Made an appt for my son to get a sports physical for school. Our regular doctor didn’t have any availability to do so in the time he needed it. Nurse Connie was very kind and got us everything we needed. I was able to make an appointment the day before (they had availability same day as well) so nice to have this available. Definitely recommend

I went to WellnessMart Fairfield for my Health Screening Report and TB Test. No need for appointment but you need to answer some questions on the iPad. The LVN in attendance is Connie and she is very professional and friendly. I suggest to get the X-Ray TB test instead of the skin test this will save time and money since the skin test is subjective and if you are exposed to TB you will fail the skin test and you will need to get the Xray. All result will be sent via email.

Connie is very professional, through and friendly. I was a drop in and had no problems being seen she worked me in other clients were coming in for varies services she handled the tasks all by herself. Even when she gives shots they dont hurt
