Quick and accommodating! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Gina and Judy accepted my walk in appointment with ease, definitely recommend if youre looking to get employment physicals/clearance.

I just left this office and was so happy with the experience. I am 12 weeks pregnant and have miscarried three times prior to this pregnancy in the past year. I have had a lot of anxiety whenever coming into offices for any kind of test. I was nervous walking into this office, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming as soon as I opened the door. Tre and Judy had excellent customer service while checking me in and while my paperwork was being processed, Tre was singing to himself in a very low voice. He probably thought the patients didn’t notice, But I definitely did. That little bit of happiness and passion coming from him while he worked was so calming and beautiful to hear in that moment. Gina then took me to the back for my blood draw and made me so comfortable. She Was friendly and kind and was very gentle with her blood draw. Thank you thank you thank you for a wonderful experience!

Gina, Judy and Tre were super helpful in my visit! I was able to make my two stop trip into one by finding out they had an additional service that I needed. Super friendly, quick and efficient!

I went last Saturday to Wellnessmart to get a physical and mask fit. I find the place very nice and comforting, and the great customer service by Gina, she went above and beyond with my needs, even though she was busy, took her time to explain everything. Definitely recommend this place.

Went in for a pre-employment physical, the staff was super nice and helpful from the get go. Judy and Trey worked efficiently, I didnt have to wait long at all, my last test was my hearing test and Annesia was really helpful. Would recommend!

Gina did so well! This is my second time coming to this location, this time I did a walk in, they took me right in! They have always walked me through the process, I let them know I get a little nervous with the poke and they are super patient and attentive throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend this place for medical needs!

I came here today, April 30, 2024 to get a booster for a new job.Since this was my first time here, I had to answer some health questions before being seen for the vaccination. That went as smoothly as possible, considering I didnt think to bring any of my medications, nor could I remember most of their names. But Aniecia was super helpful and was googling them for me, asking if these look familiar until we got them. Ive never had someone be as helpful as her.Celeste and Gina were also so sweet and helping me feel comfortable while they went through my medical history and medications to see about any interactions. Judy also came out to introduce herself as she knew she would be the one administering the booster, to also ease my mind.Like I said, these women are amazing in here. Other people came in and were seen quickly while I was either doing the 15 minutes afterwards to make sure of no interactions and filling out my information and seemed pleased with how quickly they were in and out.When it came time to have my booster, Judy asked if I wanted a countdown or surprise me. I told her that she could choose and git me talking about something to not notice it so much. She had a very gentle touch with the needle and I was impressed by not only her professionalism, but everyone in the office.I would gladly come back here if I need Amy of their services again.Oh! Not that this has to do with the office or especially nobody in here, but Google Maps tries to take you to the homes just west of the building. I reported it, so hopefully that gets fixed. Also the entrance is facing the courtyard when you pull up, so you wont see the office pulling up, just the address.

It was a great experience. Judy was professional and kind. She made the experience without any stress as she offered simple directions and an overview of what drawing blood could be used for. She did a great job I would definitely go back.

I had an excellent experience here! I was greeted with a warm welcome by Judy at the front desk and all tests and examinations went by smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Marie was also very friendly and assisted with any questions I had. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and received excellent customer service. Not to mention, Gina was also an excellent poker during blood drawing; I didn’t feel a thing!I highly recommend going here!

Celest was so nice friendly and fast she greeted me right away helped checked me in and took my blood I appreciate that she asked how I do with blood draws because my veins tend to give people trouble so I explained that too her and she wasnt phased at all and was just so professional the entire time you have a good one right here thank you again for all you do!

This is my second time utilizing WellnessMarts services for pre-employment reasons, and both times the service has been quick and prompt. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes both times, and the staff are so polite and helpful. I am impressed with WellnessMart and would definitely recommend them for anyone else who has pre-employment physicals or TB tests that they need to get done.

I went with my wife to accompany her because she’s a little hard of hearing. We were going to get her a TB test and the lady at the front desk was rude to me and my wife. I asked for her name because I wanted to file a complaint. The other workers had to give me her name because she wouldn’t tell me. Her name is Taylor. She was absurdly rude. I couldn’t even finish my sentence before I was asked if I was paying with card or cash. She didn’t even know what I was going to ask yet. I am never getting work done here.

The girls that work there are amazing. Did amazing work . I was seen Oct 18 @3:15 and was in and out . No rush . The girls came and did their job and sent me on my way . Thank you so much

My husband got a TB done on Friday and wasn’t told he had a time frame to return. It was told to him that he would be able to return any time of the day as long it was on Monday (72 hours) to be read. We went into get it redone ($25) and it was just to complicated their card machine was not reading my card nor would they take cash. To top it off they didn’t even offer to redo it with no charge for them not being specific on the return time. We ended up just going to another place that had no problem taking cash and gave better details on return time. But we are lost out on $47 with this place.

Ive been coming here for the past year for all my needs lately. Theyre accessible, friendly, and very informative. They offer EVERYTHING too at a reasonable price. Travel Vaccines, TBs, Livescans, CPR classes, Labs, Physicals, Drug Testing. All that good stuff! Thank you to the friendly ladies that work here for making me feel safe and explaining it all to me

I wish I could give WellnessMart and the employees more than 5 stars! I recently got my blood drawn with WellnessMart and both girls working were very kind (Victoria and I didn’t get the other girls name :/). It has always been tough to find my veins but that didn’t discourage them lol. They were very confident and made sure I was comfortable. They eventually got a vein in my hand (again, history with hard to find veins) and they were confident the whole time and making conversation with me throughout the process. I definitely recommend coming here for any vaccines, blood work, live scans, etc.

Always professional. The wait is minimal, and if there are clients waiting, they are efficient. Each staff member specializes in something so they divide and conquer. Livescan, TB tests, immunizations... they do a lot.

Fast in and out for a pre-employment physical. The LVNs are polite and awesome. Really appreciate thie facility for being inexpensive and prompt. Online appointments are exceptionally simple to make and they tellyou the cost up front for your visit. Just remember they only take card!

The convenience is unmatched. You’ll almost always find a next day appointment, sometimes even same day. I’ve done several lab draws here and it doesn’t get any easier than this.

First of all I was pleasantly surprised they were open on Sundays. I went in and had my TB test done promptly, the gal was super sweet and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Never really knew places like these existed but I was very very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff. Five stars!!

If I could give this place anything less than 1 star, that is what I would give because that is exactly what they deserve. I had the absolute worst experience coming here for my services. I was very poorly treated and made to feel like I was a burden instead of a welcoming customer. I was late for my appt and called customer service twice to make sure it was ok for me to still come in before they close @ 5pm. I was assured they would still see me as long as I was in the door by then. As soon as I walked in, instead of being greeted, I was told by a heavy set African-American lady “We’re Closed!” I apologized many times and explained my situation and also explained I called customer service and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. There were 3 ladies standing at the desk and none of them were helpful in any way to say the least. I expressed I was very dissatisfied with the entire situation of being turned away and the African American lady who would not give me her name said “No one here is able to draw your bloodwork and all my nurses have gone home. You arrive 3 minutes before 5 and expect to be taken care of? How inconsiderate is that. Don’t you know people have families they want to get home to? You can come back another time or tomorrow at 9 when we open.”She proceeded to ask me questions regarding what kind of work I did, as I was in scrubs, and although it was unrelated to the situation at hand, she continued making statements to make me feel like a terrible person for coming in a few minutes before they close. One of the other girls, Tita, butted in and offered to provide me the service I needed but told me it was going to be my responsibility to drop the vials off at fedex as they did not pick up any labs that late. Nonetheless I agreed, grabbed my paperwork, and she did my lab work. Still, during that time until the very end, the African American lady kept being very confrontational with me and kept up the uncomfortable and semi-hostile situation going. I asked for her name, I asked if she was the supervisor, I also asked if she was in charge, and I got no answer. I couldn’t believe the rudeness, the unprofessionalism, raising her voice at a customer, and showing her high disappointment in me for ruining the time they were supposed to leave work, at 5pm. Never in my life have I ever been treated this way, let alone at a medical facility. I work in healthcare myself and would never treat any of my patients in the same manner the African American lady treated me with. I would never make any of my patients feel lower than a human being for being late to an appointment. I’m disgusted by the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. I tried very hard to keep my emotions in tact while there but when I left, I called customer service. I spoke with Annie, who was very empathetic, and reassured me the situation would be handled and addressed. I had such a traumatic experience I couldn’t hold my tears back. I hope that no one ever has to experience the kind of treatment I received from this place. It is in no way an appropriate approach on how to handle a situation as such. I do truly hope they put their customers first and I hope this particular individual is not allowed to treat anyone that way again and should not be allowed to represent the company. It is clear that providing the best customer service possible is not on her agenda.

I went all over town trying to find a place that would do a physical exam on my 6 year old before this weekend. I called WELLNESSMART and they got me an appointment in 15 minutes. It was such a huge relief. Staff was extremely welcoming and they were great with my son.

Cheap prices but bad services!! Like, if youre not white- you aint getting the whole happy meal treatment. I purposely went in the second time to see if their attitude was gonna change but nope! Very unfriendly! They dont even greet you. Very unprofessional!
