The Filipino employee at the counter today was rude and discriminatory on the fact that we have Medical. She was incredibly disrespectful, had a bad attitude and refused to offer any solution.Lucky, her coworker Craig stepped in and was incredibly helpful and understanding. The original woman didn’t give her name so I can’t call and file an official complaint, she should not be in that position dealing with the public if she’s going to be so mean and discriminatory.

My mother has come to this clinic for years with my cousins. There has NEVER had any issues with her taking them. She is currently the guardian for them as their mother left them and never came back for them. My mother took it upon herself to make sure they were good, always. The new receptionist by the name of Sofia has no professionalism whatsoever. She began to practically harass my mother about who the real mother was & where was she located. My mother was honest and said she did not know where she was anymore as she left years ago and never came back or called to check up on her sons. Only a letter was left by her leaving my mother and stepfather as their guardians. She began to tell my mom this was illegal and she was going to have to look further into this. For all she knew that letter was not real and that she knew how to do her job unlike the others before her as they did not know what they were doing. My mom left feeling so bad. She called my mother back a couple days later saying she had called Medí-cal and it turns out they were already aware of the situation and knew my mom wasn’t the mother, but handled everything for them, so there was no problem. Yet she did not have the decency of apologizing for her obvious mistake. Regardless of my mother already making that very clear to her when there. She dismissed my mother by saying she needed to tend to the other patients in line, and did so.Professionalism is key when working in the medical field. I myself work in it and have never once talked to a patient the way this woman did to my mother. I hope she is reprimanded or at least sent to further educate herself on how to speak to patients, because she is lacking in this.

Didn’t schedule an appointment for a Tb test , despite not scheduling an Appointment, Staff checked me in and out in less than 20 mins. Everyone was very polite. The nurse who helped me was also nice and respectful. Thanks for all you do ☑️

So, since when do they make those with other insurance plans pay full price at this clinic even if they are extremely poor??? I used this clinic in 2013 when I had a health plan from my employer and this solano clinic offered a sliding scale for me. But in the same exact circumstance when I went to this solano clinic in 2017, they made me pay full price this time. What did I miss? They ripped me off and are out to rip off others too, thats what! And the receptionists and this bulk guy working near them tried to make me look all dumb for not finding a doctor who takes my plan. But, I needed to get a prescription filled, damn it! So how the hell can I go to someone else to refill my medicine? And SINCE WHEN do we have to get an approval every 6 months to get our medications refilled when Ive been taking the same meds for three fin years? Thats most likely an additional way they want to take more money from their patients. And as a matter fact, I did try to find someone else to go to before I had to go here in January 2017 but that other clinic I wanted to go to didnt have an available appointment for my availability so I had no choice but to come here.I dont know whats happening here but even the medical staff here have become more rude too. They have no sense of compassion for lower income patients and they get all pissed off when you try to challenge them in deciding whats best for you. And, the person who I was seen by tried to sneak in more charges for more services that I didnt ask for. But luckily the cashier was honest and polite enough to point that out to me. So I wouldve paid $260 for that last appointment but luckily only paid $82 once he got rid of those extras un-asked for. So NO MORE going there! After all, I WILL find someone ELSE to go to for my medical needs.

Not efficient. You need to follow up your appointment with the specialist, unlike the other health clinic, they do it for you. Laboratory test results were too long to wait. My wife still waiting for the lab test result and its more than three weeks now.

It is very bad when you cannot get a prescription filled for almost two week for a 84 yr old person. This truly the worst place i have ever dealt with such unconcerned attitudes.
