Any Lab Test Now

We did our Peekaboo early gender test with Any Lab to get our baby gender at about 11 weeks- we had a wonderful experience with them! All very kind staff. It was so exciting to know of our baby girl months earlier than the 20 week dr test.

Love getting my B12 shots here. Its improved my energy and stress levels a ton. And the shots didnt hurt a bit because Miranda did such a great job. A++++

They got me in quickly and the girl that did my blood draw was great. I had follow up questions at a later date for insurance questions, when I called I spoke with Adam and he was amazing! Super friendly and very helpful. Great customer service (hard to find these days). Thanks for your help Adam! I really appreciate it! 😊

Susan, Susan, Susan, is my savior!!! With out her I would never ever come to this place!! I’m telling you this place would not be the same without Susan and their very lucky to have her. She is more than just a worker there. She really cares about anyone and everyone that comes in that place. She goes way above and beyond her “duties” to help each and everyone that comes in there. Now their might have been other workers that have come and gone but Susan has been the number 1 their. This place is very nice, the updates are great and I love everything about this place but I probably wouldn’t go if it wasn’t for Susan and the way she has treated me over the years!!! Had basic blood work done to check on my levels. I didnt have time to visit my doctor, so I just walked in. I was pretty shocked as the prices were half of what the big lab companies in Eugene wanted to charge me. The staff was friendly and nice, but what I really liked was how fast they got me in and out.

The two employees at Any Lab Test Now in Eugene was very friendly and helpful. The cost was three times cheaper than Quest Labs. I was able to talk to them on the phone first which made it easier to figure out what needed to be done. Then no appointment necessary, just walk and get your lab work done. I was there maybe the total of 10 minutes.

The lady who manages, Susan is extremely knowledgeable. The shots she gives are quick and mostly painless if not a slight pinch. She knows what she is doing Susan is a one-woman front so it can be a little busy but she always makes sure that everyone gets what they need. I wanted to correct a point and note that a prior comment mentioned Google times being wrong. While she will need to correct the times with Google, Google posts the times independently from businesses as a service and I have noticed an error with many businesses. You should probably call in to be sure as this place has never been open to my knowledge on the weekends and most clinics are not.

Place is amazing! Ive been going to this place weekly for over a year for vitamin injections! Everyone is super polite and attentive!All the ladies and Adam give great easy going injections.

I had my TB test done and I really didnt have to wait long. The facility is clean with proper social distancing measures taken. The staff here are professional and prompt. Shoutout to Kaitlyn for making sure I got my TB test results sent to Dare2Care! Would come back again!

I went in to get a few tests done for miscellaneous things. The staff was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The place was very clean and didnt make me feel like I was sitting in a doctors office. I was in and out in a short time and my results were delivered quickly!

Quick, easy and turnkey experience. Was in and out and got my results in 48 hours. The best part was I only $48 when my doctor referred me to another lab where my deductible was going to be $378. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding service for a COVID PCR test. Results within two hours of being tested. Doctor called just to make sure I got the emailed results and went over it with me. Friendly and personable staff, from the person shoving the giant swab up my nose (sorry for sneezing covid on you) to the doctor who called me when the results were done.

This place was amazing! The lady at desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. They were able to help me get an immunization test done so I could register for classes. That same lady gave me great advice on paperwork handling and etc. Recommend go to place fer sure!

Wow, I had no idea how many tests they do there and all without any doctors orders. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable, Sonia helped me with choosing the best tests for my needs. The results were back in a few days, I was able to clearly read them and give them to my doctor. Great experience and will highly recommend!

We needed to get a covid test to return to canada. We got an appointment in the last minute on a Friday afternoon!! Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and excellent throughout the test and we received the test results in an hour!! Highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

Answer your phone. Answer and ask people to hold on, if youre busy. Set up an answering service, something. I know theres typically only one person working here at a time, but having the phone ring over and over, only to be hung up on is not how a business should run. Especially one thats healthcare related.

On February 26th 2018 I called the office to find out how much it was for tuberculosis test the lady representative said it was $25.00. Approx. An hour later I arrived to the office, filled out paperwork to be then told I was going to be charged $40.00. I explained to the possibly same receptionist/phlebotomist that I had called earlier and was told it would be $25.00 she brushed it off as nothing and made it seem like they had just recently (changed) their prices and she would be and would be doing me the favor of honoring the price that was first told to me! This place is a joke! And I am almost sure they would have pocketed the extra $15.00.

R.T PCR test for international travel. We made an appointment, showed up, filled out the forms then paid for the test. The samples were thorough with 10secs in each deeper than nostril area. We chose for our results to be emailed to us. They called an hour later to verify we received the results and the attachment with our results.We had trouble finding facilities that perform the correct test for pre travel internationally. Eugene was the closest, Portland the next closest. We will print our results for for easy airport layover handoff.

I came in earlier this week to get a couple blood tests done, the ladies there (Miranda and Sonia) were super nice and made the whole experience quick and comforting. I recommend coming here, especially if you’re scared of needles like me because they did a great job!!

Their website said they were supposed to be open at 9am today and when I arrived at 11:30 am there was a sign on the door saying they won’t be open until 12:30 so I waited the hour and now it is 50 minutes after 12:30 and still no sign of the store opening. No one is answer the phone either (I’m assuming it’s because no one is here) this is extremely unprofessional! I have seen five people waiting including myself. If I didn’t have to get my test done here I would’ve left and gone somewhere else. Hoping someone comes soon!

Go to 2025 W 12th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402. Any Labs, Lied and said I walked out of testing several times. Not True a lie. Also, reported I was yelling in the bathroom. I asked a question from bathroom and she gave an answer. Because of that she reported I was boligerant. Again Not True. I requested to be watched and they do not do that. I also asked more about what the test is and how long. I was treated like a criminal. The young lady had make up smeared and seemed not with it. When leaving there were smiles and said goodbyes does not fit someone being boligerant. She treated me completely different the second time I came to get tested. Be aware they will lie. I did not refuse any testing and they reported I did. Not True. Be careful if you have to use this center. Not just and not right. I am not disputing any test results. Just the way I was treated. Not right.

I recently had a tb test done at this location. When I came back to have it read, they told me that my test was positive. The “medical professional” who read my test determined that it was a positive reaction while measuring the redness of the area, not a lump. There was no lump. If I could post an image I would. When I went to my GP for a second opinion and a tb blood test, she determined that the test was administered and read incorrectly.My negative tb results came back today from my GP. I do not recommend Any Lab Test Now, what a painand an absolute waste of my time. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve never left a review of anything but when it comes to health, complete competence is a must for me.

This place is wonderful , welcoming and warm. Susan at the front desk is always so happy and helpful! They made this transition period in my life that much easier and I highly recommend their services.

The lady in this office has had some sort of mental breakdown completely unprofessional and disorganized. Peoples protected (PHI) information scattered and piled where anyone can see it. This office is in complete violation of HIPAA guidelines. She screwed up my test and (the older women blonde dog with halitosis) told me that the sweet young lady that collected my specimen was fired for being a drug addict! That was her excuse and she thought that was okay to tell me! Then refused to give me a copy of my specimen collection receipt. Saying I cant find anything I dont know where anything is. Everythings a mess pretending to look for it in her disaster of a workspace. I got the feeling she was trying to cover-up her mistake as she had shown me the paper 2 minures prior. Unfortunately my CC is not good -important parts are unreadable. However she did take that copy form me twice and proceeded to lose it on her desk I think she was hoping I would forget and leave without it. Not only did she behave like a mental person but she was incredibly rude and condescending. No one should have any tests done at this facility not if you care about accurate results. I would love to talk to the owner but cant find any contact info. I would rather have a chimpanzee running my business I would trust a chimpanzee more with my specimen. Go to the collection site on Garfield very professional! organize, and respectful.

Any Lab Test Now in Eugene is an excellent place to have your lab test done. The medical assistants are very friendly and provided quick excellent service. The place made me feel relax and comfortable.

Awesome as always. The new ladies are fun & very kind and make it such a pleasant experience everytime. I will continue to come here for any lab work I need done as long as theyre here!

The lady I just spoke to on the phone was very rude, and tried getting me off the phone as soon as she possibly could. I was told by my employer multiple times to scheadule a test through them being told it would be cheaper, so when I called to scheadule she said she specifically doesnt do scheduling because its not fair to everyone that waits all the time. I was also told scheaduling made it cheaper so when I asked her this she was very rude and said that wasnt true, when I have had friends get it cheaper that way. Not ever coming back or recommending

I have never made a public complaint before. I felt compelled to say something. The lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. She seems to really hate her job. Her customer service skills are awful. I would never recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience when I went in to get my B12 shot. Outstanding service which made me feelreally welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I waited for almost an hour to get a test. I had an appointment and still had to wait. They were not enforcing the mask policy. I waited outside but just terrible customer service. Go somewhere else.

They went above and beyond helping me figure out which antibody titers I needed to complete for nursing school and gave me information on where I could receive immunizations they didnt offer

First: a dog in a medical building really?Second: The assistant was rude when I needed a drug screen for a background check. She continued to complain how she hated this form and couldnt log in to submit results.

I would give it a lower score but I can’t they were the worst service the woman that attends me was extremely rude and when I forgot not to wash my hands she shouted at me very rudely Infornt if everyone she should be fired

The times posted on google are wrong. I called ahead on a Saturday to ask a question and the answering machine said they opened at 10 am. I went there in person at 10:30 and read that they were closed weekends.

This is place is great! They were the only place that has the test I was looking for. Great environment to get lab work.
