Highly recommended!! The Lady at check in gave me all the information through the phone and was super friendly. The nurse was super sweet and on point with the ultrasound! The doctors work is seamless, you barely feel a thing...TMI and explained everything before and after the procedure even gave me extra Antibiotics to prevent any type of infections. They also have a 24hours phone service if you have any questions even at 3AM. It also includes a 3 weeks follow up appt, all included in the procedure.Thank you so much ladies ;-)

I came in to this place at 8am and didn’t leave until 1pm because the doctor wouldn’t arrive. They kept telling me that he was on his way, he arrived 5 hours later. Dr. Pierre Eugene arrived and didn’t even apologize for being so late. He was not gentle at all when he did the Pap smear. He was very rough and insensitive. The overall experience was terrible. If you’re willing to wait just make sure you ask who the doctor will be so you can avoid Dr. Pierre!!!

I was there today even with the hurricane Dorian going on they still called me to update me that they will be opened and working today.They two ladies that work there are really nice, and the dr. Was super kind and helpful. Yes I waited for a little while but isn’t it like this anywhere you go. Plus, I really liked this place because it was super super clean compared to other places I’ve been to in the past!! Let me tell you, I was super skeptical and nervous about getting a procedure done here. But my experience here was way better than I imagined. Its honestly the cheapest option available locally, and they are able to work with you even at a pretty late point. I was at 11 weeks but I saw other woman come in for termination from about 16 weeks I was surprised. They even do ultrasounds too to find out where you are at currently which was neat. Very important, you must know your blood type or they will find out themselves for you and its a 25$ extra charge for the test. The day of the termination appointment I was EXTREMELY nervous. Honestly if it wasnt for the staff I wouldve had the worst doubts. They noticed I was feeling nervous about the whole situation (which Im sure its easy for them to spot that since they get clients everyday) and they instantly made me feel welcomed. safe, and secured. They told me I was in really good hands and she explained the whole process and what to do after to recover. This is probably where I got the most mixed emotions, as I was pulled up to the room to do the procedure my legs were strapped up for support and to stay still, let me tell you I was FREAKING OUT. What I loved is the nurse and doctor immediately made me giggle and laugh and not be so anxious in the moment! Once they give you the medication ... I dont even remember falling asleep. I dont remember waking up I dont even remember what was the last thing they said to me until I was KO. which made it way better! they put you in a recovery room afterwards with a heating pad for about an hour, and they release you but never alone you must be accompanied and taken home by someone. Great facility and thanks so much again for making me feel comfortable and going thru a successful surgery at a tragic time. Its normal to still go thru emotional stress. but if you ever feel the need to make YOUR choice and fastest and safe procedure, please make this place an option to look into.

If you or someone you know is considering having an abortion done at this facility, here is some helpful information before making a decision.1) The prices are cheap. $260 for up to 7 weeks pregnant.2) Expect to wait up to 2-4 hours beyond your scheduled app time before the doctor shows up. The doctor is NEVER on site. He communicates back and forth with his staff to see how many patients he has present in the office. Once the office is full and he feels that he can make a good amount of money, he shows up and completes the process in less than 10 minutes for each patient. Then hes gone.3) It is a good idea to know your blood type before arriving. Negative blood types will have to receive a shot.4) The facility is very small but accommodating. The recovery area is a cramped room with a 3-cushioned couch and two singular along with a TV. They also provide heating pads for cramps.5) The staff predominantly speak Spanish. This may prove to be discomforting for English speakers. Especially when the doctor is communicating with the medical assistants while performing the procedure and you dont understand what they are saying.6) The procedure is painless for the most part and very fast. The doctor is pretty nice but he is NEVER on time.7) Do not eat before your procedure.8)They will perform an ultrasound before the doctor arrives and you can choose whether or not you want to view it.9) If the waiting becomes too much they will not refund your full amount of money if you decide to leave. So I suggest you dont make any plans for that day because you WILL be waiting.10) After the procedure, you will be drugged up and loopy. They will help you to the recovery room until you feel able to make your way out. You will have a sanitary pad placed in your underwear for the remaining blood and tissue.11) Privacy is very little due to the size of the facility and the location of the desk where they ask you all of your personal information. The desk is right next to the window of the waiting room. They can hear everything. Make sure you whisper. Although the staff wont. There is only one operating room and one waiting room and almost no doors.12) Plan to have someone pick you up following the procedure. You may be incoherent. But by far, the worst part is the 3 hour wait to be seen.I hope I didnt miss anything that may be helpful information. Best of luck to you.Oh, I did miss something... Forgive me.13) Marcella and Ileana are very sweet and attentiive medical assistants. Ileana usually sits at the front desk and Marcella usually performs the ultrasounds. But they work together to help perform the procedure. They give you blankets and attention when you are loopy and out of it. You pretty much wake up in a room with a heating pad on your tummy immediately after the procedure. Im a tall girl. I dont know how they managed to move me with such ease. I woke up speaking Spanish and telling them that I love them. I am drunk texting right now because the doctor injected me with something before the procedure. I was out in less than 10 seconds because I was counting to myself to see how long I could last. I have never used drugs or alcohol so it affects me intensely. My body is not used to any sort of medication. I dont even use Tylenol or Advil. Im a natural girl. I hope my grammar and spelling are correct. 😂14) They use midazolam and propofal.15) The doctors name is Mike Spence. Hes Jamaican. They change doctors often though.

The nurses are wonderful but the waiting time its extremely long, very disrespectful they tell you to come at 8 but the Doctor show up at 12 pm they charge you and if you want to leave doe to the time waiting the take away $100. They have to respect the time of the patients and take then seriously.

Horrible experience they make you wait four hours before the doctor gets there NEVER AGAIN horrible

I do not recommend it, the doctor arrived very late, he had us waiting for hours and when he treated me he was very rude and arrogant. I am a little nervous with hospitals and he treated me very badly. The only thing he cares about is money and he couldnt remove the IUD because it broke. the guide and according to him he did not have the instruments, but they did not refund what I had paid, on the contrary, the clinic did not have a single star for me.

We had a very good experience in this clinic, the nurses and doctor were very professional and friendly at all times. At first we were hesitant because there were some reviews that said there was a delay in service, but it was worth going to this place because we felt the emotional support that is needed in events like this. I am pleased with their excellent service and good treatment. Also very clean and very good smell throughout the clinic, in addition to providing you with hand sanitizer and masks to maintain everyones hygiene against covid. The doctor and all the workers also use masks and gloves for everything. Very reliable, I hope to return soon for my vaccines.

Girls, there is another clinic with the same name as this one, dont be fooled, look carefully for the address and above all for its safety and good care, which is what it is here with these excellent women, they are very professional, I believe the bad opinions are from the other clinic and this one is loading the blame

Accompany someone and the service is horrible, first they tell you that it is a prisoner and then they start to make you pay more money, to find out your blood type, when I ask, they only knew to say that it was positive, nothing else, we are calling since 9 in the morning and we did the appt at 11, it is already 2:40 and the doctor has not arrived, everything is a lack of respect, I go to the nurse and she tells me that it is like when you go to a beauty salon, wait, they only know how to roll their eyes when I explain to them that my sister hasnt eaten for three days and only knows how to vomit, the first thing they do is sign a malpractice paper and that when you pay you cant make the money for back. I have already gone to ask and everything is a mystery, nothing professional, I do not recommend this place to anyone, and even more so when it is such a complicated process for a woman, they make you suffer in slow motion, making you wait and treating you with a bad attitude, no I am the only person here, other people have already stopped to ask and treat them in the same way, they are only there to take the money, no good customer service like they do in beauty salons (as they told me). ), I gave one star because I didnt see any other way to leave the comment here, but they dont deserve one. I have no words to describe this place because the people who work here are extremely wonderful, they are three women full of beautiful things and good attention that God puts them in the right place to help women like us, this place is an organized place, with a impeccable cleanliness and formality, it is not the first time that I have been treated at this clinic but I do not want to miss the opportunity to leave the best review in the world for them, the doctor is a sun, a tremendous specialist, an incredible human being, I have no words to express how much What they have done for me today and the three nurses are the most wonderful people who exist in the world. Very good service and magnificent attention, it is true that the doctor took a while but the quality, cleanliness and professionalism with which they treat you is worth the wait. I do not recommend this place to anyone... here they treat women as if they were animals or worse... they tell you to arrive at 8.00 am and when you arrive the place opens at 9.00 am... you have to be there fasting and they have you sitting there until 4.00 pm waiting for the real doctor to arrive and its better to find another place to be treated... this seems like a factory that serves people... honestly Im too upset with the service... But to charge if they do it super fast and every 5 minutes they tell you the doctor is arriving... they are too unprofessional without exaggerating.

Good experience... although the last time they left me with remains of the fetus and I had an infection and they had to do the process again but the truth is that I dont feel any pain 👌🏻
