I love Doctor Warren and all the nurses and NP. I rate it a 1 due to the office not having a phone number. I can never directly call the office for questions or concerns, I have to wait on the phone for a 1800 nunber to make changes or anything and thats 30 min plus waiting. I also really dislike the billing department I ALWAYS get voicemail and never a call back. Ive left voicemail for a call back and dont hear back in weeks, when they do call its like 7 am and I miss the call. I leave emails as well and nothing! Its disappointing that they never have appointments for emergencies you have to wait a month or more.

Medical assistant was very courteous, she explained everything to me, questions were answered. The office was neat and clean.The nurse was gentle and patient with me and explained everything she was doing during my exam. The exam was quick we discussed things moving forward.

Staff is very friendly and attentive to needs. Doctors are very helpful to my questions and concerns. Patient portal to access my information online could be improved, such as where if I needed to refill any prescriptions it would be convenient to make a request online after hours instead of calling the hotline in order to get through to the main office.

Friendly staff, & some doctor’s. One rude one!!! I felt like the doctor wasn’t listening or was more of an argument with her!!but they take too long to come into the room to see you! I been waiting over an hour past my appointment time. It’s very unfair I expect to be seen by my doctor at the time they set up my appointment!!

I love all the Drs. Nurses are wonderful. The only thing that needs work would be the authorization department. But overall service is great.

Ill start with the staff. Ive had a great experience with the front desk ladies, the nurses and doctors. All the doctors or nurse practitioners Ive had are very gentle especially for ob gyn specific check ups. As for the not so great experiences, Ive had to reschedule my visit for months now because it seems every time my appointment is coming up, theyve had to reschedule because of a scheduling conflict or the practitioner wont even be in the office. Thankfully the front desk found a spot for me that very day when this was happening for the 3rd or 4th time. Sometimes you have to wait for an hour to be seen...but thats not too different from other offices, maybe thats just the biz. Anyhow, Ive had an overall good experience with this office.

All the Staff was friendly and professional. My visit was with Dr. Jolana, she was great and she made my appointment a little less scary. Visiting the doctor always makes me anxious and it had been a while since my last pap smear (no woman likes paps ) so I appreciate everyone being so cool! Thank you Ladies!

I have been taking hormone replacement for twenty years, and I have never had so much trouble getting refills. Calling a 1-800 number that is not even at the office, waiting for days for a reply, then finding out I have to have another appointment with the doctor for a refill. This is two months after a yearly in office exam. In the mean time I have had to go without this medication. I will not be returning to this office for care.

Horrible place. I was called back rather quickly and told to wear the paper outfit and wait. While waiting I noticed the exposed pap smear tools, which is unsanitary and the first time I have ever seen them uncovered. I was worried I would have to argue to get clean tools but after freezing for over an hour while wearing nothing but paper I just left. Will never go back again. Clearly double booked the appointments and very unprofessional attitudes on top of that.

My experience at Omni family health was enjoyable. I felt very comfortable. I got the service that I needed and my questions were answered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Grant was amazing, friendly and professional. She took the time to hear my concerns, and was very supportive. I’ll definitely continue attending this clinic for my health services.

This was my first time at this establishment. Everyone was super kind and patient. The doctor I seen made me feel calm and welcomed. I will be making this doctors office my permanent doctors office :)

Since Dr. Mallard changed to OMNI is the horrible. Dr, Mallard is a very good Doctor, but is so hard to get an appointment, then they dont follow up on your requests, to call them you have to wait very long and the people that is at the calling center they are rude, I am still waiting for a ultrasound referral since two months ago. Definitely I am changing to a different OBGYN. Very poor customer service

Wish i could have an option for no star, worst place ever, i went to the clinic for my appointment for which I wait for over 2 months and I was waiting there for 2 hours and nobody told that doctor was at the clinic.When I asked for the doctor, lady sitting at the front desk her name was Maria she was like she doesnt know when doctor coming back from hospital, She wanted me reschedule for end of Dec since they did not have any appointment before that. I am 15 weeks pregnant and I waiting for this doctor from last 2 months, upon asking for any appointment sooner than Dec, she was like you can go and find another physician.She (MARIA) was hella rude, doesnt deserve to work in health care where you need a a lot of patience and kindness.

Please don’t go here I’m stuck without a ob snice Dr.mail Warren retired they did this very last minute to be specific when I was 36 weeks pregnant now I’m struggling trying to find another one. The only one that’s willing to take me need referral from here to see me I can’t get ahold of anyone the call system is horrible honestly they say there going to call you back and never do! I have to go in the hospital now just to be checked and I’m there for 7 hours, thinking of just going in office and see if can get a referral there so I can have a ob and not stuck at the hospital weekly just wishing I chose to go somewhere else…I’m stressed

Terrible service and would give 0 stars if possible. I saw Dr Mallard-Warren for my first pregnancy which was twins. They wouldnt even see my until I was about 12 weeks even though I was high risk. The office has very long wait times even with appointments and you can never get anyone on the phone. They even scheduled me for an appointment on a day they werent oopen.she wouldnt take me out of work even though I was on the verge of heart failure (made an excuse it was not normal to be out of work that early) so my regular primary care decided that wasnt right and took me out of work and out me on bed rest. I ended up with ttts and had to rush to San Francisco for an emergency surgery. First off she sent me to the wrong hospital which put a major delay on everything, then she didnt even notify them I was coming or send my paperwork and when they finally got ahold of her she didnt even know what kind of twins I was having and seemed completely clueless when it came to twins. Due to all of this it ended up majorly delaying my surgery process. After my surgery I could never even get ahold of the office for a follow up and ended up delivering at a different hospital and ended up delivering at 26+5 because there were complications after my ttts surgery that were not found due to lack of her medical care. Im halfway through my second pregnancy and Im so glad I chose a different obgyn this time around.

I waited an hour from my appointment time before I got to speak with a doctor. Once I did speak with her, I felt as though she wasnt taking my issues seriously and wasnt listening to my concerns with my feminine/ reproductive health. I will be looking for a new gynecologist immediately

Staff in the office are nice but the wait time with an appointment is insane. My appointment was at 3pm….they asked me take off my clothes and sit in paper towels for an hour now. Where’s the doctor? What’s the point of having an appointment at 3 if the doctor haven’t even popped in once in an hour. This isn’t the first time they did this as well.

I had an appt today (06/17/2022) at 10am. I got there at 9:45am and they checked me in. I got called in the back at around 10am. They did their usual vitals check which didn’t take long. I got undressed from the waist down and waited for doctor Mallard Warren to come in. I waited and waited and waited for a HOUR AND 30 MINUTES! No one came! I have never had to wait that long for a gynecologist to come in the room. I put my pants on and just left the room and office. When I left the room I saw Mallard Warren at a computer and she kind of side eyed me like she was surprised someone was back there. I honestly think they forgot I was back there. I will NEVER return to Mallard Warren again!!!! Very very very unprofessional. I would rate -5 stars if I could!!!!

I had been with doctor mallard-warren for a few years and did not have a problem until about a month or so before giving birth. The visits were just about her checking my stomach and asking about booking a C-section that I never wanted. Shed ask how big my previous children were and would never indicate if this one was bigger(or by how much). I have vbacd and wanted another vaginal delivery. Ill never be back after my experience with her. Always very short visits and not answering questions or indication of why a cesarean was recommended.

Beware new patients! This will be my first time ever leaving a negative review on anything and its going to be a very lengthy review but I must share my terrible experience. So please continue reading. At around 5 month I arrived to my appointment and waited 1 hour in the waiting room and 2 hours in the exam room!! A total of 3 hours there! My app was around 10 am and I ended up leaving at 1pm. While in the exam room they came to do their regular check up on me check blood pressure etc. I waited for 30min for them to do that. They left and another 30 min went by and they finally came back to check on my babys heart beat. I asked one of the nurses (sorry dont remember the names but she was the one with really long braided hair) if my blood work results came in so they can go over them with me. She said she will be right back with those for me to just wait in the room until she returned. Well I waited and waited and another whole hour went by! I finally walked out so upset I was on the verge of tears! Come to find out they had all went out for their lunch and forgot about me! Only one there was Dr Mallard Warren sitting at her computer. I should have never returned to this clinic but I was to far along and didnt want to go through the hassle of finding another place. Fast forward to tonight to my postpartum app I went through another terrible experience! And this time with my baby with me. I arrived to my app at 3:30pm and waited in the waiting room and there was 1 women ahead of me so I thought it wouldnt take so long this time. I was wrong. A women who came in after me and whose app was later than mine at 4pm was called in before me. I ended up waiting 1 hour there! Finally I was called in and the nurse there was confused as to why my chart was barely pulled up now when she said she clearly saw me sign in over an hour ago. Well 30min went by and I was still not seen by the doctor. My baby was getting fussy and I was not going to wait another 30min in there. So I got dressed and walked out but was stopped by Dr Mallard Warren. She told me she was just about to check on me and I told her sorry I have to go I have been waiting for far to long. She proceeds to tell me that she was told I had arrived to my app late. Which was not true and I told her I was on time. (I was never late to my appointments) She apologized for the misunderstanding and I told her is this how she treats her patients who do arrive a few min late, you make them wait 1 whole hour to be seen? She explains to me that their computers crash or are very slow at times. Which is why it takes a while to pull up patients information. But mind you at this point it was only me and 2 other women there, it was already 5pm. I still dont know why the doctor was told I had arrived late and I ended up being the last patient at that office. This place does not deserve to have their existing or new patients. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Im so glad my time with them is over and I wont be returning. I have wasted so much time here and it has been a stressful experience.

Been with them for 10 years The staff at Omnis health are always kind and respectful and care what’s going on with your health their doctors their really care and talk about the issue I’m having and make me feel comfortable..just want to say thank u ..

I have been at this location, twice. 1st time it was ok. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I was the last appointment. I figured they were short and rude because they had a long day. 2nd time, I am again, one of the last appointments (work purposes). The doctor comes in to see me and asks why I am there. I expressed my concerns and she said I wasnt saying anything ,that she could be of any help to me. She was very rude and short. She followed by saying I should be talking to my PCP. She also said I was fine and my symptoms didnt mean anything. I understand the we have doctors for different needs but she could have been more understanding and could have guide me to the right phone number to contact an Omni pcp. I guess more than anything it was how she was dismissive of my concern.

Shes a busy woman Ive been at her office for 6 years and maybe only seen her 4 times, but she did get to deliver one of my babies! Must I say she is amazing and what she does. I delivered an almost 10lb baby naturally and I didnt even tear! Even the nurses were applauding her. Yes shes said to be a little bossy but shes a boss! And has every right to be! The only con I have is at times the ladies at the front desk can be rude, and look like they hate their jobs! And I love the nurse practitioners! (Who I see mainly) they are all so sweet and know what they are doing!Wait time can be long as well...but its the price you pay for good service!

In short just go somewhere else for your prenatal care and save yourself the headache and hassle of dealing with this office.I dont even know where to start. Ive experienced nothing but long wait times, I often felt lost with my prenatal care, lack of communication and just everything in between. I wish I would not have waited so long to change dr., now Im stuck!!! I missed an appointment because I completely forgot and there was no reminder beforehand or follow up call after. Im due in a few weeks with no care because now they are booked and they do not know a thing else.

Literally did not see the doctor ONCE, went there for almost three years. Im four months into my pregnancy and still havent had an ultra sound i went in on a Friday and they literally rescheduled me to wait one more week to get an ultra sound. Honestly what does 5 days do? i work full time and cant miss work every time i need results or to get somethings done. i dont recommend this place the doctor is just trying to get a check to deliver a baby. luckily the staff is really nice but if you want a good pregnancy experience dont go here, you get a different nurse every single time.

Im new to Dr. Mallard-Warrens office and I initially had nothing but good experiences here. However, over the course of a month it all went down hill quickly. The staff is very friendly and they do their jobs well but Dr. Mallard-Warren is disorganized and makes it appear as if it is her staff that is to blame. I had a failed pregnancy and needed a D&C scheduled but she never put in the request to have it scheduled so I ended up having a full blown miscarriage days later. She then scheduled me for a follow up ultrasound but only scheduled me for the results but not the actual ultrasound. She was also supposed to prescribe a $.50 pill to help the miscarriage along but instead prescribed a $50 pill to be taken 3 times a day for 3 days and that was going to be $450! The ultrasound specialist she sent me to seemed alarmed by the whole situation and did not understand why she did not initially prescribe the easier and cheaper option of the $.50 pill. I do not feel safe being a patient here and will be going somewhere else.

Its virtually impossible to get ahold of this office. If you have a telehealth appointment, prepare to have 3 calls prior to get checked in and provide info pertaining to the reason for your visit (why cant this be done in 1 phone call???), and to wait AT LEAST an hour AFTER your appointment time just to speak with the doctor. Omni makes it difficult by not allowing you to contact the office ir doctor directly and the staff here and Dr. Mallard in particular make it that much worse by not seeming to care about the patients time. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if youre not going to call at the appointment time??? So disrespectful!

I love the staff but very frustrated and overall disappointed with the actual doctor: Mallard-Warren. I been going there for 16 yrs and seen her maybe a handful of times. My appointments with her constantly get switched and for the birth of 2 out my 3 children she made poor decision one in which could cost me my life. For my 3rd child I chose to go to a different OBGYN because I was not willing to take anymore chances. I like the rest of the staff but unfortunately Ill have to switch to another Dr who has more time for her patients.

Disclaimer: This is not a review of the actual office itself. Everyone in the office has been nothing but kind to me. This is more-or-less a review of Omnis corporate call center.In short, it sucks. They have no idea whats going on at the individual offices, and reps have been rude to me. Also as a rule, if you are on any form of government healthcare they schedule as many appointments as possible in 30 minutes time periods so that they can bill for more doctors visits.This means that as a graduate student who is already struggling to find time to balance work, school, and a required internship has to try to find time during the week to come in for a 30 minute appt which may mean missing an entire day of work. Fix it Omni.Again, to the ladies at the office: you are wonderful and this is not saying anything against you.

Receptionist looks grumpy. Assistant in back also looked grumpy. The doctor was nice. Appointments are never on time. Waited almost an hour before going to back room. Once in the room, waiting another 45 min. One medical assistant did smile at me but the one who assisted me not once. Medical assistant looked annoyed when doctor needed something. Looks like no one wants to be there except for doctor who seen me. They need to learn to smile. Dont understand why they schedule appts if they are never on time.

I never had an appointment. It was canceled and no one informed me. Main offices dont communicate with main number you have to call

Every time I call it’s always an issue and major attitude from the women at the desk. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr Hernandez is so kind but not the ladies at the front desk.

I hate this facility! I went in & the lady who was checking my temp gave me an ear infection with the temperature thing, and then i waited a whole hour when i had an appt but when i got there they had me waiting outside for 10 mins before i could even go in then 10 more mins when i got in & then they told me i couldnt be seen because i wasnt there at my appt time when i was! they had me outside!! so i waited a hour after my appt time. then they sent my prescription to the wrong pick up location and they werent even ready for another week🙄! i tried calling them the whole week & had me on hold for 30 mins!! Doctor Mallard Warren is great but not the facility!

I love my Dr. She is very nice and kind. I know my Dr since 2010 ❤️ and the ladys that work there are also nice too. They are very friendly to everyone.❤️😘❣️

Seriously one of the longest waits, your appointment is never on schedule rather an hour later. Remind you never show up on time it will be a long wait and all you hear is the receptionist gossip about ther personal life outside of work, I guess it explains why they always look grumpy [RBF) Restrain from questioning because the eyeroll begins. Although he may not be a doctor but the nurse practitioner is very caring, respectful, and has done more than any other doctor

Horrible office. Horrible experience and will never return.... They scared me and told me my son had a chance of having down syndrome. Hes gonna be one now and hes a perfect baby boy. Shame on the nurses there. Thanks to Isabel, she said. Dont worry girl. Your baby will be fine. Theres nothing wrong. The nurses need to be replaced

I hate having to call this place because they either never answer, call back when you leave a call back number, nor can I get through to anyone to talk to. Oh but when they call you they expect you to answer and if you dont then they keep calling you several times in one hour until you finally pick up the phone or call them back to confirm an appointment. The number of times they call you for a screening, a prescreening, then to speak to the doctor is just annoying. One call, one call is all I need to speak to someone, and then they wouldnt even see me in person for my initial exam, instead it was over the phone, when the paper said it would be in person for a physical. I barely transferred for their care and already everything is going wrong. When they referred me to a specialist, they sent the wrong referral for a different part of the body specified so I am still stuck in pain because of their inadequate staff who cannot type the right information down and send it in an appropriate time. I had to keep calling to get things done right, its a long and painful process trying to get my body cared for by these people. I dont know what to do anymore because I just changed doctors because I heard it would be better, but its just been the same everywhere I go.

Gail Mallard Warren is Not a great Dr to go to. You will almost NEVER see her during your visits on top of that if you have a scheduled appointment dont expect to be seen at that time you Will be waiting for 1 1/2 PLUSS! IT is ridiculous they will cancel your appointments with out being notified. Its to much stress Expecally while I am pregnant ! Ever since they changed everything Its gone to hell the women up front dont even know what they are doing and they look like they hate there jobs completely

Worst place for health care. I went in for my appoint. Receptionist said, You dont have an appointment today. The doctor isnt here on afternoons. Even though she was the person who booked it. She went on to say that, It was a mischedule the doctor isnt here on afternoons. When you scheduled it said he would be here, but it was a mistake. He isnt here in the afternoons. What? Then a person who seeme like a Manager asked what happend. Another receptionst read the note and it said, 24, Accomodate patient to 8-11, Bianca The the Manager person said, The Call Center didnt give you a call?: I was like, no.The truth its not the Call Centers job. Its this offices job to call me. But they dropped the ball and didnt call me and were at fault for this whole mess. Then they tried to play it off like some mysterious Call Center was at fault. Ive talked to the Call Center and they said its not their job to call patients. That its the offices job. So bacily this place tried to escape responsibilty.Its a shame. The doctor is nice, polite, seems to care, and dare I say attractive. But because of this misschedule I will have to wait 3 MORE WEEKS for my appointment. Omni Family Health fit for Eastern Europe of 1993. Just lame and chaotic. My guess is that Omni just takes patients money and employes the least fit people for the job. and the patients end up suffering for it. Anyway, stay away from this place. If you come here youre pain and suffering will be drawn out until you are so demoralzied that you feel as low as medieval begger.

Aweful!!! Dr. Mallard has no empathy for her patients....I kept going back to her to figure out what was wrong with me after giving birth. It ended up being severe post partum depression and she said it was post partum preeclampsia!! After a month when she realized it was depression, she just sent me to her psychologist that is located in her office and was done with me. Worst experience ever for having my first child. I wanted more children but this experience scared me to where I never had another child again.Plus the office is dirty and has ripped up chairs for her patients. Should have seen this as a sign when I first walked into the office.Dont put your baby at risk seeing dr mallard...please find any other doctor..

Staff is friendly and the nurse practitioners are friendly as well however I never seen my doctor only once and I literally had to request and refuse to leave the office until I seen her, that was the only way I seen her and she didnt even deliver my baby. Her staff is great but for pregnancy care I would recommend another Dr!

She almost killed me and my baby. Gave me cervidil instead of pitocin so she could go home and get some sleep. The next day I had a placental abruption and she didn’t even know. When my baby came out with blood in his eyes nose mouth and ears she was afraid. You could see it on her face.

I was late to work and the medical notes were very vague so not appropriate work work. On top of that the service was extremely poor and I left crying and very dissatisfied and feeling like I did something wrong when I didn’t. -1,000/10

I have been going to Dr Mallard since my first baby 20 years ago. Until yesterday I finally had my last visit. Im pregnant with my 4th baby, and have many questions with this pregnancy. I had a scheduled apt to talk about my results which I was already given weeks ago? Waste of my time. But yesterday was enough to deal with. I was seen by the nurse. When you come to Dr Mallard you wont see her until you are about to give birth. The nurse couldnt give me any answers handed me a copy of my results and said Google it and write up questions for the specalist. I called the specialist and they stated the Dr should have went over my results. Im now switching drs. No one should ever leave your drs with questions unanswered or told to Google it. It was a ridiculous visit that left me more stressed.

Worst experience, waited to be scheduled for a surgical procedure more than eight months. Every time I call or inpatient admissions they are saying that your file is in the waiting list and after scheduling a date we will call you, but I never get back from them. Then I scheduled a surgery through another facility within two weeks.

This clinic its a joke, I dont know how this doctor still in practice, the staff is super rude, they make you waste your time, if you are pregnant and you plan to go here, please run this is the most awful clinic in fresno.Please, please go see someone else.If i could give them 0 stars I will

Dr Grant is one of the best Ive ever seen. She actually LISTENS unlike most docs. Having a black woman doc as a black woman is awesome.

She botched my laparoscopy surgery to diagnose me with endometriosis. she nicked a blood vessel when she was looking inside and didn’t realize it, then sent me home... where i proceeded to pass out. i was rushed back to the hospital by ambulance and had to get an emergency laparotomy (looks like a c-section). i had lost so much blood that i had to get 3 blood transfusions and both of my ovaries were crushed beyond repair. i will never be able to conceive a child because of Gail Mallard-Warren. i was 21 at the time. she is very irresponsible, uncaring and cold. i blame her for my depression, anxiety, and ptsd!!

I have been a patient of Dr Mallard-Warren since 1987! Always professional, personable and friendly. I just love her.

Dr made me feel really comfortable like if I was not a new patient, also she’s very nice and helpful for all questions I had 🤗

Very clean office, and everyone up front who helpful. One thing is that they are always backed up and doctors don’t take the time to speak with their patients or hear their concernings, always in a rush to get to the next person and any pain you have they say it’s “normal” and don’t really care to hear about it.

This location is very busy, but wait time was not long at all. Nurses and Dr. Warn is a breath of fresh air. I love my Dr... Great care guaranteed!

The staff is absolutely wonderful great customer service every time I visit they deserve every star. Especially the doctors they are the best in Fresno.

If i could -5. I would. They took down my real Experience with a Dr. HERNANDES. IN FRESNO.I WAS CHARGED FOR A VISIT. HE NEVER SPOKE DIRECTY TO ME. BP 190S OVER 100.And sent me on my way.RHEUMATOID ARTHRITISIS WHAT I HAVE.That visit needed someone from The Medical Board.AWFUL, uncaring Dr. HERNANDEZ. SHAME ON HIM!

They great the doctors have went above and beyond to make sure that I gets the best health provided the nurses are nice friendly and professional they are a great team at Omni and I want to thank them

I kept going to the hospital with pain in my stomach like some tugging on my belly button.she didnt show up for 3 days ,and when she did she had pumped me up with so many drugs my heart almost stopped.my babys heart almost stopped and had to have an emergency C-section which after words had to give me adrenaline cause if I had closed my eyes I would have not opened them again.....stitched me up crooked and my c section scar is very obvious where she cut wrong. If youd like to live FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTER.

Super nice staff. For those who seek nice furniture rather than quality service go to a furniture stor for ur obgyn needs. I had a Leep surgery last year and the doctor was so caring n thoghtful thru the process.

Horrible service, came 15 min as advised by confirming call, stood out in the cold as I watched staff enter building. At 8 am, my appointment time I had to knock on the door to have staff let me in. Once inside I was told to wait because the provider doesn’t arrive until 8:30. I had an 8 am appointment! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, patients should not have to arrive 45min before a provider is even available.

Horrible pregnancy care! The worse was labor. I regret choosing her. The medical assistant is very unprofessional and talks about other patients personal issues. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

It started off great. The staff is very friendly but now the wait time to be seen is way way too long. The wait is 15 to 30 minutes long. No point in scheduling an appointment if their not going to stick with the time.

Dr Mallard left me high and dry. Had to spend precious time for absolutely nothing. The office personnel is great. They system is lousy.

I was in more than hour an Dr.wanted me to know why I went there why was I seen for because she needed to know what she was going to do when she said that to me those questions I started to get anxiety feeling so bad why they referred me here.

Its not bad but i didnt find it good either the staff are really friendly but the waits are just too long i know if you’re 15 mins late you’re considered a walk in but its no excuse to not be called in an 30 mins to an hour later when you check in on time i do have a life of my own and i do not have time for the wait when the doctor only sees me for like 10 mins and im out and Dr mallard warren is never there ive literally only seen her once ive been there and the waits inside the patients room is ridiculous too it feels like its longer than waiting in the waiting room and one of the doctors were pretty rough and hurt me a bit and she kept going on about how she was barely touching me ... lets just say ill go somewhere else for my next baby

I’m a patient here and been trying for 2 days calling the office and call won’t go through. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or if they’re number changed because I went to the website and still wouldn’t go through. I kinda wish they can update it or something

So I didnt have my appointment yesterday due to your customer service they called me once to check in & never called back I called customer service & got no answer & they tried to say it was my fault when clearly it was your mistake Im very disappointed & have to wait almost two weeks to get answers & hope that you guys call me..

I love this place they are friendly and the wait isnt too bad as long as u are on time. But when I need to get seen and make a important appointment they schedule me in ASAP.

I was going to her office for my 2nd pregnancy but one of her doctors was so rude I ignored it the 1st day but when the 2nd appointment came and her doctor was still rude thats when i just had to change doctors

Everyone was very friendly and the doctor was gentle and very caring. I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time.

I had an appointment this morning but because the person I was suppose to see wasn’t gone be in they canceled my appointment without notifying me and I’m Highrisk so once I got to the appointment they tell me it’s canceled I asked to speak to one of the midwife are doctor because that’s just not right

Terrible! I sat in an exam room for two hours without anyone coming to check on me. Walked out with seeing the doctor. I will not return.

Everyone was kind and professional. The environment is peace and dr was very thorough in her care for me.

If you’re looking here to see if this is the place for you it’s not. Literally the worst. Please do not go here. The staff is horrible. Everyone. Even the ones on the phone. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or energy here.

Dr. Gail M. is the best. Really nice, professional, kind. Always give her best to each one of her patients

Great place I love this place.Sua Yang PA and Christina Chavez MA are the best.I always feel like all my questions are answered.

Dr Sam and Dr Warren are very professional and they listen when you talk and tell them if something is wrong.

Very disappointed in this doctor. Went for just a pap-smear and billed for $925.19 lab tests turned down by Medicare as not medically necessary .

On average doctor, they do what they can nothing extra & long wait times, 30 minutes usually waiting in waiting room, then once you are in the back,it’s and even longer wait.

Reduce wait time/be more convenient with appt schedule @ Reedley location on G street

Mofos booked me on memorial day for an appointment when they are f**ken closed. Mother f**kers gave me this appointment since the start of May.

Love my doctor I hate how appointments are NEVER on time. I usually wait up to two hours to see my doctor.
