walked in, I got the feeling the receptionist was busy but was really impressed by how helpful and friendly she was. Sometimes, at other clinics, busy means less than stellar customer service. But not here. I was really pleased with her professionalism. It means so much to customers when theyre greeted by professionals who are both competent as well as courteous/friendly. It really made my brief stay in the waiting room feel good. And the resulting medical staff as well as doctor who ended up treating me all shared this really friendly and helpful behavior. Its wonderful, especially in todays rush-rush, me-me world to encounter people like this. My only suggestion to someone reading this post is consider doing your registration online. As should be expected, there are things that you have to fill out and this might save you time in the clinic. Overall though, the wait itself was rather short even though I was number 4 on the list.

This review is for location specifically ONLY as I had a bad experience at a different location. This location however, has always done an amazing job getting me appointments that work with my schedule, and while I dislike the intake paperwork EVERY. SINGLE. TIME you go in, they make up for that with an amazing team of people who genuinely care and listen to patients, and make you feel welcome every single time you go in. I cant say enough good things about the Dr I see either, she always listens intently to my concerns, and actually tries her best to help me with my concerns and what she can do for me to help me. Its been 3 months since I got hurt at work and she really has been so great in helping me to try to navigate going to work with restrictions and getting me info that the company has all but refused to give me. Huge thanks to this whole team!! Im glad I gave this location a shot after having less than ideal experiences with a different location.

Great experience! Our kiddo fell and cut his lip bad. Everyone at urgent care took great care of us. They kept our child happy with stickers while we waited which prevented him from crying. We were in and out quickly! Thank you for the wonderful visit and taking such great care of our son.

I have had bad experiences with other urgent care places in the past, so I was nervous about coming here. Glad we did! This place is great. The people working here care, and seem like they enjoy being here, and so did we (other than needing stitches!). Highly recommended coming here if you have need of an urgent care, and we now know where to go if we are in need again in the future. Thank you!

Super quick in and out. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The NP was great about looking up things I’ve taken in the past that worked for me and even printed out some ENTs/Docs in the area for me since I’m new to the area.

Thankfully no one there so we were processed quickly. Digital registration on my cell phone was fine. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The X-rays were taken and read in around 20 minutes which was good time.Front desk Courtney did an excellent job of explaining all aspects. Very good experience.

I had a very positive experience at AFC Urgent Care. Doctor Melanie was very attentive and had a wonderful bed side manner. Everyone made me feel at ease. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

I was through check-in and being seen within 10-15 minutes. They brought me medication straight away. Devon did a expert job of placing an IV drip, no pain or fuss at all, and was extremely attentive and friendly. I was in such discomfort when I arrived that it was hard to even make conversation, but by the time I left I felt 1000 times better. Thank you so much, the relief today has been incredible. I have this place on my fridge in case I need expert help again!

I’m from out of state and needed help. I got an appointment online, got there 16 minutes before the time and was greeted but Myra and Courtney, very sweet. Wait time was only about 10 minutes. Corbyn (I think) was so nice when she took the info on why I was there. The PA (Marte ?) was so helpful and listened when I was talking. Great experience!

This is one of the best urgent cares Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly, the providers are knowledgeable, I was in and out quickly but never felt hurried, and best of all they actually respond quickly to follow up questions after youve left!

Special Thanks to the front desk attendant and Mitchell on May 31st for being so sweet and making the environment a comfortable place for me to be. As a woman with past trauma with men and the medical system as a whole who typically requests only women, Mitchell impressed me and made me feel very calm, comfortable, heard, and accepted. I came in for an uncomfortable feminine issue and I felt unjudged and cared for during the entire visit despite that. Good luck becoming a doctor Mitchell 💗. The male front desk attendant was also notably very kind, patient, and attentive and should be acknowledged for the comfortable, friendly, and caring atmosphere he provides to the lobby and the check in process :)

The staff was so nice. From the moment I walked in Byron was nice and professional. Devon and Marty were quick and listened to my problem. I had a diagnosis, and instructions and was done in less than an hour

The staff was fast efficient and got straight down to work to figure out what was wrong. Best place to go to, I live far but will always and only come here. The staff provides great and fast service while also caring for your needs. They go far and beyond.

Mayra at the front desk was professional and friendly. Jennie was friendly and had a very caring demeanor while taking my vitals and documenting my symptoms. Carly the PAC was friendly, attentive to my concerns and showed a sincere interest in determining a correct diagnosis.

The entire staff there is amazing. I love coming in and checking up on you guys. Its like youre part of my family now!

This is my “go to” urgent care facility. I usually go as a walk-in patient, and can get seen by the nurse & doctor in a very reasonable amount of time. The facility is always very clean, typically quiet, and has a comfortable waiting room with television and gas fireplace. When I can’t get an appointment at my primary care or specialist, this is where I go for first aid that I cannot do for myself to diagnosis and/or treatment for things that might be a lot more serious.

Made an appointment, received a call that the wait would be 1 - 2 hours AFTER my “appointment” time and that they would call when they are ready for me - I live 5 minutes away. After arriving after the call (which was 2 hours later) I proceeded to sit in the waiting room, then in the back for over 45 minutes without being seen. They took a patient back after me who was a walk in and was seen by the doctor prior to me. They had better insurance than I do. The facility was filthy and seriously lacking in professionalism. Go ANYWHERE but here. Shame on you AFC.

Today Ive spent the past 4 hours trying to get a medication to relieve some pain. They didnt take my insurance so I had to pay $400 to get testing done. I asked for a Covid test but it cost $50 in addition to the other tests. The Med Tech that assisted me was messy and left things on the ground (including blood) and on the bed and left my arm with dry blood on it without telling me I was done with my appointment. So I waited there until I went to the front desk and asked if they needed anything else from me. There was also miscommunication about what tests I paid for and had to clarify 3 times with multiple people.I didnt receive my discharge paperwork until I asked for it. They sent me to a pharmacy that wasnt operable. When I called about it, they put me on hold for 40 minutes until I just hung up. Then I went to a different pharmacy that they sent the medication to and it took over an hour just for the pharmacy to receive the order. When I got the the pharmacy, they said the order was literally being typed up still and to come back in an hour. I come back and they told me to wait another 10-15 minutes because they were having a hard time finding my order. This was at Walgreens on Yosemite St. The amount of time and money I had to pay just to get some pain relief is ridiculous.

They were very patient with me and gentle with the COVID test up my nose. I walked in 10 minutes to closing and left at about 8:30, 30 minutes after the clinic was closed.. so.. THANK YOU ALL

Very professional office, well equipped, fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend to friends and family. Takes weeks to get appt with our family doctor, so wwe are off the ER. Than we found AFC Urgent Care. I was able to get a same day appt at AFC. Got an exam and xrays all while I waited. I spent about an 80 minutes total in the office.

This is the BEST urgent care. My family and I have gotten such great support from the providers here. They have been kind, patient and even treat my son extra special when we have to come in. I cannot say enough about the staff here. Like any urgent care there are wait times and whatnot, but people should expect these things and see the situation for what it is. The facility is always clean and they make the process as easy as possible. Thank you!!

Outstanding care. They are truly fantastic at listening to your concerns and are prompt in getting you to see a doctor. I am incredibly grateful that they are part of our community. They also accept many insurance plans, including Medicaid.

I was able to schedule a visit. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly and efficient. I was seen in a timely fashion. My reason for the visit was quickly diagnosed and lab tests confirmed the issue. I was on my way within 45 minutes with the proper prescription in hand.I’d definitely use this Urgent Care again.

Great customer service. Really felt like they cared. Wasn’t just rushed through. Definitely recommend going here for all of your urgent care needs. Plus it’s super close to my apartment so that even a bigger plus!

Mayra is amazing!!!. She was very helpful, respectful, and worked exceptionally. My sons and I are so thankful. Courtney and Dr. Muench helped our immigration medical excellently. Ill recommend them over and over again. Wonderful members of staff !!!

Most of the Staff are nice & helpful. Especially the nurses and doctors. The front desk Staff tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes I speak with someone really nice and professional. Other times (like today), I speak with Staff who have a negative attitude and provide misinformation.Regardless, what matters most to me is the care that I receive with any of the doctors. There was a Medical Assistant today who provided my blood pressure and the top number was pretty high. When I asked her what the top number meant, she could not tell me. She said, and I quote: “ I’m not exactly sure. It’s been a while.” I ended up just looking it up on Google myself. Maybe she is new to the field but that seems like basic information a Medical Assistant should know. Or at least they could tell a patient that they can go ask and find the answer.Other than that, facility is usually pretty clean, minus the bathroom sometimes. They just did a renovation, I believe in the last year. The lobby area turned out really nice.

Staff was prompt, friendly and delivered quick turnaround. They were also great with my 4 year old keeping him comfortable.

This location is great. I was met with an incredible smile and service by Mayra.Shout to Mo Smith - An astute gentleman discreet and humble. Extremely intelligent and competent. The doctor was equally knowledgeable and polite. Don’t hesitate to visit this place, should you encounter any emergencies with your health. Be blessed

The entire staff was super helpful when I came in for some testing. The front desk gal (I forget her name but she was wonderful!) was kind and patient in her explanations of the forms and how to email some prescriptions. The tech who drew my blood, Mo, was sweet and funny the whole time. I’m always a nervous wreck around needles and he made the process much easier. The PA, Mark, called me immediately when some of my results were available, thoroughly explained everything and offered a plan of action. I have gone to several Urgent Care’s in the area and they have all been pretty bad experiences. Which is the last thing you need when you are already feeling miserable. Thanks for providing top notch care to folks who are sick/concerned about their health.

I came to afc not expecting the service we received. My daughter has Medicaid and I couldnt find an urgent care near me that accepts her insurance. Ive been here twice in the past 3 weeks due to strep with my kiddo and both times we received excellent care and service. The nurses and receptionists communicate very well and are extremely sweet. They even offered to charge my phone for me when it died and I couldnt finish my check in. They offered my daughter and I water and snacks both times so it seems the great service is always present and I love that so much. The building was clean and sanitized and even the waiting room being crowded; it was kept clean. Thank you afc staff for treating my daughter and taking excellent care of her/us. We appreciate you.

Called at 7:00pm and asked what was the latest they would allow a walk in. A man on the phone said, If you get here by 7:59 you will be seen. Drove up at 7:45 to see 5 staff sitting in the front office chatting. As soon as I shut off the car and walked up, one of them shut off the open sign and they all proceeded to scurry to the back room. Waited at the door... knocking... You guessed it, nobody would open the door. Then after I got back in my car they all started slowly returning to the front office. Unreal...

I decided to try this location after a horrible experience at a different AFC location and this location did not disappoint. From the front desk staff to the back office staff my experience was great. The medical assistant was so nice and he was funny. The Physician or Physician assistant that saw me was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I was too sick to complete my online check when I arrived so the sweet young lady at the front desk assisted me with it. I will definitely return for care at this location. Thank you all.

Super impressed with the wonderful bedside manner of Mo Maurice Smith & Mark Stenske PA. Courtney was helpful and sweet on the phone and upon check in. This location also has chest xray capability with a nice technician. I highly recommend AFC centennial location if you ever need an urgent care. Facility was clean and efficient. Even though there was not a long wait, Mo kindly offered water or snacks if needed. So pleased with the service I received here.

As soon as I walked it they made the experience so much better. I was nervous, but they made me feel comfortable. Super friendly everyone there. Amazing people. I will definitely recommend and I would prefer 100% this location for my future needs. Thank you!😊 loved everyone.

The front desk staff was lovely and kind. But the medial staff was unbelievably unpleasant. I have had good experiences with other AFC urgent care locations and I recently moved and this one is the nearest one to me and I will never go back. Such an awful experience.

I went in at 8:30am and they saw me quickly and efficiently. Diagnosed me with strep and I was off to get the prescription 20 minutes later.

I was attended very well and fast, it facilitates your check in online. All the medical team, Dr. Matha, very attentive as well as Byron at the reception. They also have assistance in Spanish. Thumbs up!!

A very good Urgent Care. Ive not had to wait long and the receptionists help with the sign in procedure. The medical staff is efficient & professional. Written report provided as I leave. In & out with help I needed in under an hour.PA, Mark, calls the next day with test results & answered my questions thoroughly.So glad this center & staff are there.

I went there in desperation with a 7 day migraine and was met with so much compassion, time, care & expertise that it really renewed my faith in humanity. Today I brought my nephew in based on food poisoning and because of the awesome team witch was Mark, Dean, Courtney, Mayra, Mo, and Madison we also found out my nephew had a kidney stone and was able to get him to the ER! If not for there diligence and knowledge I think we be worse off then we where thank you because of you I have faith in the medical system again. You GuyS Save Lives!!!!

As a walk-in patient, the intake forms process was easy, done on my phone. My wait time was minimal. MA was pleasant and professional, as was the PA who examined me. All if my questions were answered. I was glad I had the Urgent Care address my ear issue, instead if waiting until the Holiday weekend ended. Thank goodness it was nothing serious!

After going to 2 other walk in clinics. I ended here. The first clinic. No Good. The second was great. They called my insurance and found that AFC accepted it. and if not come back and they gave me a price upfront.Finally I ended at AFC. They were AWESOME. the front staff was extremely polite and helpful. The first person I talked to was great. He wrestled and...oh. He got right to the point with my symptoms. Then the doctor came in. Quick to the point and got me out of there.If you must be at a clinic, this is the place. I actually left happy and relieved Thanks to a gret visit with Amazing Staff.

The staff and everyone that worked with me was amazing! It was my first time going to urgent care and I was nervous since I wasnt seeing my regular doctor. But everyone made me feel super comfortable and it was a quick visit. I was able to get the help that I needed.

The staff here have been very kind to our family this past couple of weeks dealing with sinus infections and a host of other household yuck that comes with this season. They are patient and helpful and empathetic. I had terrible ear and jaw pain from an infection and the front desk staff offered me water and an ice pack while I waited to be seen. They continually checked on me throughout my visit and addressed all my questions. I felt cared for. They were also prompt considering the amount of illness this time of year.

Found this urgent care through my insurance plan since I got sick on vacation Everyone (check in staff, nurse and doctor) were very friendly and helpful. I was cared for quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. They did a great job!

Was in town visiting family and got sick. Front desk gal was prompt and knew her stuff. Nurse was very detailed and friendly. The PA Mark explained things well. A really good experience for having to go to a doc that wasnt in my home town.

Nice clean place. I got right in. They ruled out that I had a sprain and not a break in my foot after falling. They gave me written care instructions and they also gave me a disk with the images of the x-rays! They were more reasonably priced than the other urgent care places. I will definitely use them in the future.

Beware of going here and getting any sort of tests done that go to a lab. They sent my urinalysis for a UTI to a lab and I got a $900 bill because of their screw up.Edit to update* They have taken the matter seriously and have gone above and beyond all to correct it!

Super quick. Staff was friendly and responsive. Had to have xray done. Radiologist on call revised xray in less than 10 min while we still were at the office.

Went in with a nasty injury to my hand from football, wanting to see if it was broken and needing a cast. Set an appointment for 10am, was promptly admitted. The woman who took my blood pressure read it as 90/60, which is 30 points lower than ever before and not possibly correct. She even commented, everyone has been really low today! Maybe calibrate your equipment if youre seeing consistently weird numbers. I then waited 45 minutes to see a PA who gave me an x ray, diagnosed me with a fracture, and offered me a wrist splint. My carpal is fractured and the PA gave me a WRIST splint that did not cover my fracture. I told them to keep it as it was worthless...they seemed shocked that I didnt want to pay for something that was utterly ineffective and incorrect for my injury. Finally waited another 30 minutes to wait for my x ray, which is on a CD that can only be read with a specific disc drive, so I never even saw my own x ray.Confusing experience where I was slowly diagnosed and NOT treated...honestly the PA seemed like he was 8 hours out of med school and still learning on the job. I do not recommend this urgent care given the strange and poor experience.

Great for urgent care. Easy to make an appointment and they kept to the time. From the receptionist to the Doctor they explained everything and answered all my questions. I left feeling heard and understood about my injury. They did not rush me out, they took care of me with smiles. Thank you to the AFC team!

Amazing urgent care! One of the best I have ever been to. I was called back 15 minutes before my appointment and I was out and done within the hour. The service was quick, professional and helpful. The staff is so nice and organized. My specific provider was Shannan and she was so wonderful! I had a bad cut and was super uncomfortable and she helped me so much! Thanks so much!

10/10 would recommend this location. The team today ( Youssef, Jennie, Mo, and Mark) absolutely provided the highest care you would expect from medically professionals. Left the facility today feeling confident I got a proper diagnosis and treatment plan to feel better as soon as possible.

Due to it being the Labor Day weekend but knowing I needed to seek medical help with a constant cough that I had been experiences for over three weeks, I went to AFC Centennial location. The location and staff were amazing! Got me in within 10 minutes of my arrival to be seen by Marte Johannessen, PA All and all with X-ray was in and out in under 30 minutes. If you are ever in need of a urgent visit especially over a holiday weekend, I would highly recommend them!

I had a sore throat for a few days. I went in to get checked out. They rapid tested me for Strep I was positive. Gave me a prescription to be filled. Easy peasy. Staff was friendly. And prompt. A great experience. I’ll use them again.

When it comes to holistic medicine sometimes you just need a doctor to sew you up.I really loved working with them as they allow me to use my essential oils for healing the major laceration in my finger which severed a peripheral artery in my ring finger and the nerve.She used moderate amount of anesthesia and did a great job sowing me up.If ever theres another emergency that does not require major surgery I will definitely come to this location.Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

Ive always had a great experience AFC Centennial Urgent Care and will continue to go when needed! Every single person from the front desk to the nurses and doctors have always been extremely helpful and caring. Theyve never made me feel like a number and the doctors, no matter who Ive seen, have always took the time out to explain things and were always very caring. I highly recommend them if you need to come here!

Excellent care experience from the front desk to the doctors care, and everything in between. The staff is friendly, professional, discreet and caring. While we try to use our regular doctors for well visits, we appreciate that you are available on short notice. I have had to visit 3 or 4 times in the past two years and the experience has been consistently excellent. Youssef was patient and efficient on the phone and at the check in desk. Johanna made us laugh and was also super caring and transparent about the tests and vitals gathering. And Carly listened to us and explained everything that could be a concern. Thank you!

I have been to this place several times with stuff that didn’t quite rise to the level of needing the ER but couldn’t wait for my PCP. Alway very kind, efficient and offering the care I needed at the time. Highly recommend and expect I’ll be back.

I have been in and out of Dr offices my whole life. I went to AFC Urgent to get quick and immediate help. It was a very good experience. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The physician was well educated in my diagnosis and treatment. I felt very comfortable and it felt like they really cared. Thank you for the help provided and for making me feel like I got the help I needed.

I have never had such an incredible experience at any medical office in my life. If I could give more stars I would. My appointment went so quick, the compassion and treatment I got from Scarlett and Grace was more thorough and kind than I could’ve ever anticipated. I could not have felt more cared for and everyone went above and beyond to diagnose and treat me and eliminated all of my concerns. I could not recommend this entire office as a whole more. Start to finish was maybe there for 29 minutes with prescriptions already ready for me at the pharmacy before I got home. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff!!!

AFC urgent care was a positive experience. Shannon Dieselberg was amazing. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Shannon called 4 places to get me the soonest possible MRI, the next day. I did not have to sit around and wait. I think I was in and out in an hour, yet I knew all I needed to know. I highly recommend this office.

So Ive been to this location a handful of times now. I just wanted to update my 5 star review, because the care here is just so excellent. I had to go here after injuring myself at work. The nurses and doctors have all been so nice. Its the first time Ive ever had to deal with workers comp and I felt like a fish out of water. In particular Dr. Carly has been extremely thoughtful and aware of my scheduling issues, which I highly appreciate as a working/homeschooling mother. She has listened to my concerns without pressuring me to choose what she thinks is best for me. As a bigger woman I have received harsh judgements from doctors in the past. Both the doctors Ive seen here never judged me, rather they just told me about different avenues of treatment I could receive & the pros and cons that come with each one. I really am grateful that Dr. Carly had the wisdom to encourage me to continue seeking treatment, even when I felt discouraged. Honestly doctors arent my favorite, however I have felt my faith in the medical system restored by being seen here. Dr. Carly is everything Ive ever hoped for in a doctor. I feel very honored to have been in her care.

Very good urgent care. Weirdly so, I usually dont have much of an opinion of them generally. But Ive been to this one twice and the staff is very pleasant to be around. Definitely recommend 👌

I was able to make an appointment on line just before leaving the house so we didnt have to wait, that was very helpful. I chose this location because we needed x-rays. Staff was very kind and helpful and my little guy, who ended up with a fractured arm, was treated very patiently and with understanding and care. They gave him snacks and water and made sure he was comfortable. They supplied us with information for once we left and I left feeling that we were given everything we needed.

It’s always a comfortable and nice experience here. My nurse, I believe her name was Jahanna (could have the spelling wrong lol), was absolutely wonderful and did her job exceptionally well! I’ve always felt heard here, and that’s very important with any doctor’s visit.

I came in twice in one week for a viral infection that turned into a very obvious sinus infection. The doctor was not clear at all with his instructions and made the whole process of getting antibiotics super confusing. I was sick way longer than I needed to be. I think clarity when diagnosing someone is super important.

As a black woman in America, it is not common for black patients to receive quality healthcare. This is why we hesitate to seek medical treatment. However, during my visit I felt heard, respected and well taken care of. I was given ample time to ask questions, to understand what was going on and comfortable with discharge instructions. The doctor was patient as I took notes on our discussion.Also, I do not like taking medication because I prefer to find holistic healing options. The doctor was very respectful of my choice and recommended natural remedy to help with the inflammation in my ankle and leg. This type of quality care is worth the 20 minute drive from my home if in need of non-emergency medical care.

Love this Urgent Care. Been here before. You can go online to get an appointment and get all the paperwork done so that when you get there all you have to do is say your here and pay and your ready to be seen. The Doctor and nurse were awesome and very friendly. The place is nice and clean. The other great thing is they have a lot of machines there unlike some urgent cares. My son broke his collarbone a year ago and we went to two other urgent cares and they didn’t have an x-ray machine. This one does. They also have an on-site lab to test for the flu or Covid so it doesn’t take long to come back with the results.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and I continue to only have good things to say about this place. It’s a modern and clean office, with really professional and caring staff. Each of my times at AFC have been 10/10, and would highly recommend this location to all. Not much else to say, but if you’re feeling unwell this is the best urgent care center in the area to go to.

I was denied routine STD testing with insurance. They tried to charge me $400 for a full panel blood test. Do not recommend for wellness checks or STD check ups, they should take that off their website

My experience here was great. The whole facility is very clean, all staff members were friendly and welcoming. I brought my daughter in for an earache and we were there less than an hour from walking in the door as a new patient to leaving with a prescription already sent electronically to my preferred pharmacy. The doctor that saw us was thorough but very to-the-point, which I view as a strength in an urgent care facility. Probably part of why our wait was so brief. All the patients I saw leaving looked happy with their experiences, too. I wont hesitate to visit again if the need arises.

Great experience with everything from this urgent care center! Staff, doctors all are amazing. Wait time is short, first time registration is not too burdensome either. Sickness was gone after a few hours taking the doctors prescriptions!

Its not often that i get sick but when i do, it helps to know that the staff from urgent care no matter the location is always kind and welcoming. Im at the arapahoe location today and as previously mentioned Yuussef kept that expectation i have of AFC.

I havent been to a doctor in a long time and was nervous. Kayleah was very kind and made the whole experience very calming though.I needed a test which came up negative. A few days later I had a swollen lymph node. I went back to ask more questions. Shannon was very nice and listened to my problem. She explained what it could be and gave me a prescription.Mayra was extremely nice when there was an issue with the cost, and helped remedy a solution immediately. I have no insurance. The helpd make it affordable, and are amazing to work with. They truly do have the best customer service. Thank you for all of your amazing work. Long post but definitely worth it.

AFC Urgent Care is a unique Urgent Care because it provides very personalized and compassionate prompt care! When I have visited other urgent care facilities, they are on average impersonal, offhand, and slow and their processing time.First AFC is wonderful that they have direct numbers to the facility you want to visit and not a centralized number. They answered the phone promptly and are caring and professional in answering your needs and responding to your request. Including especially the receptionist staff, the medical assistants, and the doctors or nurse practitioners, AFC has been outstanding in how quickly they get you in, how caringly they treat you, and what excellent medical treatment they provide! I cannot say enough good things about the facility on Arapahoe Road in Centennial Colorado. We have had outstandingly positive experiences there.

Walked in with no appointment and flu-like symptoms. Assistants checked me in quickly and politely. Was seen within two minutes of finishing check in. Both the nurses and the doctors were polite and respectful. They provided COVID testing on-site, which was thankfully negative. Was in and out in 45 minutes tops. I only wish some other doctors appointments Ive had went this smoothly.

Very quick and friendly service. This was my first ever visit to an urgent care and it was as great as a trip there can be. They got us in quickly and were very friendly the whole time. Dr. was attentive and gave great follow up instructions. Hope Im not back but if I need to Ill feel confident theyll fix me up right once again.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The nurses are amazing, and the doctor remembered me the second time I saw him. It feels like a family doctors office, not an urgent care clinic.Quick addition, I had to visit the AFC on Arapahoe again yesterday (7/30/2020) for a Covid test. I was able to set an a time online and add myself to the wait list. When I arrived there was no wait, as soon as I finished checking in I was taken to an exam room. Everything was very clean and smelled of antiseptic, like it was just cleaned. Medical staff was very nice, definitely, highly recommend this AFC location.

Very poor experience. I wont go into too much detail about the interaction I had with the nurse practitioner, Kelly. He was very condescending to me on my visit here after I started opening up to him about my lifestyle and life choices. Everyone else was great and handled the situation professionally. I hope they weed out a-holes like this from our health care system. No one should be judged or made to be felt uncomfortable while trying to get help. I really liked supporting this establishment when I needed help, but because of this experience I will no longer be supporting this company. Shame on you Kelly.

I went here this morning and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who took my details and checked me in smoothly. The nurse was friendly and efficient and caring. Carly then diagnosed my concern in a professional and understanding manner and prescribed meds. I have been to this location previously but this was an exceptionally good experience. Thank You!

I was very impressed with the service I received at this facility. I was there to obtain a rapid test for work purposes, and Jess (sp?) at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I knew there would be a bit of a wait, but it was not unreasonable. The M.A., a tall young man (sorry, did not get his name), was very professional, and efficient. The P.A., Shannon, explained my results, and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had. I did not feel at all rushed, even though it was obviously a busy day. I would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care for their exemplary services!

Truly a 5 Star experience! The location was easy to find, clean and adequately spaced. The staff at check-in were very sincere and 1 simple consolidated form was a game changer! I interacted with 3 additional staff members whom helped in my treatment and all were extremely kind, knowledgeable, quick and supportive. This is definitely an Urgent Care facility I plan to use going forward and would recommend to anyone.

I am from out of town. My daughter-in-law recommended I visit AFC Centennial for a sore throat and cough. They could not have been any faster or any more professional. They will always be my go to provider when I am in the area.

Very good service. The waiting room was not full. They got me in right away and I’m quite satisfied with the urgent care service. I would recommend them for a visit.

My wait was over 3 hours but in all honesty the staff was very pleasant and attentive during my stay. The receptionist was very nice and offered refreshments and explain that the wait would be longer than usual because of a huge influx of patients that morning. The medical assistant was very nice. Once I went back and even though it still took quite some time to see a doctor, the assistant constantly checked on me and asked if I needed anything. I understand that there will be days that no matter what you do, the wait will be long because your day is unpredictable with the types of patients being seen. I would definitely return to this office if needed because of the customer service of the staff.

I needed to see a physician for an injury but I didn’t know if my insurance would cover it. I called up as I was driving over and Youssef really helped me every step of the way! He went to my insurance’s website since I was on the road and told me what my policy said. He advised me that I would not have to make an appointment, and when I got there he guided me through the registration process and made it easy! Thanks Youssef!

Overall staff was nice. But whoever calls in prescriptions doesnt listen. It was called to the wrong place and I called back to get it called to right place. I was told I was Wrong. Not nice at all

I was able to come in first thing on a Sunday morning check in was easy they saw me right away did a few tests it’s was a great experience.

The staff was very professional and kind. The wait times were much lower than expected for urgent care. If I need to go to urgent care again, I will try to go here.

The staff there is extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend. I was suffering from bad headaches for about a week. Went in and my blood pressure was dangerously high. They took very good care of me. Diagnosed me properly and was able to make a full recovery. Thank you so much for you help!

We love going to this Urgent Care specifically. They get us in quickly. Everyone is friendly. The Medical assistants are so sweet especially when no one truly wants to be at the doctors. The providers are knowledgeable and quick on their feet. The front is very accommodating and check us in quickly. This is our go to place to go when our primary provider is closed for the night. Reception was friendly and couteous and the wait time was pretty minimal. After chatting with the nurse for a few minutes and taking some vitals the doctor came in surprisingly quickly and did a couple more tests until he figured out what my issue likely was and issued the appropriate prescriptions. He was friendly and knowledgable as well and I am already feeling better. Overall a great experience, thanks for your help!

It was my 2nd time going in for a rapid Covid test. Kelly was kind and helpful and the Doctor was quick and to the point but made sure I was satisfied with my visit. After my test came back negative they prescribed medicine to help what the actual issue was. Overall experience was fast and convenient, especially since it would of taken a few days to get in to my normal doctor. Highly recommend for situations similar to my own.

Upon arrival greeted very well. Presented paperwork to sign very timely and professionally. Wait time was very very short. MA who drew my blood very polite. She make you comfortable with whats going to happen. Ver great team working together with great customer service

3rd time was the charm! I hurt myself at work and had to see 3 different doctors to get the treatment and advice needed to start the healing process correctly. Shannan is fantastic! I was able to explain my injury to her and she was able to get me on the correct process for recovery. Long road ahead but I trust her and her team to take care of me throughout my recovery. 1st time sense my injury that the pain is starting to go down. Cant begin to explain how great it feels to finally see improvement.

Great facility. 5 people arrived within a few mins and like me, no appt. Relatively easy checkin / registration process. Able to get care within 45 mins. Great service great care. Would recommend.

Front desk is awful. Doesnt properly bill you and will call you 3 months later looking for collections. Dont go here. Unreliable and also doesnt treat your symptoms. Had strep for 4 weeks because the doctor refused to give me anything but amoxicillin for 20 days. if it doesnt go away, youre supposed to try different medicines. The next doctor I saw apologized on behalf of the doctor at AFC for their incompetence.

Had a splinter or sliver of some foreign object in my foot. Made an appointment for 9 the next AM. Was seen promptly by a very congenial and competent female PA who provided as much anesthetic as needed for the digging needed.In brief, I was out the door, prescriptions phoned to pharmacy and ready to resume life in less than an hour. Vastly better than an ER. Highly recommended, though best to go in the morning before they get busy.

Girl at front desk was very unfriendly, almost rude like I was inconveniencing her. MA was very nice, helpful and professional. Doctor was fine. Received the care I needed in a timely manner. The place was neat and clean. The front desk young lady with blonde here was sweet and very accommodating. I saw the nurse practitioner Scarlet. She was professional yet kind and caring, which I appreciated because it put me at ease. I was in and out with in 40 minutes or less, making it very convenient. I definitely recommend this place if you like to be treated properly with respect.

We were visiting family in Denver when my daughter developed debilitating ear pain. The clinic got us checked in and saw her quickly, and staff immediately acted to relieve her discomfort. They were so kind to us and got her fixed up and enjoying our visit again in no time! I would highly recommend this clinic.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and since of urgency at this location. I came in in massive amounts of pain and I was quickly admitted and seen by the doctor. Were visiting from Charlotte North carolina. We went to this urgent care because a bug flew in my ear. There was very little (no) wait. My primary care physician was fully booked, and I needed to be seen right away so I chose AFC based on proximity and online reviews. I was 100% satisfied with the care I received. Every staff member was very professional, and I liked that the doctor gave me a good explanation of my test results. Very thorough. I would definitely use this clinic again if the need arises.

We were able to be seen immediately with zero wait. Front staff was efficient and professional.I feel horrible for not remembering her name, but the woman who we saw before and after the Doctor was AMAZING! Very friendly but weve been waiting for over 45 min. Everyone that was in the waiting room was treated, they put us in a room and weve been waiting and listening how other coming in are being treated. When asked about this, all the assistant had to say was that he couldnt do anything it was the doctors fault seems unfair. Will not be returning nor recommending any longer.

I showed up around 2pm on a Tuesday and was seen almost immediately. The staff was friendly and the doctor was as well! I was terrified of the cost since I do not have insurance, ended up being about $170 out of pocket. Overall great experience!

Great experience, extremely professional. We went for our Immigration Medical exam and the whole experience was hassle free. Jenni was an absolute star, guiding us through the whole process in a professional yet personable manner. Her manner makes you feel really comfortable and at ease in what is usually a stressful situation.While it may be a little bit more expensive than seeing a normal doctor, the absolute convenience, friendliness and availability makes it worthwhile. Estimated wait time was very accurate. I felt more educated on Covid19 and therefore safer after my visit. Doctors and staff were friendly and genuine when it came to helping patients. Ive been going here for a few years now and its always been positive. The staff is incredibly nice and takes good care of you. The wait can be long but thats not the fault of the clinic. I went today for a covid test and it was quick and easy. The swab was done very well and not uncomfortable at all.

Went to this office for the first time as a walk-in. The staff was professional and courteous. They communicate with you very well about what is going on, and when the doctor will see you. They are both efficient and compassionate to your needs. I would recommend this Urgent Care, and will be going back when the need arises.

We made appointments online for Covid testing in order to travel to Hawaii. Clinic was very efficient and visit + waiting time for results was only 30 minutes for my husband and I. They are equipped to accommodate the whole family in the exam room at one time. We received a print-out of the test results as well as an email. Everyone that worked there was respectful and professional. There is ample parking and the clinic is in a convenient location.

I was very happy with the service.They take UnitedHealthcare and the $40.00 co-pay was one relief off my mind. I would go back to this office for urgent care .

I was not overly impressed by this urgent care, although they beat concentra by a long shot. My main gripe was the time it takes to even see the doctor. I had made an appointment ahead of time with the receptionist and arrived early for paperwork. My appointment was at 2:10, and I wasnt out until 2:50. The staff was nice enough, it just took so long, even with an appointment that was made the previous day.

WONDERFUL place to go when you dont feel good or need to get checked out. Staff is super friendly and efficient, especially Anessa at the front desk. You dont have to sit for hours waiting, wondering when you will be seen. They have a monitor that shows your place in line. I have taken my sick children there several times and they are always kind, caring and helpful. We drive from Aurora to go to this urgent care. They have snacks and coffee while you wait. They are great at keeping you informed about whats going on. They are always helpful and thorough. Id give them 10 stars if I could!I cannot leave another review so Im adding to this one. I visited this office again on 3/23/23 for a sprained ankle. My visit was very good. I appreciate the compassion and concern about my injury shown. Kelly was helpful and informative about the xray process. Shannon (the provider) was super helpful and so personable. I really appreciate her caring demeanor and willingness to spend time in the room. I never felt rushed and she answered all of the questions I had. Anessa was also super helpful getting me checked in. Overall Id highly recommend this office. Thank you all for your professionalism and great care.

Just erased my positive review! While the first visit was great, the front desk has NOT done their part keeping in touch with me regarding a hand surgeon. I have a broken finger! Receptionist said shell take care of it immediately. Two phone calls to your office so far....NO calls back!!

We had such a wonderful experience! We are on vacation here in Denver and needed to get one of our kids seen. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online and was seen within 30 mins. The staff was so friendly and even offered follow up communication! Would totally recommend this office to others!

I brought my 2 year old in for a cut on her chin that required a stitch. The front staff was friendly and efficient. Nurse Joanna had great bedside manor and was gentle with my little one. She quickly got us squared away. Overall great experience.

Never had a better experience at an urgent care.The wait was typical for this kind of care but everyone was incredibly nice and they can text you when they’re ready to see you, so I hung out in my car.The doctor / PA I saw (Tonya maybe?) was really nice!

Been here a few times for injury, illness and most recently a physical. Staff have been great. The wait can be long but it’s an urgent care during COVID so I can’t say I blame them. Special thanks to PA Carly for being friendly and thorough even though the waiting room was packed.

I received excellent and quick service today from both Kelli and Shannon. They were prompt professional and I was out in less than an hour. I have never received any healthcare service that was Delivered correctly and as quickly as that went it was very smooth.

I was the first one to post a review on this place 4 years ago and gave them 3 stars and my experience this time was superior to the one 4 years ago and Im now giving them 5 stars. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Robinson was top notch. She was thorough, explained to me everything, printed off some additional information, wrote me a prescription and I was off. The staff was quick, knew exactly what they were doing, efficient and very effective. I had a great experience. This place is great. I recommend it. We were here Saturday too because I have 4 boys and they tend to do some crazy stuff. Thank You and keep this staff, they are great.

Friendly and helpful. Called my insurance to check as I was traveling out of state away from home. My insurance did not cover it but the visit was only $159 and I was in and out quickly with a prescription waiting for me at the local CVS. They took very good care of me.

I have been to this Urgent Care clinic several times now, and I am always very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of my service and treatment. I went here initially for vaccinations before a trip abroad, and I was so happy with the quality of care I received from all staff members, I have been back several times since for various ailments. I would choose this clinic over any other urgent care or primary care office I have visited. The only somewhat negative aspect I have experienced has been a bit of a wait, but it’s been because they are so popular! I recommend this urgent care to all my friends and family.

I would give less than zero stars if I could. The front-office staff were not very unfriendly, no please or thank you. Office didnt appear very busy but I waited almost two hours and was never seen. No apologies or explanation as to how much longer was offered. Staff acted as if they couldnt care less about you. I just tore up my paperwork, got my insurance card and ID back then went somewhere else. No reaction whatsoever from the staff.

Friendly, helpful, patient.... I can’t say enough about how amazing they were to me. And compared to the $$10,000$$+ you have to pay just for looking at the E.R., It was actually really affordable/reasonable in the grand scheme of things. Extremely grateful for the sweet office nurse, Mr. B, and Dr. M for not turning me away when I was afraid and unsure. I would suggest this facility and it’s skilled employees to anyone and everyone. The people here are very friendly, efficient, and thorough! We walked right in on a Sunday for a sprained ankle and wanted to rule out any fractures. They brought me right back to a room, gave me an ice pack, and for X-rays done quickly! They also made sure to send out the results ASAP to the radiologist and marked it as urgent so I could get the results right away since I live in Los angles and wanted to know before heading home. Great place.

Could not be happier with my experience. Walked in with no appointment and couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes before I was taken to an exam room.I was feeling quite poorly and my symptoms were such that COVID was a possibility, so the first person who attended to me was understandably standoffish…COVID test came back negative (thankfully) and from that point the care I received did nothing but improve.Diagnosis took a while but I never waited for the next test/procedure for more than 2-3 minutes.The best part of the whole experience was without question the PA who I dealt with, Carly Kibler, PA.She was genuinely attentive and very helpful with any questions/concerns I had…Overall, a far superior experience than I have previously had at other urgent care facilities. Especially given how poorly I was feeling it was very refreshing to meet with an entire staff actually interested in and committed to providing timely and truly caring attention. Will definitely return (well, hopefully NOT… 😜)
