This place and its staff deserve 10 stars. From making the appointment to getting help at this location, everyone was very sweet and empathetic with me. Nona was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire appointment I had today and I couldnt be more thankful for all the assistance and guidance Ive got. I cant thank enough when I find holistic care like this. Please keep it up!

My appointment lasted much longer than I anticipated, but this was all me because I had a ton of questions & was so wishy washy!My IUD procedure was painful by NO fault of the nurse practitioner & an NP student in training. They were so sweet & supportive, I honestly felt I couldve asked for one of them to come hold my hand, lol.For people who scoff at gender pronouns, LGBT rights or abortion, please dont try to ruin having a good thing for the rest of us! This is a place that feels very welcoming.

I’ve always known Planned Parenthood is a excellent organization that offers many services to women. But now I can say that I’m a patient at PP they not only provide the most excellent and safe service to women but they are there for all of women’s needs. They were able to see me today to do a procedure of the birth control of my choice that would have probably taken 6 months to get an appointment with at a regular doctors office. I will always support pro choice and PP. Keep up the great work y’all!

I just got my implant here and I have never been happier! Ive never felt more comfortable in a doctors office as I did this center. They helped me stay calm and they were very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

I love Planned Parenthood. The staff is always super nice, friendly and non-judgmental. I have been to this location multiple times and the front desk women always remember me. I especially like that when they are taking your medical and sexual history, there are options for sexual preference and sexual identity. This is so important in 2018 to make sure EVERYONE no matter who you love or who you identify as gets the medical attention they need. They also ask if you feel safe in your current relationship. This is so reassuring for anyone that has ever been in an abusive relationship and might not know who to ask for help. They have always made me feel that they are there to help and that I can be open with them about my sexual history without judgement. I cant thank PP enough.

Went for my initial HRT appointment and it was super easy and only took an hour tops, getting there, getting checked in, spoken to, and prescribed. theyre incredibly respectful and i cannot recommend them enough. the waiting room is super cozy and the staff were also so so nice and polite.edit, almost a year later: i’ve been on T since the first of 2020, and all throughout the process, despite covid and everything inbetween, the nurses and practitioners here have been so helpful and worked with me through personal health issues that halted my T taking for a bit. i recommend them to anyone who’s near by, as they gave me info that apparently other trans friends didn’t know when going to other clinics. they’re thorough and wonderful to work with. i highly recommend them for HRT treatment

The front desk employees werent very pleasant. My understanding of planned parenthood was that they are their provide great and affordable services to women. For the first time in 7 years I didnt have insurance and wanted to keep myself on the pill and get tested. If you dont have insurance or dont work at all Im not sure how you could afford their services.

Omg when I went the young ladies that asked me the questions was so super nice and very open about the different birth controls and options I have. They made me feel very comfortable. They lady that took my birth control out was super nice. I highly recommend people to go to them.

Everyone there is friendly, and professional. I’ve never left feeling I was unsatisfied. Great place to get your hormones, and treated like a person. Very transgender friendly.

They were very friendly and made the whole visit very comfortable. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions respectfully and professionally. The facility was very clean and secure-- and Im very very thankful I chose this location!

Went here for a routine STD test and neither of the 2 nurses could find a vein. I basically spent an hour and 20 mins in this place just to pee in a cup. Never again.

Great experience!! Staff was helpful, understanding and kind. Would recommend to anyone seeking reproductive advice!
