Planned Parenthood - Fairfield Health Center

I came here for a laminarian abortion, they did the first half here and made me a separate appointment at a planned parenthood in walnut creek to complete the procedure the next day.Very helpful team, everyone was absolutely wonderful and again just very helpful.

I had a health issue scare a few months ago, I can’t express how supportive and helpful the care team here was for me. In all departments, working with me when i didnt have insurance. I am so extremely grateful for the help and care I have received.

I had my IUD insertion yesterday morning at planned parenthood in Fairfield. They were pretty busy in the morning so I had to wait a little bit but by the time the appointment started everything happened really quickly. Everyone was really kind, comforting and informative. I was really nervous about my IUD insertion but it was done extremely fast without any issues.

Plan parenthood helped me many times without my parents consent when I was a teenager. They saved my life and now my daughter against better judgment has become active and Im bringing her to plan parenthood for advice and education on the best control for my daughter in this day and age 👍😉

Don’t come if you have kids they are refusing me treatment because I don’t have child care for my children.“They understand “ NO THEY DONTI am a single parent of 3 kids,Mean while every employee in there is working even if they have kids. They have someone taking care of them because their at work,Truly disappointing,Don’t come here especially if you have kids.THEY WILL TURN YOU AWAY

Id give no stars if i could. Hands down worst PP clinic ever. Messed up procedures, messed up appointment scheduling, and messed up informing clients properly regarding said appointments. Save yourself literal pain, time and grief and go elsewhere.

I had appointment at 10:20am at 11am i was in the room so the doctor just came at 12:15pm to see me.. long time waiting..i really dont like it make me feel frustrated

The staff is so friendly and caring! Its affordable, they respect my privacy, and they give me plenty of information to make informed decisions.

Besides the lady working the front desk , staff is really amazing and friendly. Helpful and kind as well. Will be returning.

They actually care, some PP dont even give you the compassion needed when using some of their services. This one does!

Waited 2 hours, no updates from the staff. I would rather they cancel the appointment
