The ladies in the front are VERY RUDE! I had an appointment at 945am! Im still waiting its been almost an hour! Theres nobody literally in the lobby waiting, I went to ask her how much longer it should take, and she said go have a seat Ill check on that, and she never did! These ladies are rude, dont smile, they have major attitudes! I come to this location because its closer to my house, but Im thinking Ill drive all the way across town and get the help I need for now on!

I came in as a walk in for a UTI and was seen within a half hour. The staff were all nice and respectful. They even carried the uti medicine at this location which made things easier. The lobby is nice and clean.

Very clean and the staff was extremely patient and kind. Answered all of my questions and supportive. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs medical assistance - nicer than official doctor offices I’ve been to.

Wait times are insane. Even with an appointment my daughter didnt get called back for 2 hours.

Great care. My general practitioner is a doctor there and she has navigated me through Diabetes, Asthma, and Kidney/UTI issues that have plagued me my whole life. Ive received excellent care and service from the entire staff and encourage everyone (but especially those with lower incomes) to consider them for your medical needs!! They are so much more than *just* reproductive care...my general health is now well managed thanks to them. Im 52 and have struggled with health issues all my life, but since using them for my healthcare provider, for the first time I feel my health issues are controlled and on track to improving.100/10 Recommend

Love it, went to take my birth control out and it was pretty fast. My appointment was at 3 and was out by 3:30. Only problem was when I brought my symptoms up to the nurse on why I was taking it out and what was making me uncomfortable she replied with “well that’s one of the symptoms” with an ugly face and then I mention other symptoms and she goes on to say “did you read any of it?” With attitude. I was just there all happy explaining to her just to be talked back with attitude. Do appreciate what you do though! Didn’t mean to come off rude.

I was sent to this location because this was the only location available for my medical needs as far as getting a quick appointment. They referred me to get an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech told me that my doctor should get back to me in 3 days. Its been a month and I havent heard anything yet. I got my results online and had to look up medical terminologies myself. I called them and someone said theyll get back to me in 24 hours. Its been another week and no response. Advice: be responsible for your own health eat right and take care of yourself or youll have to deal with this kind of service.

This place offers a safe haven to anyone with emergencies or seeking help or even a device with Planned Parenthood. They offer screenings, checkups, exams, and they also provide many ways of assistance to people in need.It is an inconvenient location and they have great hours of operation. Be sure to always call ahead and make an appointment or cancel appointment. They do accept donations and they will ask every time if you are able to donate to keep their doors open.

As a Transgender individual, there is no better clinic to go to than Planned Parenthood where you get the proper medical care you need, when most medical facilities do not know how to care for Transgender patients.I want to encourage other Trans individuals to seek their primary care here, or find a Doctor who works closely with Trans patients/is a Trans doctor themself.So far my service and transition to this PP office has been good, Ill keep yall posted if anything changes.Thank you, Planned Parenthood FamilyFirst! 💜💗🌈 💉

Don’t go here. They don’t listen to what you need as a patient.I won’t be back if Eugene the PA is still working there. Please don’t say “I understand” or “I hear you” when you clearly do not hear or understand me. It’s degrading and unhelpful.

Ive been going to PP since I was 16 and theyve always treated me with the utmost respect. The nurses are all very nice & make you feel at ease. Yes, you may have to wait a bit before your appointment, but for FREE services this place is great.

I showed up as a walk in knowing what I was getting myself into as far as waiting- that’s not my issue. But when the front desk rep told me “ I’ll be with you in just a minute” just so she can gossip with her coworker about a new coworker, that’s unacceptable and very unprofessional! Never will I return to this location, I did it as a last option and wasted my time.

Best planned parenthood to go to for HRT in Fresno in my experience! Very friendly and professional staff with good insight about HRT that are willing to teach you more about it. Eugene the best!

Mean. They try to gaslight you so they dont have take responsibility for poor health service. The manager Christina Ponce even tries to blame the patient for her wrongs. First, I went in for UTI infection. I was in so much pain I could barely sit. The NP (nurse practitioner) said nothing was found. I kept telling her I was in pain and the my pelvis was on fire. Finally after raising my voice like a litigation lawyer, holding my side as if I it was going explode from pain, and leaning over in my chair because I couldnt sit anymore, finally did the NP give me any antibiotics. She then told me that if I needed anymore then to just come back. Well, the antibiotics didnt do everything and I could still feel the infection. But when I came back the front desk told me I had to wait till there was a cancellation and that it would be about a couple of hours. What?? I explained that the NP told me that I could just come back and that I was never informed Id have to wait. The front desk responded with, Well Im sorry you misunderstood. But youll have to wait.... I then had to AGAIN raise my voice like a court room attorney and tell her that I DID NOT MISUNDERSTAND ANYTHING and that the fault lies with NP who failed to inform me that Id have to wait and that it was the NPs for not informing me to make another appointment should the meds not work. The front desk then said, Well Im sorry if you feel that way... I then told her this was not about feelings and told her that she was trying to deflect the issue so as not to take blame. The front desk then asked if I wanted to talk to the manager and I agreed. I sat across manager Christine Ponce. She told me that they no longer had my previous antibiotic. She then said shed have a different one prescribed. As Ponce walked me out of he office and towards the exit, I turned and asked, What is the name of this medication? She then snidely said, I dont know. I told you we didnt have your other medication. I responded saying, You didnt tell me the name of this. Ponce then turned around and repeated herself , looked over her shoulder, rolled her eyes and walked away. Seriously! These people care little to nothing about patients health. They have a power trip and love putting the blame on patients for their faults. None of these people should be in health care. Enter at your own risk.

I question some of the low feedback AND the reasons they have left it. I have taken my children, who are now adults to PP since 1998. Yes, there are times you have to wait. Sometimes it can be awhile. You can always pay cash and go to whoever will see you on the drop of a dime- good luck with that! Nonetheless...we have always received good treatment.

They hung up on me near the end of me setting up an appointment. The girl seemed pretty dumb. When I called back, I fortunately got a different girl who was much better. She told me the other girl didnt end up saving my appointment at all, so I had to re-tell all my information and stuff.

Not the greatest. I am pregnant with my first child and they did not tell me anything on how the nexts few months well be. I had to ask questions every time. The only reason I stayed was for PA melissa. The front office was rude, and everytime I asked about specialist report or labs they did not know how to check EHR. They were suppose to send me out to my specialist and referrals was never faxed over.

I feel like just a number and not a person.Their med list is like they put all meds from them and from past doctors records on one list. Yet from last last month seeing them and yesterday its like they dont know what ones they give me in general and still if you told them what you are taking and not taking in the each last appts like they dont remove anything off the list.Im not from fresno, I lived here for 4 years and its like most of Fresno doctors act like they dont know what theyre doing.

Dehumanizing. Ive been coming here for 5 yrs. All the nurse practioners look down on you. They always treat you with suspicion as if youre trying to hustle unneeded medical treatment. As if were here to get over on the system. They also lie and say theyll be right back to answer questions then they never return and youre sitting there staring at a medical assistant who lacks the education to properly address youre question. I also get the feeling they may be racist. Anyone who has experienced racism will know the signs: the condescending tone, the tense facial expression, the sneer in the mouth as they speak to you, the look of shock and offense when you ask questions or wants their answers clarified and explained, they you answer back in a louder voice so as to intimidate you into silence because they feel youre getting out of line. All of the nurse practioners here behave like this and all of them are Caucasian. Their manner and behavior communicate that they think youre lower than them and should be oh so grateful youre given treatment as opposed to being left to suffer like those in Third World countries. Its not our fault that the U.S. is the only industrialuzed Western nation. without free basic medical care. And its not our fault we were born female with in need of reproductive health care. Rather then seeing us as women and their equals these nurse practioners see us as the low level and inferior. I do have an education and when Ive actually tried to ask questions from a well informed perspective the nurse practitioners look at me as if Im getting out of line. Its as if they are entirely invested in their status and feel threatened that youre not an ignorant woman. Each visit here is demeaning.

Dr Garson was really nice doctor

Its not the fastest in and out experience. But worth the wait in the long run. The girls work there but off to help every person in need. Its just not birth control its family practice.

This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I made an appointment a week ago to get my depo shot, drove 45 minutes to my appointment, was 5 minutes late due to an accident and theyRefused to see me since I was 5 minutes late.

The front desk team is super nice and welcoming and the rest of the staff is professional and respectful. Great service all around!

Its a good environment and there really nice .. But I think the wait is too long . Even when you have an appointment you still have to wait For like 2 hours

The staff are nice, the doctors are helpful, and compared to the downtown location the wait time is not that bad.

I made an appointment at 9:40 am and they finally called me in at 11 am. It took them over an hour to finally call me in.Why make an appointment....
