Came today for my first time. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. My appt was at 10:30am, I left the office at 12pm after seeing both doctors, setting up all of my follow up appointments and even having time to chit chat. Absolutely loved my experience here. Both doctors were a delight, extremely knowledgeable and personable. Answered all of my questions. I’m so glad I found this place! I definitely recommend!

Spoke to me in Spanish when I arrived & handed me Spanish forms to fill out. It mustve been my curly hair-- didnt have the heart to tell them Im not Hispanic, Im Jewish.Went for an EKG but ended up getting an annual checkup. Everyone was extremely kind and hospitable. Ended up getting blood drawn & both the Phlebotomist and the Dr. were there to hold my hand (literally) and ease my mind. 10/10 experience.

I recently switched to this clinic and just had my first visit with the gynecologist. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a doctor before! All of the staff was absolutely welcoming and kind, and they made sure I felt comfortable as a new patient. The gynecologist was amazing! She was so kind to my mother and I, and she made sure she explained every little detail to us until we understood. As someone with PCOS, I don’t always have the best experiences at the doctor, but she made sure I felt understood and validated. I am excited to continue my treatment with her, and I think I found a permanent gynecologist!

The All-Inclusive Preventive Care LLC is one of the best practices I have ever been to. From the beginning, the level of attention and care that is given by the front-office staff is amazing. They are great at communicating and making sure you leave with a good experience. They sincerely care about what is best for the patient, and not what is just the easiest/least troublesome option for them.Dr. Evelyn has a huge heart and a brain full of knowledge, eager to explain any procedure so that the patient is never ill-informed. She decides based on what will be the smoothest and most comfortable procedure for the patient.Very professional and warming environment, will definitely be coming back more!

This clinic is very unprofessional, they don’t have good intentions. the gynecologist’s are very rude, they talk loud and aggressive genuinely making you feel like they don’t care at all. They fire people for one small inconvenience. I witnessed a gynecologist yelling at the front desk lady telling her this is her clinic and she can talk to her however she wants, proceeds to the lady leaving the clinic crying. this clinic gave me very hostile vibes i felt really bad so i will not go back.

Went in first time for an annual check up and was amazed at the service. Had a bad day? Doesn’t matter, you’ll leave with a smile! Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff, and all taken care of in detail and quickly. Definitely recommend! 5/5

My experience as a new patient was exceptional. The staff in general was very friendly, the Gynecologist, Dr. Evelyn, was attentive and professional. Also, they have very convenient schedules, my appointment was at 6:30 pm, so I didnt have to ask for leave at work. This place met my expectations, I will return.

I have been to many doctor’s offices and going to the gynecologist is never an enjoyable experience. This is the first doctor’s office that I walked into and felt super comfortable. Lady at the front desk didnt know how to verify my insurance for my boyfriend and i. We had exact insurance and she tried to tell me i was covered and he wasnt. Then tried to make me pay upfront when usually my insurance is billed first as i have no co pay or co insurance. Cant speak for the doctor as i was unable to even see her. A complete waste of time.

All inclusive care is a great office. The staff is cordial and always attentive to your needs. Dr. Evelyn Rodriguez is an excellent gynecologist! They are open late some weekdays and on Saturdays, making easy to schedule an appointment without conflicting with work schedule. I’m grateful for finding them!

I came for primary care and gynecology to All-Inclusive Care and it was wonderful! All the staff, doctors, and nurses where attentive to my concerns and helped answer all my questions with pleasure. The clinic was clean, organized and the aesthetics were pleasing. Also, they work quickly, which I truly appreciate since I came in during peak hour when there were a lot of patients. Truly a great clinic with doctors that are human and care about your concerns. I will be a regular patient here from now on.

I had my annual physical with Doctora Grace this year and I feel like she listened to my lungs and assessed me with care and in detail. A lot of Dr or Np usually try to be quick and see you in & out . But not her. She takes her time and very knowledgeable . I recommend Dr.Grace to be anyone’s primary Dr.

Do not go here if you from out of state looking to get a refill on your prescriptions. This was a complete waste of my time and when i spoke with the manager she didnt seem to care about the negative experience that i had. I had asked for a refund of my copay since the doctors didnt do anything for me so i basically paid for them to tell me they wont fill my scripts. Dont get me wrong the front desk staff is really nice but i wouldn’t recommend the doctors they dont really seem to care about your needs.

Here at their door waiting. Its 10.19 am. After several times calling, they finally answered the phone, just to tell me that they dont know why the office isnt open yet and that they open every other week and if Im sure about the appointment information. I told them that we have a reminder and confirmation for today at 9.30am. They took the information and didnt nothing about it. So we spent 45 minutes driving here plus 49 minutes waiting for them to open, plus another 40 minutes driving home. Losing our valuable time with no apology for the inconvenience or an offer to reschedule to solve the problem. The lack of consideration make our jaws drop. The right word to talk about our experience in this office is disappointment.Minus 5 stars. 🌟Pésima experiencia. La cita estaba programada para las 9.30 am hoy. Y después de esperar por casi 40 minutos, responden al teléfono solo para preguntar si estamos seguros de la fecha y hora de la cita, pese a tener el mensaje de confirmación. I was there waiting to see my doctor and I saw that she came out super angry, treating one of her employees badly because of something that the employee had committed by saying rude things in front of her employees and the person they had an appointment with. I dont know how people with a lack of education are with the Doctor Evelyn has a diploma in her hand, it is the worst place where she treats a person.

I have been a client of this clinic for some time and I have to say that I have received excellent care, the gynecologist is magnificent, but today I had an unpleasant experience with them, I had an appointment by phone at 4:15pm and I called at 4:20pm because I had not received a call from them, I made the payment and they told me that they would call me right away but that was not the case, it is 7:25pm and I have not yet received a call from them, not even one letting me know that they would be late. What bothered me the most is that I canceled several plans to be available for the call because I needed a refill of a medication for today because I ran out of it yesterday and its something I cant stop taking.

The service is complete, the doctors are unique since they explain everything perfectly and give you a real consultation, the radiology service and attention at reception are very special. Many thanks to all the staff who serve us with such professionalism.

Rodriguez said that she cant do a consultation by phone, but that she will see her at the office to solve her problem (which opened the sky for us). When we got there, we had to pay the visit (which is understandable) and get a pregnancy test (reasonable). Finally at the office, Dr. Rodriguez offered an ultrasound and a physical exam (unnecessary) to end at the end saying that her office doesnt have the service we are looking for (service that she knew since the beginning in the morning when we called to see if she can help). Unprofessional Dr, very bad. I hope you have done this in the past and someone else supports me with another review like this, that will force you at least a little, to work better and have more respect not just for your profession, but for the people you are working with . Thank you doctor for wasting our time and money unnecessarily. I hope that you have done this in the past and that someone else supports me with another comment like this, which forces you, at least a little, to work better and have more respect not only for your profession, but for the people who need your service. I really hate leaving negative reviews, much less when people are friendly, but this place on two occasions that I have been has been the same, DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION, they are only looking to get money, the most expensive test I have paid $190, first they tell me $30 , then they say that I have to have a consultation for $150, then I called to get results and then to give me a result I had to pay $40, it was only because of the urgency of time, but they knew that I have my primary doctor and that I was not interested in that service, all very friendly but with policies that only seek money. Im sorry but I would never return, I made my displeasure known and they continued with the collection anyway.

Super professionals and very good service. I went to see the gynecologist on Saturday and it was truly the best experience I have ever had. Super recommended, everything clean and everyone who works there is very professional and warm. I will never go to any other clinic again. Highly recommended for any type of people.
