Optimal Bio

Met with Dr. Brannon in Cary, NC. I met with Tanya in Greenville to review my lab results and get my first pellet procedure. Melanie was extremely welcoming and I felt very comfortable.It has been a little over 2 weeks and this has changed my life.

My experience at Optimal Bio was great. Tanya explained everything to me in detail, went over my lab work and made me very comfortable with the procedure. Everything was very professional. I couldn’t be happier.

First of all, they did not state they didnt take CareCredit which wasnt told until after the consultation. I didnt have $200 + after the consultation (money was requested after consultation). As a good citizen I did call back and pay for the consultation (which I could have hung them with) and was willing to pay according to plan for the placement. Was denied placement because of this event after getting all of the bloodwork they request (additional money). WHAT A WASTE!

Another great OptimalBio office! This is the third location I have had the chance to visit. Vanessa and Tanya provided excellent patient care - from checking in, lab results discussion, procedure and follow up. Highly recommend.

Everything was exceptional service from the moment I walked in the door. She went over my blood labs and explained it all. The procedure was virtually painless. We talked throughout the whole thing. She is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Loved my experience so far at the Greenville clinic!! Definitely worth the 5 hour Drive. Side Note…Tylar is wonderful as well as the whole staff there!!

I’m so thankful for Optimal Bio! I was having the worst hot flashes, and other systems of menopause. Since receiving HRT, the hot flashes have stopped and I feel great!
