Weve had a great experience with Cassandra! She is extremely knowledgeable in both female and male fertility and is an excellent coach and advocate for anyone facing fertility issues. She has helped us navigate our specific circumstance with sensitivity and expertise. Having fertility issues can be an emotional experience and Cassandra has been extremely caring and supportive.

I first met and worked with Cassandra 12 years ago while dealing with infertility. I firmly believe that the addition of acupuncture is what allowed my body to be an optimal environment for pregnancy. Cassandra was compassionate, knowledgeable and really took time to get to know me and what my body needed.Fast forward 12 years and I have recently returned to acupuncture. With the everyday demands of being a wife, mother, daughter and now dealing with the loss of a parent, I found myself really needing help. Acupuncture was where I turned because I remembered how it was not just for infertility. It focused on the whole person and body. Cassandra was ready and willing to help again and I look forward to my sessions.

I stared seeing Cassandra for a back injury that made it difficult to walk or stand. Within a few visits I noticed dramatic improvement, and weve shifted to providing support for my debilitating menstrual cycles & ovarian cysts. Cassandra is compassionate, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable. Shes helped me see improvement where a lifetime of doctors and surgeries have not--I no longer feel like my cycles are going to destroy me, and my hormone levels are stabilized! I highly recommend her!

I got my wife pregnant after getting treatment from Cassandra for about 4 months. My wife and I both took supplements and made diet/lifestyle changes per Cassandras direction. My wife also did regular acupuncture sessions. Very happy with the results!

I have been a patient of the Acupuncture & Fertility Center for almost a year now. My fertility journey has been long, mentally and financially challenging, and finally, after 18 years - fruitful. Working with Cassandra has been one of the most rewarding and beneficial experiences of my fertility journey. Cassandra offers a non-judgemental space to process your thoughts/habits, receive options for nutrition/lifestyle improvements, and prepare your body for whatever your journey will bring with individualized acupuncture treatment. Cassandra is caring, empathetic, and full of knowledge. She has been accommodating to my scheduling needs/changes and offers technology to help keep all of my appointments organized via text and email appointment reminders. If you are looking to be fixed with one session - acupuncture may not be the best answer. I can’t recommend Cassandra enough! She was our acupuncturist through our IVF cycle which lead to our healthy pregnancy. I didn’t feel like I was getting well rounded care for my infertility until I started seeing her. She used her expertise to guide me on what to eat and what lifestyle adjustments to make in order to give me the best chance for a successful transfer. So grateful for our experience with her!

***EDIT AGAIN we are happy to say that we went with another company in greenville. We are so happy we did, weve had great results. Again. Avoid this place.**EDIT, it isnt against any guidelines, you all tried offering a service, we made an appointment then Cassandra was very rude, enough that we decided to not do business with you all. Who we spoke with was nice and cordial while offering the information needed. Unfortunately a comment made about how many visits were needed seemed to try to rope in our feelings on the whole process, so for that reason we will not be doing business with this business. Although they did apologize, we dont feel like we were treated fairly in the beginning.

I enjoyed my first appointment with Cassandra very much. It was a comfort to talk with her, and my first acupuncture experience was very calming and relaxing. I like how she looks at bloodwork and lifestyle/nutrition for root causes and goes from there with her treatment. I’m looking forward to continuing my healing journey here.

Cassandra is truly wonderful and has a deep understanding of fertility. She has offered wonderful advice and recommendations about changes that needed to be made with my body and in the process I have lost almost 20lbs in 2 month period. My husband and I know that we can rely on Cassandra anytime we have any questions or concerns. We know she is always there.

Cassandra told me she would not charge for a missed appointment and then she charged back without even talking to me . Sad to figure out that everything was just about money.Casandra cancelled one appointment few hours before and whenever I could not go to the appointment then it was a charge , double standard here .Never received any emails as she is staying, and calls were after I called her. I had an appointment scheduled for next week , what could you do better ? You could have wait for us to talk face to face as grown up people instead of do things behind my back , if money is all what you are interested for then take it and enjoy it . Have a good journey too.

Cassandra is a very kind practitioner who has helped me tremendously with a lingering injury I sustained to my hip from a fall. I have been seeing her for over four years for treatment for this along with an ankle issue I have had for several years.She has treated me with acupuncture and helped me with supplements and herbs that have helped me regain my mobility with my injuries.I have the utmost respect for her and the treatment she has provided.

My teenage daughter and I have been having acupuncture treatments here for a few months, and Cassandra has helped both of us. The acupuncture, supplements, and nutrition advice have helped a lot with menstrual cycle regulation, stress/anxiety management, energy level, and digestive issues we had been having. Also, I recently found out I am pregnant and I know this has made a big difference in how I have felt in this first trimester! Cassandra is so caring and takes her time to listen to each patient and understand the whole picture of what they are going through. I looked for acupuncture treatment for my post partum recovery and found Cassandra! She is a gifted acupuncturist and an amazing holisitic health practioner. Cassandra has helped me in my recovery after having my first baby.I started seeing her for pregnancy related carpal tunnel syndrome. I experienced a chronic gritty feeling in my fingers for months that wouldnt resolve on its own.Im thankful that I started seeing her for appointments. Shes helped so much in my healing. Cassandra is so caring and professional - truly a great combination in a care provider. I started seeing her because I wanted to supplement the fertility help we were getting from an RE and I wanted a different way to look at our issues - she surpassed my expectations by leaps and bounds. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cassandra Nelson. My husband and I were having no luck conceiving, and fertility doctors were unable to diagnose a problem. We started seeing Cassandra, and she determined that stress, sleep issues, and some imbalances in my diet were working against me. I began Accupuncture weekly, which helped with my stress and sleep, and took some herbal supplements that she recommended. She also recommended herbal supplements to my husband and a change in diet. We now have a beautiful child, which I owe to our experience with Cassandra. She helped us where western medicine could not. Plus, my experience with weekly Accupuncture was life changing. As a former employee of Cassandra, I can truly say that she is the most caring employer I have ever worked for. Since our move back to Texas, we have remained very close friends. I was very skeptical that acupuncture would work until I had an experience of my own. On a Thursday afternoon, I felt my sciatic nerve on my right side catch and when I woke up Friday morning I could barely walk. I contacted Cassandra at Acupuncture and Fertility and we spoke on the phone. She listened to my 4.5 year infertility story for 25 minutes. After this phone call I was given a glimpse of hope for the first time in years. I have issues from PCOS, NAFLD/NASH, lack of cycles and ovulation (I had only ovulated once in the past three years), over weight, and insulin resistance. I shopped around looking for the cheapest option but there was a lack of personal relationship. I felt a connection with Cassandra after that first phone call. This is a very personal journey and I already felt comfortable with Cassandra as she had listened better than most. She also has the education and experience to back her up. Why not choose the best?! If you have been on this fertility journey you have probably tried everything you can think of. We stress ourselves out trying to come up with just the right amounts of everything. It was so nice to give Cassandra the reigns in my fertility journey as she planned my diet, listened, arranged supplements, and helped with my metal stresses. I just got to relax, put the plan into action and watch my body heal from the inside out. After a month of treatments I ovulated on my own (this is huge!!!! Only the 3rd ovulation in nearly 5 years of trying to conceive). I am currently 8 weeks pregnant!! I highly recommend Cassandra at Acupuncture and Fertility.

I found Cassandra when I was pregnant and having miserable hip pain. I couldn’t believe how quickly she was able to get me some relief when nothing else worked! After referring a friend, I decided to take my own advice and see Cassandra for womens health issues. You can go to Cassandra for one issue but she will treat the whole person thru listening, caring, and a depth of knowledge you are unlikely to find anywhere else. I absolutely love it here. Youre getting more than medical help when youre a patient here...youre also getting a friend. It has meant so much to have the support that I have gotten, and I have seen a huge change in my anxiety levels since I started my treatment. (Going for relief from hormonal imbalance symptoms.) She takes a genuine interest in YOU as an individual. Unlike so many other places I tried, I feel like I matter personally, like Im not just another number or file. Shes honest and straight-forward, which I love. She has the patience of a saint. And her acupuncture is awesome. Ive tried acupuncture elsewhere, and was disappointed. But here, I can feel a big difference after my treatments! She offers so much to her patients, and Id recommend anyone needing a little help with their health and well-being to give her a shot. Shes insightful and kind, and youd be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable and competent practitioner!

Casandra and acupuncture completely changed my IVF experiences and outcomes! It made all the difference in the world!. She was there with me through it all. I grew my family with her help and made a lifelong friend!

When i made the appointment i was told i would be charged full price if i didnt show up but i had all the intentions of starting this expensive treatment. Unfortunately the day of the treatment, i had a very long and hard day at work and missed the appointment. When i called and explained what happened, they still charged me the $165 and said they would be happy to reschedule ...and of course, i would have to pay $165 for intial consultation once again! No other place i have been to has acted like this. Im very disappointed that all is about money more than caring, and I decided to stop the almost $440 treatment and look for other options. Maybe the acupuncture itself is good but the lack of empathy was another sad event in this already very difficult week. I will look somewhere else for acupuncture. I wish them more empathy for future clients, this would be a way to gain one. It would have been a way to gain me as a client.
