My husband and I were finally able to conceive a baby on 2/2023 after going with Dr. Steinleitner for treatment. It took just two cycles. We had been trying for a baby with no luck since 2015 and thanks to his help and knowledge, our baby boy was born. We will forever be grateful and will go back to try for a girl ❤️

Dr. Steinleitner (aka Dr. S), I just couldn’t wait any longer to say THANK YOU. Years ago, I came to you… I had just finished earning my PhD, and while I was tired, I was still interested in freezing my eggs. I was so nervous and awkward, but you leveled with me, made me feel normal and accepted. I thought I had to rush, but you calmed me and told me to come back in a few years if I still hadn’t met a partner and wanted to move forward with freezing my eggs. That’s exactly what I did. In 2020, I came to you, and we harvested 24 eggs at once!!! You became a legend among my friends and family. it was magical to know that I didn’t have to rush. Two years later, I met my soon to be husband. And now, as of yesterday, my fiancé and I started the embryo process with you. You’ve been amazing to me and Paul!! And you’ve never judged me for wanting to use a gestational carrier with our own embryos. Even when I was a little girl, playing with Barbies, my Barbie never carried her own pregnancy… I would always play with the second Barbie who was the gestational carrier (even though I was a kid, I always knew what I wanted). You have never questioned me. In fact, you have supported me in my choices and found a way to make this process affordable. Western medicine can be so unsettling… so judgmental … & even inefficient, but Dr. S., you treat me like a person… Even better than that, you treat me like someone you know and care about as does Barbara and your team. I have learned a lot in this journey, and all of it has been positive. If you want to work with people who treat you like a person, if you are tired of stale medical practices that treat you like a number, if you want to be heard, seen and brought to success, then this would be the right place for you. Please don’t let the negativity of another practice stop you from realizing your dreams. Dr. S and his team are people helping people, and they believe in you and your passion for a family. 6 years of unexplained infertility. IVF is an emotional roller-coaster, but Fresno fertility Center employees are our second family. Im not saying everything was easy, but the staff definitely did their best. Dr. Alex Steinleitner took care of me. Unfortunately my body has a mind of its own and would ovulate too soon x2, but Dr. Steinleitner knew just what to do and made changes to my treatment plan. Staff came in on weekends to complete US and Im forever grateful that they cared enough to help grow our family. We have a beautiful 9.5 month old and are in the process of working toward FET #2. Were truly grateful for their kindness. Everyone played a part and its appreciated.

I had an IVF procedure done here in 2017. I had never been through fertility treatment before and was told this was the best option. Through the whole process I felt like a number, like I was just one of many patients they were running through the same protocol. When my follicles grew faster than anticipated, we had to rush to the retrieval stage and all of my eggs were “post mature”. Additionally, I was only given Tylenol with codeine and Valium for pain during the retrieval process. I was awake for the entire thing. I’m not sure if they still do this but at the time the office ordered meds from overseas because they are cheaper, but this is very illegal. Again…we didn’t know any better because we hadn’t been through fertility treatment before. We left the practice immediately after this cycle and sought (and found) better care. I have never and will never recommend this office to anyone seeking treatment.

The Fresno and San Luis Obispo staff were always great to us. Always answered every question. I will never forget that after ordering my meds and because of UPS it was late and I would have to miss it, I called the on call person who contacted Dr steinleitner. While on vacation, he contacted me, calmed me down because I was nervouse about missing my meds and ordered me meds from a close pharmacy that I needed just for that day! Yes, IVF is never guaranteed and our bodies can react differently but Thank God I am now almost 7 months pregnant with my baby girl! We will forever be grateful to the Kind staff and doctor for their patience and understanding during these times. We will defenitly be coming back to them again.Update 06/16/23 my beautiful daughter Madison is now one! I will forever be grateful to this office for making my experience easy with IVF being so stressful already! I highly recommend this office to anyone I know is struggling and is thinking of IVF.

Dr. Steinleitner has many mixed reviews. I was reluctant to use his practice of but from the first phone call to last visit was the best. Even if I did not become pregnant I would honestly would be writing the same review. He was always direct and upfront. I only produced 5 eggs, he called me and said (us together) need to make a decision to move forward or start over. He wasn’t pushy or rude. We talked over it all. Of course I was happy that I continued. We transferred 3 embryos and happily one took. His staff at Fresno office and San Luis Obispo office were always pleasant and answered all my million and I’m sure annoying questions. Dr did the very best at his end , I did the very best on my end. Not everyone has the prefect outcome. Drs arnt GOD. Thank you Dr Steinleitner and your Staff.

Dr. Steinleitner and the majority of his staff are very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job trying to get to the root of our fertility issue and made sure to address every aspect that might affect our fertility, however, once we got far enough into the process to pay (out of pocket) for IVF we were handed over to Barbara. Barbara handles the finance side of things and takes payments after you are given an invoice that is itemized out by a different lady so you know just how much you will owe. Barbara took things into her own hands and decided that she would increase the fees for us because she felt like it. I was not late with a payment and my treatment had not changed. When I confronted her about it, she capitalized her words in her messages as if she were yelling at me and simply repeated the same things over and over. I have proof that I was never late, proof of the invoice I was given, and proof of our conversation. This was completely unethical and unprofessional. I chose to ask for a refund after feeling completely exploited for my situation. Knowing that someone desperately wants a baby and will try anything for just that does not give anyone the right to exploit them for it. Be very careful about choosing something because it costs less (in the end it didn’t) than other clinics.Also, with the refund, there just so happened to be a new fee (not itemized on the invoice) added into it. So I did not get the amount I paid back. I’ve also already paid for mediations, so knowing I can’t return those, I did not take this decision lightly.- an extremely unsatisfied and frustrated patient who just wants a baby and not to be swindled. Thanks.

After almost two years of heartbreak with infertility, I was given one telephone consultation in which the physician continuously pointed out my BMI and said he wouldn’t treat me until I lost 100 pounds. He diagnosed me with PCOS, and prescribed two medications, and basically said “lose weight, see ya then”. While I can respect him wanting me to lose weight so he can keep his success rates high, I felt he was very disrespectful and it definitely didn’t make getting heartbreaking news any better. I later find out he didn’t set up my medications with refills, and the multiple phone calls and messages to both the physician and the PA AND a fax from the pharmacy requesting refill, every single one went ignored. I haven’t gotten any closer to achieving my dream of having a family, and I am left feeling mistrustful and hopeless for the future. I will absolutely be paying more to go somewhere else to receive respectful treatment with doctors who will at least respond to a message for needed meds.

For 8 years we have had 5 miscarriages. Drs did tests to find what was wrong. Dr. Steinleitner was the only one to find something! Later was told by my regular doctors that the test he did They stopped doing 10 years ago. So I don’t know who is right or what, but we are now 5 months pregnant- longest I have been. And I really give him all the credit! He can be cocky and a bit direct, but in a way, he has the credentials to be!

I was a patient of Dr. Steinleitner years ago when he first opened his clinic in Fresno, CA. My experience was terrible. I will never recommend his services to anyone.

Dr. Steinleitner and his team are a true pleasure to work with. Very supportive + efficient with my best interest always top of mind.

6 years of infertility and with our 1st round of ivf we are expecting our Son in a week. Wouldnt of been able to of done it without Dr and his team.
