Tracktown pharmacy

I stopped in to inquire about a flu shot. I was able to get it on the spot, no waiting, and the pharmacist was very kind. It’s refreshing to have a positive pharmacy experience. I’ll be moving all my pharmacy services here. I love the idea of having a pharmacist who knows me and takes a personal interest in my care. Support a small local business and check it out!

So far my experience has been amazing. Today was my first time having an Rx filled there. And due to a last minute switch on my provider I did not think i would be able to get my meds. Not only was he very courteous and kind but he had my script filled within 11 minutes from the time my provider sent the fax over. I look forward to continuing services with tracktown for all my prescription needs in the future

Having dealt with countless frustrations with pharmacies in my life Tracktown Pharmacy is so much better it’s just on another level. Being dealt with personally, simple, quick, so efficient and with kindness are not attributes I have ever experienced at any pharmacy. I sincerely hope the owner Byoung will thrive in this town!

I got a mailer from them letting me know they were opening up in the neighborhood. Fast forward to today I was at the hospital and was happy to give them a shot as theyre now the most convenient downtown pharmacy for me.Before I got to my vehicle upon leaving the hospital I received a very personable message from Byoung letting me know that my order was ready. I was ecstatic as theres nothing worse that leaving the hospital then going to wait for 30min to an hour for your prescription when you dont feel well.Byoung was very polite, professional, and provided customer service that you wouldnt receive from a big box pharmacy. Id highly recommend his business.

Oh my goodness! at 5 pm, frustrated by trying all day to get my mom (in her 80s) her Paxlovid at Walgreens )only to find out they didn’t have it in stock!) the owner said he had it and somehow magically had it ready by closing at 6. And he offered his cell phone, in case walgreens couldn’t get him the info in time. Incredible in this day and age to get a human on the phone who is willing to help.I was so worried about my mom and felt like I was hitting walls. Thank you so much, Track Town! I’m so glad I took the chance and called you.
