This place was amazing. I was freaking out about the surgery for no reason. The 3 girls at the front are very nice and comforting they made me feel like family. Felt zero pain. Quick and easy. Very pink and clean too. I loved it!

If I can give this place a 0 I would. So unprofessional, you would think they would make you feel comfortable and safe but I legitimately had to tell the assistance to remove me from that room with the doctor, he was screaming at me and saying he’s not going to do anything to me all because I didn’t answer his question whether or not I was going to take birth control! After I told him I was not sure. He is disgusting and It is truly concerning how women literally work there and allow all these women to go through him!

5/5- complete professionalismI went in for a surgical termination and the people here were very informative and straight to the point.For starters, Everything was completely clean/sanitized from the lobby up to the room where you get checked up/procedures.Secondly, The ladies were great, friendly and are willing to answer your questions and concerns(I didnt have any since I always research my information and knew what I was coming in for) and they completely handled me with respect even after the procedure when I was feeling weak and they helped me up and make sure I wouldnt faint or fall.Thirdly, The doctor, he is very straight to the point and that what I like, personally. His job isnt an easy one and we know why. I am pleased with his work and everything went by so fast that I woke up without any memory at all lol, just that I was in the recovery room in the comfy chairs.I appreciated everything this team did and I would definitely recommend them.

A Womans choice is absolutely correct! Go and experience great and quality care. The staff and MD are pleasant, helpful, and most of all caring. The office is nice and always clean. They have the option to schedule in advance and you could also arrive as a walk-in, just like I did. Im telling you, you would not be disappointed!

HORRIBLE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL if I could I would give them a ZERO star review!!!! They tried to kick me out bc after waiting 4 hours to see a Dr they refused to answer any of my questions and threw my money back into my face and told me to get out!! It was only after my mother who works on the board of directors for one of the biggest hospitals in PA called and threatened to have them exposed the clinic called me back and begged for me to come back and apologized for there rudeness. Disgusting staff!!!!!!!!! Place is filthy seriously after all of that they thought I wouldnt come back and write a horrible review smh boy yall was very mistaken

This clinic has amazing customer service! They are very attentive to your needs & handle you with care. Customer service & patient care is very important to me, so my expectations were high & they delivered. Book your appointment & you will not be disappointed.

As someone who knew having an abortion was the right choice for me and my family, I would recommend this place. If you are still doubting yourself or need your hand held throughout the whole process and full of emotions, probably not for you. This is a very hard decision. Definitely a tough love factor mixed in. The nurses are sweet and give you all the information upfront (even had one of them offer to repeat herself when I had mentioned I was overwhelmed by the surrounding sound). I confess the doctor is a take it or leave it type of person in my opinion; very matter-of-fact, which is what I think I needed to just get it over with and not for everyone. In other reviews, there are comments of bedside manner, which I can see others not being happy with. Im usually not one to take bad bedside manner lightly, but thinking of the nature of his field and the laws / restrictions being placed by the state, it may soon be a commonality in all Florida clinics. Was he mean and grotesque? No. Was he medical and to the point? Yes. He did ask at least twice if I had questions (and answered when I did), which I dont think someone who just doesnt care would have done. I had the surgical abortion and I will warn if you are sensitive with needles or perhaps had trauma with being handled inappropriately from the waist down, again, probably not the place for you. I even had knee jerk thoughts that it was being a bit rough when it all started and discomfort, and that is with me having issues with needles or trauma of the sort. Instantly placed the needle (I didnt even notice until he pulled away) and medication took over. I do remember jerking a few times in pressure discomfort, but then I dont remember anything else, not even when I was walked to the recovery room. Little pain the day of and slight pain day after. I do want to say do your research on the medication given afterwards. Im not a doctor, and perhaps the contradictions are mild, but I was given ciprofloxacin as the antibiotic and motrin 800 for pain relief, which on my 1st online search shows Cipro and Motrin should not be taken together (I always check due to one of my normal medications having a high contradictions list, just to be safe).

The service that I received was Excellent. The staff are kind and friendly & informative about the options available . They ensured I had a smooth prep surgery and follow up. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

I was a bit hesitant about the reviews but then I took a shot. Nice staff , doc was cool didn’t have much convo with him. He just asked my name, why I’m here & if I have any questions. Surgical procedure was seamless and painless, I was sedated so I didn’t remember much. Quick and easy would definitely recommend. By the way their office is very clean bathroom is spotless. Overall 100%

Came to this clinic on 09/24/2019 Staff was EXCELLENT! I came to get the surgical vacuum procedure done and everything was perfect. I felt comfortable and walked out with no pain. Had cheap prices compared to other clinics and will HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for your service and will make sure to send people to this clinic. Was out within 2 hours. Clinic is well clean and professional. The best of the best appreciate staff and doctor.

It’s been four weeks since my SA at a woman’s choice, I had a very good experience. I was very nervous about it at the beginning. The process of it is quick and you don’t remember much. The cramping and recovery afterwards is not horrible. I definitely would recommend this team of nurses and doctor.

I just want to say how nice Dr. Roth was at this office. Me and my wife really needed guidance and support. We called some many places that placed on long holds. We contacted the office and received a lot of information upfront. They staffed really showed they cared about my wife. Everything was included in one price and the follow up visit were great. Thank you for caring about us.

I just had my end surgery in this place and everything was great. The doctor is not rude at all, he has amazing hands. All I can say is thank you to everyone who work in this place🫶🥰

I just call because a friend recommended me this place. I made an appoinment and chose the dovtor my friend just told me. Everything looked good. Now, the day of the appoinment the lady of the front desk( super unprofessional) told me i have to do the procedure with the another doctor because she “did not know” the doctor wont be in the office today. Extremely ridicolous and unprofessional. Never come back to this place again and neither recommend to nobody!!!! Super sad and mad about this.

The people working at the front desk are super sweet. BUT the doctor was super rude to me. Refused to check if I had an issue with my IUD and ph. He said there was nothing wrong. I went to a different establishment where I was treated with care.

I went to have a procedure done about 2 months ago. This isnt my first time in this clinic so the doctors assistant recognized me and was very caring the day of my procedure. I was schedules for a follow up appointment on the 17th of Feb. but couldnt make it for whatever reason. So now I am calling to reschedule and the manager decided to tell me that if I go my visit will cost 150. I explained that I live almost 2 hours away she said she spoke to the owner and he said I would have to pay to be seen. This has been thus by far the worse customer service I have recieved and the way I was spoken to is absolutely the most disrespectful way and honestly I think its ridiculous that I have to pay to be checked out when I was supposed to be seen reguardless. On top of all this the place looks like a slader house after the procedure recling chair with all the patients in one room.

I was very happy with the staff who answered all the questions I had and explained the procedure step by step. They were also professional and caring. I felt very comfortable before and after the procedure. Many thanks for the kindness shown during this stressful time. I would highly recommend this office to others.

I Have never left a negative review but I guess theirs always a first time , I Went to this clinic because another clinic referred me to this place , I went in for an ultrasound and the Dr. Roth Harvey was so rude was so judgemental , super unprofessional , insensitive made me feel so uncomfortable and sad when I left there I left crying and on the day of the procedure I went in very nervous but overall holding myself together , I go into the room He asked me what I was there for I said surgical termination , he proceeded to put in the IV and immediately started doing the procedure Mind you I feel everything and was in extreme pain I’m crying and saying it hurts , he didn’t try to even calm me down he kept yelling at me to loosen up my legs or he wouldn’t do anything I kept telling him it hurt , I swear if it wasn’t for Pamela being in there with me that she hold my hand and was so sweet to me I don’t know what I would’ve done , after it finished , he injected me on the thigh so hard that I was bleeding from it didn’t even bother to put a bandage , he treated me like a dog , I felt like I was going to pass out thankfully Pamela helped me up and to walk to the recovery area because I felt like I was going to faint , he is horrrible !!! , the nurses were amazing Pamela and the other nurse that I didn’t get her name if it wasn’t for them I honestly would’ve had a nervous breakdown , I left there crying I have never seen someone treat another human being the way this “doctor” treated me , everything else was good but that doctor is just cruel

Service was amazing, from front desk staffing to interaction with the doctor. It was literally the most comfortable, clean with the best staffing center I ever visit outside of my primary. I would highly suggest them.

Dr Roth Harvey was absolutely terrible. I have never experienced such a bad routine visit. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Zero emphaty and in my opinion unprofessional. Ladies/nurses at the front desk were nice.

If you’re set on the decision you’re going to make, this is the place you need to go to. All of the staff is absolutely friendly, nonjudgmental, and willing to assist you in every step of the day. The whole procedure was seamless, painless, and over before you knew it. I can just imagine how hard this decision could be for anyone but having a place to go to like this makes the whole experience much less stressful. I’m glad someone referred me to them and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

The staff in the front was very nice but the doctor was very rude, he spoke on matters that doesn’t concern him. He makes you feel uncomfortable & ashamed. He needs to just do what he’s paid to do in close his mouth.

This place was horrible when I went. I am young and got pregnant unplanned. I didn’t know what to do. Once me and my boyfriend were able to gather enough money to go to the clinic and go do a free pregnancy test and an ultrasound to check how many weeks i was. Firstly, when they did me the pregnancy test, the girl told me with such a sad face i was pregnant like she felt pity for me. Then at the ultrasound both girls that worked there entered with me for it, like why both them had to go in? Isn’t just the tech and patient?? Isn’t one supposed to cover the front while the other one is with me? And both of them were talking about irrelevant things all along, not at all about the ultrasound. When i asked what was the health of the baby, all she said was “that is not what we’re looking for here.” Aren’t they are supposed to be “licensed professionals” from what their website says? I know they’re an abortion clinic but i think they have received proper training in the medical field to know those things. So i think she could’ve told me and if she doesn’t know what to look for then i would have gladly waited for someone certified in that establishment to do me the ultrasound and answer me. Secondly, I paid around $140-160 for the ultrasound and they couldn’t give me not even one sonogram of my baby. She told me i couldnt have them because they keep it for their records. When i asked for copies at least she said no, while i stared at the photocopy machine behind them. Like i PAID for an ultrasound and i couldnt keep the sonograms and the clinic could just keep the copies for their “files”?? What if i had changed my mind and wanted to keep the baby??? Why couldnt i keep the sonograms which i paid for? So when i asked to take pictures of the sonograms they both laughed and giggled as if i said some sort of joke. I took my pictures, while they still mocked me for it, but the whole time i just felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave so i took one picture pretty fast with no regards if it was that well taken. I wanted to take more but they made me feel so bad that i just left almost running out of there. So much for a “nonjudgmental” environment that they pride themselves to be.

The staff at Womans Choice OBGYN clinic is always hospitable and welcoming. They always make you feel comfortable when going to the gynecologist can often make you feel uncomfortable. I love that my fiancé can call and be treated personally, She does not feel like just another patient they must attend to but that they really care.She has spent about a year having health issues and tried many doctors before going to see A Womans Choice OBGYN. Dr. Roth was the answer to our prayers to find understanding and a solution. The staff at A Womans choice truly listens to your concerns and gives helpful feedback. Most days I wish they could be our family doctor for every need!We cannot imagine being a patient anywhere else and recommend A Womans choice OBGYN to anyone who is searching for a new OBGYN

I came here about 4mth ago I did not like this place at all especially the doctor that American doc I dont remember his name he is so dry and rude omgo....the girls that work there are ok I say not so social there just there to do what there sopost to thats all but I wouldnt go here again I recommend going to millianus women center they are the best....

Came here for my girlfriend the front desk people did not give care about a single thing seems like they’re just their for a check super unprofessional, we had an appointment and when we get there the doctor isn’t even their and say we have to come back another day and charged $150 for the “visit” just avoid this place we ended up going to a Hialeah women care and they were so much better

Understanding

Those who were lucky that the doctor showed up, I made an appointment for a gynecological check-up at 11, it was 10, I ran to the place but the doctor was not there and they did not know what time he would come, the staff let me know that this is what doctors are like. If you want to go here, make sure the doctor is there...well, after 2 hours they let me know that the doctor is on his way. Ha ha....
