Nice facilities. Staff is friendly and professional. Far less expensive for some drug tests than other places I had checked prices. My only gripe with them is they NEVER answer the phone. I called at least 12 times over 3 days just to find out if they were open on MLK day. I have called about 20 times to check on some results that are taking a bit longer than expected. Now, their voicemail is full and I cant even get a response via email. It is a huge PIA to have to drive 30 minutes just to get contact with a human at this point.Edit: I drove up there to find the office has flooded over the weekend. This probably explains both the delay in my results and the inability to get in touch with them. Although, I stand by my review (mostly) because they didnt hardly answer the phone before the flooding. But they at least had a voicemail that wasnt full. Ethan was super helpful today and answered questions for me even though they were not even open.

They apparently outright lie about their hours. Claims to be open until 5pm (see attachment.)I had a TB test for a new job, then swung over there to get a 14-panel hair test. I showed up at 4:34, and they insisted they were already closed. After they kicked me out, they locked the door behind me…at 4:34, despite their sign and published times being at 5pm. Before I had even left the parking lot, all employees were gone well-before 5pm.I will have to return when they open after the weekend, further delaying my job start date.Seriously, guys. You need to change your published closing time to 4:30, because as it stands, you are outright lying and that is just not cool.On top of that, I had inquired about a nail clipping test. I had read that the nails need to have clippings the size of the width of the quarter. They confirmed that that was the proper length. I had premeasured my nails, and they were three times the width of the quarter on the clippable white portion alone. However, they stated they would not be long enough as is. It is either the width of a quarter or not. Which is it? Because again, after confirming the nails needed to be done quarter width, I showed them my 3x quarter width nails, and they immediately contradicted themselves by saying it wasn’t enough.Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Have been calling for a few days to inquire if appointment is needed for a job that sent paperwork to this place. Not able to leave a message. Voicemail full. Not able to reach a person. Drove all the way to Greenville to find the place closed and information online says they are opened. Wasted time and had to come to this place when I don’t live in Greenville.

Such an amazing wonderful place! Friendly staff who are quick and efficient. Ethan and Michelle are THE best!! Michelle recommended the B12 shots and they worked wonders making it possible to get through the day without needing naps anymore! Go see them!

The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. Definitely seemed like she would rather do anything other than work today. Even the way she would talk to other coworkers made me a little uncomfortable. Im a medical student and this is not how medical personnel should be talking to one another - nonetheless the patients. The doctor/nurse that actually did the procedure redeemed this review. She was awesome. The environment was just a smidge sketchy, but it wasn’t horrible. Overall I’ve experienced worse. Its definitely something to write home about. But not in a good way. Oh, and just a side note: I don’t think it’s appropriate to charge for a mask. You can buy a pack of 100 for $15. That’s ¢15 per mask. Small thing but very annoying. Take that as you will. The only reason I came here was that my job contracted with them. Definitely would recommend Someone else.

I went and took a hair test 3/28/2022..The intake specialist was very helpful and I only waited 15 minutes in the lobby then I was called back. The collector that had taken my hair sample was very professional and nice. She did a good job and saved me a trip to the barber Lol.. Thanks Again Guys

I highly recommend accurate! I’ve needed a few blood tests done and every time I go they are always super timely, clean and professional. Both nurses are good with drawing blood, and I’m not and easy poke! I really appreciate having someone like them in town!

I get the B-12 and Lipo shots at this location! Everyone that works there is always so nice and they do a very good job with very little pain with my weekly injections. I am in and out in no time! Veronica is an awesome “shot giver.”!!! Give them a try. The shots are awesome and I am down a little over 30 lbs.

The staff are helpful and the office has come a long way from when I first stepped into their office. The new office manager is motivated to make the business better and improve the customer service experience from what I can tell! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs tests done. They offer EVERY test you can image, from drug screens to DNA tests

Super friendly and professional office! I came in for a work physical and 2 step PPD. The 2 step PPD was only $35 which is the best price I’ve seen compared to other places. They are very accommodating and make everything super convenient for you. I was done with my appointment in just about 45 minutes. I will definitely be going back here and would highly recommend!

I came in at 10:00 am & they were so friendly! I was out of there within 20 minutes! They are very professional and nice. This place is a lot more efficient than other places Ive been sent to. If you are sent here ignore the bad reviews! My experience was very nice. 👏✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in early for my appointment and they took care of me right away. The nurse that helped me was amazing, never had a chance to that her. Dont know her name but would like to call back and thank her and the whole staff.

They really took care of me and got me tested quickly. Because of their kindness, I get to go back to work earlier than expected. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Michele is amazing everytime we go! She works awesome with my son an remembers him an talks with him as if he was one of her grandchildren! 10/10 AMAZING!!

I Accurate Diagnostic because the staff is cheehful as and welcoming. They always answer all your questions. You can get a flu shot for 20.00; 2 step TB shot for 35.00 and under 20.00 to get B-12 shot. All other tests are reasonable also.

I crawled in needing a B-12 shot. I have the MTHFR gene mutation so I cannot process folic acid. I need methelated B-12 & they had it. I felt better that night. Michele did a great job & I never felt the stick!

Horrible. I went in on a Friday for a hair test. Their card reader wouldnt work, so they made me go get cash. The following Thursday, they call me and tell me I need to come back in because they didnt collect enough hair the first time. I live 40 minutes away. I had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room when I got there. They cut 3 spots from my head the first time and 4 when they made me come back, so Im missing 7 chunks of hair. If you have a choice where to go for your test, go somewhere else.

I go here for dot physical. The cost is very fair and office staff is friendly. The dot doctor is very knowledgeable of trucking and if you got wait its comfortable. But if you dont like a knowledgeable dot doctor and friendly staff and a comfortable place to seat this place is not right for you..

To start with, the staff seemed like they hated their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. Anyway, I went in for a hair test. I had to shave my head after as I had 5 VERY noticable bald spots in the shape of the straight lines that were cut into my head. I have had 4 hair tests in my life and this is the only time it has aver left noticeable spots (also the only test I have had at this facility). I really wish that I had taken a picture to share here before I shaved it off (I had to cut it with no guard to get rid of the bald spots). This company needs to train Its staff to not cut straight lines into peoples heads. If your job depends on needing to get a hair test at this facility then take a pass on the job.

Went in for a pre-employment drug screening about a month ago. The collector David couldnt take any hair off my head since my hair was too short, which is understandable, so he took hair from my legs. After I got home I kept feeling an itching and stinging sensation on my right leg, I looked at my leg and notice scratches that were bleeding and looked like a cat had used my leg as a scratching post. I took pictures of my leg just in case it got infected. Luckily I didnt get any infections or there would be a lawsuit for sure. Is it really that hard to use hair clippers without scratching someone? I will never go here again even for a job opportunity.

This lab is NOT aesthetically pleasing at all and the bathroom, that customers use to provide samples, is nasty. I did mention how nasty the restroom was and his response was theres a reason for that. The point is...youre providing a environment where clients body fluids are collected. ..there is no excuse, it should be next to immaculate!

Russell was Training but was very helpful and The Tech Michelle was super awesome! I loved my experience short but very interesting!

Fast service, very friendly staff, didn’t even have to leave my car and had my test results in 10-15 mins. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a test for work or school
