This place is the WORST!! REAL REVIEW!!! The doctor was highly unprofessional, exhibited no patience, and failed to communicate properly. The doctor and the ultrasound technician provided inaccurate results, misrepresenting my gestational age and delaying the necessary procedure. This constitutes gross negligence and malpractice.Additionally, the clinics environment was unsafe due to the hostile and condescending behavior of the staff. When I requested a refund for their incorrect services, they outright refused and responded aggressively, even telling me to shut up in Spanish. This is a blatant violation of patient rights.I had to seek care elsewhere, and Im grateful I didnt undergo the procedure at this facility. This was the most horrendous experience, and it’s clear that this place prioritizes financial gain over patient well-being and safety. Avoid this place at all costs.

The only nice people are the ladies in the front and the nurses. The doctor was rude since the beginning just because I was silently crying, told the nurse to take me out the room and bring someone else in because he was already late and I’m making it more complicated for him when I literally said, I am ready, 3 times & he continued to argue with me that I was not until I tried to force myself to act like I was fine for him not to make me wait longer than the 5 hours I had already waited while being one of the first patients there. He literally didn’t even wait until I was sedated, soon as they stuck the IV in me he was already beginning to abort the child & he didn’t care that I kept saying it hurt really bad, he just kept going while I asked for a little more anesthesia. I’m paying 850 & you can’t do me that favor? I don’t recommend this place and I truly believe anyone who’s left a good review without mentioning this must work there or have friends that leave FAKE REVIEWS SAYING THEY ARE. You guys are bottom level.

Went in today for a surgical abortion! This was my first time going through something like this because I’m still young and I’ve never had a baby. i was super nervous but it all ended up going so well I didn’t know if I wanted to pick between the pill or surgical abortion because of the things I would read online about the pill and how much pain it can cause but every body is different. I decided to do the surgical abortion because it was quick and painless! I was put to sleep instantly and right now I only have little bit of blood coming out which is amazing and no pain at all!! The wait time isn’t as dramatic as people make it seem just be there early! any appointment you go to will always be packed plus they actually work quickly! I loved all the nurses and the doctor everyone made me feel comfortable and it was all quick and definitely worth it! (: i definitely recommend coming here!

I got a D&E procedure done here, Staff and Doctor are very nice. The doctor was very gentle and didn’t damage any of my reproductive organs which I appreciate the most.I would’ve given them a 5 star but the staff lied to me about the doctors name and they refused to give me copies of any of my paperwork which isn’t comforting considering the situation. But I’m happy with their service and I do recommend if you want to be treated with respect, and care they won’t damage your uterus so if you are planning to have babies in the future this is a good place.

They make you come in at 9am.The lobby is full of ppl waiting because they were also told 9am. My wife was called in after 1 hour wait (at this point is 10:13am) to the other part of the office just to wait another 2 hrs + before the procedure is completed. Idk if they need a new or more doctors but apparently this place is the best rating? I hope I can bring this rating down

Just got my surgical abortion here 5 STARS! Doctor was very friendly & funny. He made me laugh before I went to sleep for my procedure. Staff and nurses are very caring, everyone is friendly. I don’t and didn’t feel anything, just drowsy and sleepy. They prescribed me some medicine & 1-10 the cramps are a 1! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I came there Monday and they gave me a ultra sound and a pregnancy test my first time ever I spoke with the nice lady in the front and I told her Ill be back Friday but after I discussed with the dad Im omw driving now Ill be ther by 12:00 and I have my student ID for the discount and I have another coupon like u told me about 3 weeks tomorrow and I feel week sleepy n fatigue I keep throwinG up and all I will NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THIS Again

The doctor there is good at what he do & my procedure went well. However, he was also was very rude & actually gave me anxiety because how impatient he was. One thing I can say, every single nurse was super nice. They tried as much as possible to accommodate me & make me feel welcome while I was there.

Everyone here is so kind and caring especially the front desk girl and medical assistants. Although me and my husband decided not to go through with the procedure.. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend this place

REAL REVIEW!!! The doctor was 1.5 hrs late, and he was highly unprofessional with a short fuse, little patience, and a terrible temper. This clinic degrades women and disrespects our time by placing us all in 3 seperate rooms to trick you that your soon to be next but then make you wait 3-6 hrs as if this is a 3rd world countrty. The ladies who work there are lovely and kind but the doctor himself had me spread my legs open had put the tool inside me to remove my IUD and said if I dont see the IUD strings well need to sedate you I said okay that would be best for me. He then said, I cant see the strings, so I thought hed sedate me. He then attempted to pull out my IUD without sedating me, which was the most pain my cervix could endure without being sedated, so my body automatically pushed back. He got so upset and yelled at me saying thats it! Im not going to do this. Like, what??? Are you kidding me? Youre the one that just said youll need to sedate me. If you cant see the strings, then you proceed to take out the IUD without sedation? He just contradicted his own words and put me into tears because of his bad temper and the pain I endured. That man should not be working with womens lady parts he is so scary! My fiance was so angry!!! The doctor tried to call me a liar and said that I had ate food and that I wasnt supposed to eat food before sedation, I told him I was vegano and that I havent ate in 5 hrs. He said, I dont believe you! Like, excuse me??? Why would I lie about something like that! He has a demon in him! BEWARE LADIES!!! THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH OUR LADY PARTS. Misogynistic men such as himself should be banned from all womens clinics!I had to request my money backFIND ANY OTHER CLINIC THERE ARE SO MANY OUT THERE!

This Place Is So Amazing The Staff Are Beyond Nice And Kind And Very Down To Earth They Treat You With So Much Respect And Are Always There For You They Lift You Up And Even Make You Laugh They’re Always Very Responsive And Willing To Assist You With Whatever You Need No Matter How Many Patients They Have They Make You Feel Like The First And Only One They Show They Genuinely Care For You And I Love It.

Very clean and quiet, staff made me feel confident and hopeful after my experience and my procedure was quick and painless. The only complaint I would have is the wait time but, then it would just be me being nitpicky as every woman deserves the service that the staff here provide. Keep up the great work!

Today I went to the clinic to get an abortion thru the surgical procedure and let me tell you guys that I had the best experience EVER! This was my first time ever getting an abortion and they made me feel really good and comfortable! I cant express enough how amazing my experience was. THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST AND I AM SO GLAD I PICKED THIS LOCATION.UPDATE!!!!!!! After this vist I went 2 more times and the treatment was still the same! I only come here even though I have a clinic right next to my house and this one is like 20 mins away from me, THEY ARE THE BEST

The Doctor had superior bedside manners. Staff made me feel very comfortable. Only downer is your not alone but its the same everywhere else. Definitely recommend this location of all others in a 10 mile radius. Trust me

BEST CLINIC IN MIAMI! During this vulnerable and very challenging time in my life, this clinic offered me with the security and support that I needed. I chose them because they have been in business for 30 years. The staff is very patient and informative, the space is professional, cute, girly, and VERY CLEAN, and the physician has great bedside manner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! If ever lifes journey takes me down this path again, I will seek care at this location.

Please do not come to this place. It may be cheaper than other places but not worth it since its about your health. I went there and was asked to pay immediately for the procedure. Their prices goes up and down and varies!!!. Never heard such thing but thats what you get for coming to a cheap place. The doctor asked me to come back in another week after he said that he cant tell if its a cyst or a pregnancy after 4 weeks. I went to my gyno and confirmed right away I was pregnant and that this doctor was wrong. I was also diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy which he never told me. Ladies, do not come to this place. The nurses are nice but doesnt respect the patient. When I lied down with my legs opened, the nurse made an improper comment to the doctor not knowing that I speak Spanish! Dont trust them. If you have the money or not, go somewhere else safer.

Very special place, extremely clean!!! Very cheap taking in consideration places every where but the problem is not the money is the excellence of services they offers. I went there many times and always they treat me very well. They are very professional and the doctor is amazing doctor and know what to do every time. I will give three stars for the following reasons. The doctor himself was very nice and I believe he did a good job on my procedure. He also helped allot with my anxiety. Now regarding the staff? I have never seen anything like it! The receptionist which is the lady who charges you tries to hustle you from the moment you walk in. She starts telling you a story about how you need to pay $20 more so they can run a test to see what blood type you are. I asked her if I needed this test for the procedure and she kept trying to avoid the answer and just kept pushing it on me telling me that if I ever got pregnant and decided to go through with the pregnancy, I would need to know this. First of all, that is not what I’m here for. I’m here for an abortion. The day I want to go through with a pregnancy I will obviously follow up with a gynecologist and he can run any test he needs. I gave her the extra $20 just to get her off my back, mind you I am a very anxious person and she almost made it seem like I NEEDED this blood test. Till this day, I still don’t know what the results were. Anyway, the next lady you see, is a blonde very Cuban lady. Very nice. She definitely knows what she is doing. She is a con artist! From the moment she sits you down and is taking your blood pressure, you fill out a questionnaire and she is giving you conversation. I told her she needed to check my hemoglobin (blood level) to make sure it was okay. She said for what you’ll be fine. I put my foot down and said she had to check it to make sure I could have the procedure. How could she just know “I would be fine”? No... check it. She said well, do you have $20 more for the test? I said excuse me? This is a test I need, why do I have to pay for it? Matter of fact you should do the procedure without knowing if my hemoglobin is good enough... something bad can happen to me. Then she said if I at least had $10 and she would pay the other $10. Like come on lady, what do you think I am? So I didn’t pay her and she conducted the test anyway. To be honest, the wait till is understandable. The doctor isn’t coming in for 2 patients. He first has to finish where he was at and then go to where it follows. So the wait time doesn’t even bother me. It just surprises me the unprofessionalism I encountered with this clinic. Like I said earlier, I’m giving it 3 stars because the doctor was great but when it comes to costumer service... they could use a whole new staff.

This place is very good, I live far away but it is always my best choice!!! It is the second time I have come and the treatment is very pleasant, they make you feel calm in this difficult process for women... there is a nurse, especially a blonde Cuban who is the one who takes your data, that lady is a real sweetheart 🥰 If you are thinking about having a pregnancy termination, this is the right place, thank you very much.

Terrible customer service, we called today at 1:35 p.m. and 1:47 p.m. and on both occasions we were answered by a girl who said she didnt speak Spanish but then we could hear her speaking it perfectly from behind, then she left us waiting all the time on the line while she could be heard talking and laughing with another girl (I would have understood if they had been very busy working but obviously that was not the case), we finally had to hang up because apparently she only intended to make us wait unnecessarily.

I have been several times and I dont change them. Very clean, well-organized place, just stay calm to have the procedure, bring a coat and everything will turn out super well, 100% recommended

I have been to that place several times, and I dont know what bad luck those who put bad comments have had, I personally have had several procedures done, and it is not as expensive as they say and if they have good treatment, I have never missed it nothing, and the best thing, which is the most important thing, is that the doctor has a tremendous hand, a very good hand, one does not feel pain from anything, I do recommend him as well, in fact I always go to that one. Place until now I have always left satisfactorily, I congratulate them and for me the doctor is very, very good gynecologist, I know that place and I do my tests, my vaccines, everything there 4 years ago, anyway you go to a hospital they charge you the twice as expensive and in the same way you have to wait hours because in a hospital a gynecologist does make you wait hours due to the number of patients they have, so please I cant speak for those who have had problems, but for my respects it is tremendous gynecologist in all places you have to wait, I think that is not what matters, what is important is that they take good care of you and leave. In the results that is what really matters and there they do it well

Yesterday I was lucky enough to be treated by this clinic and the truth is that from the first second I am very grateful for the nurses, the assistant and above all the doctor, excellent care, the truth is that everything was very fast, the treatment was inexplicable, I was very grateful, I recommend it 100%

A disaster!! They tell you one price per phone number, when you arrive its another!! Q 35 dollars because you had a cesarean section before!! (14 years ago) 😳😳 25 dollars more for the blood test, when you phone they tell you 285 EVERYTHING. Turns out thats not the case!! Then I arrived at 10, because the doctor arrived at 11 at the latest, at 12 at the latest, they treated me at 2, they have you there with a cold to death, not to mention what it is, you are without eating, the truth is that it is not what They tell you by phone!! Not recommended!! There are two girls, one friendly, (the one who charges you obviously) the other leaves you there, without telling you come here, or anything. I didnt like it!! Everything old, and a lot of dirt in the bathroom!!

The doctor never arrives at the established time and has all the patients waiting the entire morning. Otherwise the treatment is good.
