Willow Health and Aesthetics

The staff here are all very nice and friendly and knowledgeable, however the prices quoted over the phone were not what I got the day of my appointment in the office. I spent upwards of 3k here and Im sad to say that I was told the results would last 1-2years for the filler. This isnt the first time Ive done filler and in the past the results lasted upwards of 2 years. Well its been about 3 months and there is no longer any sign of the filler. am very disappointed. Needless I dont think I will be back to this clinic.

I’m WOW about Cara Ricci at Willow Health & Aesthetics!! I had a 1540 Fractionated Laser anti-aging treatment for state-of-the art tightening and acne scar resurfacing. Cara is a Certified Advanced Aesthetician with knowledge beyond belief in laser technologies, cellular turnover and skin diagnostics. Her attention to my pre and post care was so professional. I wouldn’t put any of my anti-aging treatments anywhere but with Cara at Willow Health and Aesthetics! Thank you so much for the experience! I would recommend a Cara consult to everyone.

I hate going to doctor’s offices. Sterile, cold, lacking of any heart. Willow Health is not that at all,(For example, instead of getting a scratchy hospital gown to wear they give you a super soft microfiber robe!) yet it holds one of the most intelligent and capable gynecologists I’ve ever met. Dr. Angela was kind, professional, and made me feel respected and heard. I am so glad I found such a place for my yearly gyno exams.

I’m saw Angela Crothers, MS, WHNP-BC today for Hormone issues and she was amazing!! Finally a medical provider that LISTENS and doesn’t tell me my issues are just part of getting older!! She went over my blood work and actually explained to me what was going on and what my blood work was saying about my health! She spent over an hour with me and we came up with a great plan to get me feeling like myself again!!! I’m so excited to have found someone who listened!! Debbie & Cara were awesome as well!! 10 outta 10 recommend Willow Health!!

Cara is very knowledgable & shares tips freely in a very compassionate way. I loved the products and service. Highly recommend!! I had a wonderful facial and will return for many more.

I cannot say enough about this place. I liked everything. It was professional, clean, attractive, friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to do everything here! I went for laser hair removal and ended up finding the perfect doctor (Dr McCorkle is wonderful!), a new hair stylist and eyelashes (Katie is AMAZING!!). I have told all of my friends that they MUST make an appointment!

My experience at the clinic itself was adequate, although they were generally disorganized during the check-in process. However, any friendliness that I was shown during that time went right out the window when I called to inquire about a billing issue. The receptionist fielding the inquiry was INCREDIBLY rude. She made it abundantly clear that she just didnt care about the issue.If you are concerned with having good customer service, and just generally feeling like you matter, do not go here. You are only a dollar amount to them, plain and simple.

My husband and I were pelleted here, we were so disappointed at the level of service, communication and professionalism. We have been with bioTe oelleting for several years and this place is the worst.We had an account with bioTe and Willow Medical had no knowledge of how to bill, which at other clinics the billing went smoothly. In the interim, they sent our labs that were ordered by this clinic off to collections, simply due to lack of knowledge on the billing and labs are not needed every visit, do in essence,bwe technically needed no kabs, since our last pelleting had only been just months past..So, know what your in for, understand what you need and dont need,bget educated on the process for your pocket and budget, call other bioTe providers you will be glad you did.Just a tid bit, its pretty much standard and across the board 3 pellets for women, men, can vary....But I pay now with a well known and reputable provider 300$ for myself, and 700$ for husband which is 13 pellets.I would advise and not recommend this clinic.Willow has no integrity and owes us a reverse for lab charges and all the unprofessional mannerisms that we had to deal with.So be aware this clinic at the time and most likely now has just an Medical asdt doing the work that an RN should be doing.Nothing good to say about Willow.

Just had my first appointment with Cara and it was wonderful. Cara is knowledgeable and professional, the clinic is relaxed and welcoming. second appointment made.

Honestly, what I love about this place is how down to earth it is. As soon as you are greeted and taken back... you know youre going to be taken care of. I love the procedures they do there. The skincare line they carry is only sold by a doctor. Which, I appreciate that. One more thing Ill add, Doctor Jarvis is professional and has great bedside manner. Overall, Its a fun, down to earth, professional, cute place. :)

Truly a top notch medical spa!! The staff is friendly, professional, & very knowledgable. I typically go in for maintaince treatments but recently I have wanted to see a more dramatic result in my skin (brown spots, hyper pigmentation). Ashley was very insightful about what treatment options would be right for my skin, so we could take the best course of action to get the results I desired.I can honestly say its nice to finally feel like someone not only listens to you, but cares and wants to help me feel good about myself.I truly enjoy each and every visit, even even when I am being poked by a needle or zapped by a lazer. Not only do I walk away feeling comforted that I am being taken care of and treated properly based on my desired results, but I always seem to learn something new about how to take better care of my skin. I will be a regular for life!

I am extremely disappointed with this spa, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I went for IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments for dark sun spots on my face. I was told 3 treatments would be enough to remove them, but even after 5 treatments there was very little change. This not only cost $900.00 but now I had to spend hundreds more at another spa to take care of the problem with a different procedure. I expected the professionals at this spa to give a recommendation that is honest and fair, so I know ahead of time whether I can afford it. I highly recommend the PicoSure laser treatment used at Dr. Lee Daniels office. Its much less expensive and it worked! Willow Medical Spa refused to give even a portion of my money back.

Having your yearly womens exam has never been relaxing until now. Dr. McCorkle and her staff created an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that will leave you wanting to come back for more. Whether your your need is routine gyno or for pampering yourself,I highly recommend visiting Willow!

Recently attended the Open House event at Willow. The staff was very friendly and informative, more than happy to answer any and all questions I had as well as others in attendance. The service was amazing as was the obvious attention to detail. A place I will definitely return to and recommend.

My Botox always turns out great with Dr. Jarvis. I don’t get that heavy feeling across my forehead, that I’ve had at other places. I’m looking forward to my next treatment.
