Cynthia Bergmann, MD

I have been a patient of Dr.Bergmann for over 12 years.She is the kindest, most caring physician l know.She is patient, with good bedside manners.She has excellent knowledge of not only gynecology, but also of other branches of medicine.Her staff is caring, kind, courteous and prompt.They always make me feel welcome.The phone is answered promptly, and concerns addressed in a timely manner.Wait time is usually around 10 minutes.The office is immaculate.I highly recommend Dr.Bergmann and give her 5 stars in all areas.

Called to check on results of my bone density test done in November,2018. It took 2 calls and the answer was “you had it done? We don’t have the results. Let me check on that”. After 3 working days,I had to call again for the result and another MA answered who, after checking on my file said they don’t have the result on file. She explained that she doesn’t have any control on what the other medical assistant did and that she will have to check on the result and call me back when she receives the result by fax.

Not with the money and not worthy of the concierge title!
