FPA Womens Health

Went in for an annual women’s exam and of course was very nervous. To my surprise the office was extremely clean, cool and quiet. Only one other patient was in line before me. The receptionist was very prompt and thorough. I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment. NP D Vang was amazing ! She was very knowledgeable and laid back which I liked because she made me feel at ease. She was super quick and not once did the procedure feel awkward. Thank you 🙏 everyone

Last year I had left a not so good review. But this place has really improved. My care coordinator I believe her name is Jasmine was incredibly helpful and caring. Same with all the other staff I felt like they all had an inviting attitude. The wait time wasnt bad either.

Nurse practitioner Audrey is excellent. She’s seen me almost every appointment and I can’t say enough positive things about her. As for the clinic itself, it’s slow and it seems they have a revolving door of medical assistants. Be prepared for the wait time to be lengthy. They do get you an appointment faster than planned parenthood though.

Every visit, and I mean eveeeeerrryyyyy time I’m here I’m welcomed by lovely ladies at the front desk. The assistants that take you back have all been so kind and really make you feel heard, no question is a stupid question to them. ✨Jasmine’s✨ a doll very helpful and patient with me… y’all give these women their RAISES!!!

Horrible place, staff are young and slow, like they don’t care about their job. Don’t come unless you plan on waiting 1 hr before getting seen

I went in as a walk in & the wait time was extremely decent I literally felt like I was in & out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The whole staff were very welcoming I’d definitely recommend friends and family.

I called today and the CSR I spoke to does not seem to know too much about womans healthcare... thats pretty scary !!! They should be at least trained on some basic information .. I definitely wont be requesting to be a new patient here ! Yikes 😳

My first visit there and it was quick and easy. Didnt take long to get called in. I got my IUD removed and it was quick. Clean and nice place.

Regardless of what you are coming in for, everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. The wait time is not so bad. The first time, the wait was maybe an hour and a half but they do all your blood work, testing, and get your vitals so it makes sense why there may be a wait. One of the receptionist was very dry when speaking to me and checking me in but she wasn’t rude. She answered all my questions.It’s great that you can make an appointment online if you don’t want to call. You can also view/cancel your appointments online as well.Cynthia was the sweetest gal ever! She made me feel very comfortable when I wasn’t sure what was best for me. They really give you all the options.In regards to the room where they place “all women together” it’s another waiting area. It’s not dark and it’s pretty quiet other than the office sounds( printer, phone calls, and employees calling other patients in) which i found normal. The rooms were all clean and well managed. They are all very well organized. Everyone who passes by smiles. Overall I would recommend this place to any family member or friend.

I had an amazing experience..staff members were super friendly, answered all my questions they made me feel so comfortable..I highly recommend them..

I like their staff they’re friendly and the office is clean the only thing they can improve on is separating patients when they’re asking their initial questions.. like put it in a questionnaire or wait until they’re in an exam room. I shouldn’t know the personal business of the next person.

It was such a disappointing experience. I had an appointment at 3:05pm for a depo shot, thats it, arrived early and called twice prior to the appointment asking them to check insurance before and they said they would do it when I came in, I called my insurance prior to the appointment and confirmed coverage. After waiting for about an hour I asked when I would be seen and they said they were verifying insurance and they had been on hold with them the whole time, I called the insurance and handed my phone over to someone named Karina or Corina so she could verify my insurance, all this was done within 5 minutes. The insurance person I talked to said that they could see there were no calls on hold or any wait time so I asked what number she was calling and she pointed at the one in my card (the same I called) so I said did you actually called? Cause I was told there were no calls on hold and she just got nervous and said some random thing and walked away, I paid my copay and then I was told they couldnt give me the depo shot cause of blood pressure being high, which Im pretty sure was taken wrong cause I even moved and wasnt asked to retake it. Overall paid just to hang out there for 2 hours and pee in a cup. While I was at the front desk trying to figure out insurance I also overheard a woman say that she had brought her young daughter to receive care and the staff was making fun of her and making her uncomfortable which honestly I totally believe.As the woman said, its such a shame cause its supposed to be a safe space for all women.

My visit was fast and the staff was super friendly. Juliana who first attended me was very friendly and showed concern. Very nice character and a great sense of humor. I told Cassandra I hated needles when it came to drawing my blood it wasnt bad at all . She was gentle and I didnt feel a thing. Good job girls! I wont go anywhere else but here. People here like there jobs and are looking out for there patients.

Okay so Angie is awesome Easy to talk to and explain symptoms and makes a seldom time light shes a delight couldnt pay her enough for how awesome she is

All the staff here were so sweet and respectful. Cynthia put all my info into the system and guided me through the procedures to get seen. She was the upmost kind, caring, and warmhearted. I had an extreme amount of anxiety regarding the process of showing and getting help for my women area and this place made me feel so loved. The practitioner that saw me was also very delicate regarding my emotions and even made me laugh a couple times with her sweet humor. Definitely a phenomenal place for Womens Health. I hope everyone gets to experience this place on their journey like me.

The doctor was great. She was very informative and patient with me. She made sure I was okay by checking in and reminding me to breathe. I definitely would recommend her to anyone. She made me feel way less nervous and even walked me through anything I should know before she walked out. The receptionist was very impatient. She was very impatient and when I asked questions she would just repeat what she had already said just with an annoyed tone. The waiting room is wasn’t perfect but it wasn’t the worst. I liked that it’s dark in there as the lights are toned down and you don’t feel like it’s a hospital. It has an open space concept with the chairs but they are very uncomfortable. They definitely don’t have a standard for the waiting room though. There was a lady who took off her shoes and was sprawled across the chairs and had her feet up. There was a man who was watching videos but I could hear the video word for word across the office. The wait time was so long. I had an appointment at 10:45pm. I was not given notice to their lack of staffing that they had before I arrived; I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I wasn’t even brought into the back until 12:15pm. The lady who took my weight, blood pressure, and updated my chart was rude. She had no positive nor negative attitude about her. She was either very tired or very over it. I wish I could go back to the doctor but not have to deal with the rest of the staff.

2nd time here and I have no complaints except maybe long wait times. I had an afternoon appointment that was over an hour wait time. The facility is clean. I like the open waiting room. The nurse practitioner was nice, very informative and quick. Every associate that I came across was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Shoutout to the MA Jennifer and the NP Audree. Both were very kind and helpful during my visit!

Staff and doctors here are informative & nice. Have gone here a few times for healthcare needs and have never had a bad experience.Nurses and doctors are easy to talk to & give you tons of information. They give you all options available to you. I believe they do care about your health.I will say the downside is you can expect to be there for about 2hrs. It almost never fails. So dont expect visits to be quick. Thats the only reason why I dropped it a star.

Great experience I had to drive 5hrs to get to my appointment and the ladies there medical assistant T , medical assistant venna were very nice and patient with me I couldn’t ask for better. My services was great will recommend. 10/10 THANKS AGAIN FPA WOMANHealth I COULDNT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU LADIES YOU ROCK!

This is my first time and will be my last time being here. Disappointed about my visit. Booked an appointment for IUD insertion and left home disappointed. Didn’t even get it inserted. Waste of time. Got to my appointment at 12 PM and got called in within 5 mins, making me believe the whole process should be fast. Receptionist were nice and welcoming, but there were two MA who had called me in to do paper work. Both were rude, lazy, and needs better customer services. They Sat me down at the desk and OH MY LORD…I noticed one of them did not washed there hands thoroughly. Her fingers were red from eating hot Cheetos or something. Crumbs were still stuck between her nails. They both didn’t know what they were doing. I sat there for 40 min with no paper work done or processed. Ran out of patience and had to walk out asap. Worst experience I’ve ever had so far.

Staff was amazing at helping me and making sure my experience was smooth. One nurse in particular, Lesly, was great at making me feel comfortable and heard out. She gave me an outstanding recovery room experience with a lot of assistance with information on other things FPA has to offer. I’m really glad she was the nurse on deck to assist me after the procedure. :)

Everyones so kind and patient and understanding. They treat you like family just about and theyre very easy going. I feel super comfortable coming here for checkups and even tho theres a bit of a wait they do their absolute best to make us feel comfortable and they work hard to make sure we have options and a safe zone. Id definitely recommend coming here.

Dope place, the staff are super nice and accommodating. had many services provided here over the past few years and my experience had always been stellar. i knocked a star off cause the wait times can be long sometimes but overall this is probably one of the best clinics in the central valley.

This is my new obgyn they are so sweet and thorough and caring! The waiting room is nice and comfortable. Special shout out to Jeulieanna for her patience with all my questions.

Very quick and easy process. Lesly was assisting me after my procedure, she was great and very attentive. I appreciate the way that she took her time and tried everything to make me feel comfortable and better! Thanks FPA the doctors nurses and staff especially Lesly!

I will NEVER return back again. The only one i liked was the girl with big butt and lips and doctor Audree. They take way to long and i think they were taking walk ins before appointments like a first come first serve type of thing. I had an appointment at 10 didn’t even get called back till 11 then it was like a hour wait for each room i had to . I should’ve stuck with plan parent. The wait is ridiculous then the girls in the front just look like they be chilling the asian girl at the front is also nice but definitely don’t recommend mostly because the wait. If you schedule an appointment don’t make plans no telling how long you’ll be there with them.

1/10 Terrible never booking again. I had an appointment at 3:25pm, came in 7 minutes early and waiting until 4:40pm when their closing time is 5pm. Many individuals that came in after me got served first and when I asked how much longer the up desk workers provided little to no information and did nothing to help. I walked out and will never be booking again.

This place has me wait for 3 hours when I was 5 minutes late service is slow and they don’t respect privacy of others by calling by first name ….doctors are nice so that’s the only reason they got 3 stars if it wasn’t for them it would be 1 star

I was a little nervous coming in, but the staff was so very polite and accommodating to my needs. I had the best experience, considering the circumstances, and would definitely recommend FPA Women’s Health of Fresno.

Cynthia handled my paperwork with me she was awesome & helpful. Alejandra did my sonogram and was also very kind!! And the MA who helped me ( I forgot her name, I think Katherine?) was so nice and fast! Overall had a great experience at this office. Felt safe & comfortable (:

Not my first go around but i was comfortable with choosing FPA because I’ve been here before. i must say they took really good care of me the Dr and RN’s in surgery i didn’t feel a thing after getting the meds but when it was time to head to recovery LESLY A. i believe she’s a MA she is the truth she stayed with me the whole hour checking on me and making sure i was okay my family was trying to contact me before and after the procedure my phone was dead they offered me chargers so i could charge my phone the front receptionist even came back to tell me a few times my family was calling to make sure i was okay… Thanks FPA i really appreciate you guys

Environment: Depressing interior. Dark & old building. They dont enforce common courtesy.. in the waiting room(s) there was always someone playing loud music/tiktoks on their phone. The tvs were very loud as well. Plastic chairs. Not a comfortable space anywhere. The ultrasound rooms trashcan was overflowed with used gloves and disposable medical equipment. Ew.Staff: I met a couple nice people. But I didnt feel a bit of compassion. The lady in the lab was probably the nicest. One of the Medical Assistants had Airpods in her ear as she was assisting me. I was like theres no way this is happening right now. All in all, I dont think I had a decent level of care.Wait: The wait wasnt too bad for how many patients they had. But it felt uncomfortable to wait for reasons stated.Conclusion: if you have a choice, go somewhere else. Compassion and professionalism arent there.** IM 99% SURE the many 5 star reviews are fake. They are repetitive & the reviewers dont have any past reviews. 🚩 **

Absolutely fantastic first time experience. Came as a walk in and was seen well before I expected. Nurse was great and answered all of my questions. Front office was professional and efficient, back office was exceptional. Blood draw was super easy (I hate needles). Highly recommend this place!!

After having an awful experience at Planned Parenthood: Family First, I went to FPA. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and listened to me and my needs as a patient. I’d recommend them to any woman needing care.

My first time here I was nervous. The staff are all kind and the place is clean, even the bathroom. Yesenia was the nurse to help me and she made me feel more relaxed as I talked to her. She is the best. Thanks for the talk Yesenia, I truly appreciate it.

If you’re looking into this place, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the NEGATIVE REVIEWS. and TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE POSITIVE REVIEWERS.I am absolutely certain that the reviews on this page are fraudulent. I wish my partner and I had looked into this sooner, but we were unfortunately too trusting of online reviews. We had an appointment at 11:00AM and she was not brought back for her procedure until 2:00PM. After that, she described the process in the back as extremely disorganized. She was not informed of any step of the process, and was just left waiting in the open amongst many other scared and anxious women. She said the back room was just open and she could hear all of the conversations between the patients and their providers without any modicum of privacy. I’m certain this violates HIPAA and will be reporting this after I post this review. She said her “care coordinator” was cold and patronizing. She said in the middle they just “lost her paperwork” and she was just sitting there waiting without any information. This is absolutely NOT acceptable and NOT the environment that you need to be in when you’re dealing with women’s health issues. The FPA website also advertises several options for sedation/pain medication during procedures. My partner even called and asked if this would be the case and the person on the phone assured her it would. None of this was actually offered during the actual procedure, and nobody actually knows what they’re talking about. If you’re looking into this place, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the NEGATIVE REVIEWS. and TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE POSITIVE REVIEWERS. Each one of them only has one or two other reviews. I am CERTAIN they are just bots/random accounts created by this horrid company taking advantage of countless women. If you work in this establishment, I hope you feel awful about yourself. I hope you read this, and you change something. This is unacceptable. Be better. This was a learning lesson. They wanted us to come back in two weeks and rest assured we will never be returning to this god forsaken establishment ever again.

Amazing and quick customer service. In this clinic your well being is priority! All you questions are answered happily and the entire staff is very kind, welcoming, and caring. Keep up the fantastic works ladies!

They are always super friendly and lets say if you get late theyll try their best to pitch you in only if they have availability. I recommend everyone to leave wherever theyre going and start having check ups over here. Theyre also really good at giving advice on medications. For a first timer this is the best place. They really take their time in explaining everything. It might take a while sometimes from check in to check out because it’s the only FPA in Fresno. But other than that the result is satisfactory.

I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint me! Very fast never had to wait no more than 30 mins and the staff is very friendly and they help you with whatever it is you’re here for! Flor is such a friendly medical assistant and she helped me with everything and all my needs! Definitely recommend this place for women!

GREAT PLACE! I was worried about going to another doctor being judge and looked down upon due to my previous visits with male and female doctors. But as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed, the receptionist were very polite and welcoming. As soon as I got called to the back and sat down I was of course nervous I was asked questions that I felt scared to answer, but I didn’t have to worry all the lady’s in the office even the main doctor was so polite and helpful in answering all my questions even when I double asked questions she made sure to always answer. I didn’t have a long waiting period I was in and out of there before I knew it:) I would highly recommend this place to any woman that needs to be go here:)

My wait was minimal and the staff made me feel safe, heard and respected. I didn’t feel judged, and everyone was friendly. Everything was clean and I didn’t feel grossed out.

I had an extremely traumatizing experience here. I guess my bmi was too high for their anesthesia so I opted do go without. I didn’t realize what I was in for. This was for the vacuum suction. I didn’t even know exactly what kind of surgery I was getting. I just knew they’d be taking the baby out. So much time had passed since my missed miscarriage had been confirmed that I felt so guilty keeping the baby in my stomach any longer. We’re all shoved like cattle into a small room. Then go into the restroom to change. The restroom has 2 doors. I locked one , honestly didn’t realize there was a second door because I was so heartbroken at the fact I was there. My baby didn’t have a heartbeat and was without heartbeat in my tummy for 4 weeks.. It broke my heart going there. As I was undressing , a nurse and another girl walk in. Completely embarrassing. After removing the “fetus” the doctor walked out didn’t say a word. The nurse was sweet. It was a young girl. She was there for me when my child’s father wasn’t allowed in the procedure room with me. I will forever appreciate that. BUT both the doctor and nurse walked out so I could get dressed , as I sit myself up I catch something out of the corner of my eye. It’s all the fluids and pieces of my baby in a jar. I turn to face the other wall hystericaly crying and as the nurse walks in she covers the jar with my baby in it and removes it from my view. I was already so traumatized from feeling my baby being literally ripped out of me. I felt my insides being torn out. I could take that. I couldn’t take seeing my baby in that jar. And they didn’t have the compassion or completely forgot to remove the jar out of sight.

Cynthia was the one to help me, shes very nice and she made me feel very comfortable.

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and every experience was a great experience for me. They make each patient feel as comfortable as possible. Their quick with their work and Honestly I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

My experience here was amazing , all the nurses were extremely nice. Monique the one who handled my paperwork and talked with me about what I was wanting to do , was the best one yet, very caring and supportive and made me feel comfortable.

Was recommended to this facility by another facility....lets just say I wont be returning to the other facility!! FPA head awesome ! From the workers to their set up. Just an awesome experience

I don’t normally bother with google reviews but I feel compelled to share the positive experience I had at FPA. Cynthia, Carolyn and all the staff who helped me today were so kind and accommodating in an uncomfortable situation. I was in and out in about an hour, and they explained everything thoroughly. I will be recommending this place to anyone looking for family planning services.

Everyone there was seriously SO unbelievably kind and welcoming, not once was i made to feel uncomfortable. Will 10000% recommend this place to anyone who asks.

My provider went over paperwork with me and got everything in order, they made me feel really comfortable until the appointment was over, definitely recommend this place to all the ladies seeking a doctors visit. Had my IUD placed with them and removed with them .. appointment was made easily when called and didn’t have to wait weeks to be seen . When I arrived my wait time to be seen was not long at all . Everyone was so nice and helpful when asked questions . Rooms and restrooms were clean . I always recommend this place to my girlfriends and family members .

I needed an appointment ASAP since my doctor was booked, and this place had availability right away. It was so easy to make an appointment online. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, especially Yesenia. I highly recommend this place to women or men in need of birth control, family planning or other health services.

The staff was very friendly, I was a little nervous seeing as this was my first time coming to this clinic but the supervisor Monique made me feel very comfortable. She spoke to me like a friend, and I can confidently say I would recommend this clinic.

First I made an appointment which the Fresno location canceled the day of TWICE and then they sent me to the Bakersfield clinic instead. They made me pay twice and it’s been 4 months since and I still haven’t received my refund that I was promised. When I call, they say they’ll return my call and they don’t. I went to this “doctor’s office” in an incredibly difficult time of need and this is how they treat their patients? Once they finally got back to me, they said I would only receive a partial refund because they did blood work and that’s how it was paid for. At the appointment, I said I didn’t want the blood test but they said I had to do it anyways and did not say there was an extra charge. Not only did they extort money from me for blood work which I told them I didn’t need, I just received an apparent over due bill from Quest Diagnostics for the same blood work. I am livid. This was the absolute worst medical experience I have ever had. I would not reccomend this office to my worst enemy.

Waiting time is ridiculous. From my appt. time to getting checked out took aprox. 5 hours. Staff was really nice and provided all the information I needed. The environment was very welcoming and I felt safe and comfortable. Besides the waiting time, FPA is a highly reccommended clinic.

There really is no use to make an appt. You wait in the waiting room like everyone else walking in from the streets. They seem to only be equipped to handle 1 patient at a time. I spent about 4 hours in total in an appointment. I would not recommend this place! Yes you get the services but if your time is precious, not a place to go. The nurses are not very bright. The only person I found to be helpful is the nurse that manages the receptions desk. My husband and son were waiting in the car since kids are not allowed. Our battery died. We had jumper cables and asked a hispanic nurse in the front if she wouldnt mind to please help us? She looked confused and said, ugh I dunno. A lady waiting for her friend offered help kindly. Just my initial thoughts with the visit here. Everyone seem very rude and unclassy. Glad to have just got my services over with. Oh and its hobo land close by the building. 😉

Yes, some of the process can take quite some time, but all of the staff was very considerate and friendly. For me, always going into a new medical office overwhelming, but the girls made me very comfortable. The doctor was very kind as well.

The name Womens Health is misleading because the physician wont treat you for what you tell them you need. All abortion clinics work this way, they allow women to leave untreated for vaginal concerns other than abortion.

Im very happy with how nice everyone was here. They helped everyone in a quick and careful way. Thank you to everyone who helped me when I couldnt talk. They helped by giving me paper to communicate. I cant thank everyone enough for making me feel less nervous.

I’ve been there last week and the service is amazing! They have woman doctors so I felt very comfortable and they make sure their patients are well but ,despite the sorta long waiting time, I would definitely recommend coming here!! :))

Doctor was super attentive and accommodating. I went in for one thing and she took care of multiple things at once to ensure a thorough exam. Was very comfortable and very pleased.

I currently have no insurance and was afraid of refilling my birth control and having to pay close to 1000 dollars for it. Womens FPA was completely helpful in getting me approved for temporary medical so I may receive birth control once again for an entire year! The staff were very polite and sweet and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my entire visit.

The the girls in the office were so helpful and kind, even though I was given the wrong info, they still made sure I was able to be seen and helped. I am so grateful for the entire office!

This place takes forever. Ive been here for 4 hrs for medication and Im still currently waiting to see the Dr. There have been 3 other women to come after me and leave before me. I informed the staff that Im already 2 hrs late for work and theres still no sense of urgency. They also asked for my insurance over the phone while making an appointment so they could verify it to avoid paperwork. I provided them with all of my info and when I got here there was a note in their system stating I would call back with my insurance information. Really?? So then the staff couldnt verify it on her own so I had to call and get her connected to a representative so she could verify it. Im pissed, 2 hrs and counting late for work, and probably fired thanks to this place. Dont come here for services unless you can afford to wait 4 hrs plus for a simple appointment.

I want to thank Monique. She is the one that helped me on both times I have came In and has been nothing but sweet and make sure I understand what Im reading and signing. 10/10 recommend. Thank you

Everyone was so thoughtful and helpful they take the time to explain with detail and they answer all your questions and they don’t even get Annoyed if you ask so many questions you always see the ladies smiling ☺️

Came to fpa today to have my nexplanon birth control removed the wait time was very reasonable and timely, everybody had a warm welcome the lab tech Jolene is very professional and kind and the cc flor who helped me was super helpful and thorough this is definitely a great place to come to for women’s services.

This place was horrible to work at. 8hr shift with 16 hrs of work and you’re not allowed to leave til your done. the manger is unprofessional & unwilling to help. they’re short staffed and don’t give your breaks on time or lunch. don’t apply, don’t waste your time

Amazing place the only reason I knocked off a star was due to the provider being rude when I told her my hepatologist stated it was okay for me to take mifipristone other than that the front desk and medical assistants were all super friendly I will always come here if I need to continue your work that helps so many 😊

Bad experience. Took me in then put me out. No card no prescription, nothing. Rude .Cussing in room on phone with co workers. I felt uncomfortable . They act like I was not there! Will not be coming back. Wouldnt advise any of there services . Didnt feel safe!

I had the best experience here then I have ever had. Staff was nice, kind,polite and their was a relaxing atmosphere they were very welcoming I would recommend for anyone come here if you have a chance to make a choice between this place and another please give this one on your first first try trust me you will not regret it.🙂

The first time was fine-ish but the second time was disgusting. They put me in a room and told me to get ready for the exam. That room hadnt been cleaned of another womans bloody exam stuff. Not OK !

I’d recommend this clinic to anyone who’s just trying to be safe and protected with there partners. I really love how comforting and welcome FPA Woman’s health makes you feel and everyone there has just been so nice and helpful to me. 10/10

This place is a big discrimination because I have calviva med-iCal. I was there in April and I had a cyst...At that time they say I can schedule to check my cyst in a couple of months to see if it is still there. I went back in last week and they refused to do an ultrasound because they say my insurance probably won’t cover. The way how they handle things are so unprofessional. I will be reporting them!

My friend went here for gynecology and they don’t do that at the facility.

I was incredibly nervous for my appointment but the staff at FPA Women’s Health made my experience a heck of a lot better. Everyone was so nice and caring.

I came here in 2020 in February to have an abortion. They didnt get everything out I ended up getting very sick and going into septic shock 2 days later and hospitalized for days. The visit was okay and the waiting was okay but definitely changed my mind on things.

It was a very quick appointment which I liked. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are people outside advocating against abortions and they were recording us and starting problems with us even though we weren’t even there for an abortion.

Best service, very approachable and friendly. Love the staff from MAs to RN and Doctor.

I VISITED THE OFFICE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE STAFF THERE WAS AMAZING! THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK FLOR WAS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL AND THE NP AUDREE WAS SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY AND COMFORTING.

PREDATORY TOWING is taking place at this business. They are in on it and will tow your vehicle immediately when you arrive. My daughter came back in less than 15 minutes to place her parking pass and her vehicle was gone. This is no way to treat the vulnerable young women of our community. SHAME ON YOU FPA!

If you want to wait 3-5 hours every appointment, then this is the perfect place for you. If you want to be turned away and be told that you cant be helped, then youll love it here.

Do NOT GO HERE!! They are very unorganized, they have incredibly long wait times. They do not seem to know what they are doing and wasted my time twice in the span of 2 weeks. If you want to be treated like a human being go anywhere else but here.

Just Called to make an appointment and when I told the lady who answered what kind of screening I was needing she started laughing!! Not once but 2ce!! I’m livid and so much for getting checked! I was already nervous as it was , and For sure now I’m humiliated!!

Unprofessional, was helping a friend a she got hung up on because she wasn’t making her decision fast enough apparently.

I went here and it’s poor service. The employees are nice but i’ve been trying to get my implant taken out for a MONTH now and i finally went today and the doctor gave up because he couldn’t get it out and told me come back in two weeks..That is very unprofessional for me and a waste of my time because those doctors are supposed to be trained to take the Nexplanaon out. Very unsatisfied and disappointed in the service here.

The nurse practitioner who gave my pelvic was so rough she made me bleed. Im in my 30s and Ive never bled after a pelvic. She had blonde hair, in her 50s, and a rough demeanor. She kinda reminded me of trailer park grandma. She didnt even tell the other nurse that she had already given me my medication. The other nurse, who was Hispanic gave me a look like this blonde lady does stuff like this all the time and she was getting tired of it. But the HIspanic nurse was nice. I observed the blonde nurse for a few moments from a crack in the door before Ieft. I noticed that she seemed to get a rush out of bossing her co-workers around. Her co-workers had this look on their face as if they wondered if they should keep tolerating her or tell trailer park grandma that she should stope confusing kindness for weakness before they make her trip over a waste paper basket. Also, my cycle was having strange things happen with it. I wrote it on my paper, on all my papers, and trailer grandma had it in her hand. But she wouldnt address the issue of my cycle and when I tried to bring it up she cut my off and changed the subject, and then gave me a stiff fake smile and left the room. Only to return to give me a pelvic that would make me bleed. I was a humiliating experience and I felt kinda like garbage when I left. It kinda makes he feel like planned parenthood must think were trash to hire people like this.

Very friendly staff made me feel very welcome and just loved that I don’t feel like I was being judged by anyone there , they made my experience 1000x better then what I had expected

Sad to say but worst place I’ve ever been to ! Left feeling extremely depressed after the nurses that were on the sidelines while I got surgical procedure done treated me like I was less then nothing . They didn’t answer any of my questions before the procedure and while it was going on I was in a lot of pain and they just looked at each other and exchanged smirkish glances when i asked if I could please hold their hand it was hurting a lot . Just plain mean 😞 if I could put less then a star I would . Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

The wait here is ridiculously long even when you have an appointment. It does not make sense. Every time I am seen here I have to wait close to an hr. What’s the point of an appointment when you have to wait this long.
