The staff are rude. While in severe pain from two teeth and with 5 confirmed infected teeth, they refused to provide antibiotics and scheduled my follow up appointment to start work nearly two months out. When I found a dentist in Denver to get me in right away I contacted the to complete a release of my chart and x-rays to be sent to my new dentist. And followed up to see if they received my completed form and sent the records. They ignored me and my follow up. They have caused me to miss two potential appointments because of this. While I have infections and I’m in severe pain. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The quality of services and actions portrayed to the patient is exceptional. Timely service; as the staff lead you through all the procedures with caution and patience as the desired standard. You as a patient are part of the team.

I have extreme dentophobia, so when I had to have a filling I was terrified. Dr. Ha was wonderful. As well as David. His assistant. They both made sure I was comfortable and waited until I could stop my nerves from getting the best of me. I honestly didnt feel a thing. Not even the shots to numb up the area. I will definitely go back to Dr. Ha and the Summit Community Care Clinic Dental office for any future dental needs. I highly recommend this office.

Thank you to Jen and Samantha who took care of me, and to the rest of the team at the clinic - these folks are playing a big and busy role to keep your local workers and community members healthy!They got me in for a same day appointment when I called. I waited for a bit when actually getting in to the clinic, but they are a small group of people working hard (please be patient!). When discussing my symptoms and personal concerns, I felt that those were heard and respected, and any questions were thoughtfully answered.

Delightful, friendly, helpful, and kind staff from the woman who greeted me at the door to the dental tech who took my x rays and the dentist who helped me understand what I could do to keep up with my oral hygiene. Most helpful to me, they helped me get them the right insurance information and get out the door with a slightly brighter smile! The summit community care dental clinic is clearly a great asset to the community. Thank you for all your help!

Terrible experience. Really? 7 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule? NO compassion at all from the office after explaining I was going out of town and needed blood work done?just rude service due to rules that may not apply to others of different background I guess?Thanks Summit care clinic! youve helped me with my final decision to live and ski elsewhere!

My child did the mobile dentist through the school March of 2023. She was sent home with paperwork stating she didnt have cavities and no follow up was necessary. She had been complaining of pain in her mouth all summer so we made an in office visit. I told her they were coming back to the school in September if she could wait. She said no they were unprofessional. I want to go to a real dentist. (Shes 9) we made an appt & got in 9/20. This was the 1st time I had heard of her having 4 cavities. I asked why wasnt I notified to get this taken care of sooner. They said their system say mop (mother of patient) was notified. I told her I never was, can we start getting these filled today? They said Id have to make another appointment. She scheduled me in and then 10 minutes later had to reschedule due to not having a dentist in that day that takes our insurance. We reschedule then we go to leave and the front desk had to reschedule again for the same reason(3xs). 2 weeks later they call me needing to reschedule for a 4th time for the same reason pushing her appointment back further and further. I told them this was unacceptable. I should have been notified over 6 months ago about this and she shouldnt have to wait any longer. She is in pain, it is hard for her to eat at this point and focus in school. They reschedule her appointment to be sooner. We go in and they are now saying they dont have enough time to do the four fillings I will have to make another appointment and they are booked out. How much longer does this child need to suffer? They blame it on being short staffed. They send in their supervisor who asked me what happened, I explain the situation again. She tells me she doesnt believe me. I told her to check their own system then. The only email I got from them back in March was requesting her insurance information. She re reads all the notes out loud. The last notes said start with the lower left quadrant of the mouth (its the right side btw) she then asked me since they could only fill 2 today which do I want to start with. I said well the dentists notes said to start with the lower left, lets start there. She looks at me again and says she never said that. I responded you literally just read that. She gets extremely rude and with an attitude, states those word never came out of her mouth. She goes on to say the problem is me thinking they are saying things Noone ever said to me and the problem is me. I asked her to re read the notes then. She said she shouldnt have to since she just read them. I said if Im misunderstanding or hearing things like you said, I would like to hear them again so I can understand where the disconnect/mis hearing came from. She said fine and re read the notes and read that same exact line that I heard. She looks at me like a deer in headlights saying nothing. Offering no apology she had just told me Im the problem hearing things infront of my now 10 year old daughter. I stared at her back and said so you did read that and Im not hearing things. Maybe the problem isnt me but all the misunderstanding and miscommunication happening in this office. She then appologize and said I didnt need a second appointment and that they could fill her 4 today. I explained my situation again and asked if she had children and what she would do in this situation. She said that in her opinion I was creating an unhealthy environment for my child in a dental office. I asked if someone was coming in to fix my daughter teeth or not? She left the room and the dentist came in. She asked me where I wanted to start today, I said we were doing all 4 like my original appointment was for. She said they cant do that because its too much anesthetic for a 10 y old. Her assistant says we can do it if we have a cancelation we dont have time. I asked which is it, the anesthetic or time. The dentist said were only doing 2 today and that was it. They only filled the top ones even though the notes said to fill the bottom ones. We are going to pay out of pocket to go else where. Stay away from this circus!

Disappointed with transparency. I was quoted a price of $236.00 for my son to have a cleaning and full x-rays. When I arrived I was charged $321.00Thats a big difference in price. I felt like I was straight up lied to.

I hate this place. I do not say this lightly! Over the past year i have been trying to get all my needs moved over with other establishments and providers. The front desk people are unknowledgable and mean. Careless and condiscending. Between arguing with them about appointments that they cancelled/changed, and being rude to me when asking questions, its just awful. I even talked to managers that started the conversion call back to me with I understand youre confused about when your apps were... no maam! I had many email/calls/texts as proof of it. Obviously I wasnt going to get any where with her! She didnt even want my side of the story, so I guess theres no fixing the wrongs Ive dealt with.It wasnt always like this, but I guess everyone gets greedy eventually. I used to deal with the terrible service because without insurance, it was always the best prices.Im still paying on a hospital bill from having to have blood transfusions for what they thought were bad blood work readings. Just sent home that day....then a police officer had to knock on my door because they couldnt get a hold of me (napping) to tell me I had to go to the ER!Now it is just as expensive as any doctors office. Making all the rudeand mistakes unacceptable!!!!Yeah, I took my business elsewhere.Mine and my three kiddos. No more dental, no more behavioral, and no more equally irritating school based clinic either.Goodbye!

Due to the billing I unfortunately have to leave them a bad review. They scheduled 7 appointments with me. I went to the first 3, and got an almost $2000 bill for routine teeth cleaning (which they had a dentist that couldn’t be covered by insurance do without telling me), and getting 4 cavities filled. This is when I have insurance! At first I thought it was annoying I had to wait so long between appointments, but it actually saved me because I’m guess for the work they wanted to do I would have been at over $5000. The problem was that they do take a branch of my insurance but not my specific one. No one checked before my appointments. And then I got the bill in the mail. This then led to months of me talking to the billing department trying to figure out what happened and me having to make multiple calls to my insurance too.I’ve checked with other people, because I’m not an expert, but apparently your dentist is supposed to check what your bill will be before doing the work. But the office never even implied that was an option. I was just going to my multiple appointments thinking everything was working out fine with my insurance.The billing department people I talked to were helpful and kind. And they did get the bill down to under $1000, but this was still money I had never expected to have to pay. I had gotten the most expensive dental insurance I could specifically thinking most things I needed would be covered. But instead now I haven’t been able to get the rest of my cavities filled due to the money and time it took to deal with this. And then I had to move out of state, so now I don’t know what Ill do since my insurance was specific to Colorado. I could have had everything finished before I left if I’d just gone with a different dentist that had handled my bills properly.If it hadn’t been for the huge surprise bill I received, I would have actually left them good reviews because the actual experience of the visits was good. But this experience was actually incredibly stressful.

Dr. Lackey & his team went above & beyond to ensure my health issue was taken care of, during my visit & with extensive follow-up. I am pleasantly surprised & forever grateful!

Dr. K. Knows full well that I, only want her working on my teeth, but, for the second time I drove 4 hrs. To find that she has deemed my concerns avoidable. Shes great if she likes you. I thought I could trust her. Ive come to CCC for years. Im really bothered by these recent experiences.

The Dental Hygienist did a fantastic job. She was thorough, professional and very friendly. The entire staff was welcoming and I had a good experience.

All the doctors, nurses, and support staff are extremely kind and genuinely care about patients well-being. They dont rush and answer all questions and concerns you may have; very thorough. One of the best of Summits Countys assets!

Dr. Stephane Barnett & Araceli were FANTASTIC! I had a tooth extraction that I was extremely nervous about, but they did such a great job that I didnt have any pain at all, even the shots werent bad! They worked quickly & made sure I was as comfortable as I could be & constantly checked to see if I was okay. They are so great!!!!!!! The front desk staff.... not so much. They are always friendly but are disorganized & sadly mess up my appointments, files, information, & everything else a front desk is supposed to handle, ALL OF THE TIME! Theyre so nice I hate complaining, but seriously.... Ive rarely not had a problem with the front desk (there & at the clinic downstairs... theyre both the same!) But the doctors & nurses, assistants & hygienists & all the medical staff are so wonderful that its worth putting up with the front desk staff!

Terrible experience. I was scheduled for an advanced cleaning, they didnt bother to warn me that they would not be doing the cleaning prior to the appointment. They also asked me to come in an hour early about 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment so we would have time for everything.. I didnt want to take 16 X-rays because I am pregnant, the dentist belittled me with some untrue fact about an X-ray being less radiation then eating a banana. He warned me my insurance wouldnt cover if I didnt take all X-rays, and I had already sent over an X-ray from a prior dentist less then a month before, so really- we didnt need any X-rays. Oh, and my insurance didnt see significant enough bone loss to even cover the procedure they said I needed.I visited another dentist and they informed me I didnt even need the cleaning procedure, especially with the risk of stirring up bacteria while pregnant. Overall a terrible, unethical, unorganized experience.

I really like this dental office. I was in on time and because of a cancellation was able to have a cleaning I needed! Everyone was very nice, professional and explained what was going on very well.

Efficent time awareness for both parties…I was 12-15min late, I felt terrible. The storm was bigger than I thought, the interstate was a mess.The hygienist was very thorough and explaining that this cannot happen and if it does again, I will get canceled from dental clinic.I understandThey need to run a and efficiency.The hygienist was excellent with her skills, the care clinics lucky to such quality people.

Dr. Pelster and Karen were absolutely amazing. I had originally went to a different Dental clinic (in Denver) to get a chipped tooth fixed and it fell out the next day! After seeing Dr. Pelster, I could tell right away that the quality of dental work was 100x better. My teeth felt smooth and you could hardly tell I had chipped my tooth. Karen and Dr. Pelster made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure I was doing great throughout the whole procedure. For such a tragic feeling of my teeth not looking the same, it was honestly a very seamless process and the results made me so happy. I highly recommend their services!!!

Went here for the first time for a dental appointment (regular checkup). Everyone was super friendly and patient. Todd was exceptional and made my visit a good experience. Coming back in October for a cleaning and actually looking forward it!

I was taken back in a very reasonable amount of time. The dental assistants were understanding and not judgemental about my dental situation. All the girls were very nice and kept apologizing about the wait. The Dr. was very thourough in his exam and with the x-rays. Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had at a dental office. Helpful, kind, and caring. I appreciate it, very much.

6/3 - Called to schedule a teeth cleaning. When I arrived at the office, I told them I was there for a cleaning. When they sat me down and the dentist came in, I told him I was there for a cleaning. They gave me an x ray, he poked around my teeth for a minute, and then sat me up and said we were done and wed schedule a cleaning for another day. At NO POINT was I told we were NOT doing a cleaning today. Absolute waste of my time. I should have been told at some point in the process that I was not being scheduled for a cleaning, even though thats what I asked for at every step in the process.6/9 Update - They were able to get me in the next week and I had a much better experience. Jessie was very kind and personable and the receptionists were also very friendly. I believe the breakdown of communication outlined above is outweighed by the friendliness of the staff.

The Care Clinic has made a lot of recent improvements including their new dental office, which is where I was seen. The facility is top notch and the staff is wonderful. The front desk staff are friendly and caring and got back to me quickly with any requested information. The assistants and dentists are knowledgeable and compassionate to all of my needs, answering any and all questions I had and showing that they truly care about me as a patient.

The dental office was able to get me in the same day as I called due to my fear that it was an emergency situation and my overwhelming work schedule. They were very helpful regarding financial assistance and medicaid information, helped to alleviate my issue on the short term and reassure me that I could take a month to address the larger problem rather than pushing me to spend money right away, and did a wonderful job. The front desk people were professional and supportive, and didnt blow off my 20 questions. Great overall experience.

I am not one to write reviews, but I really wanted to give my feedback regarding the scheduling process.On Thursday, I made an appointment to see Dr. Stephanie Barnett the following Monday. I arrived at my appointment and ended up seeing a different doctor. The doctor I saw was very nice, but it was annoying to schedule an appointment so close to date and not be told that the doctor I requested won’t be the one I see. The doctor I saw is not even listed on the website and no one gave me an explanation of why I was seeing him instead of Dr. Barnett.Additionally, I was under the impression I had scheduled an appointment for both a teeth cleaning and to see the dentist, which in my experience is standard in most dental offices. This was not the case. Apparently, their dental hygienists are backed up with appointments, so they tend to schedule the dentist visit and teeth cleaning separately. It would have been very nice to be told this when I made the appointment. Especially for someone who works a 9-5 job, it can be hard to find time to see a dentist during business hours. I had arranged for the appointment on Monday and now need to also find time to come back for my teeth to be cleaned. Overall, the scheduling staff needs to be clearer about what will happen at your appointment and who you will be seeing.

That was by far the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Pelster, HVG Eric, and DA Mei were very polite, helpful and gentle. And the ladies at the front desk could not be nicer. Great experience all around!

Awesome affordable dental clinic. My dental hygienist was professional, efficient and very gentle (no pain or bleeding gums). Everything was on time (I was in the chair a few minutes before my appointment was scheduled) and I was in and out in under an hour!

Went to them for a little over a year. Billing is difficult to work with, rarely answers phone during business hours, being forced to leave voicemails instead. When I left a voicemail for billing I wasnt called back for weeks.My most recent visit, which made me decide to never return again, I needed blood samples sent to Quest Diagnostics and SCCC made it my issue that they messed up mailing the package to Quest. They refused to work with me to get it resent for an over an hour until they agreed to hand the package to a delivery person the next morning and further said that they will never work with Quest Diagnostics again. I was unable to speak to a higher-up directly and was made to feel like my request was absurd. Mailing samples to Quest is an easy task that only requires the clinic to put the samples in an envelope, address it, and hand it over to FedEx.With even the slightest barrier they refuse service and will not work with patients to solve problems.

Very supportive team, kind people, professional service. I was given translation because it was my first dental appointment in the States, but I felt very comfortable. They also gave the information that I needed to use my insurance. Highly recommended!!! Thank you so much!!!

Everyone was very kind and understanding. I see all these bad reviews on the hospital as well DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. My doctor was amazing and was very helpful and my dentist was the best!! They listen to what you are saying and have empathy. Best experience Ive ever had.

Dental office is sad. I knew I was in the wrong place but decided to give it a try. I regret it and will not return. Visited twice and had to fill out the exact same paperwork both times AND provide insurance both times even after they had already filed a claim a few months prior. THEN asked me to completely fill out all the insurance details down to deductibles, remaining coverage etc.My kid was a bit stressed during a filing and they quit mid procedure without even consulting me and basically kicked him out. Now he has to have a 2nd shot in the gums to finish the work. HEY THANKS!

Cant say enough about the entire staff, from the staff at the front desk, to the Dental assistants (Eric) to the Dentists (Dr. Teague) themselves.From the way they approach diagnosis of symptoms when you arrive to the treatment and the just general great human level interaction its a great experience from arrival to exit.Great place, great team and great people.

Lacie is a great and very gentle hygienist, Dr Teague is a great dentist, and everyone at the front desk is super professional and friendly to boot. I, for one, love going to the dentist because of the care and service I get here. Thank you Care Clinic Dental!!!!

I would highly recommend the Community Care Dental. I missed my 6 month cleaning due to COVID. My teeth had so much tarter build up it was horrible. I saw Melissa today and she really did a awesome cleaning and my teeth feel fabulous and so clean !! Thank you Melissa and to the Dental Clinic. T.

So thankful for the Care Clinic. My elderly mother just moved from out of state to reside with me. She desperately needed medical care and was seen at the Care Clinic. The staff treated her with patience, dignity, and respect. After we arrived home my mother told me the staff at the Care Clinic was not only very nice to her, but she felt like they gave her the most thorough exam she has ever had. Kudos to the Care Clinic for taking special care of my mother. I will continue making donations to your organization.

I am very disappointed with the service Ive received at this office. Although Dr. Teague and his staff are very nice and accommodating, I feel they lack in professionalism. I have now visited the office 7 times for a root canal/crown and still have not received the permanent crown yet. These visits include two swallowed teeth...yes, 1 temporary crown accidentally dropped down my throat and most recently the permanent crown was dropped down my throat which resulted in an emergency chest xray to assure it was not lodged in my airway. I also have been in twice in the meantime to reinstall the temporary crown after it dislodged after flossing and/or eating. I realize none of this was intentional but it is very hard for me to miss this much work for unnecessary appointments because I work a blue collar job that doesnt pay that well and you probably know how hard it is to survive in Summit County. I was also surprised to find that my balance for this crown is over $800 even after submitting to Delta Dental Insurance and paying several hundred dollars for the root canal already. I chose the Dental Care Clinic thinking I would get a much better deal than that, especially because I have decent insurance. Im afraid I cant recommend this office unless they do something to rectify these mistakes.

Dr. Lackey is by far the best doctor in Summit County. The Care Clinic is so lucky to have him! He takes care of both of my older parents, and he is incredibly engaged in their care and always checks on them even when he isnt working. We need more doctors like him in Summit County. He is a savior and a genuinely good man. We are so thankful for him!

I cant say enough good things about the quality of care Ive received here over the years, as an uninsured patient during a crisis, and now as an insured patient. The medical model Ive experienced here, with integrated health care services (medical, womens health, dental, mental health, health coaches) all under one roof, is the reason this clinic is my home so to speak, for all my healthcare needs. The genuine care and dedication of all the staff, even down to the front desk staff, makes me feel welcome and cared for, regardless of whether it is a simple dental cleaning appointment or something serious and life-threatening. They literally saved my life years ago when I was uninsured and followed me through until my condition had resolved, even following up on weekends and evenings after I had been referred to a specialist! A+++ medical facility, two thumbs up, and anything else positive I could say.

Had another very productive appt. at Summit Community Care Dental Clinic this morning. Dr. Sam Teague has been my dentist for a few years now and he has always been very professional, caring, and knowledgeable, and he does excellent work. Not only does the Dental Clinic provide basic dental services but they also do more advanced and aesthetic work. Dr. Teague and Dr. Barnett worked together and installed an extensive front 4 tooth bridge last year which was of the highest quality. Ive also had crowns installed and just today had some resin fillings applied to my front upper and lower teeth and they look great. Im very happy being a patient of such a great team of dentists, techs, and staff at Summit Community Dental Clinic.

I got my teeth cleaned today at Care Clinic. The fronk desk staff is pleasant. I spent less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Emily, my dental hygienist, is gentle, nice, efficient and very thorough. It was a 5 star vist.

The medical clinic itself has always been great to me 5 stars. This review is about the dental clinic specifically. Although they were able to schedule my appointment quickly, they seemed understaffed and I was waiting for a considerable amount of time in the dentists chair. When the dentist came in, she stood behind me with her back turned toward me during her greeting. I had to turn around in the chair to hear and see her. Honestly, I cannot even fathom how a medical professional would think it would be ok to greet a patient in such a manner. She asked questions about my dental hygiene, but did not seem to take what I said at face value or acknowledge information that I had written on my paperwork. She proceeded to give me a patronizing lecture about drinking soda at my desk throughout the day (I only drink soda on occasion, and told her that before the lecture). I had made the appointment because I needed my 6 month cleaning, but was a new patient, so they said I needed xrays also. Ok, no problem. Except that I never got scheduled for a cleaning, only xrays. The mistake was blamed on new people at the front desk. The assistant said she would take me if her next appointment didnt show up, so I waited in the lobby. When he did show up, she said to me (across the waiting room filled with other patients) that he is here and she cant take me. Overall poor professionalism from the dental staff. Disappointed.

Dr. Teague is incredibly sensitive to patients who have a fear of dentists. He was so gentle with my mom when she had a tooth so decayed it was black in her mouth. My mom said it was the easiest thing shed gone thru, and this coming from a person who had never been to a dentist in her 63 years. My other favorite dentist there is Dr. Barnett. Shes the first one to get me over my fear of procedures. Their office staff is the best in Summit. I highly recommend Summit Community Dental.

LOVE the new office, super clean & pretty, the hygienist is a doll, I saw a different dentist for a checkup then my normal Dr. Stephane... (LOVE her dearly!) but I did like the new dentist, too! Friendly staff at the desk (though my phone calls with them in the past have been like pulling teeth, pun intended) but today the lady was new to me & very nice & helpful. All a great experience. I drive from Leadville to Frisco, even though there is now a SCCC dentist here in town, but the dentist is NOT GOOD, so the drive isnt an issue! HIGHLY recommend the Frisco SCCC Dental group! Excellent appointment with Dr. Barnett. She spent time explaining my x-rays to me and treatment options, and was very reassuring. What a nice change from previous scary dentist appointments at other offices!

The people at front desk refused to do there job and was really rude. They wouldnt do there jobs and look up the insurance company. I took my business to somewhere else.now I am suffering from a Dead tooth tooth and and I dont know if I am losing my tooth because of waitNext time someone comes in I hope you would take emergency and also I would hope that you guys would take someone even if they didnt have insurance doesnt matter who can or cannot pay you signed a contract when you became a dentist or work in the medical field that you were going to help. finally you need to correct your employees at the front desk I know Spanish and how they were speaking about me I didnt appreciate

These people are Con- Artists. When I had my first appointment I left and asked how much my copay would be, the young lady at the counter said you wont pay anything because of your insurance. I then had some fillings done when I went up front the bill was enormous so I started askong questions but reluctantly paid. Now 6 months later they are trying to get this payment again for the same exact services. They are criminals. They refuse to own up to their mistakes and will not return phone calls. Please save yourself from these people because I aassure you they do not care about you at all. O was given a number to call and that number tells me to call another number that doesnt stop ringing. I have a recorded phone call that their representative confirmed my payment

The entire staff is comforting, pleasant, and very knowledgeable! Making a dental experience as good as you can hope for…

These professionals provide a tremendously needed service in our community! I always feel that Im respected and taken care of at Summit. When the Summit staff expertly recognized that things were beyond the scope of the clinics practice, they referred me to a specialist and helped me navigate all the necessary hoops. Called this clinic and gave them my insurance information. The clinic said they would take my insurance and that they were in network. I went in got medical work done and asked the doctor again about my insurance being covered and the doctor told me theyd take my insurance. Turns out they were not in network with my Aetna plan and never bothered to tell me. Now I am stuck with a 200+$ bill I have to pay out of pocket. Lack of communication, research and directness from Summit Care. Very misleading communication with this clinic.

We arrived at 5:40p with our daughter having a sore throat and headache. We were asked if we had an appointment and since we didnt our daughter could not be seen. They close at 6:30 and they did not appear to be busy?Luckily we found a family Dr near Walmart before 6pm. They checked her before for they closed, they were very helpful and yes she test positive for strep.

The care clinic dentists have always treated me very good and done a great job on my teeth they had a lot of work to do to restore my mouth and did an awesome and professional job i can now smile with confidence

I’ve been to Summit Community Care clinic for both dental work and doctor visits both by telehealth and in person and they never keep me waiting long I never have any issues with my insurance did do excellent work are kind professional and clean

I have been coming to SCCC for a number of years and both the dental and health department provide excellent service. Well run, efficient and always on time it is a real bonus for our community.

The worst doctors office ever made an appointment two weeks ago and when I arrived they just canceled it saying I would have to reschedule. As a cancer patient when I schedule an appointment I need to be seen its just unbelievable how they treat someone in desperate need to see a doctor

Worst clinic ager every time u need an apoiment on my shedule is no u had yo on their shedule or u eil never get in all i need at the moment is a refil on medicacion they refused to refil and will not give appoimement ehen i got yome u only can on their shedule not yoursbthey even give. Me enouht pilo until i can get in. Not a good way of doinu business really sad of the way i being treated

I wouldnt recommend it, the service is terrible. They make an appointment 15 minutes before and they see you after 20 or 30 minutes. They call you to reschedule an appointment and then the doctor doesnt come or is seeing another patient. You call to cancel an appointment or Reschedule it and they dont answer you, they send you to voicemail. You pay and it results in more charges and the people at the Front Desk dont give you any solution and are disrespectful. You ask to speak to the Manager or she says she is busy or talking on the phone. They rotate a lot of staff. Would it be a good place to work? Asked? This is in the dental service. Thank you.
