To keep it short- it’s impossible to get a timely appointment with a doctor, they spend no meaningful time to address your concerns, and I had to pretty much self diagnose some fertility concerns (with labs they told me were “normal” only to do my own research to find out they were not) before I got fed up (after 2 years) and transferred to another OBGYN.I recommend Physicians for Women—my experience here has been a complete 180 from Eagles.

I went to this physician today as a referral appointment. Basically going there today was just an appointment to talk and not actually get my concerned handled. You will have to pay a copay for this office being unprepared. Today’s physician told me that they just obtained access to my medical history and were not actually prepared for the type of appointment that I needed. I confirmed with my actual physician and my paper work was sent as soon as my labs were irregular. Please choose wisely where you go because now I have to pay 3 separate copays for something that could’ve been handled in one visit if it was simply taken seriously, and I also have to find extra time off work.

I’ve been a patient with Eagle OBGYN for 2 years and have had the best experience with this practice. The professionalism, care and concern is unmatched. I have always felt heard, safe and reassured over the last 2 years from my yearly exams to my pregnancy.

The staff is great and Dr. Ozan takes personal responsibility for her patients, like reaching out directly about test results. She always asks if I have questions at each visit and is very efficient, though sometimes it feels a bit like she is in a rush to get out of the exam room. Wait times to see the physician have been variable, but that is understandable to a degree depending on the clinic flow with other patients. Overall Ive had a positive experience at this office and feel very confidant trusting Dr. Ozan and her staff with my prenatal care.

Best practice I’ve ever been to!!If you feel uncomfortable at the Gyno, this office is for you. If I am uncomfortable I will NEVER return to a practice. Doctor Ozan understands that struggle and ensures that the patient is cared for in the manner they feel comfortable. She is not pushy, she does not force you through the exam and she does not overwhelm you with things.She is aware that I am highly uncomfortable with nurses, so she didn’t have the nurse come In. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease and comfortable In Her care.I would highly recommend you give this office a chance. They will not disappoint you!

I had an unsuccessful endometrial biopsy with Alexander Orischak and was charged an outrageous amount for a procedure that wasn’t even completed.It was described that it would feel like a pinch. That was the biggest lie! That procedure should require numbing. I left in pain and in tears and the Dr showed no empathy at all. Not only that, after I expressed my displeasure, the office had the audacity to say I can never visit another Eagles office. The fact that you think I’d EVER give you another dime of my money is insane. I am going to escalate this issue because no one should have to endure the pain I did with NO answers or results and still have to pay over $500 dollars when you didn’t complete the procedure and yielded no results for my issue. Never again and I hope other women heed the warning.

I love Dr. Ozan. She listens to my issues, gives me as much of her time as she can, in office and on the phone. Most times, I have a lot of questions and she never makes me feel rushed.When I had my son, she stayed past her shift to deliver him. At a time when my husband and I were scared and really vulnerable, having her stay was a more than just a comfort on one of the most scary and exciting days of our life. I can’t say anything but amazing things. She’s more than a doctor to us.

Dr. Ozan is amazing! I always feel comfortable when I visit the office. Even though I only see her once a year she always remembers little details about me and my life. I would highly recommend her to any and every woman!

I see Dr. Ozan, she is the best OBGYN I have ever been too. She has amazing bedside manner and she takes the time to listen to everything I have concern or have questions about. There is no rushing out so she can see the next patient. She was also the doctor that delivered my daughter and she was there through the whole pregnancy making sure that I was healthy and all my concerns and questions were answered making me feel safe when my daughter was born. I would 100% recommend Dr. Ozan to any who needs an OBGYN. The staff at eagle is also so amazing they make what many people feels is an unpleasant experience something that is painless and comforting. So thankful to be a patient here!

I am outraged to get a letter in the mail stating that Dr. Ozan had to leave due to Eagle’s COVID vaccine mandate. I’ve never had a better experience than with her. She makes me feel safe, listened to, and cared for not only physically, but emotionally too. I am hoping she will stay in the area and I can still receive care from a new location. I commend her for her passion and commitment to having a choice.

Dr. Ozan is great! This is my first experience with an OBGYN doctor and I could not be happier. Dr. Ozan is really easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable during visits. She listens to everything I have to say and is really great at explaining anything I have a question about. I would happily recommend her to anyone.

Dr Ozan and staff saw me through my pregnancy and delivered our son. All of our interactions were professional, prompt and thorough. Her nurse Ariel was always very helpful and personable. I had an excellent experience and would recommend Dr Ozan to anyone looking in the area.

I guess Dr.Ozan just didnt like me ! Because she has great reviews and came higly recommended! But she didnt make me feel comfortable or welcomed during my visit and Ive been waiting 8 days for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy 😭😭 then when they finally sent it they sent the wrong one ! So I called back and they said theyd not it at that very moment! Still dont have it !!!!.So yea maybe she just doesnt like me ! Wasted my time money and insurance because now I need to find another doc!

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant with my first child and have been a patient at Eagle OBGYN for the entirety of my pregnancy. Dr. Ozan is my physician and I have had a wonderful experience with her and this practice. The office staff and nurses are thoughtful and organized. I have been seen on time at each and every one of my visits and never feel rushed. Dr. Ozan listens to my thoughts and concerns and has a wonderful bedside manner. I look forward to my birthing day with her or any of the other physicians at Eagle OBGYN and will continue to see Dr. Ozan as my regular OBGYN going forward.

This was my first experience with Dr. Ozan and an Eagle Health location in general. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my visit. The receptionist was friendly when I walked in, the nurse came to get me almost immediately after I turned in my paperwork, and Dr. Ozan was ready for me as soon as the nurse finished doing vitals and intake information. The nurse and Dr. Ozan were both friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. I have previously had negative experiences with OB-GYNs, so I was apprehensive about this appointment, but Dr. Ozan really put me at ease. She was thorough in reviewing my medical history as well as with addressing my current health concerns. I would recommend this doctor and this practice to anyone!

Eagle OBGYNs staff is amazing! They are all so kind and helpful with any request or questions you may have. I really loved this doctors office the short time I was with them while living in Greensboro. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

After being a patient for 4+ years, Ive observed Dr. Cole multiple times, so Im not able to attribute this to her simply having a bad day. Ive tried to over look things because I think its important to maintain a patient-client relationship. Dr.Cole lacks compassion and her bedside manner is gruff and blunt. She doesnt seem to care about the whole person as an individual and is not respectful in how she deals with sensitive issues. She seems to allow her emotions to cloud her ability to provide compassionate care.

Dr.Ozan is an amazing physician who provides outstanding care. I feel comfortable talking to her about any issue and she is such a caring person. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. I am delighted having Dr. Ozan as my OB/GYN!

I love Dr. Ozan. She has been very helpful and very knowledgeable and patient with my fam. She called the Lead nurses that dealt with me at my stay at the hospital day and night to check on me each day. You cant find too many docs that will do that. I thank God for her and her expertise. I had one bad experience with one of the night Nurse Techs at the womens hospital, but the Lead Nurses or RNs were excellent. Especially my night nurse Debbie (I think that was her name) but Dr. Ozan knows who Im talking about. This was my First surgery and Dr.Ozan showed me that she actually cares about her patients and enjoys what she does; and that speaks volumes. Couldnt ask for a better doctor!😊

The receptionists, nurses, lab techs, and doctors here are awesome. I wish that I would have went here during my pregnancy because they really care about their clients. They remember me and take the time to really talk and help you understand. I am naturally a very anxious person, but Kess (the PA I see here) and her nurse Sharmine take the time to make me feel heard and safe. I really appreciate how accommodating and caring this practice is. I would recommend them to anyone.

Doctor Jennifer Ozan is the worst I ever met. I went for a wellness visit and she was asking me for medications I am currently taking. I told her I am seeing dermatologist for my acne and they have given me some medications which also includes birth control pills. Doctor Ozan went ahead and billed me for $104 for just discussing that. She is not treating me in any way. Such money snatchers....please be careful of what you speak in front of doctor as they might bill you for that. Even if they ask are you allergic yo any medications or are you currently taking any medications, Just stay mumb. She is rediculous. My worst experience ever.

This was my first time visiting an OB/GYN, and I was extremely nervous- but the whole experience completely blew me away. The staff, and Dr. Kess especially, were kind, informative, and guided me effortlessly through what I thought would be an ordeal of a visit. I’m super lucky that I chose such a wonderful practice to take care of me!!

11/1/2017: After over 5 years as a patient, I will not be back to this practice or contend with another Eagle facility!Was led to believe I would be seeing Dr. Ozan on my first prenatal visit; THIS WAS A LIE: my first three visits were with a nurse. I was also explicitly told by a member of office staff that a urine pregnancy test would NOT BE NECESSARY as it was the exact same test I took at home. Again, THIS WAS A LIE as the nurse insisted on a urine sample on my first visit. Received a bill for 100x the cost of my at-home pregnancy test to take their unneccessary test in the office! On my first visit, a monthly payment for full prenatal services was demanded; I didnt have much (we are a family trying to spend within our means) so I made the big mistake of giving what I had left in my wallet to the receptionist who promised I would get my cash back after the visit if I would not be staying for the full pregnancy (as I have opted for a less medically invasive environment after my first child). Again, ANOTHER LIE: instead of returning my money I was directed to speak with the office manager who told me they would file with insurance first and would return any overpayment in the form of a check. This doesnt help feed my family NOW! Plus, I keep getting communication sent to my old email address even though it was changed OVER TWO YEARS AGO AND IS CORRECT IN THE SYSTEM! Communication between office and medical staff is severely lacking AT BEST, at worst is bordering on criminal ineptitude! If mistakes like these are made, how many calls into pharmacy for the wrong medicine, etc?!Dr. Ozan herself is very nice, gentle, and understanding, but I refuse to submit to the physical assault of a medically unnecessary IV while trying to give birth!To add insult to injury, Eagles billing department shows no sympathy for those in financial distress and only cares about getting paid: the first ever medical entity that discriminates against those with insurance by refusing income-based aid!

I love Dr. Ozan. She is super efficient, down to earth and personable. I only wish that she was my PCP too! All of the staff members are great as well.

I love going to see Dr. Ozan. She explains everything so well and will take her time to go over everything you need to know. The appointments are quick and painless. 100% would recommend to anyone I know.

I just left an appointment with Kess and wrote the following on Facebook. I realized if I’m bragging about this to my friends, I should ensure the public also knows. Here goes:I am very fortunate to have a healthcare provider who listens to me and respects what I say. I went to her again today to discuss problematic medication side effects, and we agreed on a six-stage plan to try different things to keep my pain (endometriosis) managed and my side effects minimal. So I may have some ups and downs in the coming months, and I’m *really* scared of the debilitating pain coming back, but I feel confident that my doctor is supporting me and is a partner through this.

After searching for years I finally found a OBGYN doctor that will treat me like a human who has made health mistakes ( lets just say Freddy’s, Chick-fil-A, Krispy Kreme, and I had a beautiful dysfunctional relationship at one point that lead to major weight gain), but can change for the better.The nurses and Dr. Cole were nurturing and took their time to answer questions. I felt empowered and satisfied with my visit. Like who feels satisfied after a doctor’s visit?! Me that’s who, and it felt so wonderful. Oh! I cannot forget to mention that I got blood drawn and didn’t even feel the needle. This is major for me considering I hate getting my blood drawn. Seriously...hate...getting...blood...drawn. No need to stuck all the air out of the room doing breathing exercises to calm myself. Nope...woop...sloop...zammm...and it was finished.It wouldn’t be my signature review if I did not leave some tips:1. Wear socks. Yes, you will thank me later. Ladies, you know what I mean especially if you are getting a Pap.2. Enjoy your time in the waiting room. Sit back and relax. You get the opportunity to breath and catch up on World news, like Harris Teeter having a sale on Freshetta pizza this week.

Dr. Ozan was amazing. She provided great information and was very calming. We enjoyed our visit with her!

Eagle is a great all in one health care system. Primary care, obgn, etc and they will refer asap if you need it. No questions. Im glad I am with this team. Wait time is awesome. You can be in and out with in 30mins.

I made an appointment as a new patient, then was called as I was headed upstairs (10 minutes before the appointment) that I had to reschedule as the doctor had to deliver a baby for another patient. I asked if there was another doctor I could see and they informed me there was only one doctor. I then mentioned I only needed a prescription refilled and the staff seemed unsympathetic and uninterested in directing me to someone who could help. Very unimpressed with their service.

Eagle OBGYN is amazing! My experience is always wonderful and their staff is so kind. Dr. Ozan is the best!

Dr. Evelyn Varnado OB/GYN is the best. She takes time to listen and ensures you feel heard. Discusses options thoroughly at each visit!

This is a great place especially during your pregnancy. Dr. ozan is my doctor. She is so awesome!

It has taken three weeks for me to get an appointment with Dr.cole I took off work and rearranged my schedule ,the day of the appointment her staff contacted me three hours prior to my appointment to tell me Dr.cole is in surgery and will not be able to see me Im very dissatisfied with the service if Dr.cole knew she had prior engagements on the day of my appointment she should have never opened up her schedule as available, I find the staff and Dr.cole to be careless and unprofessional .
